Foreboding – FBI Raids Home of Clinton Foundation Whistleblower…

The Daily Caller has an exclusive report tonight that is very troubling, and, unfortunately in alignment with a previous suspicion CTH shared when it was first announced that John Huber was scheduled to testify to congress on December 5th.

According to the Daily Caller: FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.

The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.

The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by TheDCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.

“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections.  (continue reading)

Make sure you read the entire article because if the DOJ was intending to throw a bag over the entire Clinton Foundation investigation and cover-it-up, that raid is exactly what they would do. This is presumably the investigation that John Huber was/is controlling.

When congressman Mark Meadows reported that U.S. Attorney John Huber was scheduled to testify on December 5th, 2018, CTH warned:

This could be a troubling indication because: (a) Huber wouldn’t be able to testify about an ongoing criminal investigation; and (b) this framework would infer DOJ officials (above Huber) have made a determination -or agreed with his determination- that no legal liability is possible within the matters Huber reviewed.  (link)

If the reporting of the raid by the Daily Caller is accurate; and given the nature of the timing for that raid; and accepting the at risk elements within the whistleblower case extended beyond Hillary Clinton to Robert Mueller; and noting how the SSCI was the recipient of the information/evidence as transmitted by Michael Horowitz; there is a solid appearance of the DOJ maneuvering to cover-up the underlying DOJ/FBI corruption by seizing -and controlling- all of the evidence.

[Additionally, in the background are the fingerprints of the self-serving quid-pro-quo between DOJ and SSCI] Just sayin’…

If that apparent cover-up perspective is accurate, then so too is THIS.

A cover-up just seems so implausible, because the activity is just so brutally obvious.

How is this level of blatant disregard possible?  Seriously, I really don’t know.  Perhaps these DOJ and FBI officials are genuinely inside a bubble and don’t know the level of information that exists outside DC…. or, maybe they just feel so above the law they simply don’t care.  I don’t understand it either; but it’s happening – regardless.

“For the bureau to show up at Mr. Cain’s home suggesting that those same documents are stolen federal property, and then proceed to seize copies of the same documents after being told at the house door that he is a legally protected whistleblower who gave them to Congress, is an outrageous disregard of the law.” (read more)

It would appear there is no limit to what the corrupt Deep State officials will do to hide their unlawful activity; and apparently there’s not an honest person amid the organizations who can stop them.   FUBAR.  Very disturbing.

I hope I’m wrong.

Maybe there’s a valid reason for this FBI raid; if so, I can’t think of one.

Well they can only get rid of him if he quits, Congress impeaches or they JFK him. Don’t think he quits. They could impeach him but the Senate probably will not convict.

That leaves the JFK option which I am sure at some point will be on someones(swamp) mind depending on how desperate they get.

Or if they neuter him, making him think talking to anyone in government is collusion or obstruction and thus limiting opportunities for real-time strategy. Id say we are already there with the treatment of interaction with his own AG as not commonplace but fraught with danger, with his apparently feeling forced to say he doesn’t talk to this official or that, or his own son for that matter.

When not putting sunlight on illegality and election/administration subversion via fisa abuse is somehow cast as a strategy, that’s problematic. When a special counsel is authorized by the admitted actions of a fired law enforcement official’s leak and the founding and scope is not only elusive but may have been changed by a AG holdover from the previous admin after actions already taken by said counsel, not exposing that is not a worthwhile strategy, especially when the current admin went through the proper channels to allow revelation.

Time to act on that and voter counting reform now that the senate races are concluded.

Watch “A Good American” to see that this raid is just business as usual. There are many instances of this sort of thing going back years. It’s nothing new.

And no, nothing is going to stop it. Not even President Trump can do anything to stop it. He might be able to shine a light or two or 20 but it won’t bring down the behemoth.

I am beginning to believe that We the People is just an illusion. They “let us” vote for a leader, but it is just for show. The DOJ/FBI/CIA/Bankers runs the whole enchilada. We just get to watch them and get upset about it. If anyone dares step over a certain line, they will be taken out.

    It is what it is.

That is all I have to say on the matter.

The DNC already had a system in place to ignore the frontrunner (Bernie) and anoint their chosen one. Trump pushed through because the RNC was ill-prepared to block his nomination. You can bet that loophole is removed before the next presidential election.

UNiparty had gotten so successful at holding their pretend elections that they got sloppy, never imagining any outsiders could break through. It took great courage for Donald Trump to do what he did and he did it to save the free world.

If the presidency of Donald Trump proves unsuccessful, the UNiparty will ensure there will never be another free election. There will never be another peaceful transition of power.

      Very important to note following:

      1) The Gateway Pundit article was a synopsis of a Bloomberg News article.

      2) The Bloomberg article clumsily employed classic misdirection. See “Excerpt” below.

      3) Bloomberg issued a corrected article with this explanation: “Corrects earlier story that said he appeared to mislead FTC”. Here’s the corrected Bloomberg article:
      https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-11-30/ftc-emails-show-whitaker-fielded-gripes-on-miami-firm

Excerpt from orig Bloomberg article showing clumsy misdirection:
      —–
After several attempts to reach Whitaker about the Miami company where he was on the advisory board, the FTC investigator emailed his colleagues to relay that he finally reached Whitaker, who was willing to cooperate and asserted that he “never emailed or wrote to consumers” in his consulting role.

That statement to James Evans of the FTC appears to be inaccurate. Whitaker had written a letter in 2015 to a disgruntled customer who planned to report the company, World Patent Marketing, to the Better Business Bureau. In the letter, which was included in the FTC’s disclosure and reported previously by the news media, Whitaker threatened the customer, writing: “I am assuming you understand there could be serious civil and criminal consequences for you if that is in fact what you and your ‘group’ are doing.”

In the letter, Whitaker noted that he was a former U.S. attorney in Iowa and that he was aware that the customer had complained to the company’s chief executive officer, Scott Cooper, in the past. “I am familiar with your background and your history with Scott,” Whitaker wrote. “Understand that we take threats like this quite seriously.”

    • People keep forgetting that Huber is a democrat appointed by Obama in February, 2015. We can thank Jeff Sessions appointing him to investigate some matters, which will be buried if they reflect badly on democrats.

I can’t believe there are still people on this site who do not comprehend Sessions’ incompetence as AG. He betrayed PT and doesn’t even know it and is blind to what is going on. Now that he is gone, perhaps PT can actually get a real AG.

I don’t know Whitaker, but I would not trust him because he was close to Sessions and a part of his team.

Remember also, Sessions recused himself on the advice from Obama DOJ people. Of course, republicans being the stupid party, do things like this.

The lesson of history is that people do not listen to the lessons of history. Republicans never learn.

The Special Counsel is all the fault of Sessions’ incompetence. Rosenstein is not incompetent but a snake and was appointed by incompetent people. Wray is another bad appointment. PT will do better on this in the future now that he knows, I believe.

I made a full post which responds to this at the end of this thread today. I do’t know how to link to it so here is a duplicate of my post:

A potentially positive explanation for the FBI raid:
When I saw the report, I wondered whether there could have been chain of custody issues or perhaps tampering of the flash drive evidence after it was turned over to the OIG and the congressional committees by the whistleblower, Dennis Nathan Cain.
Jeff Carlson at The Epoch Times posted a great article regarding this raid and 3 other cases:

      https://www.theepochtimes.com/the-common-thread-behind-four-investigations_2728104.html

The Common Thread Behind Four Investigations
      By Jeff Carlson
      November 30, 2018 Updated: November 30, 2018

To summarize, the FBI may have needed the original documents with a legal chain of custody and this could mean an active criminal case against the Clintons and/or their foundation.
I would also add that perhaps the Flash Drive was tampered with prior to distribution of the evidence.

In addition, a Daily Caller article says that the documents also include evidence that Mueller failed to investigate crimes by Rosatom et al according to a “document” the DCNF reviewed. What document did they get to review?

OK, so how did the FBI find out who this “anonymous” whistleblower was? Two potential routes: someone in the IG’s department, or someone on the SSCI. Now the SSCI, that would be shocking wouldn’t it? I would like to know who in the FBI requested the warrant. Whoever that is is crooked whether rogue or not. We can’t automatically assume that either Wray or Horowitz would be aware of this ahead of time, and one would assume that the IG’s responsibilities would include identifying said actor and enabling subsequent prosecution of this action (which was a violation of law, by the way). If we never learn who did this and how they got their info, we will know the fix is in from the either the top of the FBI, or from the top of the IG.

How can you allow Trump haters Rosie, Wray and Mueller to control the justice machine and expect anything else than a confected permanent assault on the Trump administration?
    Not bright.
The appointment of Sessions allowed all this to happen. What a screw up. A decent Trump AG would have long since charge Hillary with the felonies she has already confessed to in public.

Or strategically, PDJT doesn’t have to deal with this yet. I’m not good at strategy, but even I know that there are times you put lower priorities to items that will be important later.

You do understand that their aim is to have investigations/ charges/plea bargains hanging over all his political associates and staff to intimidate and distract. Mueller knows he can do what he wants without restraint and he is. He can’t believe his luck that Republican Senators and Congressmen are in his cheer squad. Other than “immigration” by illegal aliens nothing is more important than shutting down Mueller.

“He can’t believe his luck that Republican Senators and Congressmen are in his cheer squad.”

Why would you say that? Mueller knows full well that the majority of Republicans in Washington are UniParty members. They are GOPe, with the exception of maybe 40 or 50 between the House and Senate (and that’s a generous estimate). Overall, the Republicans are no more in support of President Trump than the Democrats. Mueller and the entire swamp know it. It has been obvious for decades upon decades. Even in recent times it could be seen in both Bush administrations, and the Clinton and Obama administrations. The Republicans did everything they could to support the left and ignore the will of the voters. So, I don’t think Mueller is surprised, I think he knew all along they would not fight him and that encouraged him.

And as we’re all sitting here upset by this we better understand that it’s the voters fault that we’re at this point. The voters didn’t hold politicians accountable and allowed this mess to continue and grow for years. The only way out of it is to start voting them out. But here we are, weeks after losing an election and nothing is being done to get new candidates into the public eye right away for 2020. At the latest, the new candidates who can challenge incumbents should be out working towards 2020 starting in the first quarter of 2019. But I’ll bet this will be like every other election cycle where no one really gets busy until the last minute and it’s then too late to really succeed on a large scale.

He’s doing that. I think his objective is to make a big of a mark as possible through his deals. Looking forward, not backward.

If things get too hot for him, he will hit back hard. He doesn’t bluff. But while we want the swamp cleaned out, that is turning out to be a much bigger task than anyone ever dreamed.

I come here from time to time for a dose of gloom and doom. Then I step outside and take a breath of fresh air because i am thoroughly convinced that President Trump has the situation under control and that many well-wishing people are just too impatient to see an end to decades of subversion against our nation. Once more for the record, What took decades to establish will not be torn down within a year or two, however, if anyone could do it the President would be the one.

We live in the instant generation. We want patience and we want it now! Patience, the real kind, has not been a popular thought to most of us. We are so used to instant gratification that the very thought of waiting longer than we suppose everything should happen horrifies us.

What is happening to our nation and the world we live in has never come out from under the control of the one true and living God. If you really want rest in these troubled times I heartily recommend putting our faith in him rather than people or circumstances no matter how they might appear. One person with God is a majority. I believe America will be alright and our enemies will be brought down. The timing is something that we should put in God’s hands and leave it there and walk away. We should refuse to take it back. We can enjoy the peace if we refuse to keep jumping in and out of the misery.

  31. SD, we need to assume the worst. Rush laid it out today:
    – Mueller is not actively investigating Russian collusion, because they all know there was none.
    – His final report was probably written shortly after he started, and he is just filling in some details as he moves to conclusion. Think “boilerplate” conclusion that is politically damaging only.
    – He is actively doing Opposition research in preparation for 2020, and hiding the various trails that the SSIC and others left.
    – Huber is a decoy only, giving the impression of “something” being done to investigate the Clinton’s. To me this makes Jeff Sessions a Uniparty mole, doing nothing except assisting the Uniparty

For me, this means we need to stop hoping for change and start to help those few that are true to the Conservative cause. I retire soon, so will have time to donate to someone that needs help. It would be great to see a thread on a blog site that would help evaluate 2020 candidates – both those that expect to run and those that are considering running. This would help separate the wheat from the chaff.

Daniel 2 tells how Daniel interpreted a dream of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. The king saw a gigantic statue made of four metals, from its gold head to its feet of mingled iron and clay; as he watched, a stone “not cut by human hands” destroyed the statue and became a mountain filling the whole world.

I’ve always felt that God has a multiplicity of ways/ideas when interpreting and/or applying prophetic imagery.
The events we see unfolding before us these days reminds me of the interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2. (:31-35)
The global system being established for hundreds of generations, splitting and standing on the two systems of the east and the west. Right. Left. East. West. Religious. Secular. So on and so forth.
Many in the faith community have interpreted the mingling of clay and iron in various ways. I believe we’re seeing the stark reality of its meaning being fulfilled right before our eyes. The attempted blending of political, religious, national and global ideologies. It is fundamentally flawed and weak, and can not…will not stand (adhere).
Truly we are witnessing as the system is about to crumble…and be UTTERLY destroyed.
And It will not be with human hands.
“A stone or Rock not made with humans hands” is believed by many to represent Jesus. But also humankind are ‘living stones’. We are formed from clay.
Leads one to ponder and wonder.
I believe, One way or another, this global system in all of its self worshipping glory will soon be like the dust. What is left in its place will the Rock, that becomes a mountain (mountain can prophetically mean kingdom)
Gods Kingdom will be the only ‘system ‘ that will endure.

When oversight officials such as the IG’s within those institutions look the other way.
When our elected politicians who should be providing oversight and demanding accountability are more concerned with other nonsense.
When we have stealth swamp rats sprinkled throughout the administration.
