I am going to address this question:

Why it is not provable that computers are hacked?

    That is the wrong question.
The question is chain of custody.
A child knows this if you show them a toy they didn’t want to share.

It is the same thing as proving OJ’s glove wasn’t planted.
    Was it ? Probably not.
But it’s worse. The police never got to test the glove in this case.
It was left up to a 3rd party (who has a record).

The question is why did the DNC not trust FBI/Comey but then claim foul because Trump was not trusting FBI/Comey ?

Why can’t you people do this simple equation in print ? Is it that hard.
READ THE SENTANCE ABOVE WITH “FBI” in it.
    Read it again.

Proof. None. Because law enforcement never had possession.

Another Question (already answered long ago, it’s a moot question):

    Do timestemaps matter?

    No. Duh
I mean we don’t know where the supposed report data came from even but suppose we did and the download you get was real. No Chain of custody. Anyone can put any timestamps they want on it before they make it available for download. That is so dumb.
No chain of custody in either case.
    Dumb.
One is dumber than the other.
Both are dumb dumb stupid dumb.

    Tldr:
    Print this:
NO PROOF ANY WAY WTF HAPPENED AT DNC.
How hard is that to understand?
Maybe if I go play on 4 chan, like I did during Charlottesville, another alphabet but a good one will copy and teach you right. Since apparently the density is dense on both sides (SD your patience is maybe greater than mine).
I may have to turn dark

      An excellent link here regarding the “hacked” DNC files, and why they weren’t hacked. Also, some journalist FOIA’d the NSA looking for any possible communications between Seth Rich and Julian Assange…. and the NSA came back with 32 PAGES (15 files) of communications between those two, but ALL have been deemed CLASSIFIED. Some good video clips included;

Trump’s approach to tit-for-tat is: I’m going to eviscerate you on Twitter and make you wish you never brought this up. You like nicknames? Well guess what. He’s got one for you.

Here’s what should happen. Pardon Flynn. DOJ needs to get McCabe convicted (you know, because it would appear that he broke the law). Trump pardons McCabe just before his sentencing. Double Whammy ‘Splody Heads.

Simple: if he’s convicted, that’s not a good look for the former Deputy Director Of The Federal Bureau Of Investigation. So put that in the “win” column either way.

If he goes to jail… great… but so what? He goes to jail for a few months, then he disappears. Maybe pens another New York Times Worst Seller. Whatever.

If Trump PARDONS McCabe, then all sorts of fireworks ensue. Can you imagine?!? Does McCabe decline the pardon? Can he even do that? Then CNN and the 1000 MSM Talking Heads get involved. They will drone on for weeks that the pardon is “purely political”, and INSIST that McCabe decline the pardon. Etc. etc. I mean, a real Sh*t Show with Trump standing up front conducting the Clown Orchestra.

Trump is a Level Seven Troller. Pardoning McCabe would go down in the annals of Trolling History as a Masterpiece.

Considering the interview Levin gave earlier (see previous post from SD) , he should be lighting a fire. Unfortunately, York isn’t as dynamic but he is on the right side of this whole saga.

    • Nobodysfool says:

Levin’s new book launching in May, “The Unfree Press”, is going to be a field guide for exposing the complicit, lying, treasonous media in Spygate. He consults with the President these days and yesterday when Rush and our POTUS hit golf balls, no doubt they discussed the way forward to a degree on the exposure that is about to be launched. Hannity is in that mix, as well. Savage has proven disloyal, chaotic and unhinged at times so he’s left out of the mix which is why he continues to take cheap shots from the cheap seats in an effort to be noticed.

POTUS doesn’t do everything right, every time in they eyes of his base and when talk radio identifies those times, they call him out. Unlike the Left, big talkers on the Right are not blindly, fanatically in agreement and also unlike Left media, they don’t collude, obstruct and bury the truth and practice skull duggery of lies to protect their own.

This is now full scale war with media. They are ridiculous and even comical in their stupidity, their spin and their bone-headed refusal to ever, ever tell the truth but they are lethally dangerous. They can’t and shouldn’t be silenced, but they can and must be counter-punched, right square on their glass jaws. Does Nicole Wallace wanna duke it out in a media debate against Constitutional expert, Mark Levin? How about, you, Joe Scarborough? This is war for the soul and survival of our country. Those with great influences and golden microphones must form additional lines of attack. The rest of us are going to have to do much more than sit here on a branch and opine, too. We all live in precincts that need to be planted and nurtured for the harvest in 2020.

Fox and Friends is reporting this morning that a Fox News poll shows Biden beating President Trump by 7 points. They continued with the suggestion that Biden would be tough to beat because he’s so well connected to blue collar voters. Really? How many jobs has Joe created for those voters? Besides a lot of down home talk at microphones, where’s the results? What has Joe delivered besides speeches? How many trade deals and tax breaks has he gotten done to create and save jobs for the American middle class? Who conducted the poll? Shepherd Smith? Fox obviously has forgotten who Joe worked for during the last administration and the death blow they delivered to small businesses, family farms and corporations alike. We haven’t forgotten.

Consider the source of the poll. FNC is pretty much dead to most of us. There was a time you could turn it on first thing in the morning and watch till you retired that night. Now, conservatives are selective and only watch Hannity or Inghram or Judge Jeannine. We no longer waste our time or push our blood pressures by the likes of Cavuto, Smith and a host of cocktail waitresses posing as political intellects. We’ll let the liberals that watch them boost their ratings.

As for Uncle Joe, he’s hiring BHO campaign aides to run his own campaign for president. Careful, Joe. We now live in a climate where people spy and act as double agents to ensnare and entrap. Be careful whom you trust these days. Doesn’t Joe find it odd that the former First Couple sat in stone silence while Joe was embattled with fondling photos and first hand accounts? Hmmmm, the former First Couple always rushes to the defense of a Hollywood/entertainment nare-do-well, a gay pro athlete or a Muslim that gets criticized for slamming Israel. Yet, poor ol’ Joe, their right hand man, was up against the wall, and not a peep. Of course, he was told to go away and cure cancer, knowing that would keep him busy and out of the running for president. There was a reason the BHO regime wanted Joe to go away—-they have The Chosen One 2.0 warming up in the bull pen.

Here’s a debate question for Joe Biden: Does the hair of middle class, hard working American women smell better than that of Swamp Witches that fly around the cocktail party circuit in Washington, D.C.?

I agree there is no “chosen one”, at least on the Dem side. My thinking is, the Dems are dealing with a revolt in their base, like we haven’t seen since 1968.

The Uniparty’s goal is to defeat TRUMP.
So, I think the Dem leadership will conced to their p.o.’d base, who otherwise will “burn down the house”, like a spoiled kid angry cause they didn’t get their way.

They will “allow” Bernie to be the nominee, in order to appease the social democrat extreamist wing. The “base”.

Then, either as an independant, or in a primary challenge, the Uniparty will put up a ‘centerist’ Candidate, a Bloomberg, or Romney.

            Point is, the voters will have a choice;
A socialist/conmunist extolling ALL the rediculous positions advocating green deal, free stuff for everyone, DJT, or “the voice of reason, adult in the room”
who will present as “reasonable, measured, the NOT-TRUMP candidate, to appeal to “moderates” and those ‘turned off’ by DJT’S ‘coarse demeanor’, and offended by his tweeting.

The Uniparty doesn’t really care WHO wins, so long as its not DJT. Whether the winner has a D or an R after their name, is irrelevant.

Remember, Mueller, Ryan, Romney, McCain and McConnell are all “Republicans”.

Uniparty, subverting elections by eliminating choice is their longstanding game plan.

This is tricky business since Trump has made inroads with blacks. You dump on Barry and you might turn off the very people who have been turning to you lately and you dump on Barry and it motivates all blacks to go to the polls to protect his “legacy.”

They don’t sound very enamored of Obama.
Many gasped, when Candidate Trump openly questioned McCains heroism.
Many were horrified, when he trashed Bushs foriegn policy.
And he only garnered MORE support.
Any black who is not going to support DJT in 2020, because he disparages Obama, wasn’t going to vote DJT, anyway.

Actually, trashing Obama might cause more blacks to redpill; compare and contrast black employment #’s during Obamas 8 years, with his 4, and let em figure it out.

Make premiums deductible for individuals the way they are for businesses. Allow reimportation of drugs – or mandate that pharmaceuticals be sold in the US for the lowest price paid elsewhere in the world.

If Republicans had enacted these sensible changes (against their donors’ wishes), the appeal of “Medicare For All” would be far less. Since they were unwilling to hobble the insurance company grifters, Single Payer looms, if not after 2020, then 2024.

Funny, how myths become reality, when repeated often enough. This “ban” on the reimportation of pharmacuetical drugs, as an example.
I have purchased “prescription” pharmacueticals from other countries, many times over the years.

I KNOW its NOT “illegal”, because some of the packages arrived, taped up in green packaging tape, printed with “This package has been opened for inspection by the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, Customs Division”, or something to that effect.

The law allows American citisens to purchase up to 3 months worth of medications from other countries.

Many other countries DO NOT require a Dr.s Rx for medications, the way the U.S. does, Mexico and Thailand being examples. Since pharmacies in these countries don’t require their own citisens to have Rx.’s, they don’t require those ordering meds from other countries to have Rx.’s, either.

Can’t order narcotics, of coarse, but many other meds CAN be legally ordered. Its not CONVENIENT, but it CAN be done, after some research.

Purchased Thyroid hormone, for instance. Price in U.S., $3 A PILL.
          Price from Thailand,….?
          $0.10/ pill, including shipping.

Again, its not EASY, or CONVENIENT, and requires RESEARCH. But, it CAN be done. Safety is a concern, but many of these meds are produced at the same facility as the ones you get from your local pharmacy; that is you are ALREADY USING MEDICATIONS PRODUCED AT FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Anything else will just screw things up in new ways. It would be great to undo Obama(doesn’t)Care, but that doesn’t do near enough.

Exactly. ALL parts of the health care industry including insurance are in violation IN MULTIPLE WAYS of 100 year old LAW – 15 USC Ch 1. The ban on the the re-importation of exported prescription drugs is one example. The failure to post or quote firm prices BEFORE treatment is another. There are many more. It’s simply that no one is ever prosecuted. Sound familiar?:

What makes anyone think that the Republicans are any better at deciding questions of what kind of medical care we can have, and how we are going to pay for it?
        Make them go away.
One of the biggest problems was/is that a doctor’s costs of being in business went up while so many Americans’ income went down.
People making 9 dollars an hour can’t afford to pay for the services of someone making so much more than they do, even the one visit, if it means they will be short for rent that month.
How did anyone think you’d solve that pay having people pay every month whether they went to the doctor or not?
Insurance should be just that, insurance.
To pay for something you can’t afford, should disaster strike.
I don’t want these Overlords up in my most personal business.

We need some unbiased think tank or other to do a comprehensive study of the real costs of hospitalization.

Mueller report Volume I (No Collusion), at pages 62 to 65, under the heading “ Campaign efforts to obtain deleted Clinton emails”, details the FBI investigation into the computers and private records of US citizens supporting the election of Donald J. Trump for President. The details are shocking, when we consider the Obama-Comey-Mueller investigation was using the federal law enforcement assets to protect Clinton and harass private individual US citizen supporters of President Trump.

This section of the Mueller report maybe worth a TCH deep dive by Sundance and other Treepers. The activities under investigation described in Volume I, pages 62 to 65, seem to be the kind of thing you all do everyday under our liberty and freedom as US citizens. (And so much for the Report’s touted “redaction” of names of those individuals not charged). Of everything I’ve read in this disgusting saga, this part of the Report brought the ugliness of the witch hunt home to me.

It IS truly amasing. The 30,000 emails we are talking about were illegally deleted. Mountains of evidence has come out that they were NOT about “wedding plans, etc.” But contained classified info, pay for play, all sorts of illegal and unethical conduct,,….

And yet the thing we are STILL talking about is NOT the blatant illegality of Hillary’s behavior, but about whether het political opponent attempted to GET these emails.

Its like a heroin dealer calling the Police, reporting someons stole his “stash” of heroin, and wanting the Police to arrest and prosecute the thief, while not prosecuting the dealer.

There is a school of thought that says let the Left dash themselves on the rocks of impeachment, then slowly release evidence leading up to 2020.
I don’t subscribe to that at all. This strategy will only work if the President has every congressional Republican standing with him and going toe-to-toe with the Dims.
Sadly, McConnel has most Republicans lines up against the President, doing what they can from the sidelines to bring him down.
If evidence is there it should be made public. Push these morons on to the back foot. Keep changing the narrative so it is them constantly scrambling to react.

We focus, a lot on how THE MEDIA has been a willing accomplice in the atrempted coup.
TRUTH is, this coup would NEVER have been attempted, nor gotten as far as it has, without willing, coordinated cooperation, FROM DAY ONE, of the Republican leadership.

WE, the Deplorables, can’t do a THING about the Media, and we sure can’t do anything about the Dems,…but we CAN do ‘something’ about the Republicons.

We can work, every day, to puge the Republican Party of the leadership, which have an iron grip, and will NOT be easily displaced, and convert the Republican party from a stealth marxist globalist party, into a true Conservative Alternative party.

It takes WORK; generations of work.
The Republicons opposition to DJT is NOT because he is “vulgar, crass, not “Presidential”, or any of the other excuses given so glibly.

It is because, by ACTUALLY doing, and trying to do what we Deplorables have been wanting, he is exposing the truth that the,Republican party is NOT a party which is representing us. Like Fox news, the Republican party pretends to hold our positions, while furthering the aims of Marxist Globalists.

I ask again, WHY did the Obama administration illegally have the IRS block the Tea party? Has NOTHING to do with “Trump”, as it predates him.
Because the Tea Party threatened the Uniparty Republicons, and, as a threat to them, it threatened the one party rule we have had in this country, fir MANY years.
WHO is your precinct, county and State Republican party Chairs?
        DO YOU KNOW?
Have you TALKED with them, face to face to detirmine if they are MAGA, or are going to vote for Romney at the 2020 convention?

Don’t let the Distract-U-Cons succeed in grabbing and holding your attention, so you don’t see the Decepticons creeping up to smack you upside the head, and steal your liberty.

Sit around, pissing and moaning, and they win. Get ACTIVE, TODAY and we Deplorables still might have a chance.
        It really IS that simple.

“The president is guilty of self-defense.” Apparently he is supposed to surrender to the democrats and their media henchmen like all good republicans have for the past 30 years. The crooked Press calls it one thing but real Americans see his actions as ‘obstruction of injustice.’

“Donald Trump, the President of the United States, behaved like any innocent man would behave having been framed by fabricated propaganda prepared by foreign intelligence agents, and paid for by his political enemies.

He behaved like any innocent man might when prosecutors hounding him were enabled and appointed by his political enemies. He behaved like any innocent man might when he realized that his prosecutors included the chief counsel of the Clinton Family Foundation and Barack Obama’s deputy assistant attorney general and that the chief witness against him was represented by Hillary Clinton’s longstanding lawyer whom the Washington Post called “The Ultimate Clinton Loyalist.”

He acted like any innocent man might who realized that his home, phone lines, offices, and associates were being spied on, wiretapped, surveilled, followed, photographed, and even infiltrated by paid spies and foreign agents sent by his domestic political enemies who deliberately set him and his family up in a sting operation. Meanwhile, the self-same people vehemently denied that the spying took place.

He acted like any innocent man might who realized he was being framed for a crime his framers, rather than he himself, committed. Collusion with Russia, treason of which he was accused publicly by top-level intel agents working for the media, a former president, and the opposition candidate. Trump objected to the coordination, collusion and conspiracy among his political enemies to commit a crime against himself, the office of the presidency, the American People, and democracy. First, to frame the candidate for the nation’s highest office; and two, to frame the president now sitting in the nation’s highest office.” – Andrew Benjamin over at AmericanThinker today

    • Trump is defiantly guilty of “obstructing injustice”
That is similar to “obstructing justice”, just couple of letters different.
Mathematically that is about 89% of the letters are for his guilt (obstructing justice)
with only 11% of the letters (in) opposing guilt.
And that is being liberal about the whole thing.

Many criminal referrals have already been made on James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr, and a big net has been cast to pull in the figures who have been hiding in the bushes these two-and-a-half-years of smoke and mirrors.

Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, William Brennan, James Clapper, Nellie Ohr, Samantha Power, Bill Priestap, Jim Rybicki, James Baker, Mike Kortan, John Carlin, Mary McCord, Josh Campbell and more.

Some of these are going to jail and some have already turned over. The arrests should reach the Obama White House. Mr. Mueller himself, even in his silence, will be liable for failing to inform his boss, the Attorney General, that the document for his “witch hunt” was known to be a fraud back in 2016, and was used anyway to spy on a presidential candidate.

Let congress put on a circus of its own now. It will be greeted like a TV commercial for gas relief while the real national melodrama plays out in grand juries and courtrooms, professing what a grievous injury was done to this republic by its own law enforcement agencies.

Juries will be made up of American citizens…..Juries have the power to find justice…to decide justice. Americans will throw these bums in jail.

He kept signing the Uniparty’s continuing resolutions without demanding wall funding (and other measures) as a condition of his signing. By the time of the shutdown this past January, he’d caved too many times, so Dems held firm. He made the mistake of trusting Ryan and McConnell – both of whom want open borders, and having caved to the republicans made it all but impossible to stand firm against the democrats, since they could (and did) argue “why didn’t you force the issue when republicans controlled the House?”

He didn’t strike when the iron was hot and the outcome was entirely predictable. For border security absolutists (like me), he’s still the better choice over any democrat, but the fact that he let himself get stymied suppresses enthusiasm among his base and makes somewhat plausible the argument that he never really wanted the Wall – that it was a con. It is what it is.

Bukovsky’s book was actually first published over two decades ago in many languages and countries. But not in America….The entities who tried to dupe us into thinking Trump is a Russian agent were the very same ones literally colluding with Comrade Brezhnev to pump out pro-communist pro-Russia disinformation….How can anyone take these clowns in the media seriously? One day, they are literally censoring one of the pre-eminent experts on Russia in the entire world, telling him he’s insane to warn about collusion with Russia; the next, they want to put Trump in jail with no evidence…The Democratic Party, and mainstream media, has been colluding with Russia, over the course of decades, at every possible level. To Choose Freedom – 1988. Published by Stanford’s Hoover Institution, Bukovsky’s plea to Westerners to see the failures of socialist solutions in the Soviet Union, and beware the similarities between powerful Western institutions and the Red Menace they loathed and feared.

WE have seen the political crucifixion , now we are beginning to see the political resurrection – over the next 6 months to 1 year I think we will see a political second coming –
    We need a theme song:

Battle Hymn of the Republic Lyrics
Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored

He has loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible, swift sword
    His truth is marching on.

Glory, glory, Hallelujah! Glory, glory, Hallelujah!
Glory, glory, Hallelujah! His truth is marching on.

All done legally, of course, but lots of real perps with lots of real guilt – let em twist by their thumbs for now – then put those thumbs in a vice and tighten the screws but slowly, legally and with the utmost care.

Andrew Klavan contends the Mueller report proves President Trump is better than his adversaries …

“Compare that to a president who masquerades as a high-minded intellectual descended from on high to cause the seas to stop rising while he fundamentally transforms our country — but who is really just another Chicago machine pol who uses the powerful institutions of the federal government as partisan weapons. Compare it to a desiccated gothic ruin of corruption and greed who masquerades as an America-loving public servant while she calls ordinary Americans deplorable, racist, homophobic and all the rest.”

Is this (almost) ? A Act of WAR?
This isn’t the first time this has been documented..
We need too Grow A SET and start shooting back..
At roughly 2:00 p.m. local time, the soldiers observed five to six individuals dressed in green pixelated military camouflage uniforms and carrying weapons, which appeared to be FX-05 Xiuhcoatl, an assault rifle designed and built for the Mexican armed forces.
The armed men swiftly approached the U.S. service members, crossing over from the Mexican side of the Rio Grande River into U.S. territory, ordering the soldiers out of their vehicle at gunpoint.

Hard to believe the mex armed forces did not know they were in US territory.

Noted communist Noam Chomsky stated his view that he always believed there was going to be little to no proof of collusion in the Mueller Report.

“[T]he Democrats are helping him,” Chomsky said. “They are. Take the focus on Russia-gate. What’s that all about? I mean, it was pretty obvious at the beginning that you’re not going to find anything very serious about Russian interference in elections.”

He added, “As far as Trump collusion with the Russians, that was never going to amount to anything more than minor corruption, maybe building a Trump hotel in Red Square or something like that, but nothing of any significance.”

Chomsky went on to say that he believes focusing too heavily on Russia may cost Democrats dearly next November.

“The Democrats invested everything in this issue,” Chomsky said. “Well, turned out there was nothing much there. They gave Trump a huge gift. In fact, they may have handed him the next election. … That’s a matter of being so unwilling to deal with fundamental issues, that they’re looking for something on the side that will somehow give political success.”

Basic question: All these high profile politicians, deep, staters, media elites, etc, who have co-conspired in this witch hunt – if they are brought to justice, how does it happen? I assume Barr gives criminal referrals, but who presides over trials, who “forces” them to show up, who determines sentencing, and where does all this happen? Who “takes down” the top? I would think it would have to be a pretty powerful team but outside of a handful of names I can come up with, anyone with power is likely complicit themselves.

Prosecutor asking for a grand jury, indict and trial. Anywhere, anytime.. IF large parts of the public are behind it.
If it’s “just” us it will be hard.. A trial where they don’t end up in jail would be a huge backfire.
I guess this will be mostly a political event that will hopefully end with a “red pilling” of the public and a America First congress in 2020.

LOts of crazy TDS commenters on the Internet harping on the part of Mueller’s report that implies that some staffers and aids used WhatsApp and deleted evidence. They interviewed 500 people. Candidate and President Trump hired lots of young people. (Hope Hicks comes to mind.) Every Mellennial I know uses WhatsApp. It isn’t necessarily used for nefarious purposes. A lot of folks simply don’t want their data tracked or saved. Furthermore, most people clean up or delete their text and email to free up space. Some have set their personal email accounts to automatically delete after 30-90 days. In volume 2, Weissman is using these normal behaviors to imply that potential evidence was idestroyed, hidden or deleted.

Anyone know the name of a GOP Florida House member who was a guest on one of this morning’s early Fox shows? The anchor asked if it wasn’t time to track the actual origins of the story and he avoided the question, then when pressed said he was “all for getting to the bottom of any FISA abuses” but beyond that he was for “moving on”. Said it twice. In other words, he wants nothing to do with digging past that.

I wondered if he were a Mitch McConnell Chamber of Commerce who had been sent out to start a GOP meme meant for Barr and for Fox watching Deplorables. I didn’t catch his name and I don’t even know who the host was. It wasn’t even quiet daybreak here in CA so I was a bit sleepy-eyed but I perked up when he said what he did. By then, they had removed his name on the crawl.

It’s not okay to be white … in the eyes of Northwestern University i’s a hate crime…

In the later incident, a student posted to social media a photo of a sticker posted in Allison Dining Hall. The sticker read, “It’s Okay to Be White,” a slogan adopted by neo-Nazi and white supremacist groups.

… But Northwestern officials have not been able to confirm the presence of that sticker, nor found any others on campus, officials said.

Leaders at the Evanston campus condemned the behavior and said police are still investigating.

“Both incidents involve repugnant symbols of hate and intolerance,” the university’s statement read. “Acts of hate, whether premeditated or not, will not go unchallenged at Northwestern University. Those who choose to be a part of the Northwestern community are expected to abide by a code of conduct that does not tolerate such acts.”

@henry, that would seem a prudent course of action, except finding a *real* college these days is like finding a *real* news channel. They don’t exist.

All colleges, like the Enemedia, are riddled with propaganda, starting with the ten different choices to check off next to “sex” on the admissions application.

And finding a Christian university is no guarantee of success. These full-on Marxists send their students into every shithole imaginable, to build huts and tend to patients with incurable diseases. Missionary work.
Those who study here in the USA take classes like “Climate Change.”

Speaking of re-education camps, whatever happened to “Education” czar Betsy DeVos and those school vouchers we were promised? Can’t have competition without them.

Thank God it seems we’re regaining the upper hand. And all the crying wailing lying April Ryan’s of the world won’t be of any help to them. I for one simply do not and can not care anymore for their crybully antics.
