The Question No-One Seems To Ask…

Jon Solomon appears on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo to discuss his latest op-ed in the Hill [See Here].  Unfortunately, two years of congressional investigations that go no-where; two prior inspector general reports that conclude with no corrective action; and two-plus years of in-our-face corruption by DOJ and FBI officials, does not lend toward optimism when the next best hope sold by Solomon is another Senate investigation.

.

Democrats do not miss an opportunity to take advantage of any angle where they can criticize, attack and weaponize a narrative against their political opposition.  So riddle me this… Somebody has been leaking congressional transcripts to Jon Solomon and The Epoch Times (Jeff Carlson).  The unauthorized releases include testimony from: Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, James Baker, Bill Priestap and, most recently, Trisha Beth Anderson.

Question:  Why aren’t the democrats framing a political attack narrative around these unauthorized, unlawful and unethical releases?

expedited“?

September was five months ago.

The widely held view of the process is/was that Rod Rosenstein selected Robert Mueller as special counsel, and following that selection Mueller created his team. The perspective from CTH research is slightly different.

CTH believes that following the firing of FBI Director James Comey, the FBI Chief Legal Counsel, Jim Baker and FBI Deputy Director, Andrew McCabe; together with the corrupt small group that was involved in the prior year’s counterintelligence investigation; reacted to Comey’s firing by pressuring Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to appoint their preferred person, Robert Mueller.

Within this internal debate (May 2017); at the time this construct was being argued; is when the famous comment from Rosenstein originates: “what do you want me to do, wear a wire?” The corrupt FBI investigative crew; having initiated and continued “Crossfire Hurricane”; including people from the DOJ-NSD side (Ohr, Weissmann, etc) were pressuring Rosenstein to appoint a special counsel….. but not just any special counsel.. Baker and McCabe had the person pre-selected. That person was Robert Mueller.

Obviously we can see the reason for this FBI/DOJ crew to need a special counsel. As career corruptocrats they were operating from a mindset of mitigating risk to themselves and continuing to advance on the objective to attack the executive office through their investigative schemes. The key point here is subtle but very significant. Robert Mueller didn’t select his team, the corrupt team selected him.

“A declassified FISC order from 2002 gives a glimpse into how serious the omissions were: In one case the FBI failed to tell the court that the person they were seeking a FISA warrant to surveil was, in fact, one of their own informants.”

Bet the heavily redacted FISA application omits the fact that Carter Page was a UCE-1 FBI informant.

This theory may be farther out in the weeds than some will accept, but if I were a Deep State disinformaton specialist, I would try to gaslight the pro-Trump forces by releasing “unauthorized” real AND partially fake information that was detrimental to either side at different times and from different directions. However none of it by itself would be conclusive nor allow any major players (who I am trying to protect) to be caught or prosecuted.

If it is possible to “launder” this disinformation (or selected but inconclusive real information) through channels to people who have the coinfidence of otherwise good and trusted investigtive reporters like Carter and Solomon, what a great way to gaslight the public.

Bottom line is no conclusive evidence is released by which anyone can be prosecuted and both investigators and speculators remain conflcted (the purpose of gaslighting).

IMO the response to your question is that “justice” must be allowed to unfold via the normal “processes” in order to uncover what might be an “injustice”.

At least IMO that is the answer most likely to come from all of the defenders of both the institutions (DOJ, FBI. etc.) and the “process” (regardless that they are really just trying to CYA).

So any disruption to the process of “justice” will be called “obstruction of justice” even if the process was (is) a sham.

Our (and the President’s) problem seems to stem from the fact that there is no one yet in top positions of the DOJ (or the leadership of the Senate or the House) who has the courage (or inclination) to call out the sham of a process or call out the injustice for what it is.

The corruption within the Democrat Party and in other areas of various agencies is there for all to see. What we have being exposed are “High Crimes” and treason. We have a group within the government waging war against the US and trying to undermine the US Constitution to impose a Socialist based dictatorship. That is treason under the US Constitution.

If the Demtards begin to create a political attack narrative, then the same can be done by the Rebuplicans. And thus, another investigation could possibly be opened, possibly resulting in a delay of the Demtards strategy. I honestly don’t know.

SD’s 1st paragraph perfectly encapsulates the frustrations of the last 2 years.

Where will William Barr fit into this ongoing illegal saga? Will he continue the “status quo” at the DOJ that strongly favors the Dems? Will he rely on additional time delaying IG reports, more ghost like Huber clones, Rod Rosenstein’s exemplary advice, more DS leaks and Shiff’s Dem House investigations for his information and direction.

No matter who retires. who is fired or who is hired as an A/AG nothing seems to change in Mueller’s DOJ regarding the one sided malicious prosecutions, the judicial inequities and the double standards. Barr has the most difficult challenge of his legal life ahead of him unless he recuses himself 2 days after being confirmed or other shocking surprise.

If Barr is as good as so many in the media and politcal world claim he is (detractors aside), he will certainly listen to briefings with verbal narratives from underlings and Mueller team personnel, and others.

He may have read a lot of media – who knows which ones – and understands the controversies – both contrived ones and real ones.

But if he is as good a lawyer as has been claimed by a lot of people (as quoted in media or on camera etc), IMHO he would take what is the hardest evidence – that which has been documented on paper by Horowitz and others in the DOJ & FBI – the most seriously. I would think he gives the most weight to information that is verified.

If OTOH he is as biased as his predecessors, then he has already made up his mind waht to do, just has to strategize how to do it without exposing his bias.

Barr has gravitas, people will not get by pulling cons on him, and I do believe he wants to clean things up. He is coming out of retirement to work there. POTUS interviewed him, don’t forget. So I am not as negative feeling as most posters here.

I think he will allow Mueller a graceful “out” and will not allow a bunch of “implications” against POTUS to go mainstream. Only prosecutable crimes (of which there are none)

I think we may have totally misread Whitaker’s purpose.

I believe his appointment was about PDJT getting the “leverage” he actually DID NOT have when he backed off the declassification.

POTUS made a very overt move by appointing a temp AG using the Vacancies Act instead of using the well established succession plan that already existed.
Realize who Trump was thumbing his nose at: The US SENATE

(Rather risky as they not only have Advise and Consent of Cabinet positions but also are the Jury in Impeachment)

Something to also realize is that there is NO SINGLE DOCUMENT that can reveal the whole frame up plan.
There is no memo called “Let’s Frame Trump” that all the conspirators signed.
There is no classified file entitled: “Orange Man Bad” where all the frame up documents reside.
My absurd point is this: What did we really expect Whitaker–appointed in such a strange way, WITHOUT ANY TRADITIONAL OVERSIGHT WHATSOEVER—would or could expose in his temporary role???
And if he did, would it have affected the result we want?

I contend it would have blown up right in PDJT’s face…..the Senate would have stepped in immediately.(The House sounds like they will pursue Whitaker’s appointment ITSELF as OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE)

What did POTUS accomplish with the Whitaker appointment?
He TEMPORARILY appointed a former US Attorney, NON-DC insider who on multiple occasions publicly questioned the validity of the Mueller investigation and….
MADE HIM ROSENSTEIN’S AND MUELLER’S BOSS.

          Whitaker in his testimony stated
          1) He told the career DOJ ethics officials who advised “recusal” to F**K Off
          2) He read the RR Aug 2 memo
          3) Indicated he was read in to the OIG investigation
          4) Indicated he was read in to (What’s his name again?) Huber’s investigation
          5) Indicated he is very aware the importance of key figures in this mess (Yes, Bruce Ohr is still employed at the DOJ)

Whitaker got to see the cards Trump’s enemies are holding.

Which means Trump may now have “leverage” over BARR as well.
          His leverage IS WHITAKER.

I’ll be watching to see where Whitaker ends up when his tenure ends later this week.

      3) By the way, did you ever email Hillary when she was on the unsecured server and when?

      4) Last question, did any of your emails to Hillary discuss Uranium One?

I heard an interview of Rosiak on Daily Caller podcast–very revealing. His comments certainly implicated Ryan, who knew about the crimes of the Awan’s but did not share the information with the other Republican members of he House–i believe only one other person knew.
Wasserman Schultz seems to be another lynchpin of corruption (along with her brother); and she was head of the DNC during the time that Hillary’s emails were captured (likely NOT hacked). The Pakistan angle is likewise very troubling.

There are patriots that are willing to help as needed as the truth is revealed. I suspect that many here at CTH would be happy to help as you work with others in and out of government to that end.

Holding back to get the SC report out for domestic reasons. OK with that.

All hell will break loose in a few weeks. Uniparty and Deep State will take heavy hits. Arrests, charges,…

It’ll be great watching it unfold.

None… The corruption runs so wide and deep, and true justice would require Strzok, McCabe, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Clinton, Lynch, Kerry, Biden, Obama and many others around them to be arrested and charged… Not a chance… The system protects its own… Not to mention the trillions of dollars at stake.

I have no references to cite. Simply, quite literally below is, IMHO.

If a politician were President, agree with above.

President Trump is a Patriot, American at heart, true family man…so optimism reaigns.

For years President Trump talked of obvious wrongs in the government that could be righted. Yet politicians kept screwing things up. Screwing things up that the average folks, at least I, could not discern. Could not grasp the gravity of harm being done to America.

President Trump’s actions, statements, tweets, etc. have provided glaring abuse by Uniparty, supported by MSM and Deep State. We have been betrayed by Presidents, politicians, MSM and Deep State for decades.

Have to believe prior to his announcing his run for Presidency, Patriots met with him. these Patriots in the know shared significant treachery. I believe this information alarmed then citizen Trump, to run for President.

With that vague background, I believe President Trump ran, won and has been executing his plan.

No doubt the plan is fluid as President Trump engages, overtly and covertly to criminal politicians, complicit MSM and Deep State criminals. President Trump surely adjusts as events unfold.

Back to President Trump’s character…Patriot, American, businessman, family man and absolutely an insightful genius.

President Trump did not need to run or put up with all the crap he has the past couple years. Yet President Trump perseveres, for all the right reasons.

Patience is necessary, for each of us. Personally I am not typically patient in any sense of the word. As critical for America’s survival, as I believe it is, patient I am.

              100% on the Trump Train!!!

I envision a TV mini-series eventually being produced that will outline the truth of this coup attempt and all of its related corruption. Your character will have a role to play as one of the first and the few with the courage and determination to expose the truth in public.

    2) The real question no one will ask is: What did Obama know and when did he know it?

I expect that, between those two hard, bottom-line facts, is the answer to Sundance’s (misdirected?) question.

I have been waiting and waiting for this discussion. Some folks, ahem, won’t like my opinion, but what else is new? It seems to me that if these leaks to Epochtimes etc. are all making the Deep State players look bad. If the Dems were behind the leaks and they were making Repubs look good or somehow at least helping the Deep STate Dems, then the mainstream media jackals would have picked them up.The info and transcripts would be on the front page of WAPO and NYT. But they aren’t

The fact that nobody is talking about them, trying to sweep them under the rug, make fun of them and keep screaming collusion! tax returns! Orangemanbad! suggests to me that the leaks might be coming from Congressional Repubs who have had all this sh*t they’re going to take, as they’ve watched the Dems break every law, every rule, every convention and tradition, with no consequences. That still doesn’t mean than any right things are going to happen, that Podesta would be charged (while doing the exact same things Manafort did probably), that Comey and McCabe, who absolutely undeniably lied both to the FBI and to the congressional committees while under oath! will pay any price for that, or that Senators and congressman who leaked classified info to reporters that were being PAID BRIBES to run it will pay any price.

    That’s the horrible thing.

Only to pass that partially or completely false information on as fact.

I think the leaks are ongoing and not being addressed publicly as wrong by the Democrats because when the Democrats and some so called republicans leak only the negative and misleading portions of the Mueller report regarding The President, what are you going to say? You know what they are going to say. They needed to correct the record from all the nasty republican and possible Presidental leaks regarding the transcripts. The media will run with it 24/7.

But in a “news” site that is otherwise overwhelmingly hostile towards the President and his MAGA / anti-Swamp policies and actions, why are John Solomon’s anti-Swamp articles published there, in that particular online publication?

Things that are inconsistent and that break solid patterns tend to bother me or at least get my attention.

By comparison, Sarah Carter has her own website so she does not depend on a major MSM org to publish her pro-MAGA, anti-Swamp articles, although she is a contributor to FoxNews, the only “MSM” news org that is more than single digit percent favorable to the President.

I have waited patiently for almost 26 months now, and I am not alone when I say that this had better come to a head soon. We either have a rule of law, reestablished by this extraordinary man who we elected, or we will have to have a civil conflict where the evil is wrung out.

If the latter is forced to occur, the swamp creatures will find that all of their cabal is no match for the whirlwind they have sown. Take a damn good look at the red vs blue election map from 11 8 16, it should prove quite educational.

I don’t know about that. I read somewhere that the AG in New York will indict some Trump people the same day Mueller finishes his investigation. Therefore the swamp will still ensure that Trump is ensnared by “on going investigations” well into 2020 and anything Trump does would be “obstruction of justice”. Yes. You are a Pollyanna. And it’s not your fault. No one out there in the civilian world can possibly comprehend the extent to which the FBI and DOJ are utterly and systemically corrupt.

Just ask the FBI Agent who had a FISA on a Chinese subject and in the last days of the Clinton Presidency, guess who popped up on the FISA? President Clinton himself calling and offering to handover US missile technology to China in exchange for a 1 million dollar donation to the Clinton Presidential Library.

This was back when the Clintons were amateurs, before the Clinton Foundation was founded, before they could demand $150 million dollar donations from Russia in exchange for 30% of our strategic uranium. Should I give up the Agent’s name? Shall we convene a military tribunal where the Clintons are tried and convicted of treason, blindfolded, stood up in front of a wall and shot for treason? Or maybe simply electrocuted like the Rosenbergs?

Bobby Three Sticks would necessarily be standing beside the Clintons on that firing line.

How about the FBI investigations back in the late 90s into military aged Muslim Males who were taking airliner flight lessons but were not interested in learning how to take off or land the airliner. These Muslims who committed the 9/11 attacks were taking flight lessons in WA State, Arizona and FL. Investigations were opened by the FBI Field Offices in all three of these States.

FBI Management SHUT THESE INVESTIGATIONS DOWN! WHY!!? An FBI Agent from the Phoenix AZ FBI Field Office was so outraged that he wrote a memo to FBIHQ stating that someday these Muslims subjects are going to fly airliners into the WTC! He predicted EXACLTY WHAT HAPPENED!! This memo is famously known by the old school FBI Agents as the “Phoenix Memo.”

The Clintons, Bobby Three Sticks, Louis Freeh and the Bushies are now added to the firing line.

The 9/11 attacks and the ensuing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan could have all been prevented if those FBI Agents were allowed to continue their investigations. Millions of lives destroyed or lost. And for what? 7 trillion dollars in profit is for what. War is the biggest business in the world. This is why President Trump is being fought tooth and nail from pulling out of Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria by both the Republican and Democrat side of the aisle.

This goes way beyond simple corruption. This is pure unadulterated evil. All in the name of profit.
