UPDATE: Grand Jury Returns Federal Terrorism Indictment for New Mexico Terror Compound Suspects…

(DOJ-NSD ) A federal grand jury sitting in Albuquerque, New Mexico returned a superseding indictment on March 13 charging Jany Leveille, 36, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 40, Hujrah Wahhaj, 38, Subhanah Wahhaj, 36, and Lucas Morton, 41, with federal offenses related to terrorism, kidnapping and firearms violations.

All of the defendants are currently in custody awaiting trial.

The announcement was made by Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers for the National Security Division, U.S. Attorney John C. Anderson for the District of New Mexico, Assistant Director Michael McGarrity of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division and Special Agent in Charge James Langenberg of the FBI’s Albuquerque Field Office.

These defendants were previously charged by indictment on Sept. 11, 2018, with a conspiracy relating to the possession of firearms and ammunition by an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.  The original indictment also charged Leveille with possessing firearms and ammunition as an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.

The superseding indictment charges all of the defendants with participating in a conspiracy from October 2017 to August 2018 to provide material support and resources, including currency, training, weapons, and personnel, knowing and intending that they were to be used in preparation for and in carrying out attacks to kill officers and employees of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2339A.

“The indictment alleges that the defendants conspired to provide material support in preparation for violent attacks against federal law enforcement officers and members of the military,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers.  “Advancing beliefs through terror and violence has no place in America, and the National Security Division continues to make protecting against terrorism its top priority.”

“The superseding indictment alleges a conspiracy to stage deadly attacks on American soil,” said U.S. Attorney John C. Anderson.  “These allegations remind us of the dangers of terrorism that continue to confront our nation, and the allegation concerning the death of a young child only underscores the importance of prompt and effective intervention by law enforcement.  I commend the FBI, DHS, ATF, Taos County Sheriff’s Office, and the Eighth Judicial District Attorney’s Office for their ongoing diligence and outstanding work in identifying and disabling imminent threats of targeted violence. ”

“The defendants in this case allegedly were preparing for deadly attacks and their targets included law enforcement and military personnel, the very people who are committed to protecting all of us,” said Assistant Director McGarrity.  “We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to uncover and put a stop to acts of terrorism.”

As alleged in the superseding indictment, these defendants conspired to provide material support in preparation for violent attacks against officers and employees of the United States. According to the superseding indictment, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj gathered firearms and ammunition, and all of the defendants transported people, firearms, and ammunition across state lines and constructed a training compound where they stored firearms and ammunition. The superseding indictment further alleges that Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Morton constructed and maintained a firing range at the compound where they engaged in firearms and tactical training for other compound occupants, and that Leveille and Morton attempted to recruit others to their cause. IMO, those are some scary looking folks. If they aren’t U.S. Citizens, they should be deported after they server their prison sentences.

I’m sorry to say this but go to Minnesota and you’ll see many people like that, mostly clad in Black. The little girls are a very sad story.

They’re into day-care centres where they defraud the government by $100 Million, at times. No trace of where the money goes. The same for the foodstamp business.

Instead of living in the nowhere, they live within their own communities. And nobody dares to report them. IMHO: Ihlan Omar would know about that.

That is so sad. I will not be travelling to Minnesota anytime soon if ever. I’m sure it used to be a nice place to raise a family, but then the loonly liberals came into power and ruined it, like they do everything else in this country.

Seeing how they treat their little girls is flat out triggering to me. They are regressive, oppressive, and misogynistic. Austin, Texas has places that look like this now too but not yet as bad as MN which became a dumping ground for Somalis, by design imo.

One of the silver linings about Illhan Omar getting elected is it is shining a spot light on this demographic trend and what problems Somalis bring with them. The MSM has done a great job covering this up since Clinton was in office. We’re now a second wave in and Americans need to wake up to it.

Where would that be, West Campus? LOL Though there are a few mosques; there is no “Somali community” as such in or around Travis County.

Breaking news that some anti-muslim socialist commando type shot up a mosque in NeweZealand today (Friday, their holy day) where he killed and wounded many people.

Yes, GH! I was thinking about this case just the other day and wondered what, if anything had happened. I must admit I am very pleasantly surprised. I actually thought they had all been released after their immediate arrest. Good news for today! Now, let’s see if we can get some convictions, jail time, and then deportations for this scum.

Yes, I know about one but not all. From Haiti on visitor visa. We have to crack down on visa overstays. It’s not just the wide open southern border we’ve got to watch for. Plus put an end to anchor babies and chain migration ASAP.

“Leveille has been unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 20 years after overstaying the validity of her non-immigrant visitor visa,” ICE said.

Leveille moved to Brooklyn, N.Y., from Haiti in 1998 after her father died, Von Cehelet Leveille, the woman’s brother, told Reuters. She has moved several times since coming to the U.S., living in Georgia, Philadelphia and New York after separating from her husband, the brother said.

Leveille lived at the New Mexico compound with her current husband Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and their children since January, prosecutors said. She has six children, ages 1 to 15, her brother told Reuters.

      https://www.foxnews.com/us/suspect-from-extremist-muslim-compound-lived-in-us-illegally-for-over-20-years-officials

That one visa overstay has creates 6 citizens who can qualify many others for chain migration. And so on and so on and so on. There is NO common sense to anchor babies and chain migration. It’s unsustainable (which is the point of the globalists – to crash our system and destroy our boundaries).

I read that the Obama’s were sticking their noses into this, and trying to get the FBI to “take over” (kill or manipulate) the case. I sure hope not; those HONEST COPS in Chicago have done excellent police work in “doing the right thing.”

With the corrupt Obama’s trying to use their Chicago connections to kill the case, it makes me positive that Senators KamalaToe Harris and Sweet Sparty Booker were involved from the beginning. Chicago PD has Juiccie’s phone records, but they’ll risk certain Arkancide if they leak it publicly to insure it’s not lost, destroyed, buried, etc… God bless those honest cops; We’ll see how it sorts out.

Other than the charges of kidnapping, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and transport across state lines, resulting in the death of that child, no mention is made of charges of homicide, or murder, etc and nothing of the disposition of the other children or charges related thereof. There are no charges in the death of the child?

My opinion is this is more about firearms and intent to harm federal employees. Absent either of those two but especially the latter, a grand jury would not have been convened.

I welcome anyone to show that I am wrong.

Rick and Joe / they were not released what happened is they were transfered from state to Feds for prosecution and to kick them out of the country once penalty is served . In state prisons you may earn “ good” time that has effect of reducing your sentence . In Federal system you serve every day of sentence . Where would you have them prosecuted ? State or Frderal court ? I thought so .

Speaking of sex trafficking, president Trump needs to distance himself from Alan Dersch and Alex Acosta. This Epstein case is about to blow wide open on them. By Trump not cutting ties with them will make it look as if Trump is protecting them. This isn’t going to end well for them! I fear this is the card that the dims are waiting on. The judge is about to unseal that case file.

How about we create a national system whereby those coming into our country are vetted and approved or disapproved before all the expense and nonsense gets started? It could work…..if those responsible to do it were willing to do it. Or not.

Meant for you (and lurkers et al). Sorry for the duplicate post.

I caution you against assuming this isn’t a false flag to create a political/legal change of some type. There is little to no push back against Muslim immigration in New Zealand, far less than in Australia and there’s not huge push back there either.

The fact this is IMMEDIATELY being called a terror attack should alone raise eyebrows bc look how long (if at all) it takes to declare an attack terrorism in a place like London Bridge, German Christmas mrakets or Versailles where people yell Allahu Akbar first.

Caution. I’m throwing up a red flag.

This could just as easily be a sectarian incident. Notice no government officials are saying that though.

Nothing speaks to American’s hesitance to get involved in war or violence than the absence of mass violent push backin America.
