Our Turn? – President Trump’s Declassification Arsenal…

The Mueller investigation was cited to President Trump, by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, as a specific reason not to declassify certain documents.  Here’s a link to the General Principles of declassification [SEE HERE] Yes, the President can declassify anything; however, there is a process that must be followed.

With the completion of the Mueller investigation, it would appear that President Trump could now declassify the documents as requested by congress on September 6th, 2018.  Additionally, after the original declassification request, there were other documents added to the list.  Perhaps it is worthwhile remembering what those declassification documents are:

♦ The first item(s) is/are the Carter Page FISA applications (including specifically pages 10-12 and 17-34 and relevant footnotes).  This request was modified to include the last 22 pages of the third renewal of the FISA application (dated July 2016).

♦ The second item(s) on the original request are all of the Bruce Ohr 302’s, FBI notes from interviews and debriefing sessions, and other relevant documents associated with the interviews of Bruce Ohr and his internal communications.  This request also includes exculpatory evidence that Bruce Ohr may have shared.

♦ The third batch of documents requested by congress was: “all exculpatory evidence regarding Carter Page and others, that were presented to the Gang of Eight, but not presented to the FISA Court.”

♦ The fourth request was for the unredacted “Scope Memo”, authored by Deputy Rosenstein, that authorized the specific investigative direction of Robert Mueller.  With the Mueller probe ended, there should be no reason to withhold and redact the authorization document known as the “Scope Memo”.

♦ The fifth item is the originating Electronic Communication or “EC” authored by CIA Director John Brennan to former FBI Director James Comey.  The two-page EC is the originating memorandum that outlines the reason why Brennan felt operation “Crossfire Hurricane” should be initiated to investigate the Trump campaign (July 31, 2016).

♦ The sixth item on the original request was for the release of the full and unredacted text messaging and communication between FBI Lawyer Lisa Page and FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok.  There are thousands of redactions within the previously released text messages; there are also many that were removed.  The request to President Trump was for all redactions to be removed and for all previously withheld communication to be provided.

NOTE: Recently it has been revealed there are also text messages between Lisa Page and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.  I would presume the congressional request would also want those added to their original request for declassification and production.

That’s the original and modified list of documents that Devin Nunes and congress have requested from the executive.  However, there are more documents that are pertinent and would be useful in exposing the seditious conspiracy.

CTH would like to add the declassification of the April 2017 FISC opinion rendered by FISA Court Presiding Justice Rosemary Collyer.  This 99-page opinion outlines the 2016 FBI and NSA FISA-702 certification submissions. It’s extremely doubtful that anyone in DC would support declassifying this document; however, there is also no document that would be as revealing to declassify.  This document is direct evidence of historic FISA abuse; it would show just how far the fourth amendment has been eroded by the administrative state.

There have been a large number of referrals on that before by Congress & Senat, and I understand Nunes’s team is preparing a fresh batch of criminal referrals.

For none of those that have been issued already has there been a publicized response, that I’m aware off, which is odd. A refusal to prosecute by the DOJ in all cases (including several of ‘the team’ lying to Congress) seems rather inexplicable, so at best they have been stalled until the end of the Mueller investigation.

But now they’ll either have to start prosecuting or come up with new excuses. And I do not see how they can do that with a straight face, which in turn means that lot’s of the bad guys (& galls) will now be prosecuted. A few of the rats may escape justice by turning state’s evidence, but that is how that works.

As one now can also declassify anything which was not declassified because the Mueller investigation was still ongoing. That was a lame excuse then, there are now no excuses left. It’s the end of the road.

This is really the end of the beginning, as I stated last Friday.
And we all know happened after that.

Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
Henceforth Hitler’s Nazis will meet equally well armed, and perhaps better armed troops. …

As the public starts to awake to the fact that Candidate/President Elect/President Trump was spied on, delegitimized, falsely executed by the main stream media and worse for the past 3 year, the awakened public will be able to accept the imiment coming indictments.

The public must be able to accept what is coming, or the required justice to restore the rule of law will fail. This is a war for your mind. The MSM has been the gate keepers of the narrative and culture for decades. By President Trump labeling them Fake New and the enemy of the people, he has created doubt. Now that doubt can be transformed into knowledge of what truthfully happened.

The mainstream media will never be trusted again unless they admit to their sedition, are held accountable and prosecuted for their crimes.

I believe Sundances “Big Ugly” is going to happen over the next few months as these traitors are exposed, one by one, for the public to see.

Who is going to take them down? Certainly the MSM aren’t going to give in. They will stand behind the only part of the Constitution that they believe in, which is freedom of the press, and be protected. There may be a case that could be made against them, but I highly doubt that anyone is going to try to go after the press to shut them down through the court system. And as for the press shutting down because the public quits giving them support, I don’t see that happen. They still reach more Americans with their biased news than conservative news does, and that hasn’t changed. We see a few people added to our side, but overall, the majority of Americans are not getting their news where we get ours, so they’re being fed biased propaganda. Most Americans get their news from places like drive time radio on their way to and from work, and that’s most often from sources like ABC and CBS who provide the news breaks for radio stations.

Unless and until the American people reject the news media and quit watching/listening/reading their propaganda, they will continue to be around.

And there is no will in the DOJ and other agencies to do anything to reign in the obnoxious “news media” as foul-natured as it is. Though it’s comforting to realize the issues with the “media” have been present since the earliest days of the Republic, Jefferson’s and Lincoln’s complaints about press coverage are widely quoted. The nation has survived “the press” and outlived many instances of “yellow journalism” in its history. I’m sure the effects of the current iteration will also be transitory, we will outlast all the despised “news outlets” as they fade into the meaningless past.

FTA: “The operation’s nerve center is a Washington-based nonprofit called The Democracy Integrity Project, or TDIP. I’m assuming it’s the second scope memo which amended the first scope memo after Mueller asked for clarification? I would like to see both released!

I assume that IG Horowitz now has access to all the documents that were under Mueller’s purview and previously unavailable to his investigation?

Now let the declassification begin! The resulting probe needs to end the deep state so that it doesn’t get to live another day and survive. The existing two-tier justice system must be ended.. What Hillary has done and Bill as well is put the global community, a one world view of governing by the elites above America above our Constitution. To me that´s treasonous. The Democrat Party and msm can be included in that cabal. Let the evidence of corruption and illegality lead where it may. If there are convictions so be it. If there are acquittals so be it. But the law must prevail and everyone in this country including illegal aliens subject to it or the Republic is finished. God bless America and Godspeed President Trump!

(If) Once the dominos start to fall clinton will be considered low hanging fruit. If they get Brennan, comey… they get to the WH and congress. If they let obama skate the DS remains in place for the next chapter, like 2024.

IMO it’s not about politics. It’s about the rule of law and whether or not Barr has what it takes to investigate obvious criminality. From an investigative standpoint it seems like easy pickens given the paper trails. And, of course the smaller fish (and families/loved ones) have to live long enough to testify.

      >> I’m assuming it’s the second scope memo which amended the first scope memo after Mueller asked for clarification?

And it will be fun to watch.
Because legally there was no proper scope in the 1st memo, or so I heard from people in the know. Technically that means no scope & no mandate.

The scope should specify what potential crimes should be investigated, what it should not, may not be (just) about is who to investigate. It apparently said something like: investigate the Trump Campaign for collusion.

The second scope statement fixed that. or so I’m told. It will still be quite interesting to see how they fixed it, also because ‘collusion’ is not a crime. You need an (set of) actual crime(s) to investigate.

Here’s what needs to happen: The AG needs to tell Congress that the entirety of the “Russia Investigation” is itself under investigation by the DOJ OIG, which it is. Therefore, there will be no “fully declassified Mueller Report” any time soon, as doing so will “obstruct” the OIG investigation, which it would. Further, the full public release of ALL relevant “investigative product” will proceed on the following schedule:
1.) OIG FISA Abuse and Russia Probe Report(s)
2.) #SpyGate declassification not otherwise FULLY exposed by #1 (sources and methods derp)
      3.) Mueller Report

In short: you can’t have Mueller without Number Two (tee tee). And you can’t have #2 without #1, per Trump agreement with Rosenstein, whatever that was. If #3 is the byproduct of fraud and misconduct, then #3 can’t be allowed to stand on it’s own… which, of course, is exactly what the Dems want.

The Deep State (which still controls Washington) won’t allow it and the president, while he might sometimes infer that that’s what he’d like, has a history of letting the past lie and moving forward to do more and better things. I suspect his counsel would argue strongly against trying to go after Obama.

I agree 100% that nothing will happen to Obama. He was put in the presidency by an extremely powerful group, the voters were just the cream on the top, and being a protected minority and the chosen one, the same group would instigate a war in the US were he brought to justice. That is what I believe.

Donald J. Trump: “Also, key allies asked not to release.” Will this still be a barrier to release?

Key Allies = UK. British Intelligence is obsessed with suppressing any discussion of their operations, even from many decades ago. Secrecy is important for secret organizations, but allows corruption, incompetence, and abuse to run rampant due to lack of oversight. We should redact material that exposes their legitimate operations, and publish every word of their corrupt interference in US politics. Maybe they will refuse to assist CIA/FBI conspiracies against our government in the future.

“There is a process that must be followed.”

Actually, if I recall correctly, that process is contained in an Executive Order, thus Trump can simply cancel it and release anything he wants unilaterally.

You are absolutely correct. The president is the originating authority for all things classified and security clearances. He can declassify without a review, as those reviews were added as prudent advisory safe guards with respect to legality and security.

The real question is, how safe does the president feel at this point in time to declassify without a review?? It would be still be a prudent move for him to allow the reviews and then move forward, even if it results in a drip drip drip of release as the Republican party still is only 50% behind him at best. Plus, he still does not have control over INTEL nor DoJ, who could provide inputs to a democrat and Uni-party effort to remove him.

President Trump more than anyone realizes what he MUST do. He has seen firsthand the abyss of the swamp and he knows that the U.S.A will never be great on economics alone.

That’s why he is fighting hard for the border wall. He knows the destruction open borders cause. He knows what things need to be done because he is a Patriot.

He knows that if the same forces that tried to destroy him are left in tact, they will simply regroup and redouble their efforts against him and We The People.

He has to bring them down. This is a fight to the death, he knows it, we know it. Does he have what it takes? Without a doubt he does!
The real question is how deep is he willing to go to destroy the cancer eating away at the pillars of our great nation?

I think more are going down then what we realize.

Our overlords, indeed. Not one seconds thought that WE ELECTED our President, they took it upon themselves to overthrow the will of the people. Life in prison is too good for them.

They HATE us, they really do hate us, not just PDT.

They must pay. It won’t be over until they pay for their high crimes, so that NEVER again will they forget that this is OUR country, not theirs.

This must never happen again. We must NEVER surrender our right to defend ourselves; we now know just what they would do to us, if they could.

The Bill To Resolve Illegal Immigration
    4 Mar 2019

    http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=235224

Also, legal immigration must be changed to merit-based and citizenship by birth to non-citizens ended or what is described starting at 24:25 in the following video WILL occur:

Since it appears none of that will be done and now the legislatures of 12 states have voted to mandate that their Electoral College votes be given to the candidate with the most popular votes, it is likely that in perhaps two election cycles the effective majority political demographics of the country will shift left.

    Unless:

I can only hope that the Dims are going to experience another McGovern fiasco in the next election with their extreme-left campaigning. PDJT needs a second term where he doesn’t need to worry about pleasing anyone other than those who voted for him since he won’t need to worry about appeasing in any way the deep state to be reelected.

On the subject of appropriate legal punishment for spygate participants, I don’t see that happening since the maintenance of the weak facade of unbiased justice from and legal behavior by the three letter agencies involved, thereby preserving their aura of legitimacy, is the goal of anyone who might be capable of bringing those appropriate charges.

There is a major item missing from the list of documents about to be declassified as well as from Senator Graham’s request to DoJ. he needs to demand, in writing, as description of ALL verbal orders issued by Rosenstein to Mueller, which modified the original charter of the Special Counsel. Graham needs to demand the court document from Manafort’s trial, whereby Mueller described those orders for comparison.

If Graham is serious, his committee needs to start the crusade to totally discredit the Special Counsel and Rosenstein as all of Rosenstein’s orders changed the entire purpose of Mueller’s investigation as originally chartered.

Did Mueller, the ostensible Republican, festoon his team with 17 hard-core Hillary supporters embed with unlimited funds, power, subpoenas & time so that their failure to find anything approaching a Trump connection to Russian interference with our election would unassailably demonstrate it did not happen, as close to proving the negative as anyone can get?
