Next Week Will Be A Very Bad Week For Democrats and Their Media…

Unless the professional praetorian media apparatus can find another ‘sh**hole’ to hide behind, next week is shaping up to be a VERY bad week for Democrats:

The U.S. DOJ Has Begun Taking down the low hanging fruit on the Uranium One Tree – SEE HERE

The Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, Has Begun releasing a years-worth of Investigative Documents to the House Judiciary Committee – SEE HERE

(Great job Dave)

For those that are paranoid about the DOJ/FBI leadership and want to view them as an adversary that is fine. IT WILL MAKE NO DIFFERENCE. Even if they were opposed to cleaning up (which they are not) they are between a rock (IG) and a hard place (Congress) and will comply. (more)

Even Sean Hannity has discovered the BIGGER STORY behind the OIG Report – HERE

And Chairman Devin Nunes is now openly telling his colleagues in congress that the Obama, Lynch and Comey DOJ and FBI FISA violations are beyond their imaginings:

(Via Fox) House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told Republican colleagues in two closed-door meetings this week he has seen evidence that shows clear “abuse” of government surveillance programs by FBI and Justice Department officials, according to three sources familiar with the conversations, raising more questions about whether the controversial anti-Trump dossier was used by the Obama administration to authorize surveillance of advisers to President Trump.

The California Republican made his comments in private meetings with GOP colleagues as he tried to round up votes in favor of renewing a key section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, known as Section 702, which eventually passed in the House on Thursday.

That part of the law specifically gives the U.S. government the power to get access to communications, such as emails or phone calls, of foreigners outside the United States who may be plotting a terrorist attack but does not allow the government to target Americans.

[…] Nunes said he would “read all 435 members of Congress into major abuses with other areas of FISA and will read members in ASAP” on those problems, according to one of the three sources familiar with the conversations.  (read more)

It is a very good sign that Chairman Nunes is making these assertions publicly IN ADVANCE of Asst. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein sending him some of the KEY FBI and DOJ officials for questioning.

If the Intelligence Committee(s) and Judiciary Committee(s) are fully briefed on the FISA-702 misuse, in advance of the witnesses appearing to testify, regarding the full scope of the corruption, the hearings are certain to be filled with fireworks, self-preservation testimony and leaks even with the proceedings taking place behind closed doors.

Far too many people have now seen the evidence and even the redacted evidence is jaw-dropping in consequenceThe BIG UGLY has begun; and the presentations by OIG Michael Horowitz have not yet reached sunlight.

“Consciousness of Guilt”

Carefully overseen“?

Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by a federal agency for compliance minimization procedures.”

(2017 FISA Court Opinion – 99 Page Brief)

During Comey’s last year of tenure, someone inside the FBI was giving FISA-702 search results on U.S. individuals to a private entity that had nothing to do with government.   Those 702 (American Citizen) results were not “minimized” and exposed the private data of the American citizen(s).

In addition, NSA Director Mike Rogers, who is also in charge of Cyber Command, discovered people within the intelligence community were doing “searches” of the NSA and FBI database that were returning information that had nothing to do with “Foreign Individuals”.

In April 2016 Mike Rogers requested a full FISA-702 Compliance Review.

As an outcome of that review, the DOJ/FBI compliance officer noted FISA violations. Again, the FISA Court (page 84):

Renegade “private contractors”, with access to raw FISA information on FBI storage systems, delivering results of their database searches to outside government entities?

We do not know how many FISA-702 violations took place prior to NSA Mike Rogers initiating the full FISA-702 review in April 2016.  Nor do we know who the insider FBI individuals were; or what results were passed on; or what was done with the results…

…. yet James Comey says:

Carefully overseen?

“The Fix”

Off topic?? (re: President Kennedy assassination secret documentation)
Was/Is PDT’s recent declassification of the investigation relevant to the current “Big Ugly”?
Our POTUS never seems to say or do anything with just a single purpose in mind…Is there anything more to his action other than doing so for the sake of transparency?

I have seen no “new” revelations reported since it’s declassification…
Has there been anything “new” discovered to explain why so much of it it was classified
    for over 50 years?

That speculation has been around for years and years…I was wondering if the declassification does anything more to support or refute it…
But if it does neither, what other purpose(s) might its declassification action serve?

In this case what happened on my 16th birthday on November 22, 1963 was no theory.

The contemporaneous accounts support that JFK was assassinated with a bullet to the temple. Even one of the doctors said that using his finger to point to the entry wound as he describes it. That a gunshot came from the knoll is further evidenced by the reaction in that direction by law enforcement and others. The Warren Commission was the conspiracy coverup and Oswald was the fall guy.

The declassification made public documents that showed that Oswald was a trained CIA operative, didn’t defect to the Soviet Union but was on a CIA mission there, was on CIA missions in China, and was up to who knows what in the US. Remember, this was before CIA’s domestic operations were curtailed. He was not just some wacko off the street. It leads some to believe he was indeed a patsy as he claimed. Perhaps he had been groomed as a patsy all along, just being held in reserve for the right operation to come along to sacrifice him to. But he didn’t go down quietly, so bang bang bang.

Reason this needed is if they were leaking on current info they would be careful, when covering tracks that you don;t think are known you just cover without watching your back much the same as lying to your mom that you didn’t break the glass that you had cleaned up but you didn’t know she heard you drop.

    • The author of howtobeyourowndetective.com has covered why President Trump released JFK’s records. He wants the public to see how the Deep State people in the FBI and CIA, working with Uniparty people (especially LBJ) murdered an elected president. This way, the current exposes of those two dirty agencies will take less unbelief to overcome.

This also gives the public an insight as to why President Trump has to plan and execute like he does. The Deep State may well try to murder him too, and he is preparing people for this, which justifies his use of his own properties and security measures. No one in the government is trustworthy until they can prove it with deeds, like Admiral Rogers did.

Howtobeyourowndetective.com is a site explaining the public record. The webmaster shows how to do criminal and civil checks, and prenuptial investigations. He is very close to Sundance politically, and very close to Menagerie socially.

Sorry, but you need to review the release again. The JFK files feature the givernment of LBJ using the FBI to label MLK an enemy of the state. This may be Obama’s justification for spying on Trump when the dam breaks. In regards to Oswald, the release confirms he was paid by FBI and trained by CIA and handled by the Mexico Bureau? Yes it was laughable watching Obama’s interview with Imam Letterman, yet it is sad that the authorizations, delegations and presidential actions required for Obama’s executive to act will provide sufficient distance and compartmentalization for Obama and the senior perpetrators of these actions. There will be exposure for sure but not enough direct evidence exists as it was cleansed during the last few weeks of Obama’s administration. Bottom line, its going to suck for having been a peon in this scheme but the big fish will swim away with a “scolding” and defended by the Democrat Media machine.

The primary reason Hillary is in hot water is due the use of that server for classified traffic and destruction of government records. The unclassified state department business was a violation of policy and not the law.

First, they screwed Clinton. Now, the Deep State is screwing Trump. They planned this whole thing from the beginning to attempt to create enough of a Constitutional crisis, with chaos in the streets, to prompt martial law and a suspension of Constitutional rights.

it was a stupid plan and executed with “Get Smart” levels of competence. Comey should know that the only reason the media now likes him is because Trump fired him and the entire scheme depends on Comey, dumb as he is, skating in this thing.

The president needs to remind the public, via tweet if necessary, that the government does NOT SHUTDOWN, as long as tax revenue is being collected. It does mean that President Trump can actually enact the balanced budget proposal he submitted in March 2017 to congress, which both parties praised and ignored all in the same breath.

Had that budget been enacted, the budget deficit for the 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year 2018 (October-December 2017) would NOT have occurred. The president does not need a spending CR, the congress (both Parties) need the CR to keep the vote buying activities alive. Hope the president stays the course and “spending crisis” occurs.

Not a very good squirrel moment if you ask me — Durbin comes out and says “Trump says Haiti is a sh**hole!”
Well, people are now rather used to the idea that President Trump has a certain way with words, so for most this isn’t a surprise, even the lefties and the libs are starting to suffer from too much pearl clutching (people have been throwing up stuff all over social media — and it isn’t getting that much response); besides, most of the country does indeed believe the same thing: Haiti and the other countries are indeed awful cesspools of human misery and veritable wastelands. Two, he may not have said it; in which case his supporters will just be more angry with Durbin and the media.
And all the while it leaves a couple of conundrums open: if these countries AREN’T sh^^holes, then why do we need to take anyone coming from there, no questions asked? and if they are, who made them that way? (Hillary, you are wanted for your closeup…you too Dick Durbin, truly, look into all the aid for Haiti that dude has tried to pass; check into his financials).
And as far as the Dem power brokers know: Durbin could have just sold them out (Dick’s the kind of guy who would sell his own mother or slit his own child’s throat in order to stay in office)…he was after all the only Dem there…maybe he just set them up and sold them out, and this was the cover???

From the Committee to Protect Journalists: May 20 2017 How US Espionage Act can be used against journalists covering leaks

“Earlier this week, Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly joked about Trump using a saber on the press and U.S. Senator Jim Risch told CNN the press should be questioning the Washington Post about its sources. Then, on May 16, The New York Times reported that President Donald Trump allegedly asked former FBI director James Comey to consider putting journalists in prison for publishing classified information. If the request, which is allegedly detailed in a memo from Comey, is true it represents a serious risk to reporters, according to First Amendment attorneys….

The Obama administration prosecuted more individuals for leaking classified information than any other U.S. president and used the threat of prison in its unsuccessful seven-year battle to compel New York Times reporter James Risen to testify about his sources.

While journalists have been caught up in prosecutions of leakers, a move to directly target and jail them would be a marked change for the government. The likelihood of journalists in the U.S. being imprisoned for publishing classified information has not been legally tested, but lawyers point out that sections of U.S. law could expose them to prosecution….

The Espionage Act of 1917, passed shortly after the U.S. entered World War One, criminalizes the disclosure of classified information. Since 1971 it has been used to charge at least 12 government workers who shared classified information with journalists (eight of those cases occurred under Obama) but it has never been used to directly prosecute a journalist….

Checks and balances are in place that should make it harder for the government to prosecute journalists. The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, an organization dedicated to providing legal assistance to journalists, said in a statement this week, “No president gets to jail journalists. Reporters are protected by judges and juries, by a congress that relies on them to stay informed, and by a Justice Department that for decades has honored the role of a free press by spurning prosecutions of journalists for publishing leaks of classified information.”

The First Amendment attorneys with whom CPJ spoke said they are cautiously optimistic that even if a journalist were prosecuted and convicted, a higher court could overturn the ruling. “There is little case law on the subject precisely because no president has sought to use it in the manner adverted to by President Trump…”

Remeber folks WE ARE STILL AT WAR with NORTH KOREA. This makes this an act of espionage, especially considering the recent sabor rattling of fat Kim.

…Obama’s Justice Department succeeded in putting a number of people in jail for daring to help national security journalists report on classified government programs.

During the Obama administration, the Department of Justice brought charges against eight people accused of leaking to the media…
However they journalist themselves remained ‘protected’ One reason why most of the KGB ‘resources’ in the USA were journalists.

It this case however journalists may not be.

The vagueness of the Espionage Act

“[….]The prosecution of Steven J. Rosen and Keith Weissman for disclosing information national security reporters routinely publish suddenly illuminated for journalists just how unclear the standard is for lawful discussions and reporting on national security issues.

Section 793(e) of the law makes it unlawful for:

“Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted, or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it.”

Under this law, is it illegal for reporters to publish national security information learned from conversations or just from physical objects like documents or photos?
      […]”

If nothing else President Trump may DEMAND a tightening of the libel and slander laws that so far allow the news media to muck rake and publish lies with no fear of consequences.

I was reading over at 4Chan yesterday and read an interesting thread by some youngsters. There they posted an abstract from a spook blog called ‘Palatine’. There these intelligence agents were privately among each other since it is strictly used by them. I learned some interesting thing such as:
The FISA warrant was concocted, shaped, worded using the dossier by Susan Rice and Peter Strzok. I learned that Strzok is not an FBI agent but rather the ‘renegade private contractor’. He was not FBI but rather one of the cloaked and dark spooks whom the FBI or others in intelligence used to ‘forge, create and produce any document or paper they needed and passed as foolproof’. He created Obama’s BC that was posted by Obama.
Strzok and Rice then proceeded with their finish product of dossier to the next step. Who would sign that thing so Rice could endorse it as needed for the FISA court?
Susan Rice forged Samatha Powers signature on that document. She needed to forge Powers signature so that so she could approve the wiretap document that was presented to the FISA court.
Strzok is the actual renegade, Rice the forger of Powers signature and then proceeded to sign the FISA application presented to the court.
It’s remarkable in the schmuck and hubris Rice and Strzok worked and forged documents – in service of Obama and independent of the FBI?????
I suppose we will learn the rest in the 1.2 million document drop by OIG Horowitz!

In this podcast, Jenna and I are going to discuss the self-incrimination issues that arise in the context of interrogating or interviewing government employees during the course of misconduct investigations….

Solari: So Steve, what is it about government employees that would require investigators to consider doing something different when interviewing them, as opposed to your average citizen?

Knerly: Well Jenna, it has to do with the ethical obligations they have as public employees, and the effect that may have on their Constitutional right against compelled self-incrimination. As public employees, the Standards of Conduct that guide their employment generally require they cooperate with internal investigations into their employment-related conduct. On the one hand, they have a right under the Fifth Amendment to refuse to answer an investigator’s questions when they believe their responses could be used to criminally prosecute them. On the other hand, they could face disciplinary action, including possible termination, for refusing to cooperate. This is sometimes said to put the employee between a rock and a whirlpool.[…]”
