Robert Mueller Interviewed President Trump Six Days After Criminal “Obstruction” Investigation Began…

Now that people are starting to absorb the intent and motivations of the Special Counsel investigation, it’s worth remembering Robert Mueller interviewed President Donald Trump six days after the FBI launched a criminal “obstruction of justice” investigation, and ten months after the FBI launched the counterintelligence investigation….

..The May 16, 2017, Mueller meeting with President Trump in the Oval Office.

The Mueller Report shows there never was a Trump Russia-Collusion-Conspiracy case to begin with; and with the report showing how most of Mueller’s investigative time was spent gathering evidence for an ‘obstruction case’; and with new revelations from Andrew McCabe, John Dowd and Mueller officials overlayed on the previous Strzok/Page texts; we can now clearly reconcile the May 16th, 2017, meeting between President Trump, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller.  Here’s how…

FBI Director James Comey was fired on Tuesday May 9th, 2017. According to his own admissions (NBC and CBS), Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe immediately began a criminal ‘obstruction’ investigation the next day, Wednesday May 10th; and he immediately enlisted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

These McCabe statements line up with with text message conversations between FBI lawyer Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok – (same dates 5/9 and 5/10):

(text message link)

It now appears that important redaction is “POTUS” or “TRUMP”.  [Yes, this is evidence that some unknown DOJ officials redacted information from these texts that would have pointed directly to the intents of the DOJ and FBI. [WARNING: Don’t get hung on it.]

The next day, Thursday May 11th, 2017, Andrew McCabe testifies to congress. With the Comey firing fresh in the headlines, Senator Marco Rubio asked McCabe: “has the dismissal of Mr. Comey in any way impeded, interrupted, stopped, or negatively impacted any of the work, any investigation, or any ongoing projects at the Federal Bureau of Investigation?”

McCabe responded: “So there has been no effort to impede our investigation to date. Quite simply put, sir, you cannot stop the men and women of the FBI from doing the right thing, protecting the American people and upholding the Constitution.”

However, again referencing his own admissions, on Friday May 12th McCabe met with DAG Rod Rosenstein to discuss the issues, referencing the criminal ‘obstruction’ case McCabe had opened just two days before.  According to McCabe:

… “[Rosenstein] asked for my thoughts about whether we needed a special counsel to oversee the Russia case. I said I thought it would help the investigation’s credibility. Later that day, I went to see Rosenstein again. This is the gist of what I said: I feel strongly that the investigation would be best served by having a special counsel.” (link)

Recap: Tuesday-Comey Fired; Wednesday-McCabe starts criminal ‘obstruction’ case; Thursday-McCabe testifies to congress “no effort to impede”; Friday-McCabe and Rosenstein discuss Special Counsel.

After the weekend, Monday May 15th, McCabe states he and Rosenstein conferred again about the Special Counsel approach. McCabe: “I brought the matter up with him again after the weekend.”

Now, overlaying what we know now that we did not know in 2018, to include the John Dowd interview and McCabe admissions, a very clear picture emerges.

On Tuesday May 16th, Rod Rosenstein takes Robert Mueller to the White House to talk with the target of the ‘obstruction’ criminal investigation, Donald Trump, under the ruse of bringing Mueller in for a meeting about becoming FBI Director.

Knowing McCabe launched a criminal obstruction investigation six days earlier (May 10th); and knowing Mueller was ineligible for the position of FBI Director; this “meeting” looks entirely different.  This meeting looks like an opportunity to gather evidence for the obstruction case.

Heck, perhaps this meeting was even recorded as part of the FBI investigation.

Remember the Rosenstein ‘wear a wire‘ debates?  Well, did Rosenstein need to actually wear a wire, or did soon-to-be appointed Special Counsel Robert Mueller just carry the recording device into an undercover deposition?…  Consider:

WASHINGTON – Andrew McCabe, the disgraced former acting FBI director, reveals in his new book that Robert Mueller temporarily left his cell phone behind after a meeting with President Trump in the Oval Office and that the phone “later had to be retrieved.”

McCabe did not explain why he included the detail in his book.

McCabe says that Mueller left the phone behind after Trump had interviewed Mueller as a potential candidate to replace James Comey as FBI director. The interview reportedly took place in the Oval Office just one day before Mueller had been appointed special counsel in the so-called Russia collusion case. (more)

Oh, I think I know why McCabe included the detail in his book… leverage.

In combination with the ‘wear a wire’ comments, McCabe’s stealth book note is a shot across the bow to Rod Rosenstein and Robert Mueller. Only the insider ‘small group’ would understand what McCabe is threatening. It’s a get out of jail free card that McCabe played to escape the clutches of the 2018 DC criminal referral.  And it looks like it worked.

This would explain why DC U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu dropped the case against McCabe?

I digress… but can you see how obvious this is?

The next day, Wednesday May 17th, 2017, Rod Rosenstein and Andrew McCabe go to brief the congressional “Gang-of-Eight”: Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, ¹Devin Nunes, Adam Schiff, Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, Richard Burr and Mark Warner.

… […] “On the afternoon of May 17, Rosenstein and I sat at the end of a long conference table in a secure room in the basement of the Capitol. We were there to brief the so-called Gang of Eight—the majority and minority leaders of the House and Senate and the chairs and ranking members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees. Rosenstein had, I knew, made a decision to appoint a special counsel in the Russia case.”

[…] “After reminding the committee of how the investigation began, I told them of additional steps we had taken. Then Rod took over and announced that he had appointed a special counsel to pursue the Russia investigation, and that the special counsel was Robert Mueller.” (link)

Immediately following this May 17, 2017, Go8 briefing, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein notified the public of the special counsel appointment.

According to President Trump’s Attorney John Dowd, the White House was stunned by the decision. [Link] Coincidentally, AG Jeff Sessions was in the oval office for unrelated business when White House counsel Don McGahn came in and informed the group.  Jeff Sessions immediately offered his resignation, and Sessions’ chief-of-staff Jody Hunt went back to the Main Justice office to ask Rosenstein what the hell was going on.

Now, with hindsight and full understanding of exactly what the purposes and intents were for Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein to bring Robert Mueller to the White House, revisit this video from June 2017:

.

The DOJ (Rosenstein) and FBI (McCabe) activity in coordination with the Robert Mueller team was always about the obstruction case from day one; heck, from even before Robert Mueller was appointed.

The totality of all primary effort has always been to protect the ruse of the Russia investigation by throwing out nonsense Russian indictments and keeping Manafort, Flynn and Papadopoulos (the original spygate targets) under control…. while the focus was on building the obstruction case against President Trump. Remember what FBI Agent Peter Strzok said:

…”you and I both know the odds are nothing. If I thought it was likely, I’d be there no question. I hesitate in part because of my gut sense and concern there’s no big there there.”

(Text Message Link – See Page #459, March 19th, 2017)

It could not be any more clear than it is today.

Mueller’s investigative ‘small group’ were the people inside Main Justice (DOJ) and FBI headquarters who redacted the Lisa Page and Peter Strzok text messages, and removed messages and communication antithetical to their goals.

As Devin Nunes outlined recently the Mueller team also kept key documents and information away from congress; stalled any effort to expose the unlawful aspects of “SpyGate’ and the fraudulent foundation behind the Carter Page FISA application; and undermined any adverse discoveries in the leak investigations (James Wolfe) writ large.

This investigative small group didn’t change when Mueller arrived, they just retooled the focus of their effort based on new leadership and new objectives. Those who created the Trump-Russia collusion/conspiracy case of 2016, evolved into creating the Trump obstructing justice case of 2017, 2018 and 2019.

(Proclamation from Comey Memo Court Filing)

Everything Mueller and Rosenstein were doing in late 2017 and throughout 2018 was intended to drag-out the Russia conspiracy narrative as long as possible, even though there was no actual Trump-Russia investigation taking place.

It was always the “obstruction” investigation that could lead to the desired result by Mueller’s team of taking down President Trump through evidence that would help Pelosi and Nadler achieve impeachment .  The “obstruction case” was the entirety of the case they were trying to make from May 2017 through to March 2019.

[¹] Now we know why House Speaker Paul Ryan moved to sideline Devin Nunes under the cloud of an ethics investigation.

No one puts that type of detail “slumped in chair” in their notes unless they intend nefarious use of them. Also, this detail points directly to Jeff Sessions as a traitor and plant against the Trump administration.

It points to his Chief of Staff, Sessions may just be a dupe.

That’s been a running problem since Day 1. All these professional bureaucrats get hired on to key staff positions where they have full access and clearance, then do the dirty work under the radar. Like James Wolfe(?) – Feinstein aid and head of security for Senate Intel Committee. He leaks information to Watkins.

Or those apparatchiks that Project Veritas recently caught. All using their positions and government resources to undermine Team Trump.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that the Dems were trying to goad Trump to fire Mueller. There is your obstruction charge that probably would have had a lot of R Senators voting against Trump at the trial. The fact that he told McGahn to fire Mueller is where the narrative may go.

      They don’t have that either.

This is why you are allowed to have legal counsel in first place. And that is why there is attorney client privilege.

Exactly for instances like this where Trump rightfully wants to fire this crooked sonofabich Mueller… but his attorney advised against it as it would be seen as an attempt to obstruct.

      So Trump didn’t fire him.

And to further prove his innocence he instructed the attorney to feel free to testify to Mueller about all matters, even though the President had the right to refuse that his attorney even testify at all.

He made no attempt to influence the testimony, or stop it… the exact opposite, he encouraged it.

This is just another example, in fact, oh how perfectly Trump did NOT obstruct justice and took many steps to ensure they couldn’t trap him into it, though he knew they were trying to

White House counsel did more than advise against, it, they defied a direct order and threatened the President with more harm if he pushed the issue. This was not the President taking WH counsels advice.

Are for real troll, defieded a direct order… First off McGahn has 3 different versions of this story and conceded the president never said fire. This is a person’s legal council, he has the right to vent his frustrations as long they do ask them to anything illegal, firing Mueller was the President’s prerogative especially since McGahn’s incompetence with Flynn got Whitehouse in a jam, and then recused the whole White House Council from the Russian probe which left a President with no protections

The President had every legitimate right to fire Mueller under the false pretences of his interview set up with him one day prior to Ronsenstein illegally appointing the special council, couldn’t name a actual crime to investigate, and Ronseastein scope memo for special council uses the Steel dossier, what joke. If McGahn should have made that clear with the DOJ also once Mueller started filling his team with people with documented prejudice and bias against the President.

Trump saw McGahn everyday at the WhiteHouse, he didn’t need to call him at home if wanted to fire Mueller, which should have happened just on the grounds of his conflicts which barred Mueller from the appointment or Ronsenstein after firing Comey which he participated in and agreed with.

McGahn did nothing to protect Whitehouse or President, some council.

Firing Comey … who McGahn advised against and ” defied a direct to do” and the President did anyways funny how that works when the President really wants something done.

Republicans have to be prepared for it this time. It will show up around September of 2020 and hammered repeatedly through corporate news media. I expect Fox News will be the one with the “exclusive.” Democrats will attempt to use Fox’s standing with Republicans to drive negative news against Trump.

The one good thing about Democrats is how utterly predictable their political tactics are in each election. That gives time to prepare and counter their nonsense.

So it was legal for Trump to fire Meuller. McGahn reported that his boss, The President of The United States, ordered him to fire Meuller and he refused to do it. If this is not true, it is one thing. If it is true, does this constitute obstruction by Trump or McGahn? What if Meuller really did have a conflict of interest and McGahn prevented a truly neutral SC from being appointed after Meuller was fired? McGahn was insubordinate.

This was ALL to establish a predicate for the REPUBLICONS in the SENATE, especially, to vote FOR impeachment.
They, at least the leadership, WANTED to impeach him. A ‘Saturday nite massacre’ would give them JUST the excuse, or ‘political cover’ they needed, to sell it to the American people, Republican voters, and their members in the House and the Senate.

      So, Muellers second scope memo (or by verbal understanding) assignment was “Make Trump Fire you, by any means neccesary;
Pull midnight no nock raids on his old friends, people tangentially related to the campaign, his personal lawyer, take transition commitee records without warrant.
Use the cover of a counter intel investigation to avoid Constitutional protections. Do whatever it takes, to get him to fire you. Rosie too, is fine.

THEN, the Republicon leadership, in House and Senate could easily get their members to vote for impeachment.

Or, maybe “Trump” would get so fed up, he would just resign.

Sundance calls the Republican leadership in Congress the “Decepticons”; I call the Democrat leadership the Distracticons; their role has always been to distract everyone from the Decepticons.

And, it is the Decepticons that were most threatened by DJT, from day one.
He was “calling them out” for their inactions, from day one.

      McCain,Bush, he knocked them down.
Once in office, HOW many times did he tweet, calling on McConnell, to USE the “nuclear option”, and DROP the fillibuster rule?

McConnells defence looks particularly foolish, given what Nancy did, once she took the House.

      You need 4 people, to control Congress;
The majority and minority leaders of both Houses. And, as we have seen, they don’t really care whether they are minority or majority; they control their chambers.
THEY appoint majority and minority committee chairs. They decide which office a congressperson gets, big or small and location.
THEY decide whether or not to open an ethics investigation,…or NOT.
They control the Senate and House Republican and Democrat CAMPAIGN COMMITTEES, and the dispersement of FUND$.
So, carrot and stick, to keep their members in line.
4 people, who can serve for 20-30 years.
After all, what constituency is goung to vote out their Senator or Congressman, when they are Speaker or Senate majority, or House or Senate minority leader.
POTUS’s limited to 8 years, so they see them come and go.
McConnell, Ryan want the SAME thing as Pelosi and Schumer. They are the same. They just play different roles.
Destracticons keep us looking at shiny objects, they are the big head in the wizard of oz, while the decepticons are the man behind the curtain.

WHY have Distractucons, or the Uniparty altogether, who have been for years content to boil the frig slowly, suddenly thrown caution to the wind, and gone full blown, batsh*t crazy extreme?

Because of DJT. Not because he,was a threat to Distractucons, hell he was willing and eager to work with “Democrats”, on infrastructure, prison reform, etc.

No, he was and is a threat to the Uniparty, because his presence in the Oval office threatens to expose the scam, by exposing the true nature of the DECEPTICONS. That, at the top leadership they are hardcore marxists, JUST like Pelosi and Schumer.

So, you want to be PISSED at this ‘soft coup’, and you want to know “where it started”, WHO initiated it? The 4 leaders of Congress. RYAN, McConnell, Pelosi and Shumer. Certainly, controlling committee assignments, other high ranking members as well.
      Remember GOWDY?
And the whole thing was to “protect” the Uniparty’s con from exposure.

Preserve the illusion that we have a ‘two party system’. Its the only way for leftists to take control of a traditionally “center right nation”: a true right wing party, in a center right nation, would always tend to win, or at leadt enough to keep the country ‘tacking’to the right.

Does it seem to you like our country has been ‘tacking’ right? Just the opposite!

How is that possible? Sure, media becomes propoganda. Education becomes indoctrination. But, in a democratic republic, they HAVE to cheat, cause they can NOT compete.

And so, they are at the top of BOTH parties, one pretending to espouse and support conservative policy positions, but being “weak”, “inept” or “stupid”.

Fillibuster rule, great tool for them!
Since rarely does one ‘party’ (or face of the Uniparty) hold 60 votes in the Senate, the rule insures minority input into legislation, OSTENSIBLY.
And that MAY have been the original intent.
Yet, funny how Obama care was passed, with NO input from Republicons,..funny, that!

And yet, when Decepticons are in control, they can use the fillibuster rule to excuse that they are forwarding the Uniparty, marxist globalist agenda.

This attack on DJT, from day one, was because he is an existential threat to the Uniparty, BECAUSE his existence threatens to expose the Decepticons for what they are; fully on board and in league with the Distract-u-cons, and they have gone batsh*t crazy, so everyone will be looking at them, and NOT see that the Decepticons are being forced out of their stealth mode, because of PDJT’s actions.
      IMHO,…

Mueller knew early on that there was no collusion. His focus was on obstruction from the very beginning. He dragged the collusion as long as he could, beyond the 2018 elections hoping the Dems would gain control of the House. Control of the House by Dems made impeachment possible. But the Republicans retained control of the Senate, at least enough “real” control (despite the RINOs) to prevent Senate conviction of the President.

If Mueller was a patriot, he would have let the nation know that there was no collusion before the 2018 election. Instead, he was a political tool of the Democrat Party. He sold his soul to the Clinton Empire. On Good Friday, let us hope that Mueller repents, as did St. Dismas (the good thief crucified nest to Jesus), but I doubt that is likely

It’s a hard, hard rain that is gonna fall. Hope you have a good umbrella Mr. Mueller.

Take off the glasses, its NOT about “Dem” vs. “REP”. Having Republicans control the Senate is NO ‘insurance’ against impeachment.

Put another way, Rosies instructions from day one; find, or create a case for obstruction, (piss off Trump enough that he fires you, and possibly me, too) so that Republicans will vote for impeachment.
This, Mr. Mueller, is your assignment. If you refuse to accept it, I and the other coupists will undoubtedly be caught, and to save my skin, I will give them you, on Uranium 1.
If you take the assignment, the coupists will be your team, and will cover up their nefarious deeds.

Mueller and Barr are on the same Get Trump team. Were it not so, they would not have so thoroughly laid out the 10-point case for the Dems to pursue impeachment, post haste, based on Obstruction. Both Mueller and Barr lied, saying “the Russians hacked the DNC server and gave the Clinton/Podesta letters to Wikileaks.” I was so stunned when I heard Barr say exactly that, because that notion was debunked by the firm that proved the speed of transmission from the server could ONLY be accomplished by an insider with a thumb drive. NO one has made Brennan or Comey or Mueller or Barr or Schiff or Warner or Burr or Di-Fi PROVE the Russians hacked the DNC server. But all have given that rant to the Democrats to justify the spying. Watch for Articles of Impeachment to be on display by May 5th because “we cannot let our Democracy be stolen from us by a president who made several attempts to obstruct the Mueller Investigation.”

Without consequences there’s no incentive for the corrupt, the criminal and the lowlife to not do what their nature compels them to do

When those in power are all on the same team, they play by their own set of rules. The criminal, the cop and the judge are all on the same team, hence, there’s winks and nods, instead of consequences

The only way this stops is the peoples demand for accountability and justice is stronger than globalist money and influence, and real consequences are doled out to those who usurp the peoples rightful authority

Trump instilled fear in these people, call them globalists or whatever, and they took action. That what this was about — fear, paranoia — and that’s why so few in Washington took action or even objected to this two-year outrage. Trump has a lot of enemies in high places but I truly hope they mind their manners.

      faken,
Justice is the COURTS. Blocking, or refusing to comply, etc. with Congressional Oversite Committees is NOT something that qualifies as “Obstruction of Justice”.
Congressional Committees are SUPPOSED to hold hearings, to gain information for writing legislation, or changing existing legislation, and to insure the laws they have written are being enforced.
They do not administer Justice, so telling them to F off, as Holder did, was contempt (you THINK?), but was NOT “Obstruction of Justice”.

However, cooking the book on criminal investigations, either to convict someone who’s innocent, or exonerate someone who’s guilty, suppress or create evidence, coerce testimony, suborn perjury, misprison of felony, suppress exculpatory evidence are all variations on a theme, falling under the “Obstruction of Justice” umbrella.
Most carry up to 10 year sentences, and we are looking at multiple counts.

So, Rosie appoints him SC, with the assignment to goad PDJT into firing him.
And, McCabe knows all of this, and,so was threatening Rosie and Mueller, if they didn’t drop the charges against him.
Comey did something similar, to Lynch.
Hinted at the phone call she made regarding the infamous weiner laptop, where she threatened to reopen a civil rights investigation on nypd, if they didn’t cooperate on squashing the laptop.
He HINTED at this, in his book. Then he talked about it, afterwards. But, there were OTHER people who were still in control of who gets prosecuted, who were also involved.
So, this is WHY these sleaze rush to print; to blackmail their way out of PRISON!
We have all noticed how they rush to print their books. Its their insurance policy, to insure “no prosecution”.

Its their “get out of jail, free card”, and they are ‘showing it’. I wonder if Prosecuter Lieu was involved at all with the weiner laptop coverup?
WHO would have been in a position to know about, and be compromised by exposure of the laptop, AND been in a position to insure Comey wouldn’t be charged? THATS who Comey wrote the book for, an audience of one, or perhaps several people in DOJ.

His efforts were funded in part through opposition research firm Fusion GPS, by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, and the Democratic National Committee. Republicans such as Nunes have alleged the FBI misled the FISA court to obtain warrants to spy on Page by using the dossier without mentioning its Democratic benefactors and Steele’s anti-Trump bias.

        Chenie;
My initial reaction, too. Read the article linked.
What I THINK Nunes is saying, could be wrong.
The dossier started with unauthorised 702 queries, of the NSA database. These gave the authors facts, which they then used as a skeleton, to hang their lies on.

BUT, except for the Cohen/prague trip, they WERE factual. So, Scope memo directed Muellrr to USE the steele dossier to target Trump campaign associates.

The lies would not be of any use in targeting people, but these facts, illegally obtained, would? The trips of Manafort, his bank records, etc. would yield evidence normally not obtainable, without a criminal warrant, which requires probable cause, that Mueller didn’t have.

        Ive been posting for some time now, the Mueller invrstigations and prosecutions have a major problem;
        Its a counter-intel investigation
        Its a CRIMINAL investigation
        Its 2,2,2 investigations in one.

        Problem with that is, ….

        YOU CAN’T DO THAT.

They use illegally obtained evidence, (702) about queries, from the NSA database, done for the steele dossier, to in the case of manafort to ‘make’ a case they hadn’t been able to make in 2012, cause THEY DIDN’T HAVE ACCESS TO THIS INFO IN 2012! They were restricted in 2012, to legally obtainable evidence.

But, since database is,set up to track $ to terrorists, and spys, it ‘caught’ manaforts offshore $, and travel, emails and phone calls, so they could nail him for ukraine work.

Similar with papa d, but since he hadn’t done anything illegal, they set him up to charge as unregistered lobbyist for isreal, by having isreali ‘agent’ give him $.
As for Flynn, not sure we know exactly what info they would have gotten from NSA database, but probably something to do with his dealings with Turkey, possibly something involving his son.

We do know nellie searched Trump children, she probably searched family members of every target.

Anyway, I THINK this is what Nunes is saying,…

  28. QUESTION: is it possible that the Robert Mueller/RR “interview” with the President, the “accidental” loss of Mueller’s cell phone in the Oval Office, Briefing the Go8, and announcement of a Special Counsel, and subsequent retrieval of Mueller’s wayward phone were all timed so as to record the President’s actual response at the moment he first heard the news of a special counsel?

    Coincidence…?

Is it possible that the SC still has a recording that they did not include in Mueller’s report, but are waiting to present to Congress at a committee hearing? Could that be where the SC Obstruction bread crumb trail leads? Is that why Mueller did not make an assessment on obstruction? Is that why Mueller said it was Congress’ job to make that decision? Is that the “evidence” that Schiff talks about?

Who can be trusted to investigate the investigators?

As somebody once said, “So many questions.”

The premier law enforcement agency in the world turns out to be guilty of illegal spying on the president and some in his orb, the premier judicial agency in the world turns out to be guilty of selective prosecution and selective persecution, the judicial system in the best country in the world (or so it used to be) is packed with judges who have blind justice part of the time and blind allegiance the rest of the time, and a Congress so rife with Deep Staters who serve themselves and the almighty dollar they can bank that they really don’t care about constituents except at election time (they can’t stuff all the ballot boxes but you can rest assured Broward County will be a nothingburger compared to what happens in 2020) are all present day nightmares.
The case is being made for term limits. The case is being made for intense scrutiny into the finances of any person in Congress for more than 8 years (it was supposed to be a citizen Congress as established by our founders not a cash cow for those who succeed as candidates). Career governmental employees should be rotated to different parts of the country at least every 8 years. These few changes would be a start.
As citizens, we should have been happy to have a governmental outsider in charge for a while. So many people complain about corrupt politicians occupying the White House. We finally got one of us in the office and suddenly these same people are screaming left and right (pun intended). The Deep Staters are globalists. The globalists are far more likely to be Socialists/Marxists/Communists. Is this really what young people want or is their ignorance showing? I doubt anyone under 40, maybe 50, even has a clue about the Soviet Union, the split Germany situation, or even Communist Cuba. If Venezuela is what they want, I wish they would just go there instead of trying to make the USA Venezuela.

I think Mueller had every intention of dragging this out to 2020 but Barr put a stop to it. Very strange that the end of the SC announcement came just a few short weeks after Barr arrived.

Personally, I don’t think the Dems have the stomach to do impeachment. Politically, it never seems to favor the opposing party and they know it, so they would rather just have it hanging out there as a threat to use for fund-raising and as a tool in the 2020 race. Left out of this, and many Sundance posts, is the “one glaring fact” that I last commented on here 10 days ago:

    https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/04/09/cautious-optimism-ag-william-barr-states-he-is-reviewing-doj-fbi-conduct-during-the-summer-of-2016/comment-page-2/#comment-6892454

Leave out that fact, and you get endless recapitulations (recaps), all worthless. Call it “in the weeds”, or call it “garbage”. The point is, Rosenstein OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED President Trump fire Comey, yet when the President did, Rosenstein immediately (within a mere 8 days, which is instantaneous for such an action, without supporting facts and clearly criminal in intent, in Washington, AND ESPECIALLY AGAINST THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES) set Mueller upon him for “obstruction”. AND ROSENSTEIN DID THIS WITH THE IMMEDIATE, EVEN REFLEXIVE SUPPORT OF ALL OF WASHINGTON, BOTH DEMOCRAT AND REPUBLICAN (not even a single “hey, let’s talk about this”, much less the to-be-expected years-long fight for and against that precipitate — indeed, insane — action).

We do not have a legitimate federal government, EXCEPT FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP. And we do not even have fully competent analysts, ANYWHERE, when they cannot keep hold of that glaring fact, that Rosenstein — again, with universal support in Washington — openly set up the President (and all of us who want and need the truth) and sprung it, to universal, insane acclaim.

I repeat: Throw out the Mueller report; indict, try and convict Mueller and everyone who promulgated his “investigation”. Demolish the two major political parties, along with the upper echelons of ALL of the federal agencies. And throw Obama/Soetoro and everyone who has ever supported him out of the American continent entirely.

And yes, I strongly think, as I have since I recognized the Democrats under Obama as “The Insane Left”, that that means war, sooner or later. It is, after all, only the proper reaction to “The War of the Insane Left” that Obama et al. have been waging against this country since he came to power in 2008.
