Florida Governor Rick Scott Discusses Transparent Ballot Fraud Ongoing, Yet Again, In Well Known, Corrupt, Broward County….

Anyone with a reasonable amount of political knowledge is aware that within Florida the epicenter of voter fraud takes place in Broward and Palm Beach counties.  Both of these areas are not just filled with corrupt election officials; as was noted in the background of the Parkland school shooting, every element of county and city government is corrupt.

Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes, has an exhaustively documented history of rampant and ‘in-your-face’ unapologetic fraud within the election process.  In the latest example, Snipes is once again producing ballots -filled out by her political operatives- long after the election is over.  Everyone in Florida knows the Snipes routine.

Brenda Snipes keeps “her peopleworking to produce ballots until law enforcement arrive.  Once she is confronted she shouts “racism”, and officials back away allowing the corruption to continue.  This process has worked very well for her in the past and she is openly compensated by left-wing political operations for her efforts.  In the 2016 election the Hillary Clinton campaign paid Brenda Snipes to send two ballots to every democrat.

So it doesn’t come as a surprise to see Ms. Snipes at the center of the operation to steal yet another set of election in 2018; the objective this time is to give the governors race and senate race to the democrat party…  Prior endeavors in 2012 and 2014 were successful.

Full up ID checks – voter lists cross checked for flaws, dead, illegals.
Grill the people involved with these present actions…
Seems RICO laws should apply too…. lower level of the bar, eh?

BROWARD COUNTY BALLOTS DESIGNED TO HIDE SENATE RACE CHOICES
    ———————-
FL news paper Sun-Sentinel reports that (at least) 24,900 people who voted for governor didn’t vote for a senator. Report states ballot design may be to blame. That seems to be the case. Further, it seems the ballot was deliberately designed that way. The bubble/check boxes for all races except senate were prominently displayed in body of the ballot, but bubbles/check boxes for senate were put in left hand side of ballot. Excerpt:

“….the Sun Sentinel found that Broward’s ballot failed to follow best design practices and may have confused voters.”

“Counties design their own ballots, and Broward put the Senate race in the bottom left-hand corner, below the instructions. That violates guidelines outlined in a 2007 report by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, which said ballots with vertical instructions, like Broward’s, “cannot share column space with contests — test voters often overlooked races located immediately beneath vertical instructions.”

“Whitney Quesenbery, a ballot expert and co-director of the Center for Civic Design, which seeks to implement best design practices for ballots, said Broward’s ballot design could have caused some voters to skip over the race.

“People can and do make mistakes based on design,” she said.”

SOUTHERN BROWARD IS EPICENTER OF UNCAST SENATOR VOTES
    ———————
Unless a voter took time to *actually read the entire ballot*, they would not have seen the senate bubbles/check boxes. Excerpt:

“The largest discrepancies between the governor and Senate votes appear in a group of precincts in southern Broward, specifically in the congressional district of U.S. Rep. Frederica Wilson, the Sun Sentinel found. “Here is a look at the unusual vote patterns in Broward, based on numbers tallied as of Thursday evening:

~Florida Attorney General: More than 13,900 ballots registered a vote for attorney general but not for U.S. Senator.
~Florida Agriculture Commissioner: More than 8,700 ballots showed votes for agriculture commissioner, but not Senator.
~Florida Chief Financial Officer: More than 8,300 ballots registered votes for CFO but not Senator.”

ILLEGAL BROWARD BALLOT DESIGN IN 2000 (BUSH/GORE) AND 2006
    —————–
“This wouldn’t be the first time a Florida ballot blunder upended results in an important election. The state has a long history of ballot design issues, including the butterfly ballot in Palm Beach County that took center stage in the 2000 Bush vs Gore presidential election and the 2006 ballot layout in the Sarasota congressional race barely won by Republican U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan.”

DEMOCRAT HIT LAWYER BLAMES VOTERS, NOT ILLEGAL BALLOT DESIGN
    ——————————
Attorney Marc Elias, who is representing Nelson’s campaign, suggested Thursday that machine counting — not voters overlooking the race — may be the issue.

“I am pretty confident what you are going to see are markings that were not picked up by the machines or a calibration issue that was not registering that part of the ballot,” he said.

I don’t believe there’s any way to confirm someone’s vote. IMO that’s because both R and D don’t want to that to happen, because it would mean neither side could steal elections.

For a long time I’ve believed that every voter should get:

        1. Ballot with it’s own, unique ID or serial number,
        2. Receipt from election official stating ballot wit SN such and such was issued to them (the voter) on such and such date and time,
        3. Copy of their completed ballot.

I was listening to Levin last night about this and he had a Republican from FL on to discuss it. Levin was doing a good job probing the rep and trying to get answers to what’s going on. Essentially asking him, look this is not new what’s going on in FL? The rep basically said that places like Broward County just say F’off, close the doors and nobody does anything about it. The rep said that it’s also hard. Really? They’ll just continually commit election fraud and nobody will do anything about it because it’s hard?

This got me thinking last night and for the first time in my life I think things may go hot. Like myself, I think that is the last thing any sane person wants. Look Republicans (real Republicans), have a chance to avoid this but people are going to have to start going to jail for a long time for the stuff they’re currently getting away with. The left is emboldened and crossing lines (just ask Tucker Carlson’s wife and daughter). They’re using our tolerance and loving nature against us and see it as a sign of weakness. They’re going to keep showing up at people’s houses, getting them fired, doxing them, harassing them in public places, stealing elections and using the government as malevolent tool until they start getting significant pushback. I truly pray that this is done through law enforcement and our penal system. If it’s not then eventually people will take matters into their own hands. This scares me. Parents (good ones anyways) are capable of some extraordinary things when their children are threatened. Normal, kind people do things (horrible things) in situations like this that they would normally never think of doing. They’ll do it with purpose, patience, righteousness and without restraint or remorse. Even when their targets submit they will not stop because they will ensure the complete and total eradication of the threat so the threat cannot come back and threaten again (see the Crusades). And in the end, when history judges them, they will judge them as being justified in their actions. This type of motivation has won wars. Being that nothing legislatively will be getting done in the next 2 years, my hope is that PTRUMP uses this time to take the gloves off and go full crusade (jail time) on these heathens. This a very dangerous game people are playing right now.

Just a reminder that neither Gowdy nor any other member of Congress can do anything that is going to result in punishment for anyone. Congress’ job is oversight. Prosecution must come from the DoJ. In case you hadn’t noticed, that unit has become a little swampy lately. Neither Holder nor Lynch was inclined to go after Koskinen and Lerner at IRS. There hasn’t been an AG at the federal level since January 2017 to do so. That is the reason they are still walking around.

            That sell is too stale.

The left and the Uniparty are playing to win.

And they don’t think America has the fight in them to keep the Left & Uniparty from burying the Republic.

You know what it’s going to take?

Here’s an example, the next time Antifa pulls a stunt like they did at Tucker Carlson’s house or Portland, etc. thousands of good American people come out of their homes and beat the living crap out of the Antifa’s by any means possible, pulling their masks off and taking a picture of every one of them.

That’s all they and those behind them will understand.

It’s obvious, those behind all this, the Uniparty, Left Media don’t think America has the fight in it to fight for the Republic.

It’s the Battle of Athens, TN on a national level.

If there was a rule of law left, that would not be necessary.

NPR reports that the GOP “fears” voter fraud in Florida, despite “no evidence” that fraud has ever happened. This type of reporting is so typical. Any concept outside the narrow bounds of allowable opinion is subject to maximum scrutiny. Meanwhile goodthink requires no proof at all, because it is self-evidently true.

Reporting on “Trump-Russia collusion” followed this pattern. I heard numerous news briefs on the topic, each time tattooing those three words into the brains of their listeners, yet none of these reports included any skepticism at all. The words “no evidence” were not present unless they played a Trump audio clip.

I also saw this type of new coverage after the Syria gas attacks. Thomas Massie went on CNN to say he had doubts that Assad was responsible. The host was incredulous, demanding proof for his position. Yet she had no proof for her position either. Since the media and political elites thought Assad was responsible, he obviously was.

People focused too much on Immigration/Border Security. While it is an important area of concern, it is not the primary area. I have said for many years that voter fraud is far too rampant and gets Democrats voted far too often. If not for voter fraud, Democrats would rarely win a national election.

Millions of votes. That’s the tally for voter fraud. You have to get most Republicans and most Independents to vote to counter voter fraud.

Cancel Voter Fraud and the political landscape right now would be far, far different.

Voter Fraud should be the very top priority. Immigration/Border Security second. The last of the triumvirate should be Education. Way too many of our youth are being indoctrinated into a Democrat/Socialist belief system. They have come to believe so strongly that truth, no matter how presented, is not believed. Without removing the Democrat/Socialist influence, the future of the United States is in danger.

You can Drain the Swamp, but until the above three are rectified, it won’t matter. A few years and the Swamp will be back.

Voter fraud was a priority for President Trump; Kris Kobach was heading up a commission to look into it and clan up voter registration. He had no subpoena power so Democrat bureaucrats ignored his requests for information. Kobach shut down the commission and turned it over to K. Nielsen at DHS – who does has subpoena power and jurisdiction. Went nowhere with her.

The Uniparty establishment loves the status quo of blatant Democrat voter fraud. Whenever the Republicans gain too much power in Congress, they allow the Democrats to steal a few close elections.

Letting the Democrats steal possibly three Senate seats in 2018 is all about reducing Trump’s ability to get anything through the Senate, including judges. The Republicans would be able to get almost any Supreme Court nominee through with 54-55 votes. It also sets the Democrats up nicely to take power in 2020.

Losing these three seats gives all the final power to RINOs like Mitt Romney, which is what the Uniparty in DC wants.

This gets more and more disheartening as I think about what’s happening in Florida.

During the last weeks of the 2016 election cycle an employee of the Broward County election board opened a closed door in the headquarters building. She found that several individuals were rewriting absentee ballots. She notified a local publication of what she had seen and they published it. It made the internet, but not the national media. An individual of the board said they were rewriting them so the scanner could better read them. If anyone can find this story, please publish it here and make sure the proper folks in Tallahassee and Washington have it. They might want to know Broward’s MO.

Democrats master voter fraud and this election was no exception!

If you look closely AZ, FL, GA, OH, NJ, KS and NC are the states that had a high number of voters reporting problems: voter machines, given wrong addresses to voting places, vote flipping and witnesses illegals voting.

Most of the nail biting senate seats now all of a sudden appearing to overturn the wins as reported on election day. Naturally always the case are thousands of ballots appearing out of nowhere and strangely enough they ALWAYS favor democrats.

Voter fraud is what wins democrats their election – it never fails. It’s no difference this time.

It’s clear to me that Fox’ performance prematurely calling CA for the dems was none but signaling to the left while disenfranchising the voters still in line. You see here are many conservatives, independents and republicans although they overwelmingly live outside of LA and SF.

I’ve seen great ads for Cox – they were quite elegant I must say. There was no mudslinging or anything distasteful. Newsom is a known commodity with very little positive or in his favor although favored by the left because he is one of them.
Newsom the guy who helped and assisted his own mom to commit suicide is not a guy voters look for when hoping to govern that includes the conservative constituency.

I really blame voter fraud and Fox for the loss of Cox because I know he was the choice for those not living in SF and LA as he is a very well known quantity.

I hope and pray that this years outlandish voter fraud will come back to bite them in their arses. If that will not be addressed what type of country do we have? Election interference and voter fraud via invaders from the southern border residing here contrary to the law should not be winning and deciding who controls government.
Good news is that TX has already arrested 9 members of a voter fraud scheme you guess it illegals and democratic politicians and their helpers in election offices.

Fox News is controlled opposition at this point. All the executives that once ran Fox under Roger Ailes are now gone, replaced by liberals. Anyone that watches Fox on a daily basis realizes most of their on-air talent voted for Hillary Clinton. Any host that supported Trump, with the exception of Sean Hannity and one hour of Judge Jeanine each week, has been quietly let go from Fox. It’s actually shocking how Fox has transformed their perspective after just a year or two.

They just banned Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch from appearing on Fox after he suggested on air that Soros was responsible for the migrant caravan. He was regularly one of Lou Dobbs’ most effective guests.

Florida isn’t the only state with a Senator’s seat in the balance – we in Mississippi have a runoff coming up this month. Cindy Hyde-Smith was appointed to finish Sen Cochran’s term when he resigned and her race with notorious Rat and Clinton shower buddy Mike Espy. If she gets most of the votes her only Republican challenger received on the 6th she’ll be OK, but the rather large ‘turnout’ of Rat voters on the 6th may presage a concerted Rat effort to turn out the vote. Reports are that Rat money’s flowing into the state in an effort to get Rat voters to the polls though the bigger issue will be getting Republican voters to the polls.

Rick Scott tweeted that FL law requires all absentee and overseas ballots be counted by 30 minutes within the time the polls close and that Broward and Palm Beach failed. I guess we have to take this to court. Dems as always in FL are trying to steal an election. I lived in FL when they tried to steal it from Bush. When two leftwing newspapers did the recount and found Bush had legitimately won I was forever gobsmacked. Wow, FL almost cheated Bush out of a win and without the Supreme Court would have done it. I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing though, because I still think Bush was one of our worst presidents in the end. Terrorism, wars with the wrong countries, broke the Middle East so that millions of Islamicists are now infesting Europe, and his non stop push for open borders are all we got from him. But looking at Gore and Kerry, yeesh, at least we dodged those bullets.
–We’ll never win in FL again because they just voted to let 1.5 million felons vote in future elections. Felons=Democrats. So we have no choice but to fight this one out in the courts because FL is going to be impossible to win in the future. Unless we figure something out to counter this lunacy which we might be able to do in office.

The reason for the 30 minute rule is to prevent “sandbagging” – holding back the total vote count – so the Dems can’t use the tie and numbers to figure out how many votes to fabricate, and then fabricate or “find” them in trunks and boxes.
If they aren’t counted legally in 30 minutes, they should be discarded, But it is unlikely a court would “disenfranchise”, so there should be a florida-wide “revote” with FBI and other watchers in every voting precinct. And ICE there to look for illegal aliens.

From AZ GOP – I’m sure the D’s are shaking in their boots
    Good morning,
Many of you have expressed concerns about the actions of the Maricopa County Recorder, far-left Democrat Adrian Fontes. I want you know that the AZGOP is doing everything we can to fight for every Arizona voter across the state.

Just this morning, I released the following statement, and we will continue to hold Mr. Fontes accountable and demand that he adhere to the rule of law:

The Arizona Republican Party objects in the strongest possible terms to the deliberate, premeditated destruction of evidence by Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes and the voting irregularities during the early voting period.

The Arizona Republican Party sent a formal, written request to all county recorders in Arizona, including Fontes, to preserve all evidence of such irregularities. These irregularities include the creation of so-called “emergency voting centers” when no emergency existed; and an inconsistent method for rehabilitating early ballots. We want everyone to have the opportunity to vote on equal terms.

Fontes has destroyed the evidence. He directed his office to mix disputed ballots in with the undisputed ballots—thereby ensuring that there could be no review of voting irregularities. Fontes’s decision was made deliberately, after receiving the letter from the Arizona Republican Party and being informed of his legal duty to preserve evidence.

Adrian Fontes intentionally put himself above the law and the judicial process. Such a man cannot be trusted to administer elections in Arizona. We are reviewing all legal options at this time and will continue to protect the rights of every legal voter in Arizona.

    Sincerely,
    Chairman Lines

Emergency hearing to be held after Rick Scott files lawsuit against Broward elections supervisor
Scott also asks FDLE to investigate elections offices in Broward, Palm Beach

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – A court in South Florida has been asked to intervene in the tight U.S. Senate race between Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson and Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott as the two sides prepare for a possible recount.

A hearing began at 3 p.m. Friday in state court.

Scott filed a lawsuit Thursday night against Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes, asking the court to order Snipes to turn over several records detailing the counting and collection of ballots.

But Snipes attorney said in court Friday that it would be inappropriate for the court to intervene at this time, simply because Scott wants the counting process to be sped up.

The attorney said Snipes is not refusing to turn over the records, but needs more time to do so. Scott’s thin lead over Nelson has narrowed during the vote-counting in the days since he declared victory Tuesday night.

Without citing any evidence of wrongdoing, Scott also asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate elections offices in the Democratic strongholds of Palm Beach and Broward counties, questioning whether they have been taking too long in some sort of effort to inflate the Democratic vote.

However, the FDLE has said it is not investigating Snipes at this time, as no allegations of voter fraud have been received and Scott has not put his request in writing.

A lawyer for Nelson criticized Scott for using his official position to try to influence ballot counting.

On Friday, Nelson lawyer Marc Elias shot back at Scott on a conference call with reporters, saying, “Just look at the behavior of your governor.”

Elias said it’s “not appropriate” for a governor to suggest he’s going to use his powers to “interject his law enforcement authority to prevent the counting of ballots that have been legally cast.”

Sounds like the same thing is happening in the Arizona Senate race. These people are so corrupt they don’t even try to hide it. The DOJ needs to send the Federal Marshals in there sooner rather than later

Wow democrats are just smarter about winning. Like a football game, they play hard, until someone throws a flag. Republicans haven’t learned to throw a flag. That’s dumb. Keep doing a good job blue. Go until you hear the whistle. Make the sissy red team as tough and mean as you are. No snow flakes. Go blue team.

What the hell is going on in your country? Don’t you have scrutineers from all parties to observe the count? I live in a country where it is compulsory to register on the electoral roll. There are no real penalties for not registering. When I attend the booth, my name is ticked off, and I am asked if I have voted already. I then vote (or pretend to, lol). Electoral rolls are compared to stop cheating. How hard can it be? I thought voluntary voting was a good idea but this has rocked me on my heels.

Thank you Mr. Bogan, as your question couldn’t be more pertinent! What’s going on is the USA becoming a banana republic without needed intelligent discourse. My DEM spouse at age 75 thinks this rancor between DEMS and republican people is totally acceptable for example, that’s how strong his hatred is for republicans in America. It’s a horrible time here here in the USA.

    STOP COUNTING.

There are statutes and rules for the conduct of elections. Ballots or tallies produced outside those statutes and rules are irregular and should not be included.

How are provisional ballots checked for legality before being counted? Ie, person’s name doesn’t match or whatever reason they have to fill a provisional – what triggers being able to use that ballot?

NSA has a solid background of spying on American’s. It’s time for them to do something to help the American people. Get the name and addresses of all of those working in or with the Broward and Palm Beach counties. Have the NSA pull and track their conversations. Illegal activity will show up.

No more BS from this group – If they can’t or want do it, fire them all. Or, maybe we will just wait for Judicial Watch to do their jobs.

So glad that Rick Scott is fighting back against the very OBVIOUS voting fraud being done by these Democrat corrupt perpetrators (one, who was caught doing so before!) and will NOT back down or let them get away with it!

I hate to say it in the midst of all this hubbub, but, Governor, you brought this on yourself and your state. You knew this moonbat was corrupt, incompetent, and ignored the law she swore to uphold and your administration did nothing about it. Now it has come full circle and bitten you in the derrière. I hope you can prevail, I really do, but there are many takeaways from this miserable episode to which we would all do well to take heed – this is coming to a state near you, friends!

These people are never punished, reprimanded, or held to account for their patent fraud and malfeasance, and it only encourages more, worse corruption. It is very likely that they don’t even know the rules, as they have been allowed to create their own as they please.

Eccl. 8:11 – “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.” Sentence against such evil, corrupt people, such as this latest exemplar, has not been executed at all… and, frankly, I doubt it will this time. Florida is free to prove me wrong.

He had 8 yrs. to not let them get away w/it. The only reason he is involved now is because he is the victim. If it had been someone else, I doubt he would be lifting a finger. He is terrified of the race card. He will be a Trump vote in the Sen., but a weak back bencher.

Nothing ever happens as republicans are cowards. The perpetrators of fraud shout “racism” and “voter suppression” and the GOP heads for the tall grass.

I live in Apache County Arizona which is dominated by the Navajo Reservation. Evidence of fraudulent expenditures and voter fraud have been presented to our GOP Attorney General. Nothing happens as they are Navajos and the AG hasn’t the stomach for a fight. This is true of the GOP nation wide and the reason it is headed toward irrelevancy.

Fool me once or twice or how about every election. Remember the butterfly ballot

The Gore campaign requested that disputed ballots in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Volusia Counties be counted by hand. Volusia County started its recount on November 12.
