The SoE of Broward and Palm-Beach have broken numerous election laws already. For instance, ALL votes remaining to be counted must be reported 30 mins after the polls close. This of course, is to prevent fraud, you know, seeing how many votes you need to create. Every VOTE in those two counties should be thrown out and the SoE and all employees need to be arrested and prosecuted.

If THAT is the standard, we’re already lost!
Stand on any busy street corner (intersection) in any major city, with a hand counter: you will need it.
In 5 minutes, count the #of violations.
Tje average driver violates 20 traffic laws, in the first two miles, when leaving home.

The correct, safe and in most jurisdictions LEGAL ‘safe following distance’ is 1 car length, for evrry 10 miles per hour, and that STARTS with 1 car length, for 0-10 mph.

So, that means when your stopped in traffic, their should be 1 car length between you, and the stopped car in front of you, and when you both start forward, and accelerate to 11 mph, there should be 2 carlengths between you and car in front.
A useful guide; when stopped in a line of traffic, you should be able to see the ground, between the rear wheels of the car in front of you, when your both stopped. If you can’t, your too close.

No, it doesn’t matter if you have “anti-lock” breaks.
Point is, NO ONE obeys this law. You see people on the freeway, traveling 70+mph, with 3-5 feet, between them and the car in front of them, for miles and miles.
So I reiterate, if enforcement or selective enforcement of laws on the books detirmines whether or not we are a ‘lawless’ society, well,…
        That ship already sailed!

This will be very interesting considering that the sitting governor is one of the parties directly impacted by the recount. I doubt Rick Scott will sit back and allow the Democrats to steal the Senate seat from him.

Politico had an article about the FL Secretary of State sending an election supervisor to monitor Broward County. I wonder what happened with that.

I am a also surprised at Rubio’s involvement. I held my nose and voted for him, and he has made me regret that vote multiple times since 2016. Maybe there is hope for him yet.

“It was common knowledge that Sessions was leaving his position after the midterm elections — and that he’s likely doing so to reclaim his former Alabama senate seat in 2020 from Democrat Doug Jones.

“I think Jeff will run for his Senate seat in 2020,” Jonathan Gray, an Alabama political strategist, told AL.com. He went on to say that Sessions resignation was a political deal between Sessions and Trump.

“Did they make a deal? I’ve been doing this for 22 years and I guarantee you, they made a deal,” Gray said.

“Somebody made a handshake, somebody’s getting along and I think you’re going to see Jeff Sessions back on the ballot against Doug Jones in 2020.”

In that matchup, former Alabama state legislator Stephen Flowers said that Sessions would easily reclaim the seat from the Democrats.”

The only time he’s ever been forced to reveal who he truly was, was when he became AG.

And then we all saw who he was.

On election night, channel 9 WFTV in central Florida had congresswoman Val Demings (D) on thoroughout the election coverage. She and Tico Perez (former rep R) were commenting throughout the night on the results coming in. I WISH I could get the video clip of when Tico stated there was essentially too high of percentage of precincts counted in Broward county for Nelson to be able to make up the difference (53k or more votes). Val Demings just as clear, concise and confident said “South Florida will have no problem finding 53 thousand votes”. It was shocking the degree of disconnect. Tico was saying there were enough voters (90% or so already accounted for) and her reply was essentially it will be easy to FIND them. I was sick hearing it and wish I had my TV on record. I’ve scoured WFTV news site to try and get clip- but cannot find the program from that night. It was between the 9-10:00 hour maybe up to 10:30 pm. Does anyone have suggestions? Would love for Rubio or DeSantis or Scott to play this clip and get ahead on the messaging!!

During the 2016 election there were all sorts of problems with Broward county. Including one staffer who signed an affidavit that he witnessed election staff filling out absentee ballots. This same lady was in charge. Either the Republican party is incompetent or there is a larger game afoot. I like to think that there is a master plan, but I often find myself underestimating the flaccidness of the Republican establishment.

The Broward trick last time was to mail out thousands of absentee ballots that were printed “improperly.” But NOBODY caught the wording mix. Ballot questions are written very specifically and checked six ways to Sunday for accuracy and legality.

Two to three weeks later and after completed ballots were being returned, Broward magically discovered their “printing error.” Subsequently, they re-mailed new ballots out to be filled out again. Just like this year, “ohh lookie, we found more ballots that weren’t counted.”
Broward is and has been crooked for years. But since NOBODY is held accountable EVER, it continues.

Ronna Romney whatever her last name is should offer her resignation. She lost seats. So far as I can tell all she does is collect money and tell us what a great job she’s doing (on Fox News, of course). Meanwhile the RNC did NOT fund Corey Stewart in VA and from what I read on the Treehouse lots of Republicans in states like PA and MO and MI and other winnable states didn’t get funded either. I seem to remember that Ted Cruz wasn’t getting much help in Texas. The Republican Party is a Globalist Party just not socialist as is the Globalist Democrat Party. NOBODY should contribute one red cent to the RNC. Give your money directly to your candidates.

This reminds me of the day more than 20 years ago when we were living in our new home and the house next door was still being built. It was Cinco de Mayo day and the Mexican drywall workers had their boom box radio blaring Mexican music very loudly. The builder, a take-no-prisoners blonde lady drove up in her expensive car and walked into the house and immediately pulled the plug on the radio. We could hear her yelling at the workers in Spanish for a good fifteen minutes. Then, right after she drove away, the loud Mexican music started up again. It didn’t bother us since we knew the crew wouldn’t be there for many more days.

Once the new neighbors were in the house about six months, we saw a drywall contractor truck in their driveway. I asked the neighbor why they had them redoing the drywall and he said it’s because the original crew did a really lousy job. He also said they had peed down the heat registers, so much of the duct work had to be replaced.

Moral to this story: Don’t yell at your illegal alien contractors, especially on Cinco de Mayo. They will get their revenge.

During the Bush 2 years I made a complaint that a 4 plex near me had too many people (hispanic ) living in one of the units. The city police investigated and found 27 people living in a 2 bedroom unit. They were all working construction of some sort They started checking for ID’s and only one had a drivers license. ICE was called in to investigate, and I found out later all but two who had green cards were deported.

“I don’t think the country legally admits very many Hispanic construction workers.”

People who are admitted legally may or may not work construction when they first enter, but many eventually turn to construction especially now with the building boom

You can remain anonymous and OSHA is required by law to inspect the site. When they do, Id’s are required to match up with workers comp. certs. Just be forewarned that the illegals will flee and may swarm your yard. I’ve seen them leave $ 10 k laying on slabs before. All over a new neighborhood there were abandoned tools. I’m pretty sure that my employees came back after I left the hood after work and loaded up but I have no proof.

Working the polls on election day means a long day in a school gym or church basement fueled by coffee and junk food once or twice a year. It’s worth it. And gratifying, actually.

  22. Okay, let’s talk a hypothetical here.

Whitaker has already let it be known (in op-eds) that according to the Special Counsel memorandum… Mueller is not allowed any leeway or freedom and can investigate ONLY the Russian Collusion thing with the Trump Campaign. That’s it. Nothing else.

If Whitaker follows through with that logic…. that means that every single Mueller Indictment was illegal, will be overturned, any evidence found in discovery was illegally obtained and inadmissible.

    Manafort’s Indictment
    George P’s Indictment
    Flynn’s Indictment

All illegally indicted by Mueller, Rosenstein and Sessions (yes I’m throwing him in there*)

There is also a good chance, most, if not all the indictments of the Russian ham sandwiches will be overturned, as they were all one hundred percent unrelated to any Russian Collusion with the Trump campaign.

Remember, even Rosenstein and Mueller themselves said none of their Russian Ham Sandwich indictments have anything to do with any American.

    Whitaker should, in order:

    1. Declare Trump and his campaign totally clean of any connection to any election influencing with Russia, as more than two years of investigations have revealed absolutely nothing on Trump in anyway shape or form.
    1. Throw out all the indictments and evidence illegally obtained by Mueller
    2. Award Manafort, George P and Flynn compensation for damages
    3. Create a Special Counsel to investigate the following scope:
    – Clinton, Obama, FBI, CIA and other political operatives, who knowingly conspired with foreign spies and governments to create phony evidence that was then used to spy on American Citizens, in order to overthrow an election, overthrow the government and imprison their political opponents.
    – Investigate every move taken by Mueller’s illegal and corrupt Special Counsel
    – Investigate James Comey, his leaking of classified information, his role in the Russian Scandal and whether or not his intent was to bring harm to the President (AKA Overthrow the Government through Treason).
    – Investigate Jeff Sessions and his bizarre, curious and completely illogical recusal… and why he sat by why he watched political enemies intentionally try and overthrow the government, and did nothing… even though it was his sworn oath. If we find he was actually in on it, he goes to jail like the rest. If he was just that stupid… he gets barred from ever having a public sector job ever again.
    – Any media that was involved in any classified information leaking… and any media that was found to be used as a reference by the FBI for their FISA request will be investigated for their role.

Didn’t see anything on DeSantis’ Twitter account. Marco Rubio gives the issue attention on his Twitter account, though. Still researching it. I sure HOPE DeSantis has lawyers working on this.

MSNBC is giving cover to Broward’s attempt to manufacture votes by having a segment saying benign things like “Votes are still being counted, and the Republican win may not be a win at all….”, and “….other Republican House wins around the country will go to automatic recount….”. While Brenda Snipes and her Broward election thieves manufacture votes, MSNBC tells the American sheeple everything’s going fine.

Brenda Snipes was found in contempt of court a few years ago for destroying a few thousand ballots that the judge told her to NOT destroy. She claimed she’d made copies before destroying the originals. I don’t recall if her story about the copies proved true or not.

Governor Scott, now Senator Scott, could and should have removed her. Instead, he wrist slapped her and let her stay.

And now she’s doing the EXACT SAME THING. She’s a (effng) snake. “You knew what I was when you put me in your pocket”. The most severe penalty isn’t too severe for this enemy of liberty, enemy of America, and enemy of freedom. Jail is too good for her. Kellyanne needs to divorce her disgusting husband. https://lawandcrime.com/high-profile/kellyanne-conways-husband-writes-scathing-op-ed-saying-trumps-interim-ag-pick-is-illegal/

President Donald Trump‘s pick for interim Attorney General, Matthew Whitaker, has been met with harsh opposition in the form of a New York Times op-ed co-authored by none other than George Conway. That’s right, the same Conway who is married to counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway and regularly trolls the president on Twitter.

The piece argues that Whitaker’s selection violates the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, a similar argument that Trump supporters have made about Robert Mueller‘s appointment as Special Counsel. The other author of the op-ed just so happens to be Neal Katyal, who helped draft the regulations under which Mueller was appointed.

Give ALL the asylum seekers one-way boat tickets to Puerto Rico. If after 5 years they prove to be productive members of society there they will be considered eligible to emigrate to the US mainland.

            No, no, and no.

During his campaign President Trump discussed “safe zones” in areas close to the asylees home country. Don’t bring any of them here.

While we’re at it, all of the asylum cases imported massively by the O’Zero Administration need to be re-evaluated, with an eye to: 1. Does this person still need asylum? and if so 2. Can it be done in a “safe zone” closer to his/her home?

It seems anyone who touches a toe on US soil gains irreversible rights forever and in perpetuity – and we all pay for it. Forever and in perpetuity.

If, by their actions, of NOT seeking asylum in first country(Mexico), and not applying at any of U.S.Consulates
IN Mexico, and by not applying at a port of call, they clearly demonstrate they are NOT refugees seeking asylum, they are held just long enough for prints, dna and facial recog., and then send em back.

Meanwhile black shirts in masks are attacking Tucker Carlson’s house. But that’s okay because, well, you know, they’re well-meaning Leftists. 1917 Russia, 1920’s Italy, 1930’s Germany, 1940’s China, 1960’s Cuba, 1970’s Cambodia, Vietnam — all started this way; with a loud, angry mob of Lefties determined to take over a country. First they came for the guns…

So if I heard correctly on Hannity this afternoon, KEITH ELLISON won the race for AG of Minnesota.
Wonder if he’ll take his oath of office with his hand on the KORAN instead of on the Bible as he did when he was sworn into the House seat he held?

Yes, and thereby confirming the Islamic teaching and command to all faithful Muslims that ISLAMIC LAW is above and supersedes any and all laws of the country where the Muslim resides.
So now we will see just how Ellison will begin to apply ISLAMIC LAW and teachings in the state of Minnesota.
And unless and until American citizens realize the threat of Islam and what it means to the United States—this can well be coming to any other State of our beloved country.

“Republicans play by the rules” makes zero sense if it is obvious something wrong has been done or there is at least a very strong suspicion of wrong doing and the Republicans do not challenge. This is not playing by the rules, it is total surrender and proof that the republican party actually are the snowflakes.

    Well, looky here:
Wake County, NC (Raleigh area) newly-elected Sheriff, GERALD BAKER, has wasted no time in rolling back the county’s cooperation since 2015 in turning over illegal aliens charged with crimes over to ICE. Baker says that program is over.
The ACLU among other George Soros-supported groups spent tons of money using this issue to ensure the defeat of incumbent Sheriff, Donnie Harrison, who supported the “287(g)” law in cooperating with ICE.
