Lou Dobbs and John Solomon Discuss Adam Schiff Meeting With Fusion GPS….

In February and March 2017 House Speaker Paul Ryan forced HPSCI Chairman Devin Nunes to step aside from leading the house intelligence committee investigation because Nunes went to the White House SCIF to review executive office documents giving the possible impression of a conflicted relationship with the White House.

In February 2019 HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff is outlined as having inappropriate contact with a witness testifying to the house intelligence committee; however, it is virtually guaranteed House Speaker Pelosi will not make a similar demand.

Lou Dobbs and John Solomon discuss the issues, conflicts and hypocrisies:

We’re at a tipping point in this investigation where if it continues to go on in the circus like mode it is in, it will begin to help Trump, so it is likely it will be ending soon. Although Andrew Weissman is an excellent leveraging attorney, you can’t make silk out of a sow’s ear and his attempts to leverage defendants in ways that other criminals aren’t is beginning to tire the country.

Paul Ryan demanded Devin Nunes’ recusal and Nancy Pelosi most certainly will not demand Adam Schiff’s recusal. That is perfectly consistent because Ryan and Pelosi are on the same team.

And for Solomon to indicate that Ryan “just began to believe” that there really wasn’t any evidence of collusion within the last 4 months is straining credulity. Ryan has known the truth all along about Muh Russia. He would have had to be blind and deaf to miss the facts that began unfolding for the world to see in the fall of 2017 and are still emerging.

I like Solomon; he does some good reporting but sometimes I get the feeling he’s a wee bit too willing to relay some of his (anon) sources’ carefully assembled “scuttlebutt” that is noticeably incongruent with the line of dots that Sundance and others have painstakingly pieced together over a long time and with a lot of hard, verified information.

You’re right, GB… But I think Solomon may be guarding against being labeled a political hack. So occasionally he gives the benefit of the doubt to the GOPe (like he did in the comment about traitor Ryan you mentioned) and even the Democrats at times. Even though he knows that neither deserve it. When you are an objective reporter and the facts are avalanching in one direction, it’s best to stay a few steps behind the momentum. For appearance if not reportorial integrity.

Why did Ryan not resign his leader position after announcing he would not run again? Because he still had important work to do in making sure the patriots in the House could not effectively support the President, until his pals the Democrats could take over! And his stooge in the job now was in on it!

Then comes step 2: asking themselves: but if that is the case, then WTF have ‘they’ been doing all the time. Did ‘they’ know?

The judge handling Buzzfeed’s case revealed that Ryan’s Chief of Staff Jonathan Burkes got the Steele Dossier from Steele himself during the 2016 campaign, so Ryan not only knew that there was no “Russian Collusion” , but he was also one of the fraudsters pushing the story. I can only hope Ryan is packed off to prison some day for his role. What a traitorous A-hole.

Mr. G, Right on! Sometimes it seems we are nibbling around the edges of the real threat to our Republic. The international criminal cabal (communism?) is rarely examined in depth as the source of the machinations relentlessly churning beneath the surface of our day-to-day politics. What we see as our government is what they want us to see. They feed us sensational narratives to keep us scurrying down blind alleys, following “clues” to what our government is doing to us. It’s common knowledge that Soros is an evil genius who is manipulating world politics — probably at someone’s behest — but his name is rarely in the news. If anything cries out for investigation into who/what is destroying our Republic, it’s the real “deep state,” of which Soros is likely just a symptom of a far worse “disease.” The current Virginia debacle and the outrageous Ocasio-Cortez phenomenon come to mind as sensational scenarios meant to lead us off on fools’ errands, while the real work of engineering our totalitarian future continues apace without hinderance from us, the “great unwashed.”

I believe the answer to your question is no. The only one who can get an emergency FISC order without all the backup behind the warrant request is the Attorney General. And then, within a certain number of days, the backup materials must be submitted to the FISC for their review. Of course, we’re learning that the DOJ lawyers don’t read what they sign. So there’s no proof that once the AG gets the warrant that they would ever submit the back-up. And since we don’t really know if the FISC scrutinizes these requests, it’s impossible to say that anyone’s rights are protected other than the DOJ/FBI’s absolute authority to act as the Gastapo.

The President’s people must only present a “fact” identifying criminal foreign action against the USA. Rex did not find any other FISA authorization. The authority to grant a FISA is likely limited to the Executive branch and not extend to Gang of 8 because GO8/Congress has no power to make criminal charges.

For all their resumes, these “elder-statesmen” of the USA were Kabuki actors paid to drain support from any candidate uttering serious analysis that threatened the CoC, Business Roundtable, Planned Parenthood et al control of our elections.

Having won the primaries and then the General Election, President Trump is now exposing most Republican Senators and Congressmen as equally worthless, fully purchased frauds, who answer only to the CoC, Business Roundtable, Planned Parenthood cabal.

Thanks to Heaven and his brilliant work, after 2-years of accomplishment President Trump has won the support of 97% of the Republican Party base and 82% of the Independents. My wife’s nephew lives in a border town in South Texas. Former LEO. He and I discussed general safety there due to cartels.
He stated cartels keep a very low profile in the border region, thus it is pretty safe. The cartels don’t want to do anything to stir up trouble along the Texas side of the border. It would be an impediment to their business.

I think John Solomon is doing some wishful thinking rather than thinking critically when he tells Dobbs that he “hears” more noise from inside DC that more attention will be focused on the real wrongdoers, now that Decepticon Richard Burr has stated there is no evidence of collusion.

Richard Burr has known all along there is no evidence buit since so much evidence has surfaced it has became far too obvious to a great many more people in this country.

IMO Burr is only trying to put the issue to bed, NOT turn the focus onto the “bad” actors. Burr IS one of the MAJOR BAD ACTORS in the Muh Russia soft coup scandal..

But it is hard to swallow his implying that Burr and (the influential core of Congress) will soon turn and focus their investigation on the DOJ, FBI spygate when we know for a fact it involved both Democrat and Uniparty Repubs at various levels of participation, especially Burr and the SSCI. I would love for what John is telling Lou to be true, but we really haven’t **seen** any signs of that happening – we just keep hearing rumors (“it may be about to happen”; “tick tock”, etc….) and we keep seeing “declined to prosecute” result from every soft coup lawbreaker referred to the DOJ.

Solomon sees a setup to accountability moving forward via the forthcoming IG report, AG Barr, and the eventual Trump declassification of the FISA and the abuses therein.

Hoping he’s right, just not convinced with all of the Decepticons in Congress, and the Justice Dept, that I’ll be seeing a perp walk of anyone high in the food chain.

September 6, 2018 a group of Congressman called on President Donald Trump to declassify and release the Carter Page FISA applications and other relevant documents, as we know.

I would like to bring your attention to this portion “that was presented to the Gang of Eight, but not presented to the FISA Court.”

    https://zeldin.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/reps-zeldin-meadows-jordan-gaetz-and-colleagues-call-president-trump

Could the Gang of Eight be hiding their own direct orders regarding the FISA application production? And, as we know Adam Schiff was part of the 2016 Gang of Eight.

My points is: Does the Gang of Eight have the authority or the ability to order a short term FISA warrant on an emergency basis? And, did they in fact use this authority to spy on Carter Page for a period of one year?

        • Mark McQueen says:

No. They have no such authority. They are simply selected members of Congress given privy to classified information as part of their oversight responsibilities.

That’s a possibility but all the indications are that it’s not that difficult for the FBI or the IC to get a FISA warrant anyway.

As I said up above, the only one who can get an emergency FISC order is the Attorney General. The Gang of 8 gets updated at least quarterly by the IC on what they’re up to (unless the IC decides not to tell them anything, i.e., Comey didn’t tell the Gang of 8 about launching a counterintelligence investigation of candidate Trump until March 2017). It would be up to the 4 House and Senate Intel Coommittee guys on the Gang of 8 to conduct investigations in Committee, but they don’t have access to either U.S. District Courts (except on subpoena matters) or FISC. That all goes thru the DOJ.

My understanding is that the President orders the Attorney General “to get an emergency FISC order”? This would certainly explain the hiding of the “pee” done by the FISC court. And, the hand picked judges by Chief Justice Roberts.

I’ve got a gut feeling that everything else that’s happening is
somehow tied to Ryan’s little trip. Part of the feeling is the
facial expression that Romney had at the State of The Union.

Everybody has been reading that expression as “Not fair!!
It should be me up there”.

After Ryan’s little trip I think that expression might be more
along the lines of ” The gig is up!!”.

Ryan supporting PDJT in any capacity is highly unlikely. PDJT called Ryan out in a very public way regarding the wall funding. I have zero doubt Ryan took that in a few different ways including the obvious; you failed the American people. I also believe it to be a shot over Ryan’s bow as well knowing Ryan “retired” quite unexpectedly. I think he is knee deep in much of the schiff show currently going on and is simply separating himself much like the countless other GOP “retirees”. The visit to the White House was to address PDJT personally on a variety of fronts, most importantly defending himself from further attacks by PDJT.

The Twitter “court of public opinion”
(II’ve heard similar types of stories about Face Book recently too)

Yesterday Twitter floated a narrative regarding their own platform, basically saying
It was not as powerful a political media tool as has been thought…
Was this an effort to hide the possibility that the right leaning user base on Twitter is much larger than reported (and growing) in-spite of Twitter’s efforts to shadow ban them all?
I don’t know whether or not the announcement was just another “misdirection”
attempt from Twitter’s top brass to further control their platform.

In my view there are two most likely reasons for Twitter to make the announcement:
      1) to try to hide/minimize public awareness of their leftist leaning corporate policies
      — OR —
      2) to obscure evidence regarding the actual size of their right leaning users

Is @Jack losing control of his leftist platform?

Lou Dobbs is a National Treasure, at least for me these daze. And Solomon, he seems to be earnest, and who can blame him for enjoying his moments of fame? Finally being recognized for the incredibly treacherous “branches” he has climbed out on in his reporting. Sources mentioned or not. NOT REVEALING SOURCES USED TO BE A BADGE OF HONOR IN INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM. Now this is a rote TOOL of the “newspapers” that take dictation from people like Bezos, AD NASEUM., and call it “breaking news.” Anonymous sources in that realm MEANS MADE UP SHIT. ASK GEORGE ORWELL re “The Ministry of Truth.”
That said, down off my high after the SOU address (think I came down with a case of political shitstorm flu), I have been heartened by things I’ve read here and Zero Hedge tonight. It seems I heard that Barr said he would accept the AG position but only if he can bring in his own DAG and other key positions. It was juts a week or two later Rosenstein said he would be leaving. That could be a good spot for Whitaker, which after the hearing last week would make the progressive left become completely unhinged….so I doubt that will happen. Make no mistake, you can argue with timing on Sessions but the reality seems to be that with the entrance of a new AG it is not coincidence that Meuller is wrapping up his report about the same time. It’s about as clean as it can get for PDJT to avoid accusations of obstruction. The schiff show now takes over where meuller is leaving off…
