    The demonrats had a Special Counsel probe filled with only leftist prosecutors and still couldn’t fabricate any charges against PDJT. This is an epic fail the likes of which we’ve never seen.

    Now to prosecute all the cretins involved in this coup attempt.

    So if I am understanding this part about Obstruction, it seems to say that the President may have crossed the line in publicly defending himself of a crime that they concluded he did not commit. And that they could not charge him unless he had actually committed the crime. Criminals plead not guilty to crime they commit everyday. How could it be “Obstruction” if the President does so? No matter what this will help the Democrats will spin this into oblivion.

      Not entirely.
      Barr also states that no obstruction of justice was found. All actions that could be construed in that way happened to the public eye (e.g. sacking James Comey for cause). And that whatever you may think about that,even if that was to be considered an act which could be seen as obstruction, that would not be indictable as such simply because there was no underlying crime which is required as motive for obstruction of justice. Ergo: there was no obstruction of justice.

      Defending one’s self against false accusations, however vehemently and via whatever means (such as twitter) can never be construed as obstruction of justice.
      There is no requirement in law or in ethics for an innocent person to be nice or polite when saying that an accuser is a lying s.o.b.

        not to be a pedant but reread page 3 of the letter barr points out that its a three pronged test to prove obstruction and not 1 of the 3 prongs were proven (and all three would need to be)
        so with respect to rudy and jay s, they are missing the boat, barrs letter is much stronger than a simple claim that no obstruction if no crime.

      I turned over to MSLSD to watch their reporting right after the letter was read, and it was UNBELIEVABLE the way they were spinning it! 180 degrees out from Fox, even with Bushie Perino narrating and the odious Bret Baier. When MSL was talking about the non-exoneration, they listed about 15 things that teh Prez had been accused of, actions he had taken (like firing Comey), as if to make the list of his alleged “sins” as large at possible, then muttering that they could not find cause. It was mind-blowing in its duplicity

      Something that is glaring in its omission from these reactions:

      1). The special counsel is stated to have been investigating the entirety of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.

      2). Said election involved more candidates than Donald J. Trump.

      3). The summary of the report concludes that our VSGPDJT did not engage in any activity deemed to be collusion (nor obstruct the investigation thereof).

      4). The president’s press secretary is quoted as saying, “The Special Counsel did not find any collusion and did not find any obstruction.” Period.

      5). Are we to conclude that the Special Counsel:

      a) did not find any collusion, nor any obstruction, in the entirety of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election?

      b) did not find any collusion associated with the Trump Campaign and did not find any obstruction associated with the Trump Administration?

      c) did not find any not find collusion in any of the campaigns and did not find any obstruction associated with the administration in the White House at the time of the election or the current one?

      If the true scope of the special counsel was to investigate ANY conduct by ANY 2016 U.S. Presidential campaign associate to determine if foreign entities were interfering in our elections, and that special counsel found nothing after partaking in all AG Barr outlined, then I am foretelling the withdrawing of my consent to be governed by this worthless Congress if they continue to waste U.S. taxpayer dollars on their dog-like behavior — continually retreating to their regurgitated fodder to sustain themselves, lapping it up to maintain the carcasses which houses their diseased brains.

    Mulerear is so butthurt that he had to say “can’t exonerate”.

    The only time prosecutors argue to innocence is when they get caught engaging in misconduct and want to avoid being disbarred or fired. Innocent until proven guilty.

    The spin that “he did not exonerate Trump” is pure BS. Prosecutors do not “exonerate”, which really is an impossible standard, at least in a case like this. The President has the constitutional power to fire any of his officers, for any reason. A2§1.1.
      Exercise of that power (firing Comey for cause in the letter provided by Rosenstein) CANNOT constitute obstruction. And, as Barr points out, it is VERY DIFFICULT (in the Japanese sense of the phrase) to obstruct justice concerning a nothingburger investigation.
      Barr’s legal letter language is masterful. Boobytraps the Dems into further over reach.

    Folks, I’m not a cheerleader for Rosenstein, but let’s admit that when it came to the endgame, he did the right thing. He could have put Barr on the horns of a real dilemma if he’d said — “prosecute,” except for Presidential immunity. As for Mueller, so much for his credibility. He couldn’t bring himself to overrule Weissmann and his team entirely. Mueller should NEVER have abdicated his duty to do the right thing.

      Rosenstein (along with the current and previous FBI directors) commited a deceitful two year fraud based on the easily disprovable Steele Dossier. In one week it could have been factually established that Cohen was not in Prague meeting with Russians to coordinate payments to Romanian hacker (the central allegation with any specifics). One week after after the Steele Dossier was released by BuzzFeed, the FBI should have announced that it’s garbage. In one week they would have collected massive data – phone records and cell tower pings for every phone call he made, people who met and spoke with him daily including business associates and family members, video of him entering office buildings and retail establishments, credit card receipts for ever Skinny Latte he purchased. The FBI can track every hour of every day. One week. That’s all it would have taken.

      The FBI and Mueller commited a two year fraud that was factually disprovable.

      The only reason I like that part is because Hillary’s campaign *DID* work with Russians in an attempt to influence the election — the Don Jr meeting was a setup! Pretty sure there are some US Citizens involved in that.

    Has any one single human being in the history of man, ever been investigated this deeply, by a more powerful agency, for longer? And come out of it clean?

    Trump might be the most law-abiding politician and businessman there’s ever been apparently

    The communists and the DNC along with many of our supposed allies will be forming multiple think tanks to invent new strategies to take Trump down. They will not stop trying as there is way too much money involved.

    Mueller’s refusal to unequivocally admit there was no obstruction is due to

    1) butthurt over the “dishonest witch hunt” meme;
    2) desperate efforts to provide the Resistance with something — anything — to justify further “investigations” by the Congress and SDNY;
    3) the need to justify $35 mil of taxpayer money wasted;
    4) self-preservation (don’t hit me with Schiff please).

    Well the Dems are never going to let this go. They will interview Barr and Mueller and pick everything apart. They will continue to go after the Trump’s in the SDNY. What a waste of time and money. Then we’re going to have to spend even more money when all of those congressional heads explode in the Capitol blgd and it will have be cleaned and redecorated when PDJT wins another term. Maybe they’ll accuse Trump of colluding with the American people next.

    I hope this phoney-baloney non-exoneration crap pisses Trump off. He should write a letter to Nancy saying “You and your party had a chance to be honorable, and you have chosen to continue the corruption your last President began.

    You have chosen poorly.

    Obama / Clinton / Mueller / Congressional Democrats / the MSM all went on a 2-year elephant hunt together and they bagged a dozen squirrels …which they now are now claiming proves it was a SUCCESSFUL hunt! ….good luck with that.

    I’m love’n this “proper action and slow walk” being shown by AG Barr et al…. Now, where’d I put that REAL BUTTER at????
    “Sploody heads” are considered optional for popcorn eaters!… ie: a side dish…

        Of course DC is “on edge”. That’s neither a lie nor a misstatement.
        Drudge uses clickbait as much as anyone else.

        I dropped Drudge in 2017 because 95% of his links for political / economic headlines go to eneMedia Fake News sources and very rarely if ever to reliable quality conservative sources.

      I dumped Drudge long ago, but your posting made me go look. When I did, I scanned the page and learned about this horror film “Us.” The short of this movie is “the people trying to kill us is US!” There’s probably some social commentary hidden in there somewhere but I can’t quite see it… (sarc)
