ForGodandGountry- You’ve hit the nail on the head! The explanation posted above really doesn’t say much. Size of an area should not dictate who is elected, but the Electoral College should. That’s why our Founders were wise enough to implement it so that all areas would be fairly represented. But the concept that the majority vote doesn’t matter, wihich is essentially what the post above suggests, is a dangerous one. Sure, the majority vote is important, but it has to be balanced, which the Electoral College does. But setting that aside, I agree with you that Trump won the popular vote but we’ll never have the real numbers. However, the Democrats history of cheating, having illegals vote, and having people vote multiple times has created a voter fraud situation that is so large that it can’t be comprehended. Fortunately, I believe, God’s hand was in the election and He made sure that what mattered, the Electoral College, worked fine.

The State of Kalifornia doesn’t get to bully the rest of the country around. Most notably, LA, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara and Hollywood in turn bully the rest of Californians around. Saw a photo over at the open thread of a woman and man dressed as Satanists…I bet they are the typical voter in those cities.

Seriously? Native Californian here. Have never experienced what Keebler ac is describing. Where in California do you live? How long?

Hollywood types – the “celebrities”, not those who make the movies – have always tried to go for gravitas by acting political. No one pays any attention. Their reputation almost cost Ronald Reagan the governorship. No one takes actors seriously.

The others? Bullies? That is a word used by snowflakes and #MeToos. Silliness as a sweeping statement.

Historically a Republican state (did you know that? Too young to remember all the Republican governors and important senators?) California ended up in the hands of Dems. For now. But 5+ million Republicans are still registered to vote here (how many in your state?) and a nearly equal number are registered No Party Preference. The Dems do not even have a simple majority. We’re watching them push the pendulum way left. We all know what pendulums do…

Until NY and CA stops bullying the rest of the country and help change it.

          Open primaries.
The voting demographics show Cali to be a microcosm of the US at large. SF and little bit outside along with LA and a little bit outside absolutely RULE the rest of the state.

Large dhimm/lib populace bribed to vote tax money spending to benefit themselves. And then they cry and sob in Sac about how the people have spoken.

    SAIP, but…

Forget polls. You know they are worthlessly skewed. This is how you gauge American opinion today…

The Oscars plummeted in the ratings to an all-time low of just 26.5 million viewers and the first time viewership has dipped below 30 million.

    >>>This was a 20 percent collapse over the previous year,<<< "

Think about this for a moment. This shows millions and millions of people chose not to watch the Oscars, a 20% COLLAPSE IN VIEWESHIP year over year. That ain't normal.

And you know why they chose not to watch, too.

This is why, whenever you see a poll re: Trump, you can safely add this 20% to any poll result, whether it be his popularity or his job approval.

I think that our great POTUS Trump is now more aware who he can trust and count on to continue to implement his MAGA agenda.
During the short presser where he was asked to comment about letting Tillerson go, he said Tillerson is a good man and wishes him well, but Pompao was on the “same wavelength” with him.
He also added that he is finally getting to have the cabinet he really wants.

I think President Trump has really come to know who he wants and can trust as cabinet members and that’s because he is moving at the speed of Trump and can’t afford to deal with delays.
Our great POTUS Trump is moving ahead at break-neck speed and he must have people who think like him as to MAGA and move along with him at the speed of light.

I think Pompao is the right pick for the SoS.

Something I have not seen yet. The timing of the Rex firing coincides with the Wall visit today. Keeps the news on the new SoS (which Trump was going to do anyways) and off of the protests happening in California. Trump can go to Cali without the press hounding the Wall and Sessions, instead focused on Rex and Pompeo.

This may or may not be the reasoning for the timing, just a thought

Explains why Tillerson “fell ill” on Saturday.
Statement from Sam Goldstein at State Dept said, Sec Tillerson has not spoken to the President “THIS MORNING” – deliberately misleading and designed to create gossip.
I understood, specifically, it was Tillerson who fired Goldstein an hour later.

Correct. To note: Tillerson has been the subject of assassination attempts many times in his career PRIOR to SOS.
It may just be, possibly, more likely, those risks have been upgraded to an extreme grave danger status now that we’re at the crux of the global financial jepardy. And, there was a recent cancellation(s) of scheduled events, due to “illness”.

  26. NY State has now truly become thoroughly fascist! This is outrageous!!!! Should probably be on Open Thread but, IMO, this needs maximum exposure:

“Harris had done everything exactly right. She familiarized herself with the legal process and followed all the guidelines required by the state of New York in order to homeschool her children.

“I spoke directly to the homeschool coordinator and she told me from this point on my children were officially un-enrolled from school.”

But despite filing all the relevant and mandated paperwork and working closely with the district to ensure she was adhering to the proper protocol, Harris received a phone call from Child Protective Services a week later, demanding to know why her children had not been attending school.

She explained the situation to the state representative and even offered to provide them with copies of the paperwork she had already filed with the district. The representative appeared to be appeased by Harris’ explanation, and she believed the matter had been fully resolved.

Before even a month had passed since the unexpected phone call, Harris and her family received a visit from social service representatives, who were accompanied by local police officers.

Claiming to have an order from a local judge, ordering the state to remove her children from their home, Harris did what any mother would do and refused to hand her children over to strangers with government badges.

Instead of discussing the matter and attempting to get to the bottom of the situation before uprooting young children from the comfort and safety of their home and mother, police officers arrested Harris for obstructing law enforcement in the line of duty.”

And they will put her children with known abusers or violent foster children. CPS is a criminal organization that makes money off every child they take.

What a disgustingly and thoroughly vile story. You are very right to post this here, Filly.

This woman was carefully selected and targeted for this.

I don’t know the backstory, but I’ve got $100 to your donuts she is a single mom…no man in the house to defend her and the(ir) kids. She was isolated and along. These people love to prey upon woman like this.

A few ideas come to mind…feel free to add…

      1) If CPS calls you, this is your trigger to understand they are coming for your kids.

      2) Call your neighbors, your family, and your friends immediately. Only people you really trust. Let them know you are being targeted. Set up a text messaging list with a pre-arranged code word, like #They’reHere

      3) Create an escape plan for the kids. They can’t take them if they can’t find them.

Arrange for them to go next door or hide somewhere close by. This arrangement should be communicated with close family or friends, so they know where your kids are when they get the #They’reHere mssg. This way, they can get the kids while you are with the police, for as long as you are detained. Re: #2….the people who have your kids should make no attempt to contact you until you contact them.

      4) Remember, we are talking about school aged kids, not infants and toddlers.

      5) Get a lawyer if you don’t already have one. Make sure he/she has all relevant paperwork showing you have properly adhered to state policies & guidelines and that he/she is aware of plan in #2-3. A lawyer can file an injunction against CPS in a situation like this, showing the court that CPS is not adhering to state rules (with the paperwork you have). This will prevent further CPS/police action until the matte is settled in court.

      6) Repeat #2-3 as necessary and CPS is sent packing by the court.

A very good read from NRO putting together all the pieces and actors (so far) of the muh Russia conspiracy, the best and most detailed so far:

Interestingly, the author pointed directly to John Brennan as the person who initiated the muh Russia investigation and coined the term ““non-verification verification” used by various actors in the conspiracy.

    Also from the article:
“Regardless of Mueller’s intentions, his probe serves as precisely the kind of “insurance policy” that Strzok seems to have been discussing with his lover, Lisa Page, in August 2016. Trump cannot shut down the Mueller probe and excise the rot in the DOJ and the FBI without appearing to obstruct justice. In practical terms, then, the Mueller probe is the cover-up.

Bilderberg Group Reveals 2018 Meeting Date, Location

The 2018 meeting will represent the 66th time the Bilderbergers have gathered. The group first met in 1954 at the Hotel De Bilderberg in the Netherlands—hence its name—with the help of CIA funds that were floated to nurture the early European Movement. The movement planted the seeds for the European Union superstate, according to Richard Aldrich, professor of international security at the University of Warwick in England.

The Bilderberg Group meets annually at the world’s most ritzy hotels and resorts, surrounded by an armada of armed private security and local police, for a closed-door, three-day forum involving about 140 top corporate titans, technology gurus, select royalty, central bankers, former and current intelligence officials, think-tank fellows, and select reporters and editors who leave their ethics and notebooks at the gate. The sitting head of NATO attends every year. Most attendees come from Europe and North America.
