Congressional Testimony: James Baker Today, Nellie Ohr Tomorrow – Special Session for Rosenstein Next Week….

Former FBI chief legal counsel James Baker appeared before a joint committee in congress today for his second round of questioning about the DOJ and FBI activity during the 2016 presidential election.  Nellie Ohr is scheduled to appear tomorrow.

Previously James Baker informed the committee of his contacts with Michael Sussmann, a lawyer representing the DNC and Clinton campaign, and the objectives of using opposition research provided by the DNC as evidence to support a politically motivated FBI investigation.

Mrs. Nellie Ohr, scheduled to testify tomorrow, was hired by Glenn Simpson of Fusion-GPS to coordinate with another subcontractor for the writing of opposition research which became known as the Steele Dossier.  Like the information provided by the DNC through Sussmann, the Steele Dossier was also used as evidence by the FBI against their political target, Donald Trump. {Go Deep on Nellie}

The latest development now has Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein agreeing to a very limited and very controlled interview by only the chairmen of the joint committee on October 24th.

Your mommy said to put on your pajamas and get to bed right now!

  2. The Mueller investigation is coming to a conclusion after the midterms. Rosebud is under pressure from Trump to end it, or else the unredacted FISA warrants etc. will come out. This is all proceeding as outlined by Sundance

Congressional testimony is a scam. It’s a means by which criminals and there attorneys can organize and coordinate testimony. Everyone knows what everyone has said so they get their stories down and avoid perjury. Gowdy and goodlatte are uniparty. They are under mining the grand jury process

Congressional investigations and testimony, even under oath, are useless without an Attorney General to pursue it in a court of law. As long as the Keebler Elf’s recusal from his job stays permanent, it doesn’t matter what these seditious criminals say…nothing will be done.
We already know what their game plan was, who the target was, who the upper level Obama-government perps were and the means by which they pursued the crime. These cases would win themselves if we had a non-criminal DOJ to prosecute them.

Unfortunately I agree. With the current leakers getting caught and prosecuted in real time how is it that the know leakers (Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Page) are not being prosecuted?
        It has become clear that

The AG is not the problem, Congress is the problem. As long as Ryan and McConnell are neverTrumpers and support Rosenstein and Mueller and their bogus investigation, this farce will continue.

We’re stuck with Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller because the Republican Congressional leadership have ordered Trump to leave these people alone on pain of removal from office.

        • appraisher says:

While I understand what you’re saying (that congress won’t support Trump in getting rid of dead-wood), the current AG is exactly the problem…congress can’t prosecute, they can only investigate.
It was this exact same DOJ group (Rosenstein, et al) that advised Sessions to recuse himself, and it should have been immediately after that advisement that Sessions should have told the president that he was unable to fully serve as AG…HE DID NOT!
Had Sessions informed Trump that he would not be able to fulfill his responsibilities, Trump would have chosen someone else. This had nothing to do with congress.

After what I have seen I agree……nobody gets prosecuted when they testify before congress. Did Manafort, Watkins, Wolfe, Papodap, Flynn trstify b4 congress???….. didnt think so. I think Clinton, Comey, Page, Strozck, Mccabe, Brennan, Clapper all did. I cant remember now if Loretta Lynch did or not. Maybe she gets indicted soon since she hasnt testified. If Im wrong Im wrong. Seems like public trstimony gives u a pass???

It was only republicans (most never testified before congress) that were arrested and tried, and while some of the leftys did testify (and lie) before congress, not one of them have been subpoenaed, arrested or prosecuted in a court of law…yet.

POTUS is probably making a spygate deal. He buries everything and mueller gives him a good report, the rinos give him their votes and the Dems give up on investigations. I have been listening about Clinton going to jail for 30 years. It never happens. People need to grow up. The people in this system don’t go to jail.

Notice how we’re all riveted toward the 4,000 strong Central American invasion heading our way.
Nobody will be covering the Baker-Ohr testimonies.
All attention will be on how Trump handles the sudden Caravan situation scheduled to arrive in time for the Mid-Term election.
Watch it: You’ll have women and kids crying, hungry, thirsty, and more. The full sob story.
This whole affair is all planned.

@Sunshine: Whenever bad news about the deep state is on the horizon you will see FF although this time its this sh%t show about the massive onslaught of invaders trying to get in.

In the meantime outside of the propaganda news media you’ll find that the roll up of the shadow government and their agents is underway.

The unsealing of sealed in indictments is underway.

I do not know for certain, but after my Mother passed at the very beginning of 2010 I watched the movie Avatar every weekend for about 3 years. No kidding. Watched it again last weekend and really was not sure what the value it held for me during the grief I went through. Think it was experiencing the joy of Jake Sully’s revival. “Getting his legs back.” But whatever his name is (the protagonist) said “these limp dick science majors.”
That quote is REALLY out of context for how that movie impacted my life. However, tonight am thinking Rosenstein, Sessions, Wray, Mueller, and the gang of 8 (with one exception) ARE REALLY LIMP DICK’s (what’s the vernacular for the female limp dick’s (Feinstein, Clinton, Warren, etc) who think they are “major’s” in manipulating emotions and are counting on raking in the the voting booth. People who cannot think out of the box DEM vs PUB.
Friend attacked me today re my defense of Trump saying he did not know if he believes in global warming. From my side, you would have thought it was the end of the WORLD AS WE KNOW IT.
I recommended this person look at state laws where they really CAN have 1000 acre hog farms with giant cesspools that just got washed out to sea. Or all of the coal ash stored in piles that went into the water too. States do have their own sovereignty,.
Anyways, too, too tired. Frost is coming tomorrow and am busy bringing in the sheeaves.

I believe this is being played correctly to expose Rosey under oath and avoid the circus of another public hearing (ala Kavanaugh) with Dem grandstanding. Goodlatte has impressed me and is formidable prosecutor. This will only help Trump and keeps the clock running on Rosey decision until after mid-terms. Dems must be puzzling how to handle this as past behavior is properly seen as bas faith childish antics. But in fact, the truth is coming out. Then we can let the chips fall where they may.

Judge Lamberth ruling yesterday gives me increasing hope that a few honest judges remain and this is catalyst for turning State Dept upside down for emails. Or we will see what Pompeo is really made of. Does he have the same heart as our Lion? Or will he balk at draining the Swamp and would rather fly around the woekd, be draped in the spotlight, and chase the “Khoshoggi is innocent martyr” story intended to hurt our relationship with the Saudis in our battle with Iran. Just as the ME looks to putting Iran in it’s place and bringing peace to this troybled region. Time for Pompeo to stand tall at home and clean out the State Dept Swamp . Is he up to it? I do not know but have my doubts. Hope he surprises me.

Anyone else notice that T. Gowdy can’t decide on his “look”. Hair or beard or mustache… always a bit different? Don’t much like a man over 30 who can’t even find himself.

I don’t trust Gowdy. I am not liking the doj/fbi corruption silence. As someone pointed out earlier, I fear Trump may decide to aid a cover-up to stop the neolib/neocon witch hunt. If Trump were to be complicit in the cover-up for the sake of stopping the sham Meuller investigation, he would be as guilty as the “swamp” he was tasked with removing.

This is when we need free, alternative media, lumps and all. This is where we need true pundit, the intercept, conservative treehouse, Alex Jones, and all the others.

And now these are being systematically crippled or destroyed by corporate scum. Rough, strange times.

Democrats now Physically Attacking Republican Candidates

If nothing else, Democrat operatives are good at following the orders of their betters. They have followed California Rep. Mad Max Waters’ command to go after Republicans “wherever you find them” and “I have no sympathy for these people that are in this administration who know it’s wrong for what they’re doing on so many fronts. They tend to not want to confront this president or even leave, but they know what they’re doing is wrong. I want to tell you, these members of his cabinet who remain and try to defend him, they won’t be able to go to a restaurant, they won’t be able to stop at a gas station, they’re not going to be able to shop at a department store.”

Nothing is going to be allowed to happen to Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton. The Dems and the media (but I repeat myself) are going to defend the first black president and first major party female candidate until their last breath. McCabe, the Ohrs, Strzok, Page, Comey are all going to cop a plea at an appropriate time. None of them will point back to the Obama White House. That can’t be allowed to happen. Like the Kennedy assassination everyone will know the truth. It was a deep state operation all the way. But it won’t be talked about in polite company. Hillary will eventually retire with her bribe money and Obama will remain the president of black America. So don’t get excited. It’s scripted.
