Number Eleven: Robert Francis O’Rourke Announces Presidential Bid…

Well, it is official.  Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke has reversed his prior position and has announced his intent to run for the 2020 Presidential Race.  His entrance narrows the lane currently occupied Bernie Sanders and is likely to fracture the college crowd.

O’Rourke has no experience as an executive; failed in an election run against Senator Ted Cruz; and is generally goofy, lacking any seriousness in disposition.

There is little reason to suspect he could offer much more than to shave a few points away from Bernie; which, not coincidentally, would be in alignment with the preferred objective of the DNC club.

TEXAS – […] O’Rourke said his presidential campaign will be headquartered in El Paso and those who want to join his team will have to move to the border city.

But he also said he would no longer swear off hiring consultants, giving an example of a single mother in the Dallas area who was unable to join his Senate campaign because it would have required her to close her business.

“My preference is to find people who can move to El Paso and work on this campaign full time, but in order to get the breadth of experience and wisdom and diversity that we really need in a campaign that will look like everyone, I want to remain open to different employment situations. It doesn’t fit on a bumper sticker, but it will ensure that I get the greatest talent possible.” (read more)

.

The introduction of Robert Francis O’Rourke is weak at best, with little to no fanfare from the DNC club.  This is not the entrance of ‘the chosen one‘.

The unofficial ‘chosen one‘, the intended party donor candidate, will not likely surface until April or May 2019. The DNC is predictable; it’s a club. It’s still seems far too early for the anointed candidate to surface.  Planning and strategy is one of the key elements of the Democrat party.  It might seem weird at first, but the DNC club is not chaotic; and, from my perspective, that is their weakness. It makes them predictable.

The chosen-one would generally come into play immediately after the democrats have set down a larger trumpeted baseline. The chosen-one roll out would be designed to flow from the club’s baseline narrative. This Beto timing is off script…

The Democrats rarely, if ever, go off script.

Knowing it’s likely the ♦UniParty DNC is following a similar ♦UniParty RNC strategy, we can start to put the personal characteristics and political traits together and contrast them against 2016. Here’s the way it looks so far:

  • Senator Ted Cruz was to 2016…. as Senator Elizabeth Warren is to 2020
  • ♦Governor Jeb Bush was to 2016 as….
  • Senator Marco Rubio was to 2016… as Senator Bernie Sanders is to 2020
  • Governor John Kasich was to 2016… as  [Joe Biden]
  • Senator Lindsey Graham was to 2016 as… Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is to 2020
  • Governor Mike Huckabee was to 2016… as Senator Corey Booker is to 2020
  • Senator Rand Paul was to 2016…. as Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard is to 2020
  • Dr. Ben Carson was to 2016… as Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke is to 2020
  • Governor Chris Christie was to 2016 as… Governor J. Hickenlooper is to 2020
  • Governor Scott Walker was to 2016 as… Governor Jay Inslee is to 2020
  • Senator Rick Santorum was to 2016…. as Senator Sherrod Brown is to 2020
  • Governor George Pataki was to 2016 as….
  • Governor Rick Perry was to 2016…. as Senator Kamala Harris is to 2020
  • Governor Bobby Jindal was to 2016…. as Julian Castro is to 2020
  • Carly Fiorina was to 2016 as…. Senator Amy Klobuchar is to 2020
  • Governor Jim Gilmore was to 2016…

Reminder, anyone who is announcing their presidential bid ahead of Speaker Pelosi  and the DNC delivering the election narrative (impeachment or similar) is not part of the DNC plan. The “Chosen One” will likely surface during the April/May to June/July period when the legislative crew, the DNC crew and the media crew execute the plan.

We will be able to identify the “Chosen One” by the roll out that accompanies the announcement. [ex. remember the Greek columns, trumpets, pomp, etc.?]

Once we get a few more names (approx. 16) on the DNC side, we can start to have fun with the celebrity squares graphics.

Unnecessary to go to looks- being homley, etc. Can make the point about the money or certaintly if she or family is dishonest or such (could be, but then state so) or of course, the fact that she aligns herself with her husband’s inferior political platform. But our side doesn’t have looks alone as a core value criticism.

So … it’s OK to prattle on about how “cute”, “beautiful”, “gorgeous” AOC is … but one cannot wonder why such a “handsome”, “young”, “energetic”, “10” of a man (on the liberal milquetoast scale) marries a “dowdy”, “old”, “spinster-looking” “3” of a woman.

            Good to know.

On the other hand … calling Donald Trump a fat, orange, bald, man whose wife married him for $money so she didn’t have to strip and shoot more porno mag spreads to pay the bills … is acceptable.

And that “we’re better than that” … We conservatives need to observe the proper decorum, and civility while getting pummeled from all sides by a the streetfighting leftist thugs. Or so the rigid fossils at National Review would scold me.

No, I quite prefer what Tucker Carlson is doing to the stooges over at Media Matters … he is force-feeding their own “unfortunate” quotes right back down their gullets in the wake of their latest attack on he and his family.

Sorry … his Behtoh’s wife is a Bow Wow WOW … dog! And one wonders why such a kewl skateboarding multi-culti, edgy, leftist politician marries so far below his scale of “looks”. Sheesh, it’s worse than Bill Clinton marrying that DOG Hillary … hmmmm … perhaps Baytoe has a similar … uh … accommodation with his dog-wife as Bill had with Hills. I suspect Baytoe’s wife looks the other way when all those young, good-looking, men come round.

My local (Trump hating) noon news channel thought they would mock and chastise MY President’s … oh so rude … unfunny … comments about Baytoes uncontrolled hand movements. They shook their heads in feigned shock and horror … and showed some stock footage of Baytoe speaking to a crowd … uh … uh … uh … and they evidently couldn’t find any footage when he WASN’T flailing his hands like a madman … literally … a new wild hand movement with EACH WORD in the clip they chose. I fell on the floor laughing at their FAILure to mock my POTUS … but just validated his every “rude” word.

Sadly … the DVR wasn’t set to record the noon news … I can barely stand watching it LIVE. Although you just made me think … the Channel 2 Noon News also were just giddy with excitement over Gavin Newsome’s “Executive Action” erasing the voter-approved DEATH Penalty. However, then, they ran an interview with Polly Klaas’s father who was absolutely LIVID with Newsome’s disgusting action. The idea that the scumbag who murdered his innocent 12yo daughter is STILL alive … and now may even get paroled.

Maybe there is a secret Conservative mole working the Noon News. Using ironically “opposite” videos for every preachy, leftist story! Sounds like a Seinfeld episode.

Abrams checks all the boxes the Dems are looking for with “Not White” and “Female” being the two most important boxes. This way when Trump attacks her the media and Dems can play the racist AND misogynist card are the same time. Plus, since she’s not well know, so she’s someone the Dems and media can mold her persona to who they want her to be. The issues with her debt will be refuted by bringing up the number of times Trump companies filed bankruptcy. Plus she’ll be very easy to control and will do what the big club says.

She’ll also be 47 in Jan 2021, the same age as Obama when he took office. And Hillary was already promoting her when she was in Selma the other week.

I’ve worked too hard for these brave souls of academic importance to trouble themselves with fussing over stupid bills that I could pay for myself. The courage alone that finals requires entitles a certain quality of life that I am not willing to steal from them. It’s not the most intelligent people’s fault that Harvard has a racist/sexist private endowment fund of $32 Billion. We need Harvard mind’s too much for them to directly have to sacrifice paying a school that has that much money already. They still raise rates every year and that’s nobody’s fault but my own. There should be no unneeded rewards for a graduates collective brilliance but there should be great pain and suffering spread out across everyone else. Just because I didn’t attend a university doesn’t mean a Presidential candidate has the right to keep me from paying for those who did. Think about it like this. What possible good am I if I can’t even do that? Why do I even deserve freedom when there are great minds that could be served? Is indentured servitude too much to ask for? 🙄

One. Each candidate becomes the news for the day and distracts from the Ugly Truth that is coming out. Beto deflects from Page and Strzok texts being released.

Two, Having 11 presidential candidates can bash POTUSVSG 11 times more than a single candidate. And MSM will cover them and just ‘reports the news and quotes’ from them

If Abrams enters the race, the proposed galvanizing issue may not be impeachment. It may be voting rights. Democrats’ signature piece of legislation was the voting rights bill. Holder and Obama have been campaigning on this issue. Pelosi spoke about allowing our “newcomers” to vote. Republicans are having a hard time winning the popular vote, culminating in Trump’s large popular vote deficit in 2016. And Abrams has alleged voter suppression in her race for governor of Georgia.

Could this be the issue they focus on over Green New Deal, Medicare For All?

Interesting that Sundance put Biden in the Kasich spot. Does he think Biden is going to lurk around, not gaining much support, but being an “insurance policy” for delegates at the convention in case something doesn’t work out to the Party’s liking (like Bernie being ahead)?

Beto doesn’t have the political sense to even get the dog to smile with a treat or something. The family had a political plastic smile. It’s so unusual to see a Labrador be this disengaged when his whole pack is together. Dog lovers notice this right away and it’s all over Twitter.

JustMe, I’m surely in Texas as well. Have you noticed that no matter how many outsiders (Hollywood types, Silicon Valley wealthy types) threw scads of money into congressional and senate races not even in their own state, none of them prevailed with their wasted funds? Same thing happened with Jon Ossoff and Karen Handel in Georgia. In Georgia, it was the most money ever thrown at a special election in this country, and that was for a mere US congressional race, which Karen won. I think it backfired for them. Some $70 million raised by Beto, yet he still lost by 2.7 percentage points.

Money is important, but it isn’t everything. Hillary spent more than twice what Trump did.

I do not discount Beto entirely, but I do know that we’ve got Brad Parscale in this state, who is Donald Trump’s campaign chair for 2020, and Parscale is a Texan who has lived in the Lone Star State for at least 20 years. The hope is that he understands Texas well enough to have a killer strategy.

It’s pretty hard to campaign in Texas in a nation-wide race (because how do you decide how much time to spend in Texas, when there are so many other important states like Ohio and Florida?), so the President would definitely be coming here more often as part of his overall strategy, IF Beto is part of the DNC ticket.

Finally, JustMe, I have pointed out in the past, and shown exit polling data, it was non-native Texans who elected Ted Cruz. Ditto, lots of transplants voted for Governor Abbott, in even more impressive numbers. So perhaps the “Christian Republicans” of your acquaintance are native Texans? Might explain some of the puzzle of why they voted for Beto for Senate.

That still puts him ahead of all the sewer rats and the Rinos, and phantoms like Cruz and Lee, none of whom ever get another dime. Only President Trump gets our financial support; rat face McConnell can go straight to hell.

I agree that Beto is a very weak candidate.

However, he seems to be the candidate of a significant portion of Team Obama, and possibly the candidate of Obama himself. If that is true, he will get much more ‘traction’ than he should, I think.

Team Obama wanted Deval Patrick to run. That didn’t work out. Beto seems (at least for the moment) Team Obama’s only path back ‘into’ the White House. Kamala is Hillary’s proxy, Bernie is his own man and Biden doesn’t need Team Obama (and won’t go along with their nuttiness on many far-left causes).

We’ll see. Usually I would have zero concern over someone like Beto, but if Team Obama and the Obama Media is behind him, then things could take a different turn.

But maybe Abrams will get in, after all. Or others.

Oh my gosh, I’ve just watched an interview by Ed Henry on Fox News of Beto’s representative, and it’s an absolute CAR CRASH (no pun intended)!

The rep couldn’t answer a single question, resorting to mischaracterising every question,
(e.g. Host: what has Be to accomplished in his life? Has he ever created a job? (asked multiple times)
Rep: Beto was prevented from accomplishing legislation being passed because Republicans controlled Congress (repeated multiple times).

He then smeared the Fox host for pointing out that Beto’s website says “Beto for America” in English but “Beto for Everyone” in Spanish with the Rep insisting they meant the same, except to people like the Host, who clearly only care about “their own narrow kind” (or similar words).

He also talked over the Host for the entire interview, and ended it by complaining the Host didn’t give him a chance to explain Beto’s position.

With an abysmal performance like that, Beto won’t even make the Primaries!

Did POTUS ever pick out Beto’s oddest behavior. This video proves it. Trump has now made Beto aware of his ‘crazed’ gesticulations and “everyone” else now that sits at one of his rallies. Whenever he does a hand gesture people will think of Trump.

Beto would be a perfect sign language person at the Dem debates. He could keep up to the fastest talker including any auctioneer in the country.
Beto’s Normandy comment in the video is despicable and grossly uninformed.
