PDJT TWEET-JUST WATCH! (signal to his supporters). Remember PDJT rallies during his campaign; repeated Snake Story (signal to his supporters). PDJT repeatedly tweets about criminal acts for over 2 years to destroy the Constitution. PDJT is telling the America People that he has direct knowledge/evidence of criminal acts, and that the President of the U.S. has a sworn duty to implement Justice when the President has directly knowledge of criminal acts and to get ready for the prosecutions of the Century.

    PDJT 5-Tweets this morning;
    1. Donald J. Trump…..who is being totally protected by his best friend, Bob Mueller, & the 13 Angry Democrats – leaking machines who have NO interest in going after the Real Collusion (and much more) by Crooked Hillary Clinton, her Campaign, and the Democratic National Committee. Just Watch!
JUST WATCH TWEET! PDJT 2-YEAR PLAN OF GOING NUCLEAR WITH CRIMINAL CODES WILL HAPPEN. Enforce the Rule of Law; the Wall will be built, illegal voting will stop, illegal aliens will no longer enter the U.S., Citizens will no longer be prosecuted for political reason and the Constitution will be saved.

    2. Lyin’ James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter S and his lover, agent Lisa Page, & more, all disgraced and/or fired and caught in the act. These are just some of the losers that tried to do a number on your President. Part of the Witch Hunt. Remember the “insurance policy?” This is it!
    3. ..the FBI was in complete turmoil (see N.Y. Post) because of Comey’s poor leadership and the way he handled the Clinton mess (not to mention his usurpation of powers from the Justice Department). My firing of James Comey was a great day for America. He was a Crooked Cop……
    4. ..Funny thing about James Comey. Everybody wanted him fired, Republican and Democrat alike. After the rigged & botched Crooked Hillary investigation, where she was interviewed on July 4th Weekend, not recorded or sworn in, and where she said she didn’t know anything (a lie),….
    5. Wow, just learned in the Failing New York Times that the corrupt former leaders of the FBI, almost all fired or forced to leave the agency for some very bad reasons, opened up an investigation on me, for no reason & with no proof, after I fired Lyin’ James Comey, a total sleaze!

PDJT knows going nuclear with the Criminal Codes (Shield to protect the Constitution) is the only way to save the Constitution and destroy the Globalists. PROSECUTION PRIORITY:
    1. Hillary Emails the communicator to the Clinton foundation.
    2. Clinton Foundation alleged Pay to Play and alleged Tax Liability on 2.5 billion dollars receipts plus penalties and interest.
    3. Clinton Foundation the alleged largest criminal organization (Globalist Organization) in the United States History that allegedly pre-arranged (Legal Motivation) fraudulent acts (Conspiring) with FBI upper management directly/indirectly to allegedly frame the President Elect and the President of the United States of criminal acts.
    4. Cover-up insurance plan including FISA allegedly implemented by Comey, McCabe, Peter S, Lisa Page etc….

PDJT TWEET; JUST WATCH! PDJT knew from Nov 8th 2016; do not enforce the Rule of Law and MAGA will be reversed. Enforce the Rule of Law; the Wall will be built, illegal voting will stop, illegal aliens will no longer enter the U.S., Citizens will no longer be prosecuted for political reason and the Constitution will be saved.

Evil Criminals is like cancer; do not destroy cancer completely and eventually it will destroy you. All evil criminals must be destroyed/eliminated or eventually they will destroy our way of life.

I think that a lot of people, including Lou Dobbs, are missing PDJT’s point regarding encouraging talented HB1 visa to come to work in America. Unemployment has already reached the lowest levels in some 50 years (i.e., it’s practically non-existent). Yet, many companies are in the process of setting up shop here or planning to do so. If qualified foreign (legally admitted) workers are blocked from coming in, labor costs will skyrocket, causing price increases (an inflation component) and encouraging the Federal Reserve Board to further increase interest rates. These are negatives for the American economy and will make it more expensive for new businesses to obtain credit and us, taxpayers, to help retire the national debt.

Lou Dobbs statistics seem to be out of date. These are not the times when companies like Disney could easily abused their American workers and had them replaced them with foreign quasi-slaves. Americans are finding the jobs they want jobs and foreign slaves are learning how to stop being abused themselves.

Employment costs will rise to a new equilibrium, not to infinity. On the other side of that equilibrium will be increased incentive to acquire the education and skills that allow one to be qualified for those positions being filled with offshore pipelines.

Question: why, in a nation of 1/3 billion people, do we need a constant supply of foreigners, in particular? If the answer is that U.S. citizens are not educated in sufficient numbers to meet the headcount demand, then you have your answer: public and higher education in America, which happens to be owned by the unions and the left. Maybe the answer to adequate employee talent pools is to develop them locally.

Evergreen: politicized and deficient educational institutions have not popped up overnight and will take significant amounts of time (perhaps decades) to reverse and clean up. What do we do in the meantime? Tell new prospective businesses to sit and wait or go elsewhere? Not a attractive scenario. The best people will always be at the forefront, carrying the flag to the future, wherever they come from.

Waiting for American-born to choose and get a solid and productive education will take 10-15 years (optimistically thinking), depending of the field. We cannot afford to wait and we also cannot afford to think that educational institutions will change for the better overnight or in a couple of years (lots of dead weight in the current ranks).

        “education system in America”

It’s not so much an education system as it is a dumping ground and make-work program for unqualified adults:

“… results of a competency test given to applicants for teaching positions in Pinellas County, Florida (which includes St. Petersburg and Clearwater), cited in Time, June 16, 1980. To pass this grueling examination, an applicant had to be able to read at the tenth-grade level and do arithmetic at the eighth-grade level.

“Though they all held B.A.’s, 25 percent of the whites and 79 percent of the blacks failed.”

To be clear, those are not student statistics
Those are teacher applicants who all had been granted college degrees

As a retired engineer, I can tell you that these visas are misused to hire foreign technical people at half the wages Americans get.
This pushes wages down dramatically for Americans, and fewer Americans see engineering as a degree worth pursuing because of the reduced pay.
This is not a good thing for America IMO.

There are really only 3 paths to negotiate.

        1) One side can just cave in under pressure and pain. That’s what both are trying to do, it isn’t working yet, and seems unlikely to work for either side.

        2) Cut a deal, but at a different price. Less than $5 billion. That too seems unlikely at the moment.

        3) Trade some you like for something you hate, and the like / hate applies to both sides. The work visas are a bad thing in our opinion, but maybe a good thing for the Dems and GOPe, in exchange for our good thing, that wall. They get visas (which I presume is a good thing for them) but have to give up the bad thing, the wall.

You can take it as a given that unless the Dems cave, which personally I think is unlikely, there will be a cost we don’t like.

The good news is the wall is permanent. Visa quotas are more easily changed later … temporary.

Good Points except: Walls are permanent. Without the rule of law; the criminals-globalist will directly or indirectly take down the boarder walls. If there are 9-Conservative Supreme Court Justices; the criminals-globalist will eliminate them directly or indirectly.

IMO; PDJT should stay at 5 billion dollars…and when approved declare a national emergency to fund the wall anyway (5 billion dollars would be a money hedge reduction in the national emergency).

I certainly agree anything built can be taken down. I just think its easier to grant visas now, then tinker with them again next year than to put up then take down a wall. My 2 cents.

Enforce the Rule of Law the Shield that protects the Constitution and the will of the people/voter cannot be undone; Wall, Equal Justice, Legal Voting, Constitution, Will of the people and our way of life.

        Absolutely true.

My good friend retired from USAA, a Fortune 500 financial services company headquartered in San Antonio.

Years ago, USAA contracted with Tata Consultancy Services in India to replace American IT staff because the labor cost was substantially reduced. Additionally, IT development became a 24/7 opportunity because of the time difference, 11 hours and 30 minutes, between Texas and India.

When the workday ended in San Antonio, files were transferred electronically to India and development continued there as their new day began. Then, the files came back for the Tata staff at USAA to work on the next day.

The win-win-win was faster IT development for USAA, less IT staffing cost, and a business boom for Tata. The big losers were the American IT staff who were displaced.

I don’t know the details, but my friend tells me it is a common practice.

Our R&D needs to stay here and, since we have been at continuous war ove technology since WWII, stop those companies that allow China to filch their schematics in order to use Chinese manufacturing facilities. It’s a matter of the national security deserved by We the People.

BTW, why does the UK’s Serco Group/USA manage the U.S. patent office among other critical US agencies? The following Abel Danger video of 1/10/19 features two Brits (“Gobsmack” and “Gordon Bowden”) discussing the atrocious money laundering and fraud going on in the Empire’s colonies, further describing the UK as the “dirtiest country” in the world.

Nobody seems too concerned about them being overpaid. I guess only engineers are supposed to take it in the ass?

What would be the problem if the average IT person could make $300k a year? Lawyers, doctors, etc do. Suddenly if computer science guys make a great wage everything would come crashing to a halt?

The proliferation of H1B’s into the medical field was the thing that changed my mind about H1Bs. Originally I was planning to go into medicine. I did not work hard enough early in my college years and was also trying to double up in engineering so I ended up ditching medicine (grades likely too low) and going with engineering. I knew many people who would have made fine doctors but were unable to gain admission to medical schools because of the controlled number of doctors we produce, which makes the admissions process very competitive. The shortage of doctors that would lead to the need for H1Bs is manufactured; our schools could expand admissions without quality going down significantly (a close friend was a biochemisty grad from Stanford with 3.6 GPA, solid MCAT, all American athlete, and not even interviewed by a medical school – prob too male and too white. He’s now a wedding photographer).

It’s all about profits for somebody and undercutting what used to be called the working wealthy but is now the last vestige of the middle class. Cheaper to bring in foreign doctors who will eventually work for a govt GS level salary once the commies nationalize our healthcare.

If resolution on some kind of a barrier gets done soon,

and if Kim decides to disarm,
and if China trade gets resolved (S. Korea, Canada and Mexico all but done, and soon EU and UK),

She might be off the court by year end (although I put nothing as sure when it comes to the Democrats cheating), but I don’t know that the president will get his replacement through as quickly as we’d like. That’s another area where I think the left will play cards against him that we haven’t even considered yet. They’ll only slow it down, but even that they’ll see as better than a new judge.

“The journey from Wisconsin to Texas and the ruling that struck down the ACA”

A conservative solicitor general in Wisconsin came up with the legal argument that led a federal court judge to strike down Affordable Care Act as unconstitutional.

The federal judge who struck down the Affordable Care Act may sit in Texas, but the legal theory that started it all was hatched nearly a year earlier and a thousand miles away by a young, ambitious lawyer in Wisconsin.

Early last January, Misha Tseytlin, then solicitor general of Wisconsin, was on the phone with his friend and fellow traveler in conservative political circles, Scott Keller, then solicitor general of Texas. The men had known each other for more than a decade since clerking together for retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Each had a track record of winning lawsuits against the Obama administration. As they spoke, the lawyers, both now 37, wondered how the law known as Obamacare made sense after the Republican-controlled Congress had, for all practical purposes, ended the individual mandate by eliminating the penalty for not having insurance.

After he hung up, Tseytlin read the tax law carefully and saw daylight when it was applied to Chief Justice John Roberts’ 2012 Supreme Court opinion that upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare. Roberts wrote Congress did not have the authority to regulate the individual mandate as part of its interstate commerce powers, but it could levy taxes. Therefore, Roberts concluded, the penalty for not having insurance could “reasonably be characterized as a tax,”

Tseytlin began to run Roberts’ opinion in reverse: If the law needs the mandate to work and the tax to make it constitutional, then eliminating tax should make the law unconstitutional. A bit of legal gymnastics, he thought, but it felt sound; simple, even.

“I was shocked no one had thought of it,” he said.

She is a socialist but is absolutely on the money when it comes to our foreign policy Military Industrial Complex. She would tick a lot of boxes for a lot of voters. Fortunately the DNC hates her.

POLITICS By Eric Lichtblau and Steven Lee Myers
Law enforcement officials say that none of the investigations so far have found any conclusive or direct link between Mr. Trump and the Russian government. And even the hacking into Democratic emails, F.B.I. and intelligence officials now believe, was aimed at disrupting the presidential election rather than electing Mr. Trump. …

President Trump Has to Win the Border Security Fight

    Excerpt:
The difference between the 1995-96 shutdown and the current situation is the relentless hostility of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the left-wing of the Democratic Party. Pelosi has an activist base which hates President Trump and would rather cripple the government than provide the $5.7 billion he wants to secure the border. When the President asked her if she would negotiate on the wall funding within 30 days if the government re-opened, she said no. He then did exactly the right thing. He got up, said bye-bye, and walked out.

When one side refuses to compromise, there can’t be a compromise. There can only be surrender or victory.

Thank you for posting this!! It’s chock-a-block full of sobering, uncomfortable truths that are obvious (and yet not so obvious). No one (to my knowledge) has quite knit all these ideas together as well, in the past week or so.

“As commander in chief, President Trump has said controlling the southern border is a genuine national security issue and that failure would mean Americans continue to risk losing their lives to criminals who enter the country illegally. How does he back away from protecting American lives?” To take it one step further, how can the US legitimately conduct foreign policy if it can’t (or won’t) defend its own borders?

” … [H]e should invite the families and friends of every person killed by an illegal immigrant to come to a White House gathering and then go to Capitol Hill to lobby their House and Senate members. Let the Democrats who claim this is a manufactured crisis look the victims’ families in the eyes and tell them they don’t count.” Let Nancy file her nails on national television.

Personally, I wish Newt would emphasize the value of citizenship and not be so quick to just give it away. He glosses over this in point 2 – wanting the DACA situation solved in a snap, like Lindsey. This would be more palatable if we didn’t GIVE the right to vote away like chopped liver, along with the right to stay. Otherwise, what kind of message is being sent?

“We didn’t know that there was a counterintelligence investigation—”

Adam Goldman, New York Times Reporter: January 12, 2018

“How the Times Reported the F.B.I. Counterintelligence Investigation Into PresidentTrump: An Interview with the Journalist Adam Goldman

To discuss the Times piece, I spoke by phone with Adam Goldman, who reported the story along with Michael S. Schmidt and Nicholas Fandos.
During the course of our conversation, which has been edited and condensed for clarity, we discussed why the F.B.I. felt it had to take such an extreme step, the atmosphere in the Bureau after the Comey firing, and whether the Mueller investigation is really nearing its end.

What’s your biggest takeaway from it?

My concern with this story is that it felt, to some extent, like it was a “duh” story. What does the public think Mueller is doing? The public’s understanding of it is “Oh, well, Mueller is looking at whether Trump colluded with the Russians.” But nobody has ever detailed or explained the basis of that thinking, right? Do you understand what I am saying?

You are saying that we all thought this is what was going on, but all we really knew was that the F.B.I. had an obstruction investigation. We didn’t know that there was a counterintelligence investigation—

“all we really knew was that the F.B.I. had an obstruction investigation”

      I don’t think that’s true

My memory is that it was predominantly said in the press that Mueller’s investigation was into “collusion” and everyone was clamoring that Mueller take Trump down on collusion.

Only secondarily was it said, in effect, “Well if Mueller can’t prove ‘collusion’ then maybe he can pin ‘obstruction of justice’ on Trump”

It someone’s trying to now claim that “obstruction” was the main focus of investigation, they’re attempting to re-write history.

      Unless I’m missing something key

I sent texts to my illustrious representatives, Ted Lieu and Dianne Feinstein, instructing them to fully fund the wall at the Southern border. I indicated that I didn’t want to hear their opinion on the matter, because that is not their job; their job is to represent their constituents.

When a sent an e-mail to Ted Lieu a few months back indicating that I was against CA being a sanctuary state, the mofo wrote back telling me why I was wrong. I guess the concept of “representative” escapes him.

“This is yet more evidence that FBI leaders actually had no real evidence against the Trump team. Instead, they were simply trying to undermine a president they didn’t like and avenge Comey’s firing. By relying on the Steele dossier–a fraudulent document funded by Democrats based on Russian sources–FBI leaders were either complicit or too oblivious to notice they were being used in a disinformation operation by the Democratic party and Russian operatives.”
