FBI is caught in lying to Congress about timing of investigation I’m CERTAIN. What happens is up to DJT.

Be careful. This could be a fbi red herring, though I do not think that necessarily it is a red herring. But my caution stems from the fact that all that was testified to was that Bruce Ohr gave documents to the FBI. Those documents could be wholly unrelated to spygate and if so it just sends the hounds like Jordan down a path top nowhere.

Possibly… but take your own gander at the entire Simpson testimony. It’s all there. You’re right if enough voters hear about it, but I’m betting it won’t be a large number. The media will do very limited coverage and focus on what the Democrats say. Remember, 1/2 of Americans eligible to vote don’t. Of the remaining 1/2, 1/2 of those (or 1/4 of voters) voted for Hillary and the remaining 1/2 (or, once again, the other 1/4 of voters) voted for Trump. Those who voted for Hillary will be hard to get educated enough to change their Democrat leaning. The information coming out is very powerful, but the American people need to hear it and I’m not so sure they’ll really get that information.

Brennan was so concerned about the intercepted communications that he established a counterintelligence task force, which included the FBI and the National Security Agency. Report: CIA set up task-force in 2016 to investigate possible Russian funding of Trump’s campaign
“[…] The task force included the FBI, the Treasury and Justice Departments, the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the National Security Agency (NSA).
It was set up after the director of the CIA, John Brennan, received a recording of a conversation about money from the Kremlin going into Trump’s campaign coffers, the BBC’s Paul Wood reported. The recording was apparently passed to the CIA by the intelligence agency of one of the Baltic States.
On October 15, the task force was reportedly granted a warrant by a judge in the FISA court — named after the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act — to intercept the electronic records from two Russian banks that may have been implicated in the money transfer, a senior intelligence official told the BBC. Trump was not named in the warrant, but three of his associates were the subject of the inquiry.[…]”

” i keep hearing that the IG found no actions by the “prosecutors” relative to MYE that were the result of bias.”

Most people have never read further than the IG report summary. That was very watered down. But in the body of the report the IG does note MANY instances of bias. And also stated that it was NOT clear that that bias did NOT affect actions.
But… What he did state was that he found no “documentary” evidence of it. So he found bias all over the place, but no one was stupid enough to put such evidence of their bias affecting their actions in an email or text.
LikeLiked by 3 people
You are correct and goes directly to the basis of any DoJ refusal to prosecute based on the IG report and evidence supplied with same. The mantra that will be repeated time and again until the ship sinks below the waves, to support refusal to prosecute:
1. No “intent proven”.
2. No “direct evidence” any bias was acted upon.
Sadly this same mantra is available for use by the Uniparty to close out the investigation, falling back on “President Trump’s” DoJ’s use of the same.

My immediate takeaways:
1) I can’t understand for the life of me why Peter S. is still employed by the FBI.
2) I especially can’t understand why he is able to retain his security clearance.
3) I can’t understand why he is being represented by FBI lawyers.
4) I can’t understand why the FBI is allowed to instruct him not to answer questions.
5) I can’t understand why Trump doesn’t get on the phone right now from London and fire of all these people.
6) I can’t understand how Mueller could have ruled out the very real possibility that much of the evidence gathered by Peter S. was tainted if Muller only spoke with to him for roughly 15 minutes after learning of the text messages.
It seems to me that Mueller himself should be the next person in the hot seat. It really appears that Mueller did nothing to ensure that his investigation was not irreparably damaged by this P.O.S.

Here’s hoping Sundance researches Jeff Sessions and why he has not charged and arrested these crooks yet.
It’s the AG that is in charge of the DOJ and also instructs the FBI in their investigations. The BUCK stops at JEFF SESSIONS! The President has been telling us that for the last year, of how disgraceful Jeff Sessions is doing at that job. Just yesterday the President asked what is Jeff Sessions doing about all this corruption? Trump is pissed big time about Jeff Sessions , I just wish we all would focus on the BIG PROBLEM and it’s Jeff Sessions. Judge Jeannine said the most Dangerous Man in the World is Jeff Sessions about a month ago, and she gave the reasons why. Plenty of Trump’s Talking Heads on TV have been saying that Jeff Sessions is doing a terrible job and should leave/resign/get fired.
Congress can’t arrest these people , it’s the DOJ that has to do that!

Wrong. As usual, commenter “jack” is making sh!t up as he goes along. And “jack” is amazingly wrong in two different ways …
[1] Obviously since Sessions is recused from all issues that touch either 2016 campaign for President he is not in the loop here with head perp Strzok and others as well, therefore that is “why he has not charged and arrested these crooks yet.” Think about what you are saying man. You are wishing that a Trump appointed surrogate ( Sessions ), who was on his campaign and himself a target of the seditious spying should be arresting and charging the crooks. I thought maybe you were a young empty-headed millennial, but since all your posts are trying to get Trump impeached I think there is more to you than meets the eye.
[2] You should have picked up a clue by now that the Bureau is not a true hierarchal organization that you envision in your mind. They have offices everywhere who operate independently at their own discretion. It is unusual for the DC bureaucrats to command and control and micromanage FBI affairs. This is the whole point of the seditious plot, they hijacked myriad cases to help Hillary and hurt Trump. They do NOT normally do this and that is how they got exposed. Furthermore, Wray and Rosenstein ( because of recusal ) are administrators and SHOULD NEVER “instruct the FBI in their investigations”. They supply the manpower, sign expenditures, etc. Get this top-down hierarchal nonsense out of your mind. Do you really want such massive power funneled through the hands of one or two bureaucrats? Whose side are you really on?
