Barely Coherent: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Makes an Appearance…

A few weeks ago American media began heavily promoting a generally odd video of Supreme Court Justice doing a workout.  It seemed weird.  Today, the motive of putting out that video becomes transparent.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears at an event hosted by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA).  Watch:

.

How long can the left-wing apparatchik maintain a ruse that Justice Ginsburg is fit to remain on the court?

I honestly thought she was asleep 😴 when the first question was asked. She waited about 5 to 7 seconds before speaking. She looked terrible. So damn fragile. It is a shame that she is pressured to stay on the Supreme Court. I bet she hates the fact that she didn’t retire when the POS was President. She had her mind made up that HRC was going to replace her.

In life you reap what you sow! There is no way she will last until January 20, 2025. Our President will be replacing her either in his first term or for sure in his second term. There will be a major increase in suicides when she passes. The Left, Democrats, MSM etc. are absolutely petrified of that day. I hope they took the time to watch that clip. They will not be able to eat or sleep for days.

I want Amy Barrett to be selected as her replacement! That would be the cherry 🍒 on the sundae!

      Coherent, yes.
      Completely lucid? Questionable.
      Cognitively fully functional? Questionable.

But, I wonder about her being able to perform her SCOTUS role especially since none of the other SCOTUS justices have complained (to date) about her inability to intellectually participate in hearings and render judgement on cases. I would be really surprised if they are covering for her, and her written opinions are being composed and written by someone else.

She appears be more restricted by physical ailments due to age than her ability to understand the question and provide a coherent, if not simplistic, answer.

I had a very aged great aunt who suffered from age-related dementia and physical frailty in her last 6 years of life (died at age 86). She sat like RBG, head down and eyes closed, but also rocked slightly back and forth, muttering incoherently most of the time.

But, ask her a question and she would stop moving and answer you clearly, coherently and had great & detailed recall, if the topic was more than 10 years old, without ever raising her head or opening her eyes. She was an anomaly that the doctors and nurses found amazing.

So RBG’s condition doesn’t surprise me, although it seems unreasonable for her to continue to sit on the highest and most significant court in the nation in that condition.

But along comes Gorsuch and says no more assistants writing and doing their work because that is why they are called Supreme Judges. So, reality setting, altho Judge Thomas has always written his own and they are very very well written and cogent.

I heard an interview with RBG years ago, after her cancer episode. She said she asked her doctor his opinion on whether she should step down. He encouraged her to stay as long as she wanted to stay, illness or no illness. I got the impression that staying was giving her a reason to live. I have to admit I admire her work ethic – as Pres. Trump would say “She doesn’t give up”.

“When U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an attorney for the ACLU, she co-authored a report recommending that the age of consent for sexual acts be lowered to 12 years of age,” the article points out.

Knight and York’s footnoted documentation on this is as follows: “Sex Bias in the U.S. Code,” Report for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, April 1977, p. 102, quoted in “Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s Feminist World View,” The Phyllis Schlafly Report, Vol. 26, No. 12, Section 1, p. 3. The paragraph (from the Ginsburg report) reads as follows: “‘Eliminate the phrase “carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years” and substitute a federal, sex-neutral definition of the offense. … A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person. … [and] the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.

“the age of consent for sexual acts be lowered to 12 years of age,”

Former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay claimed the Obama DOJ had drafted a memo to legalize 12 “perversions,” including bestiality, pedophilia, and polygamy

In an interview for: “The Steve Malzberg Show” on Newsmax TV, Tom DeLay said:

        (Scroll down for the video)
“We’ve … found a secret memo coming out of the Justice Department. They’re now going to go after 12 new perversions. Things like bestiality, polygamy, having sex with little boys and making that legal,”
“Not only that, but they have a whole list of strategies to go after the churches, the pastors and any businesses that try to assert their religious liberty. This is coming, and it’s coming like a tidal wave.”

DeLay claimed these, just four days after Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage in all 50 states.
When shocked Steve Malzberg stopped Tom DeLay to repeat what Delay said, Tom DeLay responded:
“That’s correct, that’s correct. They’re coming down with 12 new perversions … LGBT [short for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender] is only the beginning. They’re going to start expanding it to the other perversions.”

Original Supreme Court judges were not expected to live as long so no retirement age set. The time has come for the Congress to pay a retirement age of say 75 and less if noted for dementia or too many physical ailments. Sotomayor has a severe health condition with her diabetics but I suppose she will hang in as long as possible as well. She has had several problems lately but won’t retire and enjoy what little time she has left and she is far younger than Ruthie.
