Jon Solomon appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his latest op-ed in the Hill [See Here]. Unfortunately, two years of congressional investigations that go no-where; two prior inspector general reports that conclude with no corrective action; and two-plus years of in-our-face corruption by DOJ and FBI officials, does not lend toward optimism when the next best hope sold by Solomon is another Senate investigation.
.
Democrats do not miss an opportunity to take advantage of any angle where they can criticize, attack and weaponize a narrative against their political opposition. So riddle me this… Somebody has been leaking congressional transcripts to Jon Solomon and The Epoch Times (Jeff Carlson). The unauthorized releases include testimony from: Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, James Baker, Bill Priestap and, most recently, Trisha Beth Anderson.
Question: Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?
September was five months ago.
The widely held view of the process is/was that Rod Rosenstein selected Robert Mueller as special counsel, and following that selection Mueller created his team. The perspective from CTH research is slightly different.
CTH believes that following the firing of FBI Director James Comey, the FBI Chief Legal Counsel, Jim Baker and FBI Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe; together with the corrupt small group that was involved in the prior year’s counterintelligence investigation; reacted to Comey’s firing by pressuring Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to appoint their preferred person, Robert Mueller.
Within this internal debate (May 2017); at the time this construct was being argued; is when the famous comment from Rosenstein originates: “what do you want me to do, wear a wire?” The corrupt FBI investigative crew; having initiated and continued “Crossfire Hurricane”; including people from the DOJ-NSD side (Ohr, Weissmann, etc) were pressuring Rosenstein to appoint a special counsel….. but not just any special counsel.. Baker and McCabe had the person pre-selected. That person was Robert Mueller.
Obviously we can see the reason for this FBI/DOJ crew to need a special counsel. As career corruptocrats they were operating from a mindset of mitigating risk to themselves and continuing to advance on the objective to attack the executive office through their investigative schemes. The key point here is subtle but very significant. Robert Mueller didn’t select his team, the corrupt team selected him.
Some call me Pollyanna…I hope these revelations of congressional transcripts are put out there by a “White Hat” stealthy communications team. To go one step farther, if they are polite white hats who hope the black hats repent, maybe they have warned the bad guys of the upcoming (secretly legal?) release of truthful information and downstream consequences. If so, the black hats aren’t surprised and their best option is to redouble their efforts to change the narrative and hide the truth.

There has been a lot coming out since Whitaker became the AAG and Barr was announced. I’m a Pollyanna also, but I think the prospect of an AG with oversight prompted the other side to start spinning and leaking to position themselves politically, but that some of our side are fighting fire with the same means.

Released, maybe but NOT neccesary, in order for I.G. to be freed up to investigate. The ‘block’ is “interfering with an ONGOING INVESTIGATION”, so, technically, once mueller team are thru INVESTIGATING, and are simply writing up there report, the IG would NOT be ‘interfering’ in an investigation, nor would releasing the documents.

I don’t know about that. I read somewhere that the AG in New York will indict some Trump people the same day Mueller finishes his investigation. Therefore the swamp will still ensure that Trump is ensnared by “on going investigations” well into 2020 and anything Trump does would be “obstruction of justice”. Yes. You are a Pollyanna. And it’s not your fault. No one out there in the civilian world can possibly comprehend the extent to which the FBI and DOJ are utterly and systemically corrupt.
Just ask the FBI Agent who had a FISA on a Chinese subject and in the last days of the Clinton Presidency, guess who popped up on the FISA? President Clinton himself calling and offering to handover US missile technology to China in exchange for a 1 million dollar donation to the Clinton Presidential Library.
This was back when the Clintons were amateurs, before the Clinton Foundation was founded, before they could demand $150 million dollar donations from Russia in exchange for 30% of our strategic uranium. Should I give up the Agent’s name? Shall we convene a military tribunal where the Clintons are tried and convicted of treason, blindfolded, stood up in front of a wall and shot for treason? Or maybe simply electrocuted like the Rosenbergs?
Bobby Three Sticks would necessarily be standing beside the Clintons on that firing line.
How about the FBI investigations back in the late 90s into military aged Muslim Males who were taking airliner flight lessons but were not interested in learning how to take off or land the airliner. These Muslims who committed the 9/11 attacks were taking flight lessons in WA State, Arizona and FL. Investigations were opened by the FBI Field Offices in all three of these States.
FBI Management SHUT THESE INVESTIGATIONS DOWN! WHY!!? An FBI Agent from the Phoenix AZ FBI Field Office was so outraged that he wrote a memo to FBIHQ stating that someday these Muslims subjects are going to fly airliners into the WTC! He predicted EXACLTY WHAT HAPPENED!! This memo is famously known by the old school FBI Agents as the “Phoenix Memo.”
The Clintons, Bobby Three Sticks, Louis Freeh and the Bushies are now added to the firing line.
The 9/11 attacks and the ensuing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan could have all been prevented if those FBI Agents were allowed to continue their investigations. Millions of lives destroyed or lost. And for what? 7 trillion dollars in profit is for what. War is the biggest business in the world. This is why President Trump is being fought tooth and nail from pulling out of Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria by both the Republican and Democrat side of the aisle.
This goes way beyond simple corruption. This is pure unadulterated evil. All in the name of profit.

The schemers choosing Mueller makes sense and explains a lot, especially the anti-Trump composition of the team. It implies that Mueller is a figure head whose purpose is to give maximum flexibility and cover to the people already engaged in Spygate. Therefore, the debate about Mueller’s party affiliation and integrity are pointless. He’s there to collect a paycheck first and foremost, but you can bet his instinct will be to protect the institution.

Amy Dacey would just repeat what Crowdstrike’s people told her and Debbie Wasserman Schultz. She wouldn’t know anything more. It is doubtful Schultz knows that much. What you have to realize is the DONOR INFORMATION was stolen, but Crowdstrike originally told the DNC people and Ellen Nakashima of the Washington Post that the donor information was not even ACCESSED by the alleged Russian hackers. One day after Nakashima’s report is published, Guccifer 2.0 shows up and publishes donor information and complains that WAPO, on word from Crowdstrike, reported that the hackers ONLY STOLE TWO FILES of opposition research about Trump. No emails were stolen.
GUCCIFER 2.0 CLAIMED HE STOLE THE EMAILS AND GAVE THEM TO WIKILEAKS prior to June 15, 2016 when Guccifer 2.0 made these claims. WHO WAS GUCCIFER 2.0? For whom did Guccifer 2.0 work? Some people who claim Seth Rich stole the emails and gave them to Wikileaks claim Guccifer 2.0 belonged to Crowdstrike or the DNC themselves. If so, this either eliminates Rich as a suspect, or changes his role considerably if he was involved at all. If Guccifer 2.0 is DNC, then Seth Rich acted under orders.
The people who claim Guccifer 2.0 belonged to the FBI (that’s my impression), and still think Seth Rich is responsible have even more questions to answer as it complicates things beyond Occam’s Razor tolerance. No one can assume Rich did it under DNC orders and still did it out of patriotism or love of Bernie Sanders. Seymour Hersh’s FBI source, as recounted on the Ed Butkowsky tape recording, claimed Rich SOLD the emails to Wikileaks and that he was not killed because of the emails.
Whoever controlled Guccifer 2.0 stole the emails and gave them to Wikileaks. By publishing the emails at Wikileaks, and then creating Trump-Russia-Wikileaks, Assange is no longer a journalist, but a Russian intelligence asset. He can be prosecuted under the Espionage Act. Assange is no longer covered under the precedent of UNITED STATES V. NEW YORK TIMES–The Pentagon Papers case. That is a strong motive to suspect intelligence people arranged to give the emails to Wikileaks.

The real person to grill would be MICHAEL SUSSMANN, the Perkins Coie lawyer who picked Crowdstrike in the first place, and made this statement about–in essence–why an Incident Response against hackers should proceed with great caution:
“You only get one chance to raise the drawbridge,” Mr. Sussmann said. “If the adversaries know you are aware of their presence, they will take steps to burrow in, or ERASE THE LOGS THAT SHOW THEY WERE PRESENT.”
Now, Sussmann is supposedly an expert in cybersecurity/Incident Response. What Crowdstrike did was an Incident Response engagement. There are Best Practices in Incident Response that only mention one thing about the logs. The logs are part of the forensic evidence that Crowdstrike must preserve for law enforcement. You can preserve the logs by copying and moving them OFF NETWORK. You don’t have to just let them sit on the network and let Russian hackers decide when to erase them. Actually, since one group (Cozy Bear) was allegedly in there for a YEAR, they should have been erasing the logs on a daily basis depending on how many days each week they spent rummaging thorough totally worthless information. You would erase logs after each foray into the network as any IT personnel with access could get into them at any time. Sussmann should know this since he is an expert, or so we are told.
There was no reason for Crowdstrike to sit there from May 5, 2016 until June 11, 2016 and just watch as documents got exfiltrated as they claimed they did, just to “protect the logs from the ‘Russians’ deleting them.
1. Crowdstrike claimed they knew the hackers were Russians on May 6, 2016. All they had to do was do that very weekend in May what they did on June 11 and 12, 2016. Disconnect from the Internet and switch out all the machines, or reimage all of them. That would have eliminated the problem at least initially since it was claimed the “Russians” got back in during July.
2. Copy the logs regularly and move them off network on a portable storage device.
Crowdstrike was in control of that network from May 5 until some date in July 2016. This should not be forgotten.

I’m not sure I get the suspicion around Solomon himself. If you ever read the comment sections following his articles at The Hill, the commenters almost universally attack Solomon’s character and accuse him of being nothing other than a pro-Trump propagandist. But then here, people think that somehow he is up to no good too? Is the assumption that the only way he could ever have access to this information is through somebody who is trying to shape a narrative to nefarious ends? But I honestly don’t see the evidence for that. Also, in his latest article, he highlights the Skolkovo Project, Clinton’s direct involvement and influence of the project and the associated controversies. That isn’t information known to most people, but it is likely central to the corruption surrounding Clinton and her private server especially. That information hasn’t come through leaks, but through the piecing together of multiple reports and public knowledge. How could this information entering the public conscious be of any benefit to the Deep State, Clinton cabal and their ancillary corruptocrates? Please tell me what I am missing.

Maybe the simplest answer is that these leaks show facets of criminal and near-criminal activity, and the democrats don’t want to add the visibility by publicly rallying against them.
Now, if that’s the case, it is surely a coordinated effort among the bad actors, so I hope that they are being closely monitored for cover-up activities.

It is the human condition, which can be summed up by saying that humans are greedy and selfish. It is necessary for humans to have these emotions, or they will die young or live a limited life. I have a lot of cats around where I live and they are semi-wild. Access to food is limited. Cats that are born with a non-pushy personality usually won’t make it to young adulthood. They are not greedy enough.
In small groups, at the hunter-gatherer size, greed and selfishness – including greed for status – is not such a big problem. After all, there is only so much to be greedy about and in small groups people are heavily dependent on cooperation. And if you are a chronic trouble maker, or lazy, you can just have a mishap on the ice. If you are cowardly in war, then that can go very badly for you too. So people will usually moderate their behavior because cooperation is a scarce resource too.
Beyond cooperation, if you want to enslave someone and take their surplus product, that is difficult in a hunter-gatherer situation. You need settled agriculture to make slavery worthwhile.
Which makes me wonder if democracy is some kind of attempted proxy for cooperation. Or just a tool to get it.
The ego drive to dominate has always existed and can create terrible results for humanity – see Alexander the “Great”, or the entire cult of “honor” related to Roman politics and militarism – but the complexity of our society is what allows our egos to be so weaponized.

Question: Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?
It’s because they don’t want it discussed. It is really that simple. The media also doesn’t do a lot of talking about it either. We see this at every turn. The real reason the Democrats need the Virginia governor gone is because of the abortion policy and explicit details given to the public. The fact that many Democrats have already come forward supporting this policy is the destruction of the Democrat party itself. The only way to fight against it is (1) redirect attention and (2) quit talking about the damaging stuff.
The leaks damaging to the Democrat side cannot be denied because they know whoever has been doing this cannot be “Seth Rich”ed and knows a lot more damaging things. So long as the media cooperates and refuses to report, they feel like they might still be safe.
In short, “The Streissand effect” would result in far more attention on themselves than would otherwise happen. It’d just make things worse for them.

SD is correct to point out that nobody is challenging these leaks and charging Trump with obstruction or DOJ with coverup. The collective evidence is all focused on specific individuals in FBI/DOJ. There’s little or nothing leaking about anyone higher up, most importantly NOBODY IN CONGRESS. This even though, by their resignations, there were obviously traitors and likely far worse (Feinstein, the Pakistani crowd, God only knows what else). Couple all this with new AG being swamp-sanctioned, it all STINKS.
President Trump looks to be edging right up to destroying his brand with me and everyone I know. I would urge him to carefully consider what he is agreeing. He should know that we truly do not care about the wall, China, Eu, taxes, judges or any other stinking thing except that these f@ing criminals go to jail and preferably then be executed. When this problem is solved, all the others can be. Without this, no other problem is solved except temporarily.

As for not caring about the wall, China, Eu, taxes, judges or any other thing? I think you’re quite mistaken.
You seem to think of Trump as the demolition man. Look at how he handled the old post office building in DC. He made use of what was good about the existing building and trashed the rest to make a great and historical hotel. While most would have demolished and built something new, Trump did something better and more creative.
Don’t get me wrong — I definitely want to see a bunch of heads rolling. Their swollen, arrogant heads roll so much better than average heads. But doesn’t the absence of the things you mentions (no indictment of Obama and others and none of congress?) speak to something else? Yes and no. The easiest way to understand the purpose of Mueller is to keep the president separate from the DOJ and FBI. Once Mueller is done, that separation will be done.

@daniel, I think your underlying assumption is that, given enough distractions, all the bad news gets stale and people eventually lose interest. But, two years later, many of us are -pick your word – at the criminality of the Obama/Clinton crime gang, at the viciousness of our own government agencies, most particularly intelligence services, and at the blatant level of treachery exhibited by our elected officials. Throw on top of that, the apparent willingness of republicans to NOT fight in elections and that of democrats to cheat in vote counting. Cleaning this crap up and restoring integrity is what matters.
I understand Trump is a force for good. And the things he is working on are beneficial, to the extent they are not turned around the second he leaves office. But, he he’s making deals to avoid impeachment and conviction by the Senate, this would be a mistake and nothing but short term survivorship of benefit to nobody by Trump.
It would be far better to let them do to Trump what they will and let us take over from there. If we do not do our job, what’s the point? We’ve elected republicans first to the House, then the Senate, then the President? What’s left for the people to be in control of the government versus the other way around?
So, again, President Trump, do not sell us out.

The real power of the corrupted media is not so much in spreading lies, but in spreading profuse layers of irrelevancies to give the illusion that the truth must be in there somewhere. Read a typical NYT or WAPO “bombshell” and you will find a huge meandering mess of meaninglessness that took three or four authors to produce the sheer volume of it. But unless you are an experienced skeptic, you will be convinced that it contains revelations! You just won’t be able to remember any of them in a half hour.

What we are watching is a political play choreographed to make the (common citizen) believe that he has an open and functioning government. Ask yourself, have you seen any of the dozens of co-conspirators indicted, prosecuted or jailed. This government is broken, it depends on selling the masses, a believable story line.
Have you seen any of the FISC Judges call people like Comey in to answer for his crimes – signing for the Carter Page FISA warrant for example. How about Rod Rosenstein, who also signed the Carter Page FISA warrant, etc.
You know, the facts and they have not changed. We just watch and hope that someone, will in someway change the open corruption.

There is an additional reason, to those stated above, as to why Democrats are not pursuing any leak allegations or charges. And that’s because they themselves are guilty of leaks, and in pursuing such charges against others they open themselves to charges of leaking as well.
This is one of those times the answer is quite obvious and Sundance could easily have answered it. I am certain he knew the answer and the question was a rhetorical one for us to discuss.

To answer the question posed by Sundance, I imagine the leaks are occurring to provoke Trump into losing his cool and retaliating against the leakers. He is well-known for his confrontations with subordinates. If it can be shown that he is helpless to stop the unauthorized release of confidential information, his enemies will become emboldened and his supporters demoralized.

I thought the plan was that all the unclassified transcripts from the behind door House Investigations were to be released in December. My money is on some of the Republican House Investigation committee members as being behind most, if not all the leaking transcripts.
I would be curious to peruse a list of all the people who would actually have the access to these transcripts .

Answer: The FISA abuse/SpyGate fiasco is toxic to the Democrats, UniParty, and permanent administrative state, and their allies in the media (all of media, including Fox News). Any leaks about this is dangerous to them. The only acceptable narrative is no narrative. Also, the safest way to drain an ocean is a drip at a time. I believe this is why the information has been dripping out steadily over the past 2 years. The steady leaking is the easiest way to conceal the torrent.
I believe this is why a relatively obscure media outfit like the Epoch Times has been leaking the transcripts. Congressional sources likely have been trying to get these out but no-one in the mainstream media is willing to take the scoop.

“but no-one in the mainstream media is willing to take the scoop”
Right, it’s not WaPo and/or NYT writing about this leaked information and we know which side they play for.
I’m thinking someone(s) is very frustrated and desperate about the realization that the Deep State has the upper hand on POTUS, through obstruction charge threats and other things like the IG fizzle. With greatly decreased hope of that anything will happen, they decided to take action.

Let’s play a game. The dogs that aren’t barking. Why not, indeed?
Try this: because the congressional lickspittles for the Clintons/dems/no-border/one-world-governmenters have been leaking it themselves. But we thought they were trying to hide it, so that doesn’t make sense. It’s a contradiction. However, since there are no such things as contradictions, that means we have made at least one false assumption.
Perhaps the false assumption is that they want to hide Democrat/Russia collusion. Perhaps “they” (the globalist/no-border/one-world-governmenters) want the Democrat/Russia “collusion” to come out, and they have been steering us there, building the suspense, teasing it, setting up Tump/Russia as just an outer coating to be eaten through. The big reveal coming soon. But why?
Try this: the Democrat/Russia collusion is not the crime. It’s the cover, a gigantic misdirection. The Clintons and their crew are masters of misdirection. Red herring purveyors par excellence. Remember the billing records? The travel agency firings? Misdirections all.
So, what are they trying to misdirect away from? What is so huge that it would take a Dem/Russia collusion distraction to hide it? I think I know. Information is out there, you just have to let it in. Hint: Loral.
Occam’s razor does not hold in the wilderness of mirrors these players inhabit.

Trapper, I think you are onto something that has been staring us in the face for a long time.
Mr.Schwartz of Loral, was a major contributor to the Clinton’s. President Bill Clinton allowed Loral’s sensitive missile technology to be transferred to China. $$$$$$involved.
HSBC Bank whose chief council was Robert Muller, sheltered $100 Billion in client funds. I believe the money laundering operation involved drug dealers and arms traffickers money. HSBC Bank contributed to the Clinton Foundation.
Frank Guistra, (a huge donor to the Clinton Foundation), and Bill Clinton engineered the purchase of 20% of United States uranium assets to a Canadian Company who then sold it to Rosatom, a Russian Company tied to Vladimir Putin. The deal was Uranium 1. The sale of America’s uranium assets was approved by Pres. Obama, Secy. Of State Clinton, FBI director Robert Mueller and other Obama Administration officials. President Clinton received $$$$$$$ for a speaking engagement in Russia.
How does transferring American assets to China and Russia and shielding weapons and drug traffickers monies help the United States?

So what if Baker and McCabe told Rosenstein to appoint Mueller?… An agenda is set for Mueller, a predetermined ie; run this out until Trump quits or, keep Trump from releasing unreacted reports by keeping the investigation open until 2020.
There’s no gain by Democrats, the FBI or the DOJ to close Mueller’s investigation. Is Mueller their *protection*? ie; just preventing Trump from releasing unreacted reports because as long as Mueller’s investigation is open they’re safe in plain sight.
Evidence appears to prove the DNC rigged the 2016 election. 2018 was evidence for most conservative voters. In 2016 Democrats shock and anger convicts them. Certainly they plan to double down in 2020. Tump will win again of course. They don’t know that. So perhaps Mueller’s orders are to run this out till 2020 convicted by pride, anger and hatred that they can make sure Trump loses in 2020 and the redacted reports which would send them to prison disappear overnight. Was 2018 a dry run testing new methods to “win” elections? We won’t know. GOP and voters flinched at the tens of thousands of ballots discovered weeks later but no one did a thing about it except in Florida and Georgia.
Here’s my question, what is it these people have that secured Mueller for 4 years to do what they placed him there for? They have a goal. Mueller is an expensive Security Guard.
Forget the $30 million public funds paid. There’s either bigger money or information being traded.
What if it’s information on Mueller? Or?
These aren’t ordinary cutthroats, they’re FBI with top secret information, they carry guns, they break down doors at 1:00 am and 6:00 am. The DOJ doesn’t carry guns; they’re the inside paperwork people.
I think of an *FBI* inside the official FBI. Members gone rogue.
It’s very reasonable to expect the FBI runs Deep State.
The rest of the Deep State certainly doesn’t run the FBI.
What if the *FBI* has or would fabricate information to trouble a Mueller?
What if there’s a plot within a plot?
A plot to direct and control Mueller, within a plot to contain Trump?
Mueller’s systematic destruction of lives, but only of the people who helped get Trump elected, so they can’t help again in 2020, is likely the loudest display of how their preferred game plan.
These experts in destruction aren’t going to prison for using metal weapons.
They create confusion and deception by lies and innuendo and unsupported leaks to get to the same goal as death; silence a person to die in prison. They have all the technology to fabricate and a strong motive; it’s them or someone else that goes to prison. Someone who could get Trump elected again.
Eliminate honor and the repitious bookends of how hard upright members of the FBI are.
They’re ordinary humans with weaknesses and ego’s, fears and fantasy’s.

Yes, it would come across that way, and be a PITA to hear about. It would have to mean RR was trying to goad him into making a move that would get criticized, b/c if RR truly wanted out, he wouldn’t continue to behave “swampy” knowing what DT has over him. Thiswould be the closest (indeed the *only*) possible explanation I have heard so far. Still, it seems a pretty weak reason for DT to let RR stay on and get away with all he continues to get away with, especially as transparent the deep state’s motive that would appear at that point.

Thank you for your continued analysis, Sundance: Nothing else seems to make sense . . .
What is baffling beyond comprehension is why in the H_ _ _ there is no criminal and counter-intelligence investigation into the DNC, Clinton Foundation, and HRC campaign collusion with Russians and other foreign entities?
Why is it that this all seems to be one way, when overwhelming evidence points in the exact opposite direction? Massive amounts of evidence that the actual fraudulent activity was committed by the DNC, the HRC campaign, and Dem congressional and Senate members to prevent DJT from being elected and framing him if he did win the election.
Many of them lied to FBI and congressional committees, yet NONE have been charged or seemingly even investigated. Comey, Clinton herself and her husband, her staff members, Clapper, Brennan, Adam Schiff, Mark Warner, Orr (2x), Lynch, Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie Law Firm, ad infinitum. All of them either lied, leaked classified information, or colluded with foreigners to affect the election and/or the “investigation”.
Are Nunez, Burr, Graham, etc. impotent? They actually KNOW all the answers, they have seen ALL the evidence, and yet, they do not seem to be capable of bringing about a valid investigation. They let the sham Mueller team continue to ride roughshod over the entire thing.
And what about the thousands of good and decent FBI agents and intelligence personnel who know the truth, yet are silent.
The only plausible explanation I can fathom is that FEAR is a powerful weapons and the now Progressive/Marxist Democratic party has learned to perfect it’s use to accomplish their nefarious purposes.
And now you have the Dem-led committees, like the Judicial Oversight Committee, which demonstrated yesterday as they interviewed Mr. Whittaker, that they have one objective in mind and that is the demise of DJT. Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee actually said to him that they (the committee) are not the guilty ones, inferring that DJT was (and Whittaker by association). In their minds, DJT and anyone associated with him is already guilty. No due process, no evidence needed. They said so, and therefore it is true.
Adam Schiff intends to do the same thing. He has been proven wrong multiple times, but none of that makes any difference.
These people have no conscience, no shame, and no moral compass.
WHERE ARE THE REPUBLICANS? What is holding them back? Methinks many of them are in the same boat. DJT has dumped on their gravy train and they want to be rid of him as much as the Democrats.
I can only hope, as I’ve heard, that POTUS knows everything as well and is holding back until the right moment to release it all. This man has more patience and backbone than I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. He does not even seem to be affected by the whirlwind of evil surrounding him. He needs and deserves our continuous prayers.
I use to think, “surely, the Democrats know that this works both ways and it will come back to bite them”. But, my thinking has changed – They are working on multiple fronts to assure that there will come a day that there never be any opposition. Through the criminalization (or threat thereof) of any opposition and the wholesale nationalization of voter fraud, they will never have to worry about any. That is why they so vehemently oppose Voter ID laws and any effective means to stop illegal entry into this country.
My prayer every day is that our righteous God would pour out his grace and mercy that we do not deserve and spare our country from eminent destruction and protect our president and our Republic. Otherwise, the shadow is already cast . . .
Apologize for the long rant, but all this is maddening beyond imagination . . .

My sense on why PDJT is withholding and why this corruption has not and will not leak into the public in any meaningful way is because the establishment has made the case to the President that the FISA and NSA Spying program will be wrecked if this goes public. In order to assist the establishment, the media has the assignment of making PDJT such a pariah that even if it comes out people will say “well he’s so awful, he deserved it”.
There is no doubt in my mind that the Obama administration (higher ups) were spying on a very long list of politicians and public figures. The American public would be literally rocked if this came out. The program would be destroyed and the country would be made extremely vulnerable.
WIth regard to the Dems and “it works both ways”, I think the Dems have really drunk the kool-aid. They are completely lost. The party is overwhelmed by corruption – thus we have the socialists are taking over the Party. They no longer have a moral compass. They’ve no rational thinking ability anymore. They have not demonstrated any concern for their future or the future of our country. I state that with no enjoyment – and deep sadness.
What I don’t understand is why the R leadership, the DOJ, FBI, etc. put something in place to prevent another administration or corrupt bureaucrat from doing this again. My guess (based on the stunning statement by Paul Ryan recently – that he had no idea until last fall that Nunes was on to something serious) is the majority of R’s don’t have a clue how bad the abuse was.
But then again where in the heck is Rand Paul on this?
Perhaps Barr is being placed to do this?
If they do not get a handle on this soon, we’re (citizens and politicians) headed for alot of trouble. The amount of corruption (personal and political) that exists in our society today is surreal. We are at a tipping point.

”Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?”
It’s a good question to ask. You could also ask: Why are only selected portions of the transcripts being released? Or: Why does Jon Solomon keep repeating the lie that the FBI’s activities against Trump only started in July 2016?
The answer to all three questions is the same. The Deep State is fighting a desperate rear-guard action to re-frame their narrative. They are trying for “Limited Hang-Out”. Some wrong doing will now be admitted, the names of the guilty the public know will be used and they hope the public will be appeased. Jon Solomon is obviously trusted to help the Deep State frame their new narrative.
But the “Limited Hang-Out” is not going to work. The reason the names of the guilty are known to the public is due to new media. The establishment media is just playing catch up. At this stage any attempt at the harm minimisation game is just going to make things worse.
In new media the public know: Fusion GPS was an FBI approved contractor. Nellie Ohr was working for Fusion GPS in December 2015, researching the travel of persons close to Trump, hoping to catch them meeting “suspicious persons”. Also in December Strozk and Page texts indicate OCONUS lures being organised for some purpose. Also in December Admiral Mike Rogers is allerted to FBI contractor abuse of access to the NSA database.
December 2015 is where the operation against Trump starts, and the crimes just get worse from there. There is no way create a new narrative that provides limited hang-out for the guilty while including all the known facts being talked about on new media.
LikeLiked by 4 people
I will add this:
The reason the Deep State and the Democrats want to frame a new narrative with limited hang-out is because they can see the whole “Russian collusion” narrative in full collapse. To their horror they realise that they can’t “Get Trump” on Russian Collusion that never happened, and worse, they can’t impeach him on any lesser matter until their attempts to bring him down with the Russian Collusion story are explained away. They can’t move on to their next attempt until they’ve extradited themselves from the Russia mess.
So their new narrative is that yes, Fusion GPS was paid by the Clinton campaign. Yes, Nellie Ohr was working for Fusion GPS doing opposition research. This produced a dossier that was later found to be salacious and unverified. ”But at the time”, they will claim, ”the allegations against a presidential candidate were so serious, we had to open an investigation”. Then the usual hand flapping ”Mistakes were made, procedures weren’t followed, blah, blah blah …”. They will certainly add ”It wouldn’t have gotten so out of control if Trumps public comments hadn’t exacerbated the situation”.
The democrats, and the establishment media were involved in accusing Trump of colluding with Russia to steal the election. The Deep State did far worse. They illegally spied on Trump and tried to manufacture Russian Collusion for their spying to find. To end this witch hunt without destroying themselves they need a narrative explaining away of how they came to falsely accuse Trump and why the investigation started.
Jon Solomon is playing along with this plan. But it’s not going to work.

To answer the question why nobody asks the question about Democrats and Russian collusion, there are many high ranking neverTrump Republicans or Republican Family members who swing with them. Its why we have grown accustomed to calling the congressional caucuses the Uni-Party.
Not only is there plenty of Russian collusion but one can add huge portions of Chinese and Middle eastern collusion to the conspiracy stew as we.

The fact about the FBI having exculpatory evidence may not have been “aired” as meaning on TV or radio, but Sundance noted this very early on, back in 2017, if I’m not mistaken.

We also know Mueller history with ignoring exculpatory evidence. He has a history of doing just this!

Deep State operators are unelected. Their jobs used to be hinged to who the next administration will be. Make no mistake, they learned long ago to start protecting themselves no matter who comes to power. Think of the tools they possess?

Screaming eagle;
Beg to disagree, although in your post, you don’t clarify when you mean when you say “used to be”, but it was a LOOONG time ago.
The professional buerocracy developed civil service protections, so there WOULD NOT be a wholesale firing and hiring, every time we had a change of administrations. And, it made sense for continuity of Gov. to have a professional civil servant workforce, experienced at making the trains run on time, etc. and “Political appointees” that work “at the pleasure of the President”, and can be fired at any time for any or even no reason.
With Obama (perhaps earlier) a process of ’embedding’ began i.e. initially hiring a political appointee, but then ‘transferring’ them to a career position, prior to the administration (President) leaving office.
This, along with more and more “political appointee” positions being required to be Senate confirmable, is why it is,so difficult for PDJT to HIRE who he wants to hire, and FIRE who he wants to fire.
Its Policy and Procedure, and therefore ‘in the, weeds’ details, for most Americans.
Like how Mueller corrupted the FBI, with the “7 and out” policy on station chiefs, which enabled him to remake the FBI.
No one noticed, except those IN the FBI, but it had a devastating effect.

Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?
Because they know that someone could leak a live stream of Mueller, Rosenstein, and HRC raping a litter of kittens and nothing would happen to them.

I’ll take a stab at this.
1) Releases (leaks) are bad things. For democrats to publicly speak out against bad things, they would have to speak from the high moral ground. Democrats are uncomfortable speaking from the high moral ground. And seldom, if ever, attack from the high moral ground. Primarily because the high moral ground is not viewed as likely to deliver the kill shot they’re looking for.
2) They’re could care less what Solomon says. Or what Sara Carter says. (my guess is they do care what Kimberly Strassel says). Solomon and Carter have been making a living on whats going down with Mueller, the FBI and DOJ. And those subjects, to the public, are today, as somebody posted earlier, old news. Moribund. Democrats know this.
3)They’re preoccupied with managing the very big screw ups of their own… children, you might say. Northam, Herring, Fairfax, Cortez.
That’s my take.

Why, right before the special counsel appt, did the president meet to interview Mueller for the FBI head when Mueller was not eligible to serve in that position having already done so more than the 10 year term limitation?

Why was the interview on Many 16,2017, and then Mueller was appointed to head the Special Counsel the next day.

Disinformation is what I see. They are throwing out easily discreditable (Because they made it up) so they can use it as an example to discredit the truths that come out by painting them with the same brush.

I keep imagining that the 74 year old Mueller stays home in his PJ’s, like RBG, while other people, particularly Andrew Weismann, run the show, er, witchhunt.

I too am curious and concerned about the leaks. I like getting them. But am not happy about them not just being published as is. Also, we hear all this 64D or leak “sting” theorizing from wishful thinkers when it would help us. But it is not impossible for leaks to be investigated or for our side to be stung as well.
I really hope it is not Nunes leaking this stuff. Not accusing in any way. Just hope he is not getting frustrated. I just like him the most in this entire episode and want nothing bad for him. At this point, I have Nunes above the President in my who I am happy with (e.g. the declassification fiddle, shutdown fiddle, etc.)
The most powerful insight from the article is the lack of outrage by the Democrats. I agree that is curious. It could be them trying to get stuff out to water it down in future. Clinton hang out strategy. Could also be that they have some future leaks which will be more damaging to our side and are getting these out first. Don’t know.
Could also be Occam’s razor and someone on our side. Bottom line is that it is someone not playing by the rules. And not even manning up and saying who they are.

All I know is that the nightly Solomon, Carter tick tick boom thing on Hannity finally made me completely give up “news” on TV. Haven’t watched since a week before Thanksgiving. Interesting thing is that now I don’t watch anything on TV. And I am much happier as a result. I didn’t think I could live without it, but now I can’t imagine going back into slavery.

Sara “my sources say” Carter is certainly the right-wing version of Fake News. I can’t stand the women and her over-hyped crap. Hannity is about the only place she is allowed and he is pretty close to a supermarket right wing tabloid. Thankfully we have OANN to set the record straight.

The question no one ever asks is what is the crime being investigated? Mueller and Rosensrein need to account for that question, theories aside, counterintelligence is a BS excuse for a special council, those reports are not public and prosecutors do not run CI investigations, investigators do. I am sick of this narrative. Whitaker needs to shut it down and call RR and Mueller into the Senate to account to the scope and beginning of this farce.

Sundance–>Question: Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?
Answer : The Democrats already know it’s way too late for that. The best thing they can do is continue on with the Narrative and with the aid of the MSM, FUHRER Nancy Pelosi’s new ‘Rules of Engagement’ & the continual use of “Rules for Radicals” #’s 8, 10, 11 & 13 is imperative.

After further reflection on Whitaker’s testimony on Friday……I think I now understand what a masterful stroke it was by POTUS.
And it may go to answer SD’s question.
Whitaker IS Trump’s LEVERAGE.
Trump took a guy who was publicly skeptical of the Mueller probe…….AND MADE HIM MUELLER’S BOSS.
I never understood how POTUS NOT declassifying was some form of leverage when POTUS didn’t even have the documents.
Whitaker’s appointment was far far better:
PDJT was able to legally place a guy in the opposing team’s locker room.
Whitaker by his own testimony stated he had been read in on
the Special Counsel Investigation
the Inspector General investigation
John Huber’s investigation
and probably
McCabe and Baker cases
With Whitaker leaving as his appointment was temporary……
TRUMP’S LEVERAGE EXTENDS TO WILLIAM BARR.

The question is easy to answer; because the leakers, the leaks, and the recipients of those leaks are not the political opposition. In fact, every of the aforementioned are aids to – co-conspirators in – the objective to dismantle a legitimate presidency. In other words, it is a Coup D’Etat. Whether it is a ‘soft’ or ‘cold’ coup is semantics. A coup is a coup. A coup acts to delegitimize the rule of law.
I would like to see any serious rebuttal to the above. Lacking such rebuttal the claim of a coup remains standing. So, what is it we do about it? ‘To arms!’ is one possible solution. Yet I think of that as a bit part of the general strategy which is to arrest all who are associated with the attempted coup. Waiting on politicians is nuts. The People have the legitimate right and the duty to take swift actions to protect and preserve our Republic.
