Some how those in power think they can salvage the reputation of the DOJ and FBI. In my opinion the reputation of those 2 agencies will forever be tarnished. The best outcome is for each to have those who have sullied the name arrested, charged and removed. Then some justice will come of this mess. Even if this were to happen I will never trust either agency or the work they do.

This started the 2-tier justice system…AND ALL THE HACK FEDERAL JUDGES MUST BE REMOVED ALSO…The judges is also where certain procutorial shenanigans occur…

Tear it ALL Down and REBUILD…Just keep certain parts and I do believe that PDJT is going to do that…HE IS A BUILDER!!!!!

NOTE: This is broad stroking as to what MUST occur!!!

        • The people in power wanting to protect the institutions is only one factor contributing to all of the cover ups and attempts to destroy critics and whistleblowers, etc.

          Other factors include:

—Most people in the DC/MD/VA machine are aligned ideologically.
—Most of them believe they deserve to have become wealthy from the machine because they are part of a technocratic meritocracy (technocracy); inasmuch as they made extra money off “inside deals,” that’s how business is done in DC and without them doing this business, the U.S. would supposedly collapse.
—If there were any real consequences for corruption, their friends, neighbors, wives, cocktail party pals, etc. would be implicated; also, the “wrong sorts of people” might fill the vacuum and cleanup efforts might effect their own household budgets
          —What did I leave out?

Perhaps, one add-on. They slither out their money when necessary (it is often our money either allocated to some “public” purpose or directly stolen) to insure that only their lickspittle lapdogs are elected – particularly by staging primaries where their selection is given the easiest path. If a person of decency and integrity slips through, they are marginalized, primaried, and often falsely accused of anything to hand.

You have told them-by doing nothing that they have won and have a free stage…so yes, the integrity and reputation of the CIA, the FBI and the DOJ is totally destroyed and HAS been used for evil and we DO have injustice under the law, we DO have privileged classes.
I also see how Democrats could see the illegalities and actually use it – since obviously RINO’s have been on board with it.

When Barr was sworn in SD was of thr opinion we’d have the answer to thr question of Barr in a week. That week is long gone and only speculation remains. Until Mueller releases we will be waiting. If he’s a rat, we are in one awful mess and it would make PDT look extremely weak, not a becoming look for a president that ordinarily exudes strength. Then it’s all out war. My God, I’ve never imagined anything like this in my country.

Shall we also follow the money as to what we saw when Cohen was put up to testify on the very day our President went to the table with North Korea? Cohen had delayed his testimony on the grounds of having a health issue, then a miracle cure was found and he was rushed into the committee room on a day when world security was on the table in Viet Nam. Who in the Big Lobbying world profits if trade deals crumble, if China gains an inch, if a little dictator appears to be more powerful than the Leader of the Free World?

We certainly know all of Big Lobbyist’s benefit if they marginalize our President.

Do members of Congress profit from the border invasion, child trafficking, drug cartels pushing their poison over our border?

Long story short, everything we do here, say here is affected overseas for long history, yes having Cohen testify at the same time as POTUS was with Kim Yun Un was calculated, was meant to dis-empower him, just like what Kerry, 0bama, Hillary are doing overseas, making Europe hate this President, make the east and far east not trust this President,
This so angers me that so many just do not understand the repercussions on the international stage.
I was almost killed many times while overseas because I was an American and Carter betrayed them. American citizens, jobs, familes, companies, deals all affected by what the Democrats did here-and they DID NOT CARE ON IOTA!
How can you trust a President to make a deal, keep a promise if half a nation has him under scrutiny and possible impeachment???

Several democrat elites, including Ted Kennedy had a chat with Hillary, so the story goes. These dems promised to back her for president when the time was right – if she’d stand by her man.
I guess she did think it was her turn when Kennedy stabbed her in the back to support Obama. So 2016 was supposed to be her turn. Again. Don’t have any idea if this story is true.

First off, why wouldn’t anyone expected hostility to islam from non-islamists? Islamic doctrine is to convert or kill anyone who does not follow their ways. Obviously, self-defense of non-islamists is a natural outcome of the overt hostility of islam.

That being said, where is the evidence of hostility to islam? One attack in NZ that has a whole slew of false flag indicators does not indicate a trend. Even if these madmen were legitimate, they do not speak for me.

And why not point out the gross hostility of islam to the rest of the world? The Armenian Genocide comes to mind. Or how about the terrorist attacks of 9/11? The ongoing Iraqi and Syrian Christian Genocide?

Islam declares it’s self beyond reform and other beliefs to be blasphemy. It taxes non believers. It treats 52% of the population as 2nd class chattles and wants a caliphate that supplants any secular government.

That said, there is no excuse for this sick massacre, just as there is no rationale for flying air planes into buildings because we are kafir.

Islam and the West are incompatable and, without reform by Islam, can not coexist together. The peaceful need is for separation from the western world.

We stay out of their realm, they stay out of ours. Thats the peaceful solution until Islam decides to tolerate and reform.

“Those Republicans who bucked the president generally offered an unconvincing excuse why they did so. They claimed that it was unconstitutional for Trump to redirect existing funds appropriated by Congress for the wall because lawmakers turned down most of the wall funding he requested.

But this specious argument ignores the existence of the National Emergencies Act, a statute frequently invoked by presidents ever since it was enacted. In federal law, statutes are presumed to be constitutional and no one appears to have challenged this act before Trump became president. Contrary to the defectors’ lame line of thinking, Trump didn’t go against the will of Congress – in fact, he acted in accordance with the express will of Congress which, when Gerald Ford was in the White House, gave presidents the power to declare emergencies within certain parameters. If lawmakers are uncomfortable with the president possessing the power to move appropriated monies around, they should repeal the law that Congress passed instead of hiding behind dishonest, dumb reasoning….

Democrat presidents already act recklessly without regard to the Constitution and the rule of law, even without the National Emergencies Act. President Obama informally amended the Obamacare statute multiple times to suit his purposes, ignoring the language of the law or inventing passages that didn’t exist. Obama created the blatantly unconstitutional Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy with the stroke of a pen after admitting no president could create such a program by executive fiat.”

He also included the Navy Seals copypasta and various other meme/internet “jokes” in his manifesto. This was not all an elaborate ruse to make Candice Owens look bad.

He went into great detail about his motivations, which are primarily about revulsion at muslims terrorist attacks and the muslim invasion of western countries. That the media/left ignore that and instead focus on “jokes” about Candace Owens is telling, and worthy of criticism.

Minneapolis’ ‘Little Mogadishu’ Sees 56 Percent Increase in Violent Crimes Caused by Somali Gangs

Violent crimes increased by more than 50 percent in 2018 in Minneapolis’ Cedar-Riverside neighborhood, nicknamed “little Mogadishu,” which authorities attribute to Somali gang activity in the area.

Buried in a recent Star Tribune article was the fact that violent crimes jumped from 54 in 2010 to 84 in 2018, an increase in roughly 56 percent. Authorities attribute the violence to rivalries between Somali gangs, such as the Somali Mafia, the Somali Outlaws, the Hot Boyz, and Madhibaan with Attitude, Alpha News reports.

      Three things:
First, Rep. OMAR will find a way to somehow link the growing violence in Minneapolis to POTUS. Subtext: “Vote for Democrats, we’ll protect you.”
Second: OMAR will find a way to claim “victim status” for the Somali gangs since the U.S. government isn’t giving EACH gang member AND their families enough “free money” to live on so they don’t have to assimilate / get an education / get jobs. THIS IS part of the ISLAMIC INVASION PLAN for the United States—as it is now playing out in the EU and Scandinavia—to bankrupt the system.
Third, and VERY important: The ultimate goal of ISLAM is to subjugate ALL non-Muslims or to kill them. In this light, the situation in Minneapolis from the Islamic perspective is “collateral damage” in the ultimate goal, although Muslims like OMAR will exploit the issue (see “Second” above).

Have a few more ideas for all the intelligent, sharp-witted, and keen CT readers/members:

Each one on here has a specific area of interest. For example, Mama TEA watches the Congressional hearings, and reports back.

This poster developed an aversion to H.Clinton after finding out all 12 witnesses (including 3 Arizona State Troopers), mysteriously died before court hearing for cocaine/drug running, smuggled in noses of Cessna airplanes (B.Clinton’s friend).

It is by knowledge (and digging for evidence) that truth is revealed.

If every person on CT started diligently researching their state (local reps, etc.),
and getting really knowledgeable about each state’s issues,
      then posting here,

a vast body of knowledge would be available to send to groups (conservatives, focus groups, other alternative media),

The National Emergencies Act (Pub.L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255, enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601-1651) is a United States federal law passed to stop open-ended states of national emergency and formalize the power of Congress to provide certain checks and balances on the emergency powers of the President. The Act of Congress imposes certain procedural formalities on the President when invoking such powers. The perceived need for the law arose from the scope and number of laws granting special powers to the executive in times of national emergency.

The H.R. 3884 legislation was passed by the 94th United States Congress and signed by the 38th President of the United States Gerald R. Ford on September 14, 1976.

On 6 March 2014, U.S. President Barack Obama, invoked, inter alia, the National Emergencies Act, and signed an executive order that declared a national emergency and ordered sanctions, including travel bans and the freezing of U.S. asset, against not-yet-specified individuals, later to be determined by the Secretary of the Treasury (in consultation with the Secretary of State) who had “asserted governmental authority in the Crimean region without the authorization of the Government of Ukraine” and whose actions were found, inter alia, to “undermine democratic processes and institutions in Ukraine”.

A1§8.1: “Congress shall have the power to…provide for the common defense and general welfare of the US”. By the National Emergencies Act of 1976 Congress delegated ‘providing for general welfare’ by responding to national emergencies to POTUS. All that does is give POTUS the right to exercise other provisions passed by Congress concerning emergencies. In this case, specifically 10USC2808 concerning military construction budgets, itself enabled by A1§8.14.

The dirty dozen reasoning is BS, and in a tweet PDJT called them on it.

This is in reply to NoFear above: You are making the same argument as Rand Paul, which in principle is correct. That is, the Constitution specifically grants the powers of providing for the common defense and general welfare of the people to the Legislative branch; however, it also specifically grants that the Executive branch the power to execute the laws and serve as the Commander and Chief of the Armed Forces. So one could easily argue that the President does in fact have a role in enforcing immigration laws by essentially any means possible as long as it follows the law. Thus a declaration of an emergency, which very much follows the law, very much gives him the constitutional authority. That being said, think about the alternative: Revoke this duty of the President, in this new world only Congress can declare a national emergency, yet we have the same extraordinarily divided congress of today. Would Congress declare ANY national emergencies? Could they? How much time would it take for them to debate and pass a measure? Granting the ability of the President to declare a national emergency both overcomes the partisan nature of Congress and allows for an immediate response to a crisis. Without it, we would be at the mercy of partisan do-nothing congresscritters to bicker and fight and nothing would get done as hordes invade or cities burn to the ground. In my opinion, the President very much should have the ability to declare a national emergency and have it disapproved by Congress. The system works.

Will there be a final confrontation, I don’t know, but I would like to think the same outcome happens (maybe in the literal sense, maybe not?).
A quote adds more similarity to our situation,
“We may expect Satan to use this same pretext at the end of time. God’s faithful ones facing the end-time apostate church and state will be accused as those who are making the trouble. They will be blamed for the calamities.”

Just do what YOU can do to make the life of the people you love as good as it can be.

Let the games begin! A class action lawsuit is being brought by students who applied but were denied entrance to the list of elite universities named in the Varsity Blues Investigation. They want refunds of all application fees between 2010 and 2018.

There are also claims that this scandal has reduced the value of degrees already earned at these institutions.
