Judge Dismisses all Charges Against 3 Extremists From New Mexico Terror Training Compound…

The sketchy story of the jihadist training compound in New Mexico takes yet another weird turn today.  A New Mexico judge dismissed all charges against three suspects tied to a compound where alleged Muslim extremists reportedly trained children to be school shooters.

New Mexico – District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed charges against three of the five defendants, ruling that authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”

Child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped because prosecutors missed the 10-day limit for an evidentiary hearing to establish probable cause.

The charges against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remained. The suspects are accused of holding nearly a dozen children at the compound. The remains of a twelfth child were found on the compound.

The suspects were arrested by authorities after an early August raid following a monthslong search investigating the disappearance of Abdul-ghani Wahhaj, a 3-year-boy with severe medical issues who went missing from Georgia in December. Days later, a child’s remains were found on the property.

Health officials confirmed earlier this month that the discovered remains were positively identified as the 3-year-old’s. (read more)

The place was very likely an FBI asset. I for one do not believe what we are being told about the mass shootings. Note that the FBI was notified by concerned individuals who pointed out the Parkland shooter in Florida as being a threat and they did nothing.

We know that the FBI has been working for the deep state and the democrats who want to ban guns. We now know that they interfered with a presidential election. We now know that they followed this up by trying to remove a duly elected president from office.

With what we now know, would anyone be surprised to find out that they have been behind many of these shootings? How about the obvious cover up in Las Vegas ???

Eradication of private ownership of all firearms is the end goal of all gun control. It’s not about the guns. It’s about control over the citizenry to reduce citizens into subjects.

Despite any and every gun law, including confiscation orders, the only way “they can cause our guns to be taken away” is if you *give* them the guns when they show up at the door. At that point the only choices you’ll have are (1) surrender your guns, (2) get arrested for refusing to surrender your gun(s), or (3) shoot it out to the end.

Each choice has consequences. What one considers a bad consequence another may consider an acceptable consequence. Everyone has to decide for themselves which consequences they can and *cannot* live with inside their soul, mind, and heart.

Veteran: Fight? Against that? No! We will run. And we will live.

William Wallace: Aye, fight and you may die. Run, and you’ll live… at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade *all* the days, from this day to that, for one chance, *just one chance, to come back here* and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they’ll never take our freedom?”

Obviously, they have no intention of doing so. There is no reason they would have done even one of these things — let them go on low bail, destroyed the camp, or dropped charges unless they were involved with some very important people. The fact that they did all three seems proof that there are people in the government or involved with it, doing horrendous things. So what else is new? But if we had a damn AG, it would be his job to protect us by investigating this! Without an AG, we are helpless on so many fronts. It is taxation without representation — worse, it is using our tax money against us — and we should be able to file some sort of class action suit, shouldn’t we? Is there a group — Judiicial Watch, Landmark Legal — anything like that, that gets involved with helping the citizens when something this dangerous happens?

In this specific instance, the judge is not to blame. “IF” that is the law, then the judge had no choice, as any rookie defense lawyer would have easily wrecked the case. However, did the prosecutor not have the evidence, or did the prosecutor intentionally fail to produce the evidence? Either way, when combined with the FBI’s pathetic search, before the locals found the tunnels, etc…it is obvious that someone there, or all of them, are indeed government assets of some type. The entire episode is sickening, especially when a three-years-old child was killed….or allowed to die, whichever, the child obviously died due to neglect or abuse – but that’s not prima facie evidece? What the hell…..?

The Parkland shooting, where the FBI again INTENTIONALLY failed to take the minimal proactive steps to investigate someone, which would very likely have prevented the tragic murders, are simply inexcusable. The Las Vegas shooting COVER UP is very troubling indeed. I am not a conspiracy nut, but I am a realist, and there are going to be several individuals with a lot to answer for…..one way or another. Comey, McCabe, Yates, Brennan, Strzok, Clapper, et al. (and that’s the SHORT list)

So with a large group of very young children, out in the desert, without adequate shelter, food or supervision, being trained to mass-murder, wasn’t enough to establish ‘probable cause’ for child abuse?

The judge said Wednesday that it was a very difficult decision to drop the charges but the rule left him with no option. Prosecutors could still seek charges for the three by asking a grand jury to indict them but offered no immediate indication on how they would proceed. ”

Judge Chavez is a State Court judge, not a federal district court judge and it appears that these were state charges, not federal. Also, it is not within the judge’s scope to advise the state prosecutors on how to proceed. The prosecutors should already know what their options are.

However, since the deceased child was kidnapped from Georgia and transported across state lines and subsequently killed, it would seem federal charges SHOULD be forthcoming. It would be interesting to know where the other children came from and also all of the adults.

I don’t know what to make of this, other than going to the Scripture:

Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Historian William “Bill” Federer has done an outstanding job over the years documenting the history of Islam and how the founding fathers incorporated a defense against it (i.e. the immigration authority invested in the Executive branch). There is scripture for GOVERNMENT (not individuals) to deal with this:

Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

There was a MP3/MP4 message on “The Bible and ISIS” at https://www.shorewoodbiblechurch.org/ that I was going to link to, but it is not available right now as they are switching to a new website http://old.shorewoodbiblechurch.org/

When you let your government decay, you find yourself in the predicament we are in. Please notice that “the evil” in the Romans passage is a particular kind of evil – not evil in general.

Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

I get it. It’s OK to kill a 3 year old child if you follow the teachings of Mohammed.

From what I understand, this has nothing to do with the judge, but the prosecution. They are throwing this case for some reason.

If they’re throwing it because the defendants are Muslim, the prosecutors should be fired and criminally prosecuted.

If they’re doing it for another reason, they must be investigated immediately. A child died and they were preparing to kill many more.

Everything about this case screams COVERUP. First there was the intentional destruction of evidence when they bulldozed the compound a matter of days after the arrests. That was a gigantic red flag. In what kind of Bizarro World would any criminal investigation require the bulldozing of the crime scene, let alone doing it within days after the arrests??

Then there is the so-cslled judge releasing murder, terrorism, and child abuse suspects on their own recognizance, that is with NO BAIL required. And now, within days after that, all charges against all suspects are dropped altogether.

This goes way beyond a crooked or stealth jihad judge. It is obvious that someone near the very top of DOJ and/or FBI has ordered that this entire matter needs to go away immediately and to be completely disappeared from memory.

Where is Jeff Sessions on this? This could not be happening without his tacit approval.

The missed or “missed”? Sadly, I don’t trust these prosecutors any more than a I trust DoJ. That is to say I don’t trust them at all.

So, the Pope is hiding and evading massive child abuse in the Church. Children are being trained to kill Americans in a New Mexico nest of vipers with one child already dead and the vile humans are let go. What is happening????
