  1. Bendix says:

Chuck and Nancy were basically putting on a little Punch and Judy type show for an audience of no one.
This man nails it in the first paragraph:
“Chuck and Nancy coming onto the TV audience as “Mommy and Daddy” Tuesday night was a nice gag, putting the “nanny” into the Nanny State, which is getting more and more like the Tranny State — the Deep State in drag. Will the supply of “undocumented” nannies be cut off to the Creative Classniks of Brooklyn and Pacific Heights? That is the question. Not this silly-ass debate over The Wall. Who is going to watch the kids while we’re out enjoying the pickled squid tentacles at Karumazushi? How about the NSA? They’re watching everything and everyone else.”

Well, within the second paragraph too:
“Despite the antics of all the CNN “panelists” with their hair on fire over The Wall, the public now surely gets the actual drift of the situation: The Left does not want to regulate comings-and-goings along the US-Mexico border. Not the least little bit. The reason is well-understood too: the DNC views everyone coming across as a potential constituent, as well as a household employee. The craven Republicans in congress have hardly peeped up on the subject, either, with sheep’s eyes on the Hispanic voter bloc. So, it’s up to the Ballbuster-in-Chief — a.k.a. the Golden Golem of Greatness — to draw a line in the sand of the Sonoran Desert.”

It’s official. No one believes a word out of Nancy and Chuck.
    Yet they persist.
    The question is why.

BTW, locally there had been a debate about whether my municipality should become a ‘sanctuary’.
Always, when someone speaks out in favor of this policy in the media, the comments always include the question, “Are you willing to take one of these families in, and provide them with food and shelter with your own money?”
I notice the question never gets answered.

I watched, and my conclusion right after watching it, has only been reinforced; they stepped right into the trap PDJT set for them.

“Oh, he’s giving a Presidential address?
            WE must RESPOND!”

They would have been better off doung NOTHING, than putting on the schuck and jive show. They made it very clear they have NO answer, as to why they are opposing the,WALL, other than
            “Because we don’t WANT it”
Or, “Because TRUMP”, and that, simply, ain’t gonna cut it!

If this is what its gonna be like, for the next two years, thank GOD Democrats took control of the HOUSE.

They will bury themselves, and quite possibly the decepticon Republicans as well.

    • I listened to the wailing and gnashing of teeth
Of activists concerned for species and planet conservation
Their relentless focus on imminent peril of extinction
Was strangely devoid of mention for humanity’s preservation

With numbers that true science debunked as fabricated
And stories falsely attributing things to human intervention
More and more frequently I speculated
That concern was not the basis for their apocalyptic invention

Lo and behold I landed myself in the belly of the beast
Amazed at the placidity and complacency that therein lay
Their actions so in contrast with the urgency they preached
Morality dismissed with contempt, but moral turpitude in play

I tried to feed them science backed by objective truth
But their guts refused to even consider alternate thought
Their finger pointing exposed their own hypocrisy and amorality
Their egregious projection in time by the observant masses was caught

Echo chambers routinely spawn dead end philosophy
Be they hatcheries for emerging government or futurist invention
The elites tell each other that their concepts are brilliant
Ignorant to the fact that sane minds scoff at their pretension

So it is now with xx chromosomes consumed by lustful satisfaction
Or those hoping to drive out male testosterone’s proven success
Foolishly ignorant that their first world state of comfort and safety
Owes everything to male protection and instincts of the maternal tigress

TRaditional family drove this experiment to two hundred year achievement
Judeo Christianity values – not imposed conversion – led the way
Finally the parasites have risen from the swamp in pursuit of vice
Heedless of noblest humanity who will have their say.

I’m coming to the conclusion that the only way to defeat the evils of liberalism, feminism, social justice, and progressivism is to have huge families and create tribes that are free-thinking, self-reliant, and, most importantly, armed.

The men of the future who can resist totalitarianism and unjust government authority come from the wombs of the women living today, and those women must at some point be convinced that being stay-at-home mothers who raise strong men is superior to becoming zombie consumers who poison and sterilize their own bodies.
The last thing that those in power want is for women to pair-bond with independent, masculine men who do not need the state and who place more importance and loyalty in their blood relatives and nation than to leftist ideas

          FTA Europe’s Crisis of Survival
          https://ronaldyatesbooks.com/2018/10/europes-crisis-of-survival/
          Excerpt:
Italy’s interior minister, Matteo Salvini, who heads the anti-immigration League party, said:
“I’ve heard colleagues say that we need immigration because the population of Europe is getting older, but I have a completely different viewpoint… I believe that I’m in government to see that our young people have the number of children that they used to a few years ago and not to transplant the best of Africa’s youth to Europe. Maybe in Luxembourg, they need to do this, but in Italy, we need to help people have more children, rather than bring in modern-day slaves (from Africa) to replace the children we’re not having. I prefer to keep Italy for the Italians and start to make children again.”
          Excerpt
Salvini proposed yet another idea in an interview with The Times:
“A country which does not create children is destined to die…We have created a ministry of the family to work on fertility, nurseries, on a fiscal system which takes large families into account. At the end of this mandate, the government will be measured on the number of newborns more than on its public debt.”

        • Yep. The lie is that we only had large families because we were an agriculture based nation.

Of course the dynastic families of the present day belie that.

The punishing economic and cultural response to large families and the omission of what their self-reliance did to create and preserve bedrock values, is one of the primary reasons that families and traditional marriage are being attacked with massive dishonest indoctrination and phony psychology, sociology and education.

They don’t listen to us, they don’t care anything about us, & they aren’t afraid of us. Unless & until that changes, contacting them is a waste of time. But it does make you feel good, at least that’s something. The best way to “contact” them is to do what we did already, elect Trump. • Such is not the case with the new governor Gruesome Newsom in California. No amount of input from the masses can move him because, like Maduro, and Moonbeam before him, there is literally zero value that he attributes to any legal, conservative, patriotic citizen now living in California.

Moonbeam still had a tiny hold on reality, perhaps fostered by his mayoral stint in Oakland, but the bubble existence and the wealth not earned but provided by insidious benefactors or extorted from honest citizens by behind the scenes back door deals and inside information, never earned them a place in history’s pantheon of success stories achieved through noble, honest labor. Without the character that such achievements build, all you have are bloated, self-important parasites, their fundamental values less sturdy than wisps of slow blown hither and yon in a blizzard.

        Here’s one from Jan 6 2019:

        BY ELI YOKLEY
        January 8, 2019
72% Republicans said there’s a crisis of illegal immigration, more than three times the share of Democrats who agreed.
44% of voters support building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, while 47% oppose the idea.
37% of voters said the country was headed in the right direction — the lowest figure since March.
As President Donald Trump mulls declaring a national emergency over border security, a new Morning Consult/Politico survey shows a lion’s share of voters agree with him that the United States is facing a crisis over illegal immigration.

According to the poll, conducted Jan. 4-6 among 1,989 registered voters, a 42 percent plurality think there is an illegal immigration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border, which Trump has argued as he’s tried to leverage a partial government shutdown to secure congressional funding for his proposed southern border wall. Another 37 percent of voters said there’s a problem but not a crisis, and 12 percent said there’s neither a problem nor a crisis.

    • What’s worse, WE ARE NOT A DEMOCRACY. We are a Constitutional Republic. BIG difference, and I am so tired of all the common core Dems and MSM spouting this fallacy.

In a democracy, majority rules….even if it is 2 to 1. In a Constitutional Republic, the states are ALL represented by Congress people who are appointed by Congressional district in each state, which is based on census population figures for each state. Each State has 2 Senators per state regardless of geographical size or population.

Together These branches make up the electoral College, which TRULY elects the POTUS based upon the simple majority (270) of the Congressional districts PLUS senators (the total is 535. 100 Senators 2X50 states PLUS 435 Congressional districts 270 is the simple majority).

The Founding Fathers new that a democracy would result in NY and Boston (at the time) ruling the rest of the country and that would exclude the southern states from having a voice. Today it would be NY and CA deciding policy for the rest of the country. THANK GOD that the founders were FAR smarter than ALL the Dems of today combined.

Typically both a direct democracy and a republic offer at least two parties for the citizens to choose from to represent their interests. Since we no longer have a two party system what have we become? To make the argument that we remain a constitutional republic seems to be stretching that definition. We no longer control the means to insure the integrity of the voting process so therefore we will become whatever those that do control this process wants us to become.

Actually, as usual its more complicated then that, and the electoral college really doesn’t address the inequity in the, current system
Its no longer BIG states vs. Small states, its BIG cities, vs. Rural areas.

In far too many states, the rural flyover areas are, sparsly populated, firmly red.

But, the cities are blue and their vote, and vote fraud means the, whole state ends up with a blue, senator.

Presidential elections, you can see it, looking at 2016. The map shows almost all red, with small pockets of blue, and of coarse both coasts.

And yet ‘popular vote’, as dems keep saying, was slightly more for Hillary.

The electoral college was intended to prevent a few big states from dictating to the little ones. Now, across the country, ee have big cities dictating to rural areas, and I have no idea how we ‘fix’ that.

What a dumb remark. India was a colony of England (+ small bits owned by France and Portugal) for about 200 years before it got its independence in 1948. Even though India was British there were still 600 little rulers of parts of India, many of whom were called “Maharajahs.” They were heridtary monarchs, NOT democratically elected leaders. Before 1750, India had been broken up into a large number of Hindu and Muslim kingdoms some of which sometimes were incorporated in empires like the Mogul Empire. Democracy had a very late entry into India. Almost alll of South America, Central America, North America (save Canada, arguably), much of Europe were democratic BEFORE India ever was. For Kamala not to know that is a disgrace. JERK.

There apparently was a citizen militia that patrolled the Southern border around 2006.

Is it legal to organize such a volunteer civilian militia again, in order to patrol the southern border? Have laws been passed to make it illegal? If it is not illegal, why not organize a civilian militia to patrol the border again until congress yields and builds the wall that the majority of Americans are demanding? The citizen militia in 2006 seemed to at least get congress to pretend that they were going to do something about controlling the Southern border.

Another citizen militia organizing now might create momentum strong enough to finally overcome the one world government congress criminals.

I would gladly donate weapons/communications equipment/etc and volunteer, using my vacation time, to help patrol the border.

They are imploding, but I think you’re way off on whether they’ll win another election. I think once President Trump is out of office the UniParty will move back in to take control, just as they did after Reagan. Initially you might get a UniParty GOP president, but within a couple election cycles, at the outside, within a few election cycles there will be a Democrat back in the White House. President Trump is incredible, but there’s really no one to take his place. We might get a conservative president and a few more in the House and Senate, but the numbers are so small that I would bet that we’ll see the UniParty, both GOP and Democrat, back in full power not too long after President Trump is done. The American voters have shown no sign whatsoever of having learned their civic responsibility and get good candidates to replace the UniParty.

A judge has ordered five federal employees suing President Trump and agency leaders over the partial government shutdown to use their real names, instead of pseudonyms, as the case proceeds.

Employees at the Transportation, Justice, Agriculture and Homeland Security departments who filed as “Jane Doe” or “John Doe” say they fear reprisal or notoriety if their identities are exposed in the lawsuit, which argues it’s unconstitutional to punish essential employees who refuse to work without pay or prevent workers from seeking side gigs during the shutdown.

U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell said plaintiffs in past or pending suits over government shutdowns have used their real names and there is not enough evidence the employees would face dire consequences.

“The plaintiffs’ fears of reprisal, retaliation, and potential physical harm are too speculative to outweigh the public’s substantial and presumptive interest in disclosure,” she wrote.

She was also unpersuaded by two employees who said their frequent on-the-job interactions with felons will result in undue attention in dangerous workplaces.

The beauty is that once Wall money is approved it will be easier later to tinker with (reduce) H1B visas again. Once approved, you can’t take back the Wall.

Talking about the replacement for Justice Ginsburg.

In my opinion, the dem’s war room cockroaches have already done extensive research, designed dirty maneuvers and concocted false charges, stories and witnesses to railroad every single one of the SCOTUS nominees on PDJT’s list. If the President came up with new name that’s not in that list it would catch the roaches with their molts down and unprepared for effective dirty combat, thus easing the confirmation process.

IMO, the President won’t compromise his nomination by trying to dodge opposition to his best choice. As with BK, he will meet the Dems head-on, and very aggressively fight for his nominee.

The real, potential impediment is Mitch McConnell and his RINO cabal.

If the “surprise” nominee is a judge with an impeccable, conservative record no one will complain (except the demoRATS and their subservient enemedia, and these would complain no matter who is nominated). I very much doubt that the those current short list are the only judges in the country that qualify as excellent SCOTUS candidates.

No one could have known Pres. Trump would have an opportunity to nominate 3 SCOTUS picks. I think the list was initially created for the first SCOTUS pick since Mitch took such a beating for keeping the appointment open and not letting Obama fill it etc. Surely they can’t hold him to “the list” for a 3rd SCOTUS pick?

FTA “U.S. District Judge Mark Walker specifically ruled that newly inaugurated Gov. Ron DeSantis must offer Snipes a “meaningful opportunity to be heard” regarding her suspension…In his ruling Wednesday, Judge Walker appeared to agree with her dubious claims.“Rather than accept the resignation quietly and avoid trampling on Snipes’ due process rights, Scott suspended Snipes and vilified her without giving her a meaningful opportunity to be heard,” he wrote, according to the Sun-Sentinel. “Flagrantly disregarding Plaintiff’s constitutional rights fits into an unfortunate rhythm for Scott.” Some could argue that flagrantly disregarding the facts fits into an “unfortunate rhythm” for nearly every single judge who has ever been appointed to his or her post by a Democrat president.”

On February 16, 2012, President Obama nominated Walker to serve as District Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. The two-tier legal system is alive and well. The Federal Judges appointed by obama are doing exactly what they were appointed to do not uphold the Constitution but leftist ideology. I was let go once during a corporate takeover and and never got my right to “a meaningful opportunity to be heard”! I had no idea that right was in the Constitution under due process! Good grief how are we ever going to get rid of these idiot Federal Judges appointed by obama? Unbelievable but true! God help us and Godspeed President Trump!

Where is Pat Schroeder when you need her? (Well she’s probably dead now, I won’t bother to check.) She was one who very publicly complained that when it comes to harm to women there’s always the cultural excuse. I think she was mostly referring to FGM but there are many other ways certain groups harm women, including keeping them isolated and powerless.

While looking for the Schroeder quote I came across this, attacking from a different angle, that cultural sensitivity is actually bigotry:

To permit certain cultural traditions – slavery, human sacrifice, wife-beating, suti (the ancient Indian practice of burning a widow on her husband’s funeral pyre), or female circumcision – is to deny that all people, regardless of race, have basic, universal human rights. Condoning female circumcision provided only that it doesn’t occur in your ethnic group, your tribe, may reflect a distinct form of bigotry masquerading as cultural sensitivity. The question boils down to this: is it progressive to tolerate in African immigrant communities a practice that would be seen as child abuse in White (or, for that matter, African-American) communities? Or is it rather a timid reluctance to protect “their” children along with “ours?”

More information is supporting the theory that the current big Justice Department “investigations” are actually functioning as big cover-up operations.
