“We believe now based on our research that there are over 245 million Christians who live in areas of extreme or high persecution – that’s a lot,” David Curry, president & CEO of Open Doors USA told CBN News. http://www1.cbn.com/cbnnews/cwn/2019/january/many-christians-are-being-killed-worlds-worst-persecutors-revealed-60-000-christians-in-concentration-camps

Curry adds that violence against Christians increased dramatically this past year in China.
“They moved up from #41 to #27 on the list,” he told CBN News. “That’s a big jump. It’s a huge jump and it shows things are getting more difficult for China and it’s a big church so a lot of people are affected.”

Sounds like they may have tracked his military record down and he was a rifleman for just a few days and then a refrigerator mechanic stationed stateside. He also appears to have been AWOL several times. I wonder if being court-martialed over that stuff possibly led to him not being discharged until 1976?

His active dates spread out seem to add up to 2 years so maybe they just gave him UCMJ non-Judicial for being AWOL and them let him out.

It’s compatible with oppression. It’s compatible with intolerance, throwing gays off a roof, taxing people based on their religious beliefs, destroying historical treasures from other religions, killing people who disagree with you, etc.

It isn’t compatible with a free people. Then again, neither is leftist moral relativism.

White House announces 51 judicial picks, including two for liberal 9th Circuit

The White House on Tuesday announced the re-nomination of 51 federal judicial nominees left over from the previous Congress, kickstarting the administration’s effort to install more conservative judges after GOP activists worried that such appointments had stalled.

Nine of the 51 appointments are for spots on prestigious and influential federal appellate benches, including two on the mostly liberal San Francisco-based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which President Trump has often derided as “disgraceful” and politically biased…..

Three illegal immigrant public high school students who recently attacked and stabbed a classmate in New York were “previously confirmed as MS-13 gang members” by local police, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office. Two of them had been detained by federal authorities and released by a judge.

Days before they attacked a fellow student, a mainstream newspaper targeted their high school for helping deport an illegal alien suspected of belonging to the same violent street gang. Conveniently, the newspaper failed to report the violent stabbing after blasting the school for removing a suspected gang member just days earlier.

The hit piece criticized the Trump administration’s MS-13 crackdown for destroying the “American dreams of immigrant teenagers around the country.”

He never mentions (Pres Trump) just discusses current events with coworkers. Gently leading them to research for themselves.
Finds commonalities and focuses on those. Keeps gently pushing them to truth.
Last night to his shock, 2 democrat (Latino) coworkers stated to my son : “Trump is probably the best President we have had in 50 yrs” “he has done what he said, other than the wall”

So, please, engage. Encourage. Find common ground to start a discussion. Be patient. It takes time.
Different incidences provide opportunity. ( Covington situation: video proves MSM lies and many Latino dems are Catholic and already squeamish about some dem stances.

Second, that she recognizes and AGREES WITH the teachings and practice of Islam that females are ONLY WORTH between 1/4 and 1/2 the worth of a Muslim male and are also subservient to them. My research tells me that under Sharia Law, Muslim females, for example, are able to inherit 1/3 the amount that their brothers are entitled to; also, for a Muslim female to successfully defend herself in a rape charge, she must produce FOUR MUSLIM MALES who witnessed the assault.

  21. I’m usually good at ignoring the left’s antics, but the Covington thing got under my skin. Nathan Phillips is a bully. It’s easy to see if you watch the video taken from the Black Israelites.

What you haven’t seen reported anywhere is that the Black Israelites were antagonizing the Native American group. They were shouting things like: “Your land was taken away because you worship false idols.” A younger man from the Native American group came over to make peace with them, but they told him to “Stop worshiping totem poles”. Did the Black Israelites get a drum to face? Nope. Guess Nathan Phillips was afraid he’d get knocked out. So instead he got in the face of 14/15 year old boy. What a tough guy.

The media should have dropped this story once it became clear that Phillips lied about the whole confrontation. Instead, they are still trying to find a way to turn these kids into the bad guys. Insane. They’re kids. This is gross.

The money involved means nothing to them. HOWEVER. for the sake of the voting population, the tiny amount of money causing the government shutdown should be widely known and a pie chart is a great way to show it. So, spread it around. The statement by Attorney Barnes suggests that he might be seeking punitive damages. News agencies can mitigate defamation damages if they correct or retract the contested statement. Potential plaintiffs have 10 days to demand a “good faith” correction or retraction.

“According to [Kentucky Statute] K.R.S. § 411.051(1), ‘Punitive damages may be recovered only if the plaintiff shall allege and prove publication with legal malice and that the daily or other newspaper failed to make conspicuous and timely publication of a correction after receiving a sufficient demand for correction.’ K.R.S. § 411.051(2) provides:

A ‘sufficient demand for correction’ is a demand for correction which is in writing; which is signed by the plaintiff or his duly authorized attorney or agent; which specifies the statement or statements claimed to be false and defamatory, states wherein they are false, and sets forth the facts; and which is delivered to the defendant prior to the commencement of the action.”

You do not HAVE to do this but it makes the libel/defamation case very easy to win if there is no reposnse (or an inadequate response) in the 48 hours. Congresswoman Omar deleting her tweet is an example of an inadequate response. Adequate, say in the case of MSM commentators, is a retraction and apology in the same forum/medium/timeslot/page as the original libel/defamation, showingbit reached the ‘same’ audience.

As These Muslim Judges Are Elected In The US, Are Shariah-Compliant Rulings Straight Ahead?

    https://www.sgtreport.com/2019/01/as-these-muslim-judges-are-elected-in-the-us-are-shariah-compliant-rulings-straight-ahead/

When you start seeing Shariah-compliant rulings coming from these judges, don’t say you weren’t warned.

At the end of November 2018, I reported on the number of Muslims that won political office during the elections. However, have you heard of the Muslim judges that were elected to be on the bench in several key states?

California, Michigan, Texas and New York all elected Muslim judges.

At least six positions for judge were filled by Muslims. Keep in mind, that their ideology, theology and law are diametrically opposed to American and Biblical law.

    • Concerned Virginian says:

Agreed. Have been along with you, warning about MUSLIMS starting to infiltrate in all levels of American life and culture.
Two more things: First, as practicing Muslims, the judges MUST follow the teachings of Islam which state clearly that ISLAMIC LAW is the supreme law of any land where the Muslim resides and also SUPERSEDES any laws of that country.
Second, WATCH for the Muslim judges, who cannot in theory come right out and state that they will bend United States law to Islamic Law, INSTEAD go for twisting United States law to satisfy the demands of Islamic Law; for example, ruling that public places and private businesses must set aside Muslim prayer rooms and time for the required 5 times a day Muslim prayer commanded by the Koran—all under the “Do Not Discriminate Due to Religious Belief” meme. Watch the word—“discrimination”.

At the time of this weekend’s U.S. Federal holiday in tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a group of 60 prominent Americans has called for re-opening the investigation of the murder of President John F. Kennedy and of other cases of assassination—Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and Robert Kennedy. Their joint letter calls for a “public inquest” into “the four major assassinations of the 1960s that together had a disastrous impact on the course of American history.” They call on Congress to oversee the release of all government documents related to the Kennedy presidency and assassination. The signers include Daniel Ellsberg, Oliver Stone, members of the Kennedy and King families, and many experts as well as reporters and leading public figures. For example, a signer is G. Blakely, Chief Counsel of the House Select Committee on Assassinations, which determined in 1979 that JFK was the victim of a probable conspiracy. The signers range from politically “pro-Trump” to “anti-Trump,” but they are acting in concert to bring out the truth.

Any chance Ocasio-Cortez will give the Democrats’ SOTU response? I’d watch that…for the laughs. 😂

Sounds like Trump is backing Pelosi into a corner.

Think about it. If they reopen the government and do the funding, Pelosi saves face.

      Trump is calling Pelosi’s bluff.

Interesting response from Trump. It’s in Nancy’s court now. Does she ban President Trump on Jan 29th or not.

If Trump does speak , it will be interesting how the Leftist’s Dems act during the speech. If they “act out or boo or walk out” , the American People will see that, especially independents and more middle of the ground dems. And Trump wins!

I like how Trump is handling this.

The Dems will not disappoint. They will put on a circus. Hope they don’t permit Nanny State to let a bunch of radicals in through the back door shouting “racist”. If the Dems have something to say I hope they say it themselves not through surrogates.

The Dems will encourage and create chaos so the msm can report on the “legitimate” disrespect and disruption instead of the content of the President’s address.
