Our Turn? – President Trump’s Declassification Arsenal…

The Mueller investigation was cited to President Trump, by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, as a specific reason not to declassify certain documents.  Here’s a link to the General Principles of declassification [SEE HERE] Yes, the President can declassify anything; however, there is a process that must be followed.

With the completion of the Mueller investigation, it would appear that President Trump could now declassify the documents as requested by congress on September 6th, 2018.  Additionally, after the original declassification request, there were other documents added to the list.  Perhaps it is worthwhile remembering what those declassification documents are:

♦ The first item(s) is/are the Carter Page FISA applications (including specifically pages 10-12 and 17-34 and relevant footnotes).  This request was modified to include the last 22 pages of the third renewal of the FISA application (dated July 2016).

♦ The second item(s) on the original request are all of the Bruce Ohr 302’s, FBI notes from interviews and debriefing sessions, and other relevant documents associated with the interviews of Bruce Ohr and his internal communications.  This request also includes exculpatory evidence that Bruce Ohr may have shared.

♦ The third batch of documents requested by congress was: “all exculpatory evidence regarding Carter Page and others, that were presented to the Gang of Eight, but not presented to the FISA Court.”

♦ The fourth request was for the unredacted “Scope Memo”, authored by Deputy Rosenstein, that authorized the specific investigative direction of Robert Mueller.  With the Mueller probe ended, there should be no reason to withhold and redact the authorization document known as the “Scope Memo”.

♦ The fifth item is the originating Electronic Communication or “EC” authored by CIA Director John Brennan to former FBI Director James Comey.  The two-page EC is the originating memorandum that outlines the reason why Brennan felt operation “Crossfire Hurricane” should be initiated to investigate the Trump campaign (July 31, 2016).

♦ The sixth item on the original request was for the release of the full and unredacted text messaging and communication between FBI Lawyer Lisa Page and FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok.  There are thousands of redactions within the previously released text messages; there are also many that were removed.  The request to President Trump was for all redactions to be removed and for all previously withheld communication to be provided.

NOTE: Recently it has been revealed there are also text messages between Lisa Page and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.  I would presume the congressional request would also want those added to their original request for declassification and production.

That’s the original and modified list of documents that Devin Nunes and congress have requested from the executive.  However, there are more documents that are pertinent and would be useful in exposing the seditious conspiracy.

CTH would like to add the declassification of the April 2017 FISC opinion rendered by FISA Court Presiding Justice Rosemary Collyer.  This 99-page opinion outlines the 2016 FBI and NSA FISA-702 certification submissions. It’s extremely doubtful that anyone in DC would support declassifying this document; however, there is also no document that would be as revealing to declassify.  This document is direct evidence of historic FISA abuse; it would show just how far the fourth amendment has been eroded by the administrative state.

The Republicans in Congress (the few faithful ones) should reiterate their requests VERY QUICKLY AND STRONGLY and hopefully the President will follow up equally swiftly.

This is something I hear over and over… how much Chris Steele hated the President and was “desperate” that he not be elected.

WHY?? What was it that would make a British citizen be this involved in our election to warrant the lengths they have gone thru.. and the crimes… just because of feelings?? I realize he was hired by the FBI and had connections.. but that can’t be all of the story.
Something has never seemed right about that. Something doesn’t smell right. And even after all of it is proved how this started… what charges can be brought against a foreigner?

        Am I missing something??

I believe the CIA and Hollywood and the fake news media, work hand in hand to produce scenarios that they feed to the public! I especially can’t wait for the Muslim himself John Brennan to be exposed!!!

Knowing that the CIA FBI and intelligence services have training camps for Hollywood to “script ” their shows/movies is all you need know. Do a search on it….start with HBO’s Homeland……it’s quite revealing!

“Training camps for Hollywood to “script” their shows”.

Now it’s all making sense. The utter predictability of most
sitcoms, “reality” shows. The pacing, wording, phrases,
timing of when someone looks at the camera and makes
a comment on the “reality” shows. No differiention. Like
so many of them had the same person writing the script.
Won’t even get into the late night talk shows. This all goes
        back to pre Obama, even.

Will have to read up more on this. Will have to have people
start talking about this. THIS would be why we have so
many more channels (with cable) and it’s all exactly the same.

The show’s story lines often have uncanny parallels to real-life politics — for instance, a conspiracy theorist populating social media with fake news. How do the writers manage that feat?

Every year we spend a week in D.C. in “spy camp.” We all meet in a club in Georgetown, and from morning till night, we talk to a whole coterie of characters within the clandestine world who have real insight into what’s happening. And they are able to illuminate what’s going to surface as relevant in a year’s time. It’s incredibly valuable and terrifying. We have an amazing crystal ball. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/09/arts/television/claire-danes-homeland.html

“Law and Order”. Damn near every plot has a thinly
disguised public figure that they want to demonize. Or
some type of plot twist to tell us who the “good guys”
are, and who the “bad guys” are. All of which fits seamlessly
            into the lefty narrative.

            Right to Life types? Evil.

Industrialists? Evil. Also ruining the climate.

Conservative politicians? Evil ( also thinly disguised)

            Priests? Always pedophiles.

A group of more then six white people in a room in Brooklyn?
A klan rally. ALWAYS. Any room full of whites is white supremacy.

Anyone that criticizes women, gays, muslims is always the person
            that has had someone murdered.

Talking points supporting the narrative abound. Sam Waterson
cocks his head and delivers an impassioned speech during the
trial supporting any and all things lefty. Iced Tea walks through
the office and mutters under his breath against an injustice. Always
            caused by evil conservatives.

Law and Order re runs are always on. 24/7, seven days a week
on different cable channels. Just like the Daily Show is almost
impossible to avoid. Forget the old TV schedule, we have rubes

As I’ve posted many times, there had to have been hundreds of people involved in the domestic surveillance operation against Candidate, then President-elect, then President Trump. Agents, analysts, translators, technicians, supervisors, clerical and support staff, etc. Every single one of them, including the FISA judges and the people who work in their chambers, knew exactly what was going on.

If you are reading this and you are one of them, now is the time to come clean. You are probably still under the Whistleblower Act and probably not a target yet. There may be an indictment with your name on it, but probably not yet. Every day that goes by that you don’t come clean, you are gambling with your own fate. Do you trust the people you worked with, who you reported to, and who reported to you, not to finger you? Think long and hard about it.

The last years have replaced a swelling pride to be an American, with pervasive demoralization.

Hillary and Bill, B Hussein O, Clapper, Brennan, RR, Comey et al, arrogantly and boastfully have gotten away with thier crimes with blatant lies and flimsy cover ups.

We know Susan Rice lied 5 times in one day, because we watched her do it on national TV. We know Lois Lerner targeted American Citizens for IRS harassment. We know Hillary knew exactly what she was protecting with her private server.

Sham investigations cite ‘no intent’, ‘no bias’ or no reason at all, to simulate oversite into the ‘matter’.

They know that we know, and that makes it all the more demoralizing. Good people are mocked for clinging to their values, guns and their religion.

Accountability is the foundation for the rule of law. Weather you are a former President, or an illegal alien, if you have broken our laws, you must be held accountable.

Wikileaks and Support groups.. didnt just expose the corruption in 2016..they exposed the UK and US groups confabulating the hoax hysteria ..like Institute for statecraft..Integrity Initiative..Atlantic Council..New Knowledge ..who have reaped millions pushing the farce while manipulating even our recent midterms.. the former even caught infiltrating Bernie Sanders camp..all to to give the coupleaders legitimacy and momentum.. Let’s not forget that the our own DOD paid Halper a million to line up patsies for the FBI. Even more disturbing that our CIA directoress Haspel was running the London office at that very time in 2016.

Back then, dialogue was fast-paced, loaded with lots of sharp wit, double entendres, and subtle innuendo. The dialogue in most movies over the past 20 years is crass, subtle as a rock, and leaves one’s imagination permanently parked at the curb.

No, it will take months and even years to communicate reality to the LoFos, and prevent them from being used by the Democrats at the ballot box. It has to start NOW. Steer clear of FISA until Horowitz is done if need be, but the American people are not going to un-learn what they have been brainwashed into quickly, and the media will fight the truth ever step of the way. DECLASSIFY THE TRUTH NOW.

  31. This is a great list around the documents associated with this horrible episode in our history.

It seems to me important to also address Obama’s complicity in “unmasking”. So I’d like all those in the January meeting memorialized by S. Rice to be subject to interrogation. I’d also like to get to the bottom of Uranium One and those associated with this–who paid whom and what was paid, and how these players interact with this Russian Spygate travesty. And I’d like full transparency around the “tarmac” meeting of Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch. And while we are at it, I’d like transparency on the Awan Bros scandal, and why Wasserman Schultz refused to give the server to LE.

I guess it is too much to ask that the truth of how Hillary’s emails were accessed–since we know it was not a hack.

But basically, I’m asking for as much evidence as we can get of the corrupt DS players actions.

And yes, I know I’m likely dreaming.

The timing for declassification cannot wait until 2020 election season. Why? No time for breaking down the details, the complexity, and getting the dirt properly exposed to the masses. The propaganda media will seek ways to deflect, minimize or obfuscate until the preponderance of evidence is beyond defense. That process will take time. No one can play this precisely to impact the elections with so many variables. Better to move forward, seek truth and justice. I am beyond ready for that.

Regardless of how or when it’s done, you can be certain that declassification and subsequent prosecutions will be framed by the resistance as retribution based on purely political motives.

Therefore, IMO the more distance put between any big ugly and election day, the better.

it is going to take the year and a half until the next election just to expose all the documents and start the investigations. There are so many documents and so little time.

    • mark says:

It can’t wait for a number of reasons…the first one is there is so much to look into for criminal prosecution. Secondly, if you wait the democrats are going to say the prosecution is purely political, payback for the mueller investigation. The MSM will run with that narrative. NO. This must start immediately. If it runs into the election so be it….but it must start now.

The Fisa and five eyes process needs to be severely curtailed or shut down entirely…..so this never happens again. Running counterintelligence ops on the Congress, the President, the press and potentially the Supreme Court is subversive and stinks like blackmail.

Convene the Grand Juries quickly but the declassification must happen also to end Intelligence community abuse and limit their activities in the future. I say kill the FBI entirely along with the DOJ counterintelligence sections rename and reform a very small federal law enforcement. Empanel an Intelligence review committee and allow them access to every program ran by our IC. Slash and burn to minimal levels all IC and run increased oversight.into the future.

National level police and out of control spies are tools for the dictator and Obama used them like one.

Yes Convene Grand Juries, they are the best tools we have to shake this out.

At rallies we need to replace “Build the Wall” or “Lock Her UP” with:

“Grand Juries Now, Grand Juries Now” Post it every where you go, use it as a closing to any comment you make anywhere.

In closing, GRAND JURIES NOW !

      • Betty says:

Here is the best thing about a Grand Jury they can take control of the process and I think I read, but can’t find it now, that they can subpoena people regardless of what the Federal Prosecutor says.
And not coincidentally, I bet, this is the reason why we always get stuck with a “special investigator” and no Grand Jury:

        From Wiki:
“Occasionally, grand juries go aggressively beyond the control of the prosecuting attorney. When the grand jury does so the situation is called a “runaway” grand jury. Runaway grand juries sometimes happen in government corruption or organized crime cases if the grand jury comes to believe that the prosecutor himself has been improperly influenced. Such cases were common in the 19th century but have become infrequent since the 1930s”.

Didn’t I read somewhere else that We The People could petition a Grand Jury from any State in the Union – why don’t we? Especially if they don’t end this Coup attempt right now and apologize to the President and all of us.

They think the are holding all the cards, and can Torment and Undermine our President and us with no consequences.

        Grand Juries Now !!!

There’s some mystery going on here in England regarding a DOJ plane that flew from Manassas to London arriving Tuesday. Some keen-eyed folk spotted it and were discussing the possible reason for the visit on Twitter. The plane was here 3/4 days and has now departed arriving back at base yesterday (3/23/19).

Some are wondering if this was a rendition flight – Assange, Steele? – or it had some other purpose such as DOJ officials coming over for a behind closed doors meeting with UK government/Intelligence officials prior to the Mueller report coming out.

Many of us are hoping that if it was a rendition mission that our beloved PM May is being sent off to Gitmo, but could be just wishful thinking!

Anyway, if anyone on your side the pond has anything to add to this mystery we’d be glad to hear it.

    Thanks in advance.

Now that Mueller’s utterly phony, seditious libel song-and-dance has drained away, we hope that Trump will take off gloves to hit Deep State subversives hard.

The opportunity here is to radically reform national U.S. electoral procedures, rendering corruptly politicized Rat-dominated States such as California and Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New York explicitly vulnerable to Constitutional strictures from ye ole Fourth Amendment on.

One way to do this is to sponsor an Amendment XXVIII specifying that State Electoral Votes derive from un-gerrymandered County vs. Congressional District tallies rather than heavily urban-skewed State balloting. Though this would not change the existing total of 538 EVs (each State’s two Senators plus its Lower House delegation), requiring a 270 EV majority to win, it would promote a much broader –more “diverse”– and substantive political discourse by reducing incentives to Rats’ back-alley precinct, demagogic/dependency appeals.

Combine this with Second Branch Congressional (House and Senate) term limits (six 2-year House terms, two 6-year Senate terms) plus de-politicized pre-qualified Third Branch judicial-pool nominees serving (say) 18-year terms from minimum age 42, and the country’s generational problem of an ossified, perpetually incumbent gerontocracy goes away.

    • Additionally, no person who serves in Congress or their immediate family can be involved in ANY lobbying EVER (before, during, after) nor can they or immediate family become “journalists” (tv contributor, newspaper reporter or editor, etc). It is time for these unholy alliances to cease (the FBI was using a 3 hop rule, there must be a 4 hop rule for these Congressional limitations as far as defining immediate family).

Forget about go nowhere Congressional Hearings, get her in front of a Grand Jury impaneled somewhere out in the middle of the country.

grand jury is a jury – a group of citizens [16 to 23 citizens] empowered by law to conduct legal proceedings and investigate potential criminal conduct, and determine whether criminal charges should be brought. A grand jury may subpoena physical evidence or a person to testify. A grand jury is separate from the courts, which do not preside over its functioning.

I haven’t found where I read the People can petition a Grand Jury be impaneled. Maybe it was Mark Lavine who said it.

Remember, Samantha Power, Obama’s UN Ambassador, was said to have personally authorized the unmasking of hundreds of Americans being spied upon. She claims she did not actually authorize many of those unmasked in her name. Who but Obama could have tied that around her neck? Who gave Samantha Power lawful authority to order spying upon or unmasking of ANY American? It had to be Obama.

I do not think this possible. HRC has as much on them as they do on her.

It would not be shocking IF HRC suddenly passed. Yet even that is likely of little value to the D.S. IF a real investigating is ongoing, then they have ALL the dirt from the C.F. – Uranium one, to Awan to the private sever, to Fast and Furious, to billions to Iraq, to support of the M.B. to five eyes, to Weiners lap top,to FISA abuse, to billions missing from favored Government charities – collapsed energy companies that gave the 0 millions then received billions then promptly filed bankruptcy.

Is it really being investigated organised and prosecuted? Is the IG report really two million plus pages? The corruption is mind-blowing deep – our entire government appears to be an organised crime ring – DC is Mordor on the Potomac.

As our President is wont to say – ” “we’ll see”.

While we might get desensitized from weekly perp walks (not me), it would take us well beyond the 2020 elections. Not only putting terror and fear into all the perps–never knowing when their number is up, it would also destroy their lives like they have destroyed so many innocents.

And don’t even get me started on the lives that have been lost due to their corruption.

Maybe it is time for PT to tweet something like this…………

Just doing some lite reading tonight on 18 USC 2385!

Now read 18 USC 2385 and focus on the words in caps below and tell me:

In your opinion, was there an ORGANIZED effort that ISSUED and FORCED a false pretense to frame and potentially DESTROY a sitting President of the US?

    For reference:
    18 U.S. Code § 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

Someone is going to have to explain to me how 18 USC 2385 does not apply.
