    https://newspunch.com/supreme-court-illegal-aliens-due-process/

“Illegal aliens are entitled to considerably less immigration due process than their advocates would have us believe.

And the Supreme Court has been remarkably consistent on this point over the years:

It is not within the province of the courts to order the admission of foreigners who have no formal, legal connection to the United States. “As to such persons, the decisions of executive or administrative officers, acting within powers expressly conferred by Congress, are due process of law.” (Murray’s Lessee v. Hoboken Land and Improvement Co.; Hilton v. Merritt)

“It is an accepted maxim of international law that every sovereign nation has the power, as inherent in sovereignty and essential to self-preservation, to forbid the entrance of foreigners within its dominions or to admit them only in such cases and upon such conditions as it may see fit to prescribe.” (Ekiu v. United States)

The United States need only provide an alien with a judicial trial when charging them with a crime and seeking a punitive sentence. (Wong Wing v. United States)

“Whatever the rule may be concerning deportation of persons who have gained entry into the United States, it is not within the province of any court, unless expressly authorized by law, to review the determination of the political branch of the government to exclude a given alien.” (Knauff v. Shaughnessy)

Unadmitted, nonresident aliens have no right of entry to the United States as non-immigrants, or otherwise. (Kleindienst v. Mandel)

What does this all mean? That foreign nationals outside our borders are not owed any due process whatsoever. The United States may exclude them at will.”

Respectfully…..They are being allowed into the Nation by the Chief Executive and the Executive Branch/DHS.

The error in claiming they are “gaming” the asylum law is it allows blame deflection for the current Invasion. That claim gives legitimacy to the False Excuse that a loophole around Executive Power exists, when it plainly does not.
No loophole exists if the Chief Executive Denies Entry. which he can to Anyone at Anytime. He has the Power to stop them yet He does not.

C. §1182(f) to suspend the entry of aliens into the United States; respondents have not demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits of their claim that Presidential Proclamation No. 9645 violates the establishment clause.”

            Claiming Asylum doesn’t negate
            Section 212(f).

SCOTUS affirmed the Chief Executive’s Power to Refuse Entry and Place any restrictions he deem appropriate.

Section 212(f) of the Immigration and INA states that “[w]henever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non immigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

Did some research on this national popular vote initiative. It seems the one thing everybody agrees with (no matter which side of the issue they favor), is that the minute the combined electoral vote of the states in the NPV pact reaches 270, the uninvolved states will band together and sue the other states. This will mean a court challenge that will make it to the Supreme Court.

Some states will refuse to pass this initiative and they are important, not necessarily large, states. In addition, they will see a National Popular Vote initiative as marginalizing their importance and influence.

Can anyone really see Iowa voting for this initiative? How influential are the Iowa caucuses, historically? How much money does this event bring to their state every four years? What about New Hampshire? South Carolina? How would having presidential campaigns eventually bypassing their small state and mainly campaigning in the most highly populated states make them feel?

Awfully messy issue they are creating, and I doubt they have thought through all the problems in attempting to implement this plan.

I’m a Colorado resident and no, the Dems don’t run unopposed. But the GOP here is solid GOPe, not conservative. So, they are UniParty. They are not supportive of the president. The state’s second largest city, Colorado Springs, is said to be conservative but it’s really GOPe, just like the Republican Party is in the state. Because Colorado Springs has so many military bases and installations people assume it’s conservative, but the military are not as conservative as people think. In fact, a huge percentage of them support the left.

But, there is a growing sentiment among many who are getting disgusted with what the left is doing to this state. The legalization of marijuana has been a very bad move for the state and its citizens. The current push by the new governor, Jared Polis, to move everything to the left very quickly is not settling well with people outside of Denver and Boulder. (Denver and Boulder control the elections) Colorado is a long way from turning red, but there is definitely a growing feeling of disdain towards Democrats and Republicans who carry their water.

Colorado was specifically targeted by the DNC to turn it blue and they succeeded. They are now using the same tactics to work on turning other states blue and they are having success. People who’ve ignored what happened here are dong so at their own peril and the peril of their own states.

Remember: This is NOT a Dem/leftist issue. It is a Uniparty plan! Check what is happening regarding the drive to do away with the Electoral College and do exactly what CO just did in your own state.

Here is a link to TN. All who put this forward in 2016 were GOP! Casada is now our GOP Speaker of the House here in TN. When you look at the names that pushed this it is alarming.

The bill was introduced by Tracy, a state Senator who has now been appointed to the Fed Gov in the Trump admin. In his place, and personally selected by Tracey to run to replace him, is a long time GOPe insider, Reeves who is closely aligned with Boyd/Haslam/Corker.

What that means is that the supposedly Very Conservative Tracy was not as conservative when he was in Nashville v. how he presented himself to the people back in his district.

Point is –>> check out where your own state stands. If enough states do this, we will have a serious Constitutional crisis!

I wonder if this can be fought with a concrete example. I’m going to try to come up with one which would show how Colorado voters are disenfranchised with this new scheme in play. Let’s just say Trump v Clinton, Trump wins CO and some other states, but Clinton wins the national popular vote, but if CO gave its electoral votes to Trump then Trump would be the winner of the election but with the new law Clinton would be the winner, thus wiping out all of the votes for Trump in Colorado as if they never existed.

It really does not seem to be about disenfranchising voters of a particular state. The fact is that the Electoral College does not represent the individual voters, but rather it represents the results of each state. The Electoral College is the only way that the states really get representation in national elections because the 17th Amendment, in changing the way senators are elected (they were elected by the state legislatures and the 17th Amendment changed that to elect them by the vote of the people, which took away their constitutional purpose of giving representation of each state and made the Senate just like the House, which is supposed to represent the voters). With the 17th Amendment it greatly weakened the individuality of the states and gave the federal government more power. So, the disenfranchised through the abandonment of the Electoral system seems to me to be more that of the states than the individual voters.

We can argue about laws and the Constitution all day long. The bottom line is this: the democrats and deep state (and to whatever degree this means the GOPe) are not going to allow Trump a clean victory in 2020. It’s going to be a while before we hear from Huber, IMO. Huber isn’t a Special Council nor is he an inspector general so I doubt that he can even get access to relevant documents/evidence (FISA, etc.) as long as Mueller’s investigation remains open. Congress has oversight over the FBI/DOJ and even THEY couldn’t get the information they asked for. Every single small group member that Congress has interviewed has avoided questions by hiding behind the excuse of Mueller’s “ongoing investigation.”

Horowitz was able to do his first IG report because the HRC email Investigation was concluded. (The Strzok-page texts overlapped both the Mid Year Exam and the Trump-Russia investigations.) As long as Mueller’s Investigation is ongoing, most of the relative evidence and documentation will remain protected. THIS was the whole point of the Mueller investigation—the “insurance policy.”

Actually the roots of Fox News go back to the mid-70s and the formation of Television News, Inc. (TVN), conceived by Bob Pauley, former president of the ABC Radio Network and Mutual Broadcasting, and financed by Joseph Coors. Pauley coined the term “Fair and Balanced,” and hired Roger Ailes (in essentially his first broadcasting producer job). Reese Shonfeld also worked at TVN, and when it went belly-up in 1976, he took the concept of a fourth network to Ted Turner (hence, CNN). Ailes meanwhile tucked away the “Fair and Balanced” coinage for later exploitation.

Nemazee in January had asked his sentencing judge, U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein, for early release.

The prison bureau decision eliminated the need to rule on the merits of that request, according to an order made public on Monday.

Nemazee, a U.S. citizen whose family left Iran after the 1979 revolution, is among the earliest prisoners obtaining early release under the bipartisan First Step Act signed by President Donald Trump in December.
The law allows some older prisoners who have served at least two-thirds of their sentences to move to home confinement.

His criminal case was separate from his political work, which included raising money for Democratic President Barack Obama and Democrat Hillary Clinton, who became Obama’s first secretary of state.

A lawyer for Nemazee was not immediately available for comment on Monday.”

    Hmmm…

Apparently, the case is being moved from NY to DC at the insistence of DC. I wonder if finally a Dem is going to face the same music as Manafort!

Omg. Economist Alan Krueger committed suicide, according to statement from Krueger family.

These are evil days in America (i.e., the USA) no matter what the Democrats say. He was a legend thinker and robust man. Why do we repress in the USA so much that this occurs?

Why is it just “POLITICS” or just “Opinions”. Our country is a MESS.

U.N. Predicts Disaster if Global Warming Not Checked
    PETER JAMES SPIELMANN
    June 29, 1989
UNITED NATIONS (AP) _ A senior U.N. environmental official says entire nations could be wiped off the face of the Earth by rising sea levels if the global warming trend is not reversed by the year 2000.

Coastal flooding and crop failures would create an exodus of ″eco- refugees,′ ′ threatening political chaos, said Noel Brown, director of the New York office of the U.N. Environment Program, or UNEP.

He said governments have a 10-year window of opportunity to solve the greenhouse effect before it goes beyond human control.

As the warming melts polar icecaps, ocean levels will rise by up to three feet, enough to cover the Maldives and other flat island nations, Brown told The Associated Press in an interview on Wednesday.

Coastal regions will be inundated; one-sixth of Bangladesh could be flooded, displacing a fourth of its 90 million people. A fifth of Egypt’s arable land in the Nile Delta would be flooded, cutting off its food supply, according to a joint UNEP and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency study.

No, it is a disaster to the UN if you don’t give them all your money! If you keep your money to spend on better things then the UN will sink into the ocean!

The UN sinking into the ocean is not a very good way to measure if the ocean is rising!

Federalist co-founder Sean Davis was shadow banned by Twitter in order “to keep people safe”. The tweet in question involved testimony by Lisa Page where she admitted that a foreign national working for Hillary’s campaign was in fact working with Russians to obtain damaging information about PDJT. That’s right, Hillary was indirectly hiring Russians but accusing PDJT of colluding with Russia. Seems to have triggered Twitter so let’s trigger them some more by passing it around.

On a side note, Zero Hedge is now banned in most of Australia and New Zealand after their reporting of the Christchurch terror attacks. Do you think they mentioned Podesta too often?

Suspect in mob boss hit flashes pro-Trump slogans on hand

TOMS RIVER, N.J. (AP) — The man charged with killing the reputed boss of the Gambino crime family wrote pro-Donald Trump slogans on his hand and flashed them to journalists before a court hearing Monday.

Anthony Comello, 24, was arrested Saturday in New Jersey in the death of Francesco “Franky Boy” Cali last week in front of his Staten Island home.

While waiting for a court hearing to begin in Toms River, New Jersey, in which he agreed to be extradited to New York, Comello held up his left hand.

On it were scrawled pro-Trump slogans including “MAGA Forever,” an abbreviation of Trump’s campaign slogan “Make America Great Again.” It also read “United We Stand MAGA” and “Patriots In Charge.” In the center of his palm he had drawn a large circle. It was not immediately clear why he had done so.
