Next Week Will Be A Very Bad Week For Democrats and Their Media…

Unless the professional praetorian media apparatus can find another ‘sh**hole’ to hide behind, next week is shaping up to be a VERY bad week for Democrats:

The U.S. DOJ Has Begun Taking down the low hanging fruit on the Uranium One Tree – SEE HERE

The Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, Has Begun releasing a years-worth of Investigative Documents to the House Judiciary Committee – SEE HERE

(Great job Dave)

For those that are paranoid about the DOJ/FBI leadership and want to view them as an adversary that is fine. IT WILL MAKE NO DIFFERENCE. Even if they were opposed to cleaning up (which they are not) they are between a rock (IG) and a hard place (Congress) and will comply. (more)

Even Sean Hannity has discovered the BIGGER STORY behind the OIG Report – HERE

And Chairman Devin Nunes is now openly telling his colleagues in congress that the Obama, Lynch and Comey DOJ and FBI FISA violations are beyond their imaginings:

(Via Fox) House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear “abuse” of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump.

The California Republican made his comments in private meetings with GOP colleagues as he tried to round up votes in favor of renewing a key section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, known as Section 702, which eventually passed in the House on Thursday.

That part of the law specifically gives the U.S. government the power to get access to communications, such as emails or phone calls, of foreigners outside the United States who may be plotting a terrorist attack but does not allow the government to target Americans.

[…] Nunes said he would “read all 435 members of Congress into major abuses with other areas of FISA and will read members in ASAP” on those problems, according to one of the three sources familiar with the conversations.  (read more)

It is a very good sign that Chairman Nunes is making these assertions publicly IN ADVANCE of Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein sending him some of the KEY FBI and DOJ officials for questioning.

If the Intelligence Committee(s) and Judiciary Committee(s) are fully briefed on the FISA-702 misuse, in advance of the witnesses appearing to testify, regarding the full scope of the corruption, the hearings are certain to be filled with fireworks, self-preservation testimony and leaks even with the proceedings taking place behind closed doors.

Far too many people have now seen the evidence and even the redacted evidence is jaw-dropping in consequenceThe BIG UGLY has begun; and the presentations by OIG Michael Horowitz have not yet reached sunlight.

“Consciousness of Guilt”

Carefully overseen“?

Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by a federal agency for compliance minimization procedures.”

(2017 FISA Court Opinion – 99 Page Brief)

During Comey’s last year of tenure, someone inside the FBI was giving FISA-702 search results on U.S. individuals to a private entity that had nothing to do with government.   Those 702 (American Citizen) results were not “minimized” and exposed the private data of the American citizen(s).

In addition, NSA Director Mike Rogers, who is also in charge of Cyber Command, discovered people within the intelligence community were doing “searches” of the NSA and FBI database that were returning information that had nothing to do with “Foreign Individuals”.

In April 2016 Mike Rogers requested a full FISA-702 Compliance Review.

As an outcome of that review, the DOJ/FBI compliance officer noted FISA violations. Again, the FISA Court (page 84):

Renegade “private contractors”, with access to raw FISA information on FBI storage systems, delivering results of their database searches to outside government entities?

We do not know how many FISA-702 violations took place prior to NSA Mike Rogers initiating the full FISA-702 review in April 2016.  Nor do we know who the insider FBI individuals were; or what results were passed on; or what was done with the results…

…. yet James Comey says:

Carefully overseen?

I have no inside information, Southern Son, but from the advantage of a good many years of watching Washington, I feel confident that nobody important will go to jail. NOBODY.
The Swamp will justify this by convincing itself that to jail a Comey or a Clinton or an Obama has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with maintaining “the people’s” faith in our government and promising itself they will never let this happen again.

There will be scapegoats. They’re being set up now. Maybe Priestap (unless he’s singing), certainly McCabe (the Lois Lerner of this mess — he’ll “retire” on full benefits and pension and go on to make millions in some Soros backed think tank). Strzok,Page and Ohr, certainly — small players who will be played as “rouge” agents when we all know they were coordinating with McCabe and McCabe was either rogue or coordinating with Comey. There was hope Mueller could “fix” this, i.e. find something not connected to the dossier to take down President Trump. He still might. Keep in mind the swamp “got” Libby, Stevens, Nixon, almost got Reagan and Bush II while Clinton and Obama did far worse than any of them and skated.

Congress will go along. Roosterhead has been paid off. Ryan and McConnell are protectors of the swamp in which they swim. Strzok, Page and Ohr will either go along and do some time for which they;ll be handsomely rewarded OR they’ll suffer heart attacks (Jim MacDougal) or maybe a botched robbery (Seth Rich) or some hideous “evidence” of previous wrong doing will surface to destroy their lives.

We’ve been watching this kind of story play out since Clinton was president. He sicced the IRS on his opponents; Hillary got raw FBI files delivered to the WH (Filegate), fired long time selective service employees who were nonpartisan (Travelgate). This is USSR stuff. Our swamp behaves no differently than theirs — it’s just 100 years more sophisticated. No need to send people to the gulag when we can destroy their careers (Libby, Stevens). No need to shoot somebody on the street when they can have a heart attack (MacDougal) in jail or die in a plane crash (Ron Brown) or be the victim of a botched robbery (Seth Rich).

The only difference this time is that there is an outsider POTUS. I live and work in the mini-swamp that is the Chicago Illinois court system. I have been on the lookout for some judge with the guts to do the right thing. I have become something of an agitator in my old age and people don’t like me for it. I don’t care anymore. I can’t be part of a legal system this crooked without doing my part to expose it. But rarely does it get me anywhere, especially when fighting the big dogs like banks that were once local and are still big part of the economy here. Yet, I often wonder how many people would be encouraged if just once, it broke through. Like an anti-corruption #metoo movement, but more principled. Don’t you think there are at least a few that work in DC that feel the same way? Even in Congress, dare I say. I pray that Horowitz and yes, Rosenstein and Wray, are those guys. So many of us have seen and marveled at the Trump Presidency. But the most important thing he did, and probably the most subtle, is to give courage to others to stop apologizing and/or keep quiet to avoid the hassle.

Even when those of us in the Trump Movement demand action; we are told by some in the Trump Movement to wait it is coming……….but it isn’t. AG Sessions will NEVER indict, prosecute, or convict a high level washington player. = Clinton, Rice, Lynch, Holder, Comey, Obama, Powers, or anyone of this stature.

We had Sandy Berger stuffing national secrets down his pants; caught red handed and he only got a fine and community service !

IC nothing in the demeanor of AG Sessions that tells me high level prosecutions are coming.

I tend to agree. Admiral Rogers says that many of the queries did not involve a vital US national security interest. When McCabe, et al. claim to the contrary that there were vital US national security interests at issue, it will be “he said, she said.” I have seen nothing to date that is not circumstantial in nature, that is, susceptible of more than one explanation. Without a smoking gun, which may yet surface in the 1.2 million pages of material being submitted by the IG/DOJ, I just don’t see this reaching the “beyond a reasonable doubt” threshold in a court of law, although a circumstantial case may well suffice to generate grand jury indictments

Concerned, I have said in this year’s elections just not vote for anyone with already 2 full terms in Congress, allow no one to BUY their re-election either. Start now on locating patriots as candidates and inform them that they would be elected/hired to represent us and no one else, i.e., outsiders, no illegal insider trading, and we are removing all benefits/ perks because we did not vote for nor authorize any lifetime garbage. It is up to us to take control of voting by forcing photo IDs must be had and shown, that if you don’t live in this precinct, you can’t vote here but in your precinct, no one allowed to cross counties or state lines to vote. You must be a registered voter and not just on the day of the election but at least 1 to 2 mos. prior, NO EARLY VOTING EITHER, but all voting on the same day. We must take back the reins of our governance NOW and support MAGA along with our President Trump. It is OUR country and we need to wake up and realize we must run the show now and start the draining of Congress in November. I feel confident that if we insist on these ideas that many will remove themselves from Congress so they get those lifetime benefits which we must inform them even now that NO MORE ripping up off – by the way they are eligible just after ONE term! Let them pay for their own insurance, etc., etc. and college fees for any child. This is asinine!

Thank you for educating me kroesus — I did not know about this. Here’s an LA Times link from 1995. Nasty leadership we had there:
“WASHINGTON — Billy R. Dale, a White House official fired for allegedly mismanaging staff and press travel arrangements, was acquitted Thursday by a federal court jury of charges that he embezzled $68,000.

“Culminating a 13-day trial, jurors decided in less than two hours that federal prosecutors had failed to prove charges that Dale stole funds paid to his office by reporters and photographers who traveled with the President.

“A White House employee for more than 30 years, Dale broke into tears as the verdict was announced.

“Dale, 58, was at the center of a Clinton Administration travel office fiasco two years ago that resulted in seven employees being fired, and later in reprimands for those responsible for the dismissals.”

                wondering999 —

Travelgate is just the tip of the Clinton iceberg! There was no Internet then, no Sundance, only Rush LImbaugh who was under constant assault. No place for “us” to get together and share information.

Billy Dale, Scooter Libby, Ted Stevens — all three of them were persecuted by the DOJ/Dems/Swamp — whoever one wants to blame. Dale spent thousands of dollars defending himself. Don’t know what ever happened to him. Luckily the judge threw out the case before they could put him in jail.

Scooter Libby spent thousands of dollars defending himself, lost his law license. Do you know how HE got in the crosshairs? Short version is COMEY (yes THAT Comey) was Asst AG who convinced Ashcroft (AG) to recuse on the Valerie Plame case, a CIA employee whose name was leaked to Robert Novak after her husband wrote an anti-Bush (II) article in the NY Times. Mueller was the FBI director. Comey appointed his kid’s godfather Patrick Fitzgerald as special counsel. (Players sound familiar? They should).

Fitzgerald found out less than a week after appointment that Richard Armitage was the leaker. Fitzgerald told Armitage to keep quiet and went after the Bush administration. I never got the straight of it whether Libby REALLY lied or not but that’s what they got him on. He was destroyed by these people. Last summer a judge gave him back his law license and said there’d been prosecutorial misadventures (

Ted Stevens was the Repub Sen from AK who was INDICTED a week before the election giving the Dems his senate seat (in a squeaker even though he was under indictment). Later the judge threw out that case, too. But by then the seat was in Dem hands which I think was the point all along.

So IMHO spying on a Republican presidential campaign was just the natural progression of the DOJ-FBI collusion that has been going on since they became infiltrated with Democrats (even Democrats who register as Republicans. That is such a sham. I am a Registered Republican but ONLY because I hate the GOP establishment in my state and I wanted to be sure they didn’t screw over Donald Trump the way they did Newt Gingrich in 2012. So Comey and Mueller can register as extraterrestials if they want to; doesn’t mean they are).

I don’t like what I wrote above anymore than ya’ll do. I don’t want to think my government is corrupt. I don’t want to believe there are two different sets of laws, one for the Clintons/Obamas et al and one for the rest of us. But to think otherwise is magical thinking. We need to deal in reality. The best we can hope for IMHO is that because of people like Sundance, because of President Trump, somebody turned the light on in the kitchen in the middle of the night and to everyone’s great surprise it turned out the house is infested with roaches.

I do think Sundance, Nunes, POTUS, Internet etc have reported what the MSM would have kept silent (as they did during the Clinton years. Only those of us who read the Washington Times and the (then) WSJ knew what was going on). I think the sudden light on the roaches’ free for all all these years has shocked them and they’re running all over each other to get away. I maintain there will be scalps but no real punishment for the REAL perpetrators, that the best we can hope for is that it will set back the corruption by a decade, that Comey and Mueller and those who survive will tell themselves they’ll behave from now on in.

An addendum. Patrick Fitzgerald was the DOJ lawyer who “got” Rod Blagoveitch (sp) of IL for trying to “sell” Obama’s senate seat. From what I read, Blago was under phone surveillance (sound familiar) which was pulled prematurely and Blago was arrested. Blago went on TV every chance he got to protest then suddenly he shut up and took his jail time, having said nothing since. I personally think the wiretap was pulled prematurely because it was leading somewhere the “investigators” didn’t want it to go and that Blago shut up because it was better for his family if he went quietly into that good night.

My point being Comey-Mueller-Fitzgerald are names that keep popping up, just like Strzok’s does.

I’m curious whether we can determine the names of the prosecutors and investigating agents on the Billy Dale case. Would we see any of the same names working on the Russia “collusion” case? Someone should do a “where are they now” story.

It’s one thing to be dishonest, but entirely another to bring provably false charges against someone else.

When Vince Foster first found out exactly what the Clintons were capable of, he shot himself rather than be a part of it.

Trump is uniquely adverse to disappointing an audience, thus allowing for potentially justified criticism of himself..

……………………………………”LOCK HER UP..!!” ……………..our POTUS is not bluffing…He punctuates this effect by turning his back to the cameras, soliciting the refrain to rapturously continue as he excites those who had only been seeing his back up until then. He adds to the excitement by engaging in personal recognitions before returning to his verbal remarks.

The intensity of his comment, stated directly to H. Rotten Clinton during the debate to this effect, should now be sending shivers through her upon reflection.

For the newbies to corruption here, there’s also Ron Brown who died in a plane crash when rumors were he was about to start singing to save his son, the resolution trust investigator who jumped off the balcony the night before he was supposed to testify I think on Whitewater, James MacDougal who was singing and who died mysteriously of a heart attack while in solitary confinement, Webb Hubbell who went to jail but miraculously was paid thousands of dollars for consulting work while IN JAIL. Charlie Trie who had connections to the ChiComs who was connected to the Clintons. Another guy from Indonesia who bundled a lot of money for the Clintons. Can’t recall his name right off.

This has gone on since the 90’s and the swamp has protected them I think because BC was president and HRC the FLOTUS and nobody could really fathom what was happening and the MSM was in protective mode since after 12 years of Republicans they finally had a Leftist in the WH. The Republicans went along because they didn’t want the people thinking their gov. is corrupt. It’s the Nanny State protecting the children with which it has a love-hate relationship. The Republicans are not as corrupt as the Democrats because they cannot be secondary to the media monitoring them like white on rice.

If the Clintons did not go to the slammer for any of the above, you can bet your bippy nothing is going to happen to them or Obama for politicizing the gov or to Obama for spying on Donald Trump’s campaign. NOBODY is going to let our former FLOTUS and former president(s) be tried and convicted. The whole swamp will go into protective mode. Same with Comey, Mueller and other HIGH UPS. Little guys (pawns) in the geopolitical chess game can be sacrificed but NEVER the King and Queen.

Sorry to be a wet blanket. POTUS can defang them but that is as far as it will go. They may be told secretly they have to stop bilking the government but nobody will know about it.

I would say it is still too early in this to jump the gun, but I will be cleaning mine. We do not even know what we have yet. It sounded to me like Nunes is saying all 435 members of Congress are involved. Does that mean they were also filtered thru the government IC wringer? Is that why they all seem to fall in line where the deep state needs them to.
I have never understood how it is new ppl elected to public office become so crooked so fast. Can you imagine this IC grinder looking into each individuals life and pulling up all the dirt on them? I think this is far bigger than we know folks, even now, it has just started but seems like the tip of an iceberg.
Just imagine we finally have a President who is really clean and they can find nothing on him we do not already know. That is going to be a real handicap for these evil doers. But the rest of them seem to have skeletons in the closet. It just makes no sense.
Just think of roosterhead. He is in the habit of preaching Gods word and integrity to graduating commencement ceremonies and now it comes to light he is an obvious deep state plant. Makes no sense because what these turncoats are part of is the overthrow of the American government, nothing short of our government usurped by some rogue element we still do not understand.
This is not a conspiracy theory, it is unfolding right before our eyes. Think about the Kennedy bros assassinations. Think about how the country reacted, and the differences between then and now, I would say not much. This rogue deep state did that job right in front of our eyes and the ppl of this country did absolutely nothing.

In 2015, hackers working for the Russian government stole a trove of National Security Agency hacking tools and other highly classified files, according to a Wall Street Journal report published Thursday. A government contractor moved the materials to a personal computer (a clear violation of security procedure) and then apparently used popular antivirus scanning software from Kaspersky Lab, a Moscow-based security firm. That apparently allowed Russian government-linked hackers to find the classified files. Though the intrusion occurred two years ago, the U.S. government didn’t discover what happened until this spring, the Journal says.

The stolen files included details about how the NSA breaks into foreign computer networks in its cyber espionage and cyber defense operations. That means the Russian government might now possess the keys to infiltrate U.S. government computer networks and perhaps even know how to defend itself against U.S. intelligence operations.

Completely OT, but, if one follows the link to the thread reader regarding the early IG release, the bottom of the page links to another thread reader regarding Nikola Tesla and his FBI files. Nikola Tesla was a super-human genius and if one has the time, some may find this as fascinating as I do. Yet another link from that article has a letter from Tesla, to J.P. Morgan, dated 1934, seeking research funds. This is the last paragraph of that letter:
“Mr. Morgan you are still able to help an undying cause but how long will you be in this privileged position? We are in the clutches of a political party which caters openly and brazenly to the mob and believes that by pouring out billions of public money, still unequalled, it can remain in power indefinitely. The democratic principles are forsaken and individual liberty and incentives are made a joke. The “New Deal” is a perpetual motion scheme which can never work but is given a semblance of operativeness by unceasing supply of the peoples capital. Most of the measures adopted are a bid for votes and some are destructive to established industries and decidedly socialistic. The next step might be the distribution of wealth by excessive taxing if not conscription.
With best wishes and respectful regards believe me as ever
    yours most faithfully
    N. Tesla”

I think it’s because both men have been in professions where it’s deadly to lie to one’s self and others. Buildings cannot be poorly built without catastrophic consequences. If the numbers are wrong, if things are not holding, they have to get fixed, and fast. The farmer, too, has to be clear-eyed and brutally honest with himself that there are problems. Otherwise, he’s dealing with failure on a grand-scale.

Both men have developed courage to do the right thing, at the right time. It’s a necessary skill set that most politicians do not have.

Writing under the alias Noel Ignatin, Ignatiev co-authored an SDS pamphlet with fellow radical Ted Allen, titled White Blindspot. In 1992 he co-founded Race Traitor: Journal of the New Abolitionism. Its first issue coined the slogan, “Treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity.” Its stated objective was to “abolish the white race.” More specifically, the New Abolitionist newsletter stated:

“The way to abolish the white race is to challenge, disrupt and eventually overturn the institutions and behavior patterns that reproduce the privileges of whiteness, including the schools, job and housing markets, and the criminal justice system. The abolitionists do not limit themselves to socially acceptable means of protest, but reject in advance no means of attaining their goal (emphasis added).”

But do not be confused; “White” does not mean white. “White” in radical construction means anyone of any race, creed, nationality, color, sex, or sexual preference who embraces capitalism, free markets, limited government and American traditional culture and values. By definition, these beliefs are irredeemably evil and anyone who aligns with them is “white” in spirit and thus equally guilty of “white crimes.” Ignatiev still teaches, now at the Massachusetts College of Art.

Tom Cruse movie “Valkyaie” on Hitler assassination has an ending that may be informative:

When the plot failed, the first group of conspirators went before firing squad literally the same day was the ones that actually conducted the hit job. Then a week later, another group went before firing squad when it was found they provided assistance and aid, then a month or so later, third group of conspirators went before firing squad or hang when Hitler found out they provided assistance after the plot started or were acquiescent when the conspirators thought they had Hitler. After that, it was Rommel.

“Gowdy argued that newly released FBI records reveal political bias against President Donald Trump — and in favor of Hillary Clinton — at the highest levels of the FBI. Gowdy said that McCabe will likely be pushed out of the agency as a result of the perceived bias….The Washington Post reported last week that Gowdy settled a $150,000 veteran discrimination and retaliation claim from a former aide, who was fired in 2015 from the House Benghazi committee investigating the 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya. British Intelligence has an unknown number of “assets” in the American MSM. The assets have probably been told to seek and “anticipate” distractions for Jan-Mar 2018.

Fake news might be created: (“Sh-thole!”, anyone?). Or perhaps, “Cabinet Staffs Quietly Urging Bosses to Invoke 25th Amendment”. Or “Big Event Plagued by Bomb Hoaxes. Or Are They?” Brits (probably) have 500 similar Fake News stories cued up and dozens of compromised journalists/triggermen ready to publish.

Anything to deprive the Big Ugly of oxygen.

Yep. Right on schedule. Check out Drudge. “HAWAII MISSILE ALERT SPARKS PANIC”
          “FALSE ALARM”

Or how about the fake news report about a police raid on a mosque in a small town outside Dearborn, MI. The police supposedly stopped a 9-11 type planned attack and scooped up 11 ISIS members. Because the left has saturated us with so much fake news this past year or so, no one believes half the crap they try to force-feed us so this hoax died before the desired panic could ensue.

I say a distraction…vegas-style. They have all the key players.

Yes. Relatively easy to pull off w cut-outs.

Or … Financial Markets are currently a ripe, juicy target. Something to start a panic? Lots of compromised (probably) financial journalists to spread the fear.

Who will follow the Big Ugly when the Dow drops 12% in a single day?

I just hope to God that this breaks before Mueller can force PDJT to testify. Trying to set up PDJT is all they have left.

  43. Peons will go down. Not sure about the big fish, but even if they skate now, they will know the jig is up and my hope is they will be a little less sure of themselves going forward. Might even see some of them shrink from the public square,
(although the scumbag clintons just couldn’t help themselves on the subject of Haiti, could they?)

There are many good reasons to believe that this war will be won.

The Democratic party is disintegrating. The Republican party is badly damaged. The intelligence communities are a laughing stock. Hollywood is a pathetic mess. The MSM have lost all of their credibility. The Universities, Scientists and Financial Wizards have been proven to be fools.

I don’t get into wars I expect to lose. This is not entertainment to me. It is life and death.
I have watched our enemy and studied them all of my life. President Trump’s election was a miracle and exactly the man we needed to lead us. In the middle of battles, it is common to feel exhausted, desperate and hopeless sometimes. Then you get up, wipe your tears and fight even harder knowing in your heart that losing is not an option.

We have already done so much damage to “the powers that be” that they will never be able to gain their power or image back. No one believes in them anymore. They are standing naked and exposed in the light. People finally see them for the lying, murdering, hateful, crude, disgusting creatures that they are. We finally see just how much they really hate us and that they want to destroy us completely. They were almost successful.

If we accept the fact that TPTB intend to kill us and always have intended to kill us, then it becomes easier to stand up and do everything in our power to win for the sake of our children, our country and our world. We don’t have a fall back position. There is no second chance. Many people are risking their lives to do this and many have already given their lives in this war.

I saw an interview with President Trump where he was asked what happens if he doesn’t win this war and he matter of factly he said, “Well then I die.” That is our choice, we win or we die on the battlefield. I intend to win.

Nowhere have I seen it mentioned that there is a good chance most, if not all, of these witnesses will take the Fifth. I would certainly advise them to do so.

That surely doesn’t exonerate them. They are public servents and as such have a responsibility to exhort the truth. It actually works against them.

Yep. They have nothing to gain by talking to congress. Especially those retiring or already demoted. They are on the way out. Those that want to save their butts will want a plea, immunity deal first. And I ain’t a lawyer.
