    The mainstream media went out of their way to portray the U.S. embassy move to Jerusalem as an incitement to violence by Palestinian “demonstrators.”

    Headlines often give away the underlying bias. Typical was one from the New York Times: “Israel Kills Dozens at Gaza Border as U.S. Embassy Opens in Jerusalem.”

    Certainly, CNN is an anti-conservative state operative, and not merely a private corporation. It is exclusively broadcast in airport terminals, by a contract with the Obama Federal Government.

    CNN is enter twined with the Federal Intelligence Communities through intelligence sharing and leaking, during and following the 2016 campaign season, with all information slanted against the Trump campaign and the Trump administration, and via Obama era Federal branch intel operatives working with and within the CNN, both during and after the end of Obama’s term of office, and their own terms of office. When Brennan left his government job, he merely moved to the same job in another department within the Obama era state, as a CNN advisor. This paragraph also confirms CNN is a state operative.

    Repeating from above Supreme Court ruling for emphasis: “Content neutrality is an essential provision to meet because if a law lacks content neutrality due to targeting a particular viewpoint…”
    As a state actor, CNN certainly does target a particular viewpoint.

    There are not equal “ample alternatives available” to travelers in or anywhere near Federal Airport Terminals. As a Fed-state actor under a state contract, and working with Fed-state intelligence operatives, active and retired,

    CNN continually broadcasts anti-Trump government propaganda with absolutely no hint of any attempt to give any balance for opposing viewpoints. In fact, CNN has been involved in “screaming fire in the theatre” by encouraging and depicting the assassination of the current President of the United States by the very criminal elements they arouse with their one-sided content.

    While the cases given above are free-speech 1st amendment cases involving a right to assemble and protest, those same opinions are applicable to anyone abusing the free-speech of others by a state actor contract reserving the sole right of freedom of speech laws to itself. CNN claims freedom of the press for itself, while leaving no freedom to the opposing viewpoint within the state actor’s own broadcasts, employment practices and content.

    This is equivalent to Congress (as a state actor) making a law that only Democrats might become Congressmen.

    “Ideally, suppressing speech is considered wrong, but in some cases, it is necessary to restrict speech for the greater good of society. It must be decided that the speech is a nuisance in regards to its time, place, or manner of delivery, such as creating a clear and present danger. If there is a problem with the time, place, or manner of delivery of the speech, Congress has the right to limit such speech.” See source above.

    I submit that there is indeed a clear and present danger in regards to the place and manner of delivery of CNN’s anti-President Trump, pro former President Obama news, as a state actor, having exclusive and anti-Trump broadcast rights in a government controlled setting via contract with our own government.

    The clear and present dangers include:

    Deliberate government involvement with leftist news organization CNN via Obama-rules, putting CNN as a state-sponsored and state-contracted propaganda organization, and a state actor by Supreme Court definition, is a clear and present danger to the balance of power between and within branches of the United States Government.
    CNN being a state actor, sponsored by contract and association with Obama era intelligence operatives, has repeatedly encouraged assassination and/or overthrow of the current President of the United States by promoting content suggesting he should be assassinated and pictures of him assassinated, beheaded, and within the scope site of a rifle.
    CNN being a state actor, sponsored by contract and association with Obama era intelligence operatives, has endangered the constitutional right of freedom of the press by appropriating it as protection of what is clearly a leftist state-sponsored propaganda organization.
    CNN being a state actor, sponsored by contract and association with Obama era intelligence operatives, has repeatedly slandered Conservative voters who voted for and support the President of the United States, Donald Trump.

        Class action lawsuit against CNN operating as a private organization when it has clearly, and even by contract, become a state actor.

        This goes against the freedom of press (behind which CNN hides) by CNN having become an UNCONSTITUTIONAL press SPONSORED BY THE STATE,
        and Federal/state utilizing tax dollars and granting exclusive privileges to CNN.

        CNN Consistently promotes propaganda, detrimental and slanderous about certain US Citizen voters, thus suppressing OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH as well as current POTUS. Any state actor is required to have NEUTRAL CONTENT. Does CNN, as a state actor, have NEUTRAL CONTENT?

        Content neutrality refers generally to publications that are without bias, representing all views fairly.

          At the very least, people, PLEASE feel free to copy and send to your House and Senate representatives.

          They need to know that WE know that they CAN make laws to stop CNN/Obama govmt. propaganda, based ON protecting the first amendment, and not based on restricting it.

          And that WE KNOW that if they have colluded with sponsoring CNN as a STATE actor, or simply failed to recognize and acknowledge that CNN has become a STATE ACTOR, then each of them is also in a conspiracy involving breaking first amendment protections.

          The first amendment wording does NOT allow the government to take over the press, nor any portion thereof.

          To “abridge” includes to expropriate the press or a part thereof, not only is it illegal to curtail press rights to freedom of expression, but it is illegal for government to take possession of any “privately owned press” whether to encourage or discourage its viewpoints, thereby allowing the government to produce biased opinion and propaganda under the guise of “free press.”

          A press corporation in league with a particular bias within a government is not FREE PRESS, and should not be able to claim any protections under the first amendment which first amendment it is locked into a conspiracy to break in the first instance.

        But just common sense says that CNN is NOT merely a private corporation, since it has an exclusive contract with the federal government it has become a state actor by the very definitions given in court cases by the Supreme Court.

        One of the definitions of “abridge” includes the synonym “expropriate.”
        It means:
        expropriateverb abridge, annex, appropriate, assume, carry away, commandeer, confiscate, deprive, dislodge, displace, dispossess, divest, hijack, impress, occupy, plagiarize, seize, take over, take possession of, transfer, usurp

        By contracting solely with CNN, thus annexing a press corporation to the US Government, and by becoming entertwined with CNN, the Obama government abridged/expropriated the press, thus breaking the first amendment. By operating thereafter as a STATE ACTOR, yet claiming Freedom of the Press rights, CNN was actually breaking the law established in the first amendment.

      I submit that CNN falls within “state actor” because:
      If the government is “pervasively entwined” with the leadership of the private organization, the acts of the organization are state action. 535 U.S. 971 (2002)).

      Pervasive entwinement of Obama era government with CNN is shown by Intel operatives leaking to CNN, by former Obama intel leaders becoming employed by CNN, and by CNN’s exclusive contract to broadcast a leftist POV against the current POTUS in a government controlled setting.

      If government and the private party enter into a “joint enterprise” or a “symbiotic relationship” with each other it is state action (Burton v. Wilmington Parking Authority, 365 U.S. 715 (1961));

      The government and CNN entered a “joint enterprise” when CNN was given exclusive rights to broadcast in a government controlled setting.

          I love this idea. Very interested in seeing expert legal minds here analyze it.

          The first hurdle, I would think, is that business of denying “standing” that was used increasingly by leftist judges during the Obammunist Regime to prevent anyone from pursuing a lawsuit against anyone in power. I kept wondering about that, and under what legal basis was “standing” denied?

          And of course IAMNAL either.

            It would be hard to see how millions and millions of US Citizens who voted for President Trump and who are denigrated by CNN would not have any standing,

            in declaring that exclusive government contracts within government-controlled locations to a grossly-biased media concern does not affect their own freedom of speech, AND create by said contracts, a state actor instead of a private corporation.

            Those same government locations disallow protests and peacable assemblies to promote the opposing viewpoints, and disallow by contract opposing viewpoints on tv screens.

            We cannot turn them off in terminals, and we cannot prevent our children being forced to watch in schools.

            Anarchy, and destruction of OUR first amendment rights.

        YW. 🤗I know there are probably some errors, but a good attorney should have enough Supreme Court opinions to work with and access to more.

        I should have made it plainer that the REGULATIONS and LAWS have to be without bias and show CONTENT NEUTRALITY. And my position is that whatever regulation or law allowed such contracts to be made with CNN exclusively certainly does NOT do so.

        No law nor regulation nor contract is valid that the government is not authorized to make via the Constitution, which clearly states no law that ABRIDGES/annexes OR cuts (any part of) free press. This contract annexed CNN to government as “the sole voice” allowed in government controlled places, airport terminals and schools and some government offices.

        Thus, a contract, or regulation that allowed such a contract, giving SOLE authority to left-biased CNN in government-controlled places, is NOT and cannot be CONTENT NEUTRAL.

        This unconstitutional contract has made CNN a STATE ACTOR instead of merely a private corporation. It allowed biased CNN to become the lone voice within our government-controlled places, and the only political POV allowed in schools and terminals and offices.

        THIS is ILLEGAL and entirely UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

      It was more than likely on a lot of people’s behalf. Jeb dropped out 2-20, pappy gave the cut throat sign at the Houston debate 2-25. Then there was that Sea Island gathering the 1st week of March. You had both sides going after DJT, but sometime in February or at the latest early March it appears they joined forces.

      This whole mess has GOPe, Bushies, Clinton clan, Obama lackeys, COC, tech industry, deep state, MIC, and various intelligence assets from different countries. I don’t think they took candidate Trump too seriously until after NH and definitely after SC. Obama was probably keeping tabs on DJT prior to the primaries because of the birth certificate thing, but I’m sure all that got stepped up when DJT started winning primaries and filling large venues.

      It would be interesting to know who met with whom and who traveled where during that Feb-March 2016 timeframe.

              Maybe the Trump surveillance did begin in the aftermath of Sea Island.

              I doubt that a hundred prominent people got together and said, “let’s carry out illegal surveillance of Trump.”

              But there very well have been a zeitgeist that emboldened a handful of people to perceive that they really could get away with it all, with the heavy favor for anti-Trump stuff, and if caught would be treated lightly – esp with media, social media, etc., in the room.

        We live in a surveillance state, the CIA and FBI basically function like the Stasi and KGB. The question is not when they started spying on the campaign, they were doing this the entire time. They collect data on everyone. The question is when did they start creating the false narrative to “justify” the spying. That tells you when they decided they were going to destroy PDJT and his associates.

    This morning on the American Spectator – people are starting to zero in on Brennan. The second paragraph below is particularly interesting. Brennan: The father of the counter-intelligence probe into Trumpworld:

    The revealing crumb left in the David Corn/Michael Isikoff book on the Russia investigation.

    “Under John Brennan, the CIA operated as an opposition research outfit for the Hillary Clinton campaign. It appears from leaked news stories in the British press that Brennan’s oafish spying on Trump began around April 2016, right after Trump’s biggest primary victories. As it became urgently clear to Brennan that Trump was going to face off against Hillary, Brennan turned to “intelligence partners” in Europe for dirt on Trump. But they didn’t have any, save some pretty skimpy material on “contacts” between Trump campaign officials and Russians.

    Whatever Brennan collected was so insubstantial that Robert Mueller hasn’t even interviewed him about it. Consider that for a second: Mueller was supposedly appointed to complete the counterintelligence probe into Trumpworld, and he hasn’t felt the need to talk to the father of it. Brennan has tried to explain this astonishing discrepancy away by vaguely saying that whatever Mueller needs he could find in “CIA files.”

      Not really surprised at the Establishment weaponizing gov’t to serve its purposes and ensure its survival. Don’t think that’s anything new. Don’t even know if it’s diabolical. The US Constitution was drafted in such a way to try and help prevent those kinds of things, meaning those kinds of things were clearly understood to be the way man works. And the Establishment gets away with it until they don’t. Sometimes that takes centuries (Romanov Russia for ex.) and sometimes decades (post 60’s America). The treason and criminality and political and financial and sexual corruption of the Clintons and allies, the UN, European politicians etc. are perhaps the proximate cause of why this “illiberal-liberal” Establishment survived for such a short time.

      Moral of the story for me? Be careful about ceding space to others in the name of “tolerance” because it’s easier to lose control than we think. I know everyone has heard this a million times but hearing something and knowing something are two different things:

The operations is so massive, so coordinated it has to be performed under a huge organization with a huge budget… CIA. Nice that we fund it for the Saudis.

      What I can’t understand is why the CIA – Media remains in total war mode against Trump (Sword Dance for theatre). Is Gina Haspel the connecting rod to the old Saudi – Brennan – CIA – Shrub – Clinton – Obama run operations? Was Pompeo just the Trump dewclaw stuck onto the CIA while everything else went on as if nothing changed?

      What has changed is the Saudis are sweetening up the image of Islam (Islam is Islam, nothing else has changed, just tactics).

        I agree that the Bush’s will probably not come out of all this with their public reputation intact. And who knows, it may be worse for them than just that. As for the Saudis, maybe the new King is on the up-and-up when it comes to abandoning Wahabism and terror funding. And why the Saudis are so “important” to us anyway I suppose has to do with their agreement to price oil in dollars–the so-called “petro dollar.” Once we went off the gold-standard and became just one more country with a worthless un-backed paper currency, we ended up, with Saudi agreement, with a currency that can buy you OIL, black gold, Texas tea…The rest is history and we’ve played ball with the devil every since. At least that’s how I’ve understood the situation.

        MVW From your comments it seems you’re not up to speed on the jaw dropping happens in SA triggered by Trumps election and his alliance with MbS who was elevated to Crown Prince in a move that shocked many SA observers. MbS, in coordination with Trump, purged SA of it’s Swamp which was connected to the Bush/Clinton/Globalist/Wahhabist cabal that we associate with SA. Whats going on is part of Trumps global reformation. We’re in a world wide war with EVIL and SA are our allies in that war. Anyone who thinks in terms of political parties, countries or religions doesn’t yet grasp the magnitude of whats going on. Again, were in a life and death struggle with the forces of pure unadulterated EVIL. The past is irrelevant. What matters is what side each person and country choses to be on NOW. SA chosing to align with good and with Trump was HUGE. The Sword Dance was VERY real and profoundingly significant.

          As I understand it, NKorea agriculture is in big trouble due to drought, and that in itself is also a problem with China. If the drought continues as expected China would face NKoreans attempting to migrate into China. China is also not immune to the effects of the drought.

          Then there is China’s mind set on taking control of Taiwan…at all cost.

          Then the trade imbalance direct with China and indirect through NAFTA, etc.

          What is really happening will never be reported. The only thing I can say is that Trump is a patriot. For that reason alone, I trust in what he is doing, and I doubt I will understand all the moving pieces.

          And Trump is doing this while he has the rogue CIA, DOJ, FBI, etc unchanged from the Shrub(1&2)-Clinton-0bama regimes.

        These military exercises have been going on since the early 80’s.
        The Exercise is called; “Team Spirit”. That’s no secret.

        The exercise involves many nations. Not only the US. Great Britain, Australia,
        South Korea, Canada, and many others. They occur the same time every year.
        Every year.

        And every year North Korea protests the exercises because they wanted money to stop their talking.

        Canceling the B-52’s from the exercise? That’s nothing. All they did was waste fuel anyway. They can’t cross the DMZ, South Korea is about the size of Connecticut, all the B-52’s do is fly in circles getting in the way of the fighters.

        So they fly from Guam and fly back.

        Not conceding anything. Actually just saving money. It’s all noise from the MSM.

        The best part of Team Spirit is when it is over.
        We all go to town and drink beer with each other.

If Brennan had Strzok on that committee and had Strzok play a role as one of the authors of the report, then it is impossible to reach the conclusion that he did not perjure himself when he denied being aware of the contents of the Steele dossier or that it played any role in the ICA report.

    When Tillerson was Sec of State the gas prices were super low. Considering Tillerson was CEO of Exxon , and when he was Oil prices were low, after fallout with Trump, is he screwing the Trump before the mid-terms by raising the oil prices at the pump?

    As Sec of State, I’m sure he told his oil buddies to keep the prices down and formed allies in oil field.

    After Tillerson left Sec of State position the oil prices have been going up, up, up. Anyone else see the connection?

          Oil price higher = more US export $ = higher US GDP. Putin likes the higher oil price and his help is needed. Iran just had severe sanctions which will hurt them. Higher oil prices hurts China, but they have contracts for hedging, but cutting off oil to Kim helps China.

          I wonder if the oil was held back waiting for Iran sanctions to raise spot price.

An excellent place to begin is to just peruse Wikipedia articles on the above, letting their links within articles lead you to their articles on the related topics. I think you will find that, after a couple evenings reading up on the history there, you will formulate your own, original, nuanced opinions as to the various groups involved in the current disputes and competing claims, and will be fully prepared to present and defend them here. Heck, that may even lead you to look into the Great Game, which could add another level of understanding as to the British involvement in the anti-Trump counterintel op. Have fun.

      Brennan was so concerned about the intercepted communications that he established a counterintelligence task force, which included the FBI and the National Security Agency. (Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified earlier this month that those communications had been picked up and handed over to US agencies, but he could not elaborate due to the “sensitive” nature of the intelligence.)

    As I scan the local rag and makes comments on forums, it becomes so clear to me that a major, MAJOR, event is going to be required to get libs to even think about listening to another point of view. PDJT can do NO right. The MSM can do no wrong. I fear only these guys walking in orange suits and chains will at least force them to stop talking for a few minutes. I’ve been around for a while, and part of me believes seriously that the only logical solution for the US of A, is to split up, migrate to the side you like, and start over. Hard to see anything that will bring us together.

The worst part is that nothing will happen to any of these people. We have a useless AG, and I’m almost certain that Huber will produce nothing. I actually laugh when I see people on here suggesting that Strzok or Page have made a deal or that some other justice is forthcoming. Don’t hold your breath.

        Minor correction. Rush believes he has to be interested for his audience to be interested. And, there are quite a few people who listen to him while disagreeing. But I think you are right that most people listen because they found someone who spoke their own views and provides the alternative sources of information that the left wing media hide from us.

        I also think he is partly handicapped because he relies so heavily on that same left wing media. His best comes when he rises above the events of the day to outline truths. Haven’t heard that in a while.

      Trump seemed like a guy, included against better judgement, on the invitation list to a bowling party. They told Trump the goal is to knock down as many pins as you can. So from left to right, Trump marched down every lane and kicked down every bowling pin in the building with his sturdy expensive business shoes. He scored 2017 in the first frame.

      He didn’t even change into bowling shoes.     Interesting find: There has been a lot of speculation that Harry Reid was briefed by Brennan before he sent his letter. That may be true but he sent multiple letters. WaPo indicates that Reid was briefed by a “senior intelligence official” in a secure FBI office in Las Vegas before sending his first letter. Rereading the Stzrok-Page texts shows a secure video conference brief on August 25th and describes it being in an office. They then reference that same WaPo article (say it sounds like FBI sourcing) and then reference another article about Reid’s letter. It is extremely likely Strzok briefed Reid.

    When you read the texts preceding that brief those were the ones coordinating the agencies and including Whitehouse people. There are multiple texts referencing POTUS and the WH wanting updates. Also, my conclusion after rereading the Stzrok texts is that the “insurance policy” text is NOT referring to a plan of action after the election. It is referring to a plan to act BEFORE the election (the insurance being a massive Russian investigation leak job in October to ensure Trump doesn’t win). The plan did not work. The Weiner laptop disrupted it.

    Brennan may have briefed Reid later when the first letter didn’t “take” but the first briefing was more hands off through CIA people meeting with Stzrok/McCabe/State Dept/Whitehouse people.

        Sara Carter mentions it in an article and references the HSCI’s report that also reached the same conclusion. I have not cross-referenced it to the HSCI report but I take her word for it. To me, that puts it in the category of 99% proven since they have tons of other info to use but it would be one of those data points that isn’t in the media due to a lack of a full confirmation. It just seems to be significant now as the connections to State and the CIA are brought to the forefront.

        The other thing about it is that it draws a straight line between the White House and the dossier information being put into the media via Harry Reid. The texts mentioning the White House and POTUS have been brought up before but the latest disclosures seem to make the timing of those texts much more significant.

        There is a much discussed meeting with CIA, State Dept, and White House representatives prior. This meeting also occurs around the time (if I interpret the texts correctly) they are discussing the FISA application (and what bits of info to leave out!). If Strzok is cooperating there should be a lot of people seriously worried.

      thank you for posting. When I was a Democrat for a few short years in my late teens/early twenties I still supported Israel and even donated from my Very small budget to an pro Israeli group that focused on education. Truman first recognized Israel and I liked him (I still admire things about him even as I disagree with many of his policy choices; admire his firm stance on integration, for example and his gumption and his fight against overspending and dishonesty in government).

      I am not an expert (at all!) on this topic but do find it interesting and always try to get down to the facts on the issues v. the official narrative. (that is why I was only a Dem for a short time! haha)
