The Democrats Have a “Dossier” Problem, and It Will Not Go Away…

Journalist Kimberley A. Strassel is one of the few mainstream journalists writing about the collaborative 2016 DOJ/FBI “Trump Operation” with a sense of what is to come.  Strassel likely understands where the story is going, and appears to have a solid grasp on the evidence trail, yet necessarily writes cautiously – the stakes are indeed quite high.

Today Strassel writes about the need for the Democrats to rehabilitate the Steele Dossier because the alternative origin, the truthful origin to the counterintelligence operation over the campaign of candidate Donald Trump, is a stunning political risk.

Two weeks ago the New York Times narrative said the Steele Dossier was nothing, irrelevant, and had nothing to do with the FBI beginning “Operation Trump”.  Today, mysteriously, Democrats embrace the Steele Dossier as they justify the DOJ/FBI counterintelligence and surveillance operation over an opposing political candidate.

The motive is transparent. If Democrats do not embrace the Steele Dossier as a national security origin for the entire DOJ/FBI operation, the real motive is subject to exposure.  That real motive is political. That real motive cannot be justified. That real motive presents a legal risk that must be avoided.

However, while Strassel’s outlook is almost guaranteed to be correct, there’s an angle that Democrats have likely not considered; and/or they will not easily be prepared for.

Let me put it this way, in the form of a question:

The Steele Dossier is the “least bad” option to justify the origin of the DOJ/FBI “Trump Operation”.  However, what if the Steele Dossier is the finished product of the DOJ/FBI “Trump Operation”,  not the beginning of an investigation?

What I mean by that is… our research indicates the “dossier” information is likely a fabricated story woven from loosely connected factual evidence derived from DOJ/FBI unlawful FISA-702 query use, and not vice-versa.

That is to say… The information within the dossier came from early 2016 FISA-702 abuses by contractors working for the FBI. It appears from the fact pattern that elements from the FISA-702 queries generated intelligence bytes that were later laundered by Christopher Steele and became elements within his completed intelligence ‘dossier’.

The “Dossier” did not precede the FBI’s FISA-702(16)(17) surveillance applications to the FISA Court; the Dossier was actually constructed from previous unauthorized FISA-702 queries.  A self-fulfilling intelligence prophecy per se’.

As a consequence, if the Democrats embrace the Dossier, and congress exposes the origin of the material within the Dossier, the Democrats end up embracing the conspiracy within the origin of the Dossier.

Funny that.

I wonder if they’ve thought that through?

Let me take a prudent moment to clear some things up for those who are following this story closely.

First, the MSM is about two-weeks behind understanding the researched evidence you have read in our ongoing analysis of this story-line. They are currently debating “FISA Warrants”, without even beginning to fathom that FISA-702 queries don’t require FISA Warrants.

Additionally, the FISA Court doesn’t give FISA-702 “Warrants”, they give FISA-702 search or surveillance approvals.

Secondly, the conservative media are still scared of this story.  The ramifications are almost too large to fathom.  A sitting president (Obama) knowingly involved in the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ to target a political opponent?  That’s a story that scares the hell out of the financial media.  One of the reasons it scares them is they are still suffering from the long-term side effects of “Battered Birther Syndrome“.

Those who are willing to engage in this story are petrified of being called a “Conspiracy Theorist” (etc. and writ large).   In a weird way now you know why this little political research website is called “The Last Refuge”.  We discuss the evidence and downstream facts that others are frightened to mention.  No big deal. Those tender voices read here to figure out where the story is going….  we leave the trail… they follow.

When the financial media arrive at the destination, they shout “look what we found”. Meanwhile we’re chilling on the perimeter up ahead, resharpening the machetes, watching them celebrate their discovery in the rear view.  No biggie. I digress…. moving on.

Let’s explain FISA because the media is taking too long to understand complex facts within the story.

We’ll break down the term: “ FISA-702(16)(17) ” into the elements that will help you make sense of this story in the future.

  • FISA – Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
  • 702 – An American caught up in the process of Foreign Surveillance
  • (16) – A search query based on “TO” and/or “FROM”
  • (17) – A search query based on “ABOUT”

Again, to repeat, there are differing FISA rules for use of the NSA or FBI database depending on the originating intelligence compartment.

If a search is conducted from an intelligence agency of the U.S. government whose objective is to ensure “National Security” there are different FISA rules than a search from an intelligence agency not engaged in “National Security”.

The DOJ has a National Security Division.  Their compartment rules on FISA searches and reviews are different from the DOJ Civil Rights Division.  There are 30 DOJ divisions.

The FBI (a department within the DOJ) has a Counterintelligence Division that focuses on terrorism threats etc.  A FISA search from within the Counterintelligence Division has different rules than a FISA search from the Science and Technology Division.

When a FISA-702 search is conducted based on the need for “national security” no approval from the FISA court is needed.  Search away.  If the FISA search is because of a “vital national security interest” the resulting search data can be opened without seeking permission from the FISA court.

♦A “FISA-702(16)” Search Result – would be a search result of the FBI (counter terrorism) database or NSA database that returns an American person as a result of a “To” or “From” (16) type data search.

EXAMPLE: Querying phone data (phone number)  TO: Mohammed BadGuy or FROM: Mohammed BadGuy  – might return a list of phone numbers that also contains an American persons phone number.  That American person is protected by the fourth amendment.  To look at the “upstream” connections of the American Person to other people, likely Americans, the search operator would need to ask permission of the FISA Court to review the upstream results.

[NOTE: *Exception* – the search was vital to national security. If so, the upstream phone numbers could be reviewed without asking FISA permission.]

♦A “FISA-702(17)” Search Result – would be a search result of the FBI (counter terrorism) database or NSA database that returns an American person (702) as a result of an “ABOUT” (17) type data search.

EXAMPLE: Querying everything in email ABOUT: Mohammed BadGuy – might return communication of an American who wrote a letter about Mohammed BadGuy or maybe he told a friend in a text to check out a media story about Mohammed BadGuy.  To look at the email or text of the American, the search operator would need to ask permission of the FISA Court to see the email/text content.

[NOTE:  *Exception* – the search was vital to national security?. If So, the email and text could be looked at without asking permission]

It was the 2016 FISA-702(17) “About Queries”, returns from searches, that were identified in 2016, by NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers, as being conducted by the intelligence community (FBI), by “contractors” and “individuals”, for reasons that were unauthorized; had nothing to do with National Security; and did not request FISA Court Approval.

Mike Rogers discovered FBI contractors doing FISA-702 “About Searches” that resulted in returns providing information on Americans.  Those results were passed on to people outside government.

Pg 83. “FBI gave raw Section 702–acquired information to a private entity that was not a federal agency and whose personnel were not sufficiently supervised by a federal agency for compliance minimization procedures.”

(2017 FISA Court Opinion – 99 Page Brief)

Someone inside the FBI was giving FISA-702 search results on U.S. individuals to a private entity that had nothing to do with government.   Those 702 (American Citizen) results were not “minimized” and exposed the private data of the American citizen(s).

In addition, NSA Director Mike Rogers, who is also in charge of Cyber Command, discovered people within the intelligence community were doing “searches” of the NSA and FBI database that were returning information that had nothing to do with “Foreign Individuals”.

Rogers requested a full FISA-702 Compliance Review.

As an outcome of that review, the DOJ/FBI compliance officer noted FISA violations. Again, the FISA Court (page 84):

We do not know how many FISA-702 violations took place prior to NSA Mike Rogers initiating the full FISA-702 review in April 2016.  Nor do we know who the insider FBI individuals were; or what results were passed on; or what was done with the results.

However, given the nature of what was taking place at the time (March, April, May, 2016) it appears likely this was part of the DOJ/FBI/Fusion-GPS collision to gather information on the candidacy of Donald Trump.

CTH received a tip that Fusion GPS (either ‘individuals’ or the company) were one of the “contractors” mentioned, additionally the “private entity” could also be inside the Fusion GPS network.  Another “contractor” could possibly be CrowdStrike.  From all appearances there were multiple people involved.

These ‘passed-along’ FISA-702 search results appear to be the seeds which were fertilized by Glenn Simpson, Mary Jacobs, Nellie Ohr; “unmasked” by Obama administration officials; and enhanced/laundered by Christopher Steele – to end with a “Steele Dossier” returned to the FBI via Counterintelligence Agent Peter Strzok, DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr, and DOJ/FBI lawyer Lisa Page, for their “insurance policy”.

The DOJ and FBI then took the dossier, full circle, back to the FISA Court to gain 702 surveillance authority and approval (media says ‘warrant’), upon the Trump Campaign (October 2016), and President-Elect (after November 8th, 2016).

There’s a Twitter Thread on The SUBJECT HERE

In October 2016, immediately after the DOJ lawyers formatted the FBI information (Steele Dossier etc.) for a valid FISC application, the head of the NSD, Asst. Attorney General John P Carlin, left his job.  Carlin’s exit came as the NSD and Admiral Rogers informed the FISC that frequent unauthorized FISA-702 searches had been conducted. Read Here.

All research indicates the intelligence information the DOJ and FBI collected via their FISA-702 queries, combined with the intelligence Fusion GPS created in their earlier use of contractor access to FISA-702(17) “about queries”, was the intelligence data delivered to Christopher Steele for use in creating “The Russian Dossier”.

IG Stimulated Releases of Information:

♦Release #1 was the FBI Agent Strzok and Attorney Lisa Page story; and the repercussions from discovering their politically motivated bias in the 2015/2016 Clinton email investigation and 2016/2017 Russian Election investigation.

♦Release #2 outlined the depth of FBI Agent Strzok and FBI Attorney Page’s specific history in the 2016 investigation into Hillary Clinton to include the changing of the wording [“grossly negligent” to “extremely careless”] of the probe outcome delivered by FBI Director James Comey.

♦Release #3 was the information about DOJ Deputy Bruce Ohr being in contact with Fusion GPS at the same time as the FISA application was submitted and granted by the FISA court; which authorized surveillance and wiretapping of candidate Donald Trump; that release also attached Bruce Ohr and Agent Strzok directly to the Steele Dossier.

♦Release #4 was information that Deputy Bruce Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, was an actual contract employee of Fusion GPS, and was hired by F-GPS specifically to work on opposition research against candidate Donald Trump. Both Bruce Ohr and Nellie Ohr are attached to the origin of the Christopher Steele Russian Dossier.

♦Release #5 was the specific communication between FBI Agent Strzok and FBI Attorney Page. The 10,000 text messages that included evidence of them both meeting with Asst. FBI Director Andrew McCabe to discuss the “insurance policy” against candidate Donald Trump in August of 2016.

“But with Congress about to obtain documents that show the dossier did matter, it was time for a new line. And so the day before the Nunes deadline, Fusion co-founders Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch broke their public silence to explain in a New York Times op-ed that what really matters was their noble intention—to highlight Donald Trump’s misdeeds. The duo took credit for alerting the “national security community” to a Russian “attack.”

“Meanwhile, Dianne Feinstein, ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, decided it was suddenly a matter of urgency that the nation see Mr. Simpson’s testimony, which he gave back in August. That move provided the cable news channels with more than 300 pages of self-serving material. Mr. Simpson extols his journalistic chops, praises the integrity of dossier author Christopher Steele (a “Boy Scout”), professes his love of country and his distaste for Russians (other than those paying him), and ladles on more disinformation about Mr. Trump. Democrats and the media have spun this into a new contention: What mattered were the motives and credentials of the dossier’s creators, which were sufficient to give the FBI good cause to run with the document.”

    What are the stakes?

And for whom are they ‘quite high’?

Who are we protecting by speaking conspiratorially, in hushed tones, using ‘code’ words and euphemisms in place of plain speaking?

Is ‘Hussein’ and ‘Clinton’ not where this story is going?

Are the ‘stakes’ not quite high for the criminals Hussein, Clinton and their syndicate?

The ‘stakes’ for our country are only ‘high’ if We the People do not put a STOP to the sickening corruption and treason committed by these people.

To that end, WHY would we help the criminals by carefully avoiding direct references to who they are, and what they’ve done?

Pretty soon, higher profile people get a hold of this info, and it spreads to different audiences, and on and on.

Your Q. #2….How to average citizens…….You start faxing, emailing, calling, either links to this research, or your own brief summary and ask YOUR congress-critters “Just what are they gonna do about this?!!” (I’ve been doing just this, for many years, and I’ve broadened my reach to other Republirats in the system. Then I branched out to committee chairs….., and outspoken committee members, and then different caucus’s.

At least twice a week everybody gets something. For the ones in the know who are not guilty of anything, it helps IMO give them a spine. For the ones (congress criminals) who obviously are used to their shenanigans being kept on the down-low, I WANT them to know, that there are gazillions of us out here, and WE KNOW, and WE are watching.

Some are retiring early. Some are communicating with me. Some are begrudgingly zipping their traps, or starting to scurry around and pretend they’re a good guy all the sudden. Some are going along to get along without too much grief addressed to our POTUS.

Sundance, great work. But I have one issue that is not clear. It seems that there are two possible alternative theories:
    1. Bad guys conduct illegal Fisa searches. Find nothing. Rogers finds out what is happening and stops the illegal searches. Bad guys realize they better create an “insurance policy” and work with GPS and Steele to create the dossier to justify the illegal searches and keep up the additional searches. or

    2. Bad guys conduct illegal Fisa searches. Find bad stuff on DJT. Rogers finds out and stops the illegal searches. Bad guys need to “parallel construct” the case/ evidence (b/c the case/ evidence is no good if they used the illegal Fisa searches). They work with GPS and Steele to create the dossier and plant in the dossier enough of the bad stuff they found to justify the prior searches and initiate new ones.

I don’t currently see how you can say for certain today that 1 is correct over 2. Instinct tells me 1, but 2 is not ruled out.

You are the expert. I would love to hear your thoughts…

      Very nicely stated.

The only counter that immediately springs to my mind is that if “bad stuff” had been found, I find it almost implausible that the nature of it wasn’t leaked long, long ago. And equally implausible that everyone knowledgeable would have had the Op-Sec self-discipline to keep it mum until it could be built into a legal case.

Keep in mind they were doing those queries spring of 2016. To me, the more likely use of any “bad stuff” would have been to splash it all over the media BEFORE the Nov 16 election as part and parcel of “everything AND the kitchen sink” to keep Trump from being elected in the first place.

Keeping the “bad stuff” double-secret-probation hidden to be used by, say, a Special Counsel seems a bit farther down my likelilhood list, especially when there was yet to be any Special Counsel until much later.

But very valid question you pose, thanks.

      • nimrodman says:

Oops, my apology, my mind extrapolated farther than your comment actually said, you didn’t really intimate that the bad stuff would be used in a legal case such as Special Counsel Mueller, only that it likely was used to initiate more searches:
“and plant in the dossier enough of the bad stuff they found to justify the prior searches and initiate new ones.”

That also partly obviates my comment about spilling the info ahead of the election. If the bad stuff was used to initiate more queries, that may have been sufficient for the specific task at hand. Although if it was juicy bad stuff, I’d still have expected it to leak long ago.

I generally agree about the leaks. If 2 was correct we would likely have seen specific leaks, and they would have come out before the election….. Except, if they really obtained bad/ incriminating information illegally from the searches, they would have to be very careful not to poison the case, so they would have a strong incentive not to leak. After the election, Comey gets Mueller appointed and basically says to Mueller, “….you need to independently develop all this evidence…”

Then Feinstein and other Dems reelection booty and possibly million of campaign funds stolen by woman who managed 400 different bank accounts….including Obama’s Cali monies….if she had considered talking she is now clear to shut up

            Feinstein charged with ethics violation…

                Diane Feinstein vs Donald Trump

By this time, in March, Feinstein had revived her proposal for “an independent criminal investigation into Russian influence”—i.e., a special prosecutor to look into the political and financial interconnections between Trump, his associates, and Russian officials, oligarchs, and cyberwarriors.

She had once indicated to me that she felt compelled to be cautious in what she said on national security because THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY WAS LOOKING TO “GET BACK” AT HER for the torture report. But after months of stonewalling from the FBI, she and the Republican chair of the Judiciary Committee, Sen. Chuck Grassley, sent what she described as a “tough” letter to FBI Director James Comey, demanding that he stop ducking their requests for a briefing on the Trump-Russia question.

I just have a gnawing feeling that Dianne (isn’t she retiring at the end of this term?) took one for the team by being the one to release the Fusion testimony. And by team, I mean the Gang of 8 team. I think that all of the members of the team (excluding Nunes of course) had some knowledge that these treasonous activities were taking place and they turned a blind eye to it because they did not want an outsider upsetting the apple cart.

I am not sure what advantage they hoped to gain by releasing it except as outlined by Sundance, how morally superior and virtuos they are, or maybe tipping off people who are being questioned next week as to what Fusion alreadt lied about so they could get their own lies in line.

I remember the strange Obama incident back then while campaigning here in California. He was about to pass out and behaved what one knows about someone struggling with withdrawal symptoms as a result of drug addiction.
I also remember the description of numerous men and women showing up and began chanting loudly as though it was the cure whatever needed. Whatever else they did behind the door all kept hush hush is unknown. Whatever else it was caused the death of Kumwata.

Well they keep at it as we speak since they accuse DT of cheating on Melania with a porn actress during the later part of the election. As it is their want the media reports it as facts that included DT’s attorney buying the silence with 130k as hush money just yesterday. It kinda jives a bit with the accusations made in the bs script called dossier when it comes to the sex angle.
However the actress posted a memo/statement on the FOXNews website as affidavit in which she states that it is a lie and this lie has been off and on reported by the media as though it had any merit. She said nothing could be further from the truth.

You’ve left out a third alternative with a bit of a twist:(3) Fusion either is allowed to itself access 702 about queries (or is provided with that info by the FBI…..either way illegally obtained), and finds only inconsequential connections of low level Trump campaign guys having contacts with anything Russian; Fusion takes that data, washes it through Ohr’s wife to Steel with both of them adding false, unprovable trappings of substance around the innocuous, but actual contacts of the low level Trump folks and adds other completely false and unverifiable data, to create the dossier (in other words, there really wasn’t and never was any “bad stuff” and the best lies come wrapped in a modicum of truth); and then Steele presents the dossier to the FBI that then uses it to get, fraudulently (since it is in fact unverified and made up in the substantive details), a FISA certification to look at the contacts the FBI already had obtained and open a counter-intelligence operation against Trump.

I’d want to know exactly how much Steele got and what his expense accounts showed for how he was spending the cash he got from Fusion/DNC/Clinton. Can he show payments to sources?

But they are sunk. Adm. Rogers was already on the trail of the original improper access to the 702 query returns before the election; hence, they had to do something; Trump wins, resulting in new faces in places that can burn the operation; the FISA court opinion comes out leaving a trail of information for investigators to mine; the OIG is poking around and initiates a formal investigation. Just too many loose strings to tie off for the black hats.

We all know that there are those reading the very words written by Sundance that we have read. So I’d like to send a message to the WH, preferably one who has some pull with our President Trump.

Okay, it’s a favor. Our Sundance has been doing brilliant work that has been helping many of the white hats on your team. We all know he has found and connected pieces that may have been overlooked by your people. I truly believe if it wasn’t for Sundance, you wouldn’t be where you are now with your research. I have no doubt and neither should you, if you’re honest.

I would like to see our Sundance invited to the WH for a one-on-one with our President Trump after most is said and done. No one needs to know, not even us Treepers. I would just like to see our Sundance being given his due and recognition. A private matter in a private setting. And no, I haven’t been watching too much tv, I barely watch it all.

A lot of us Treepers believe our President Trump has had the hand of our Creator on him and guiding him. Well, I believe the same to be true with our Sundance and his team.

I truly believe our President Trump would appreciate and commend all of the work Sundance has done for all of us. I think he would be open to a meet and greet privately. I know Sundance is very protective over his identity, even to us and for good reason. The safety of him and his family supersedes any public recognition.

Anyways, I figured I would mention this as long as you all have been busy reading his articles.

Remember, a private affair, it doesn’t bother me not knowing, I just want Sundance to get the credit he so deserves. He’s our Wolverine, our Warrior, treat him well.

Those “best hotels the world has to offer” would be Trump properties, I’d guess. I gave Trump wines and champagne as Christmas gifts and the REAL wine aficionados declared them sub-par because of where the grapes are grown. Maybe his hotels are sub-par, for all I know.

          • maiingankwe says:

I am by no means a wine connoisseur, however, I’ve seen pictures of his hotel rooms, and I’ve heard from others it was a wonderful experience, with no complaints and lots of high praise.

I’ve also seen videos of people in his hotel and their rooms. I’ve concluded our President Trump is a stickler for details, especially the small and usually overlooked by others.

I’m sure if I ever win the lottery, my family and I will find out for ourselves.

Anyways, I still stand with the idea of Sundance getting some type of recognition from our President when the time is right. I would prefer the two of them meeting privately, but that’s my wish, I don’t know theirs.

I think it was a very nice gesture to buy your friends and family members wine and champagne made by Trump. I’m sorry some thought it was sub-par, but that only means not to buy it again, and to move to a different idea for next year. I just thought what you did was really nice and with your heart in the right place.

In re-reading the FISC Order, I believe that everyone may be missing a “physical search” issue. Sundance has done fantastic work analyzing the Section 702 electronic surveillance. I may have missed it, but I do not recall reading any analysis about a possible physical search or searches. On page 83, the FISC ruling states, “The FBI had disclosed raw FISA information, including BUT NOT LIMITED TO Section 702 acquired information.” (Emphasis supplied).

In a quick Google search, I found other DNI Documents that defined “Raw FISA Information” as information from Section 702 electronic surveillance OR information from a physical search. On page 87, the famous FISC Ruling notably references “electronic surveillance AND physical search.” (Emphasis supplied).

Separate from the Section 702 information, did the FBI share information with GPS from some physical search?

Probably not in this case Darthawk. The only “physical search” we know of the FBI was the early am swat-raid at Manafort’s house. But that had nothing to do with Trump.

The problem is that any information was given to anyone, let alone “raw data” to a non-government entity.

We’ve had weaponized political operatives gathering intel on innocent American Citizens for political means. This goes against EVERYTHING in the Constitution, and the Laws written after 9-11 that really took away our Freedom; but was sold as protecting us. But that would be a criminal matter. THIS WAS DONE FOR POLITICS!

FISA allows secret physical searches. For example, under FISA, a home may be searched when the residents are not home, or an office may be searched in the middle of the night. The key is that under FISA a search may happen without the resident being aware a search was ever conducted.

I believe the GOPe media is mostly scared that the evidence that the “oppo research” that started this entire episode was initiated by GOPe never-Trumpers, Republicans (in name only) themselves.

I believe this based on the court document in which certain involved Russians, suing GPS Fusion aka Bean LLC for libel/slander, state unequivocally that Republicans began this Fusion “oppo research” bowing out of it only when DJT got the Republican nomination.

At that point, after their own party had nominated their quarry,IMO, it became “too hot to handle” for the GOPe never-Trump and they (via Fusion) simply gave the overall outward appearance of responsibility to the DNC.

Remember the Uniparty Dem-brethren and Uniparty Republican-brethren are all “brothers by another mother.” All in the same family and on the same team. So IMO, they simply turned the *overt responsibility* for it over to their brethren Unipartiers.

(My evidence for the GOPe staying in the Fusion loop but without overtresponsibility for it is that McCain did receive the completed documents long after the Dem-Uni brethren had purportedly “taken over” the Fusion “oppo research.” Which IMO says the Republican-Uni brethren were merely hiding their involvement but still getting info.from it. McCain was not acting alone out of the pack of the Republican-brethren, he was merely the GOPe emissary between Rep-brethren and Dem-brethren.)

This would explain a lot of the Senate slow-walking things (an info request Grassley from July but not received until Jan,) the lack of any consequences/sanctions to Feinstein, the “bipartisanship” on immigration crapola, and a whole lotta nasty interviews from Congress both RINO Senate and HOR-speaker.

It also signals that the RINO congressional leadership is likely protecting the same people (BO, Hill, etal) in an effort to CYA for their OWN involvement.

It might be somewhat difficult for us to determine whether the illegal use of NSA data began BEFORE the GOPe brethren bowed out (IMO, officially but not really.)

The enormity of members of BOTH parties being involved in sedition and conspiracy to take down a POTUS, and those same persons STILL working at it…is going to be hard for FOX-GOPe brethren to report.

What they’re scared of is not being part of the ‘in crowd’ at the D.C. / NYC social scene anymore, if they expose the truth about the filthy, grotesque, criminal, Marxist Left (i.e., all of their ‘good buddies’ in ‘the business’).

They would be stepping out of line, out of their proper ‘place’ as defined by their social circle, if they reported this story — which just happens to be the biggest story in the history of the Republic, so if they don’t get on this story and start riding it soon, it’s going to wash over them like a tidal wave.

THAT is the kind of story that any TRUE ‘journalist’ or ‘reporter’ would KILL for.

This isn’t just a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, this is a once in the history of a NATION opportunity.

And not the history of just any nation.

THIS is the kind of story anyone going to Journalism School must DREAM of — or you would never choose to go into the profession in the first place.

Consider how the media has milked ‘Watergate’ for the last 45+ years. An entire generation of Leftists live in perpetual reverie over Watergate and use it to justify their never-ending persecution of ‘the right’.

Well THIS story makes ‘Watergate’ the equivalent of watching paint dry by comparison.

This story is the biggest thing that will ever happen to any professional ‘journalist’ or ‘reporter’ alive today. It doesn’t get any BIGGER than this.

Regardless of the subject matter or who the guilty parties are, the STORY is GIGANTIC. This story will be the subject of books and movies for the next hundred YEARS.

If they were waiting for the ‘brass ring’ to come around, it’s staring them in the FACE.

To quote Leonard Cohen (The Stranger, 1967):

Like any dealer he was watching for the card
That is so high and wild
He’ll never need to deal another

They don’t get any higher or wilder than this.

Scott, truer words never spoken. Thanks to SD’s persistence, maybe there is a real fighting chance we come to closure on this treason.

Since 2007, I have been praying for a moment to expose and close this dark chapter. I remember the night Sean Hannity had Jeremiah Wright on his show. I then got to work studying everything about Obama I possibly could.

That has been a long time.

“[NOTE: *Exception* – the search was vital to national security?. If So, the email and text could be looked at without asking permission]”

Here are some examples of things which are “vital to national security”

    1) abuse of power to surveil journalists (e.g., Sharyl Atkisson, James Rosen) and Senators (Rand Paul)

    2) abuse of power to surveil political opponents (Donald J. Trump, at the top of what is certainly a LONG list)

    3) Fast & Furious gun-smuggling operation

    4) Benghazi

    5) IRS targeting

    6) Iran ‘deal’

    8) selling 20% of our Uranium resources to… wait for it… RUSSIA

    9) selling U.S. foreign policy to the tune of hundreds of millions (billions?) of dollars

    10) attempting a COUP d’etat (ongoing)

Those are just a FEW off the top of my head, and the EVIDENCE for ALL OF IT is in the NSA database.

And as a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY — in the interest of SAVING the REPUBLIC — the Trump administration / DOJ has access to ALL of it.

No FISA court permission sought or required.

They don’t need any ‘witness testimony’, so no ‘deals’ are even necessary. They have it ALL.

Not only are they going to take down Hussein and Clinton, but also the entire global Satanic Pedo / human trafficking / Drug running cult with them.

It all started with a little Executive Order to seize the assets of people involved in human trafficking and corruption.

But I thought all that NSA information had been “purged,” according to Admiral Rogers.

I looked up the legal definition of “purged” which only refers to the definition of “clear.”

The only example given where “clear” lists “purged” follows:

“clear(Free from criminal charges), adjective acquitted, at liberty, cleared, condoned, delivered, disburdened, discharged, disculpated, dismissed, excused, exempted, exonerated, forgiven, freed, guiltless, immune, justified, manumitted, nonliable, not guilty, pardoned, PURGED, released, remitted, reprieved, spared, unburdened, uncensurable, unchastised, unpunished, vindicated”

Let’s say one of these ‘algorithm’ (or do you say AlGoreRhythm) companies disseminates information to journalists to further the political bias of the individual reporter. A sort of self-fulfilling prophesy of whatever the reporter believes. It wouldn’t surprise me as it has only been in last few years that the media would be in possession of BookFace, Twitter, MySpace pages of accused criminals within moments of their crimes.
So let’s take this a step further. What if there was an algorithm company that specialized in legal matters. Let’s say a lawyer wanted research on a certain obscure subject where the legal research might take years to complete. The algorithm company could produce the research and rank it from the side of the argument required, thus saving loads of work.
Humans being inherently lazy, come to rely on such a program. They wake up the morning of the hearing hung over, realize they need to be in the courtroom, bang a few buttons, and presto-change-o, a legal argument is ready to be cut-and-pasted into a brief.
Soon, the arguments become less and less compelling because what they are arguing for is clearly illegal. That doesn’t stop them from using the arguments because their bosses demand delays. From there it is only a short step to telling lies to a Federal Judge.

Sundance, I presume this is already on your to do list, but I’ll ask anyway as this is really eating at me:

-What statutory requirements are in place to qualify as a “private contractor” dealing with this kind of data?
    -Does Fusion-GPS meet these requirements?
–Does F-GPS have a SCIF? Is not one required?
–What Security Clearances do F-GPS people possess?
-Was Nellie Ohr one of these contractors?
-What skill set could F-GPS legitimately offer our
    Intelligence Community?
-Did F-SCUM ever perform such services previously?
-What measures exist to prevent F-GPS from copying
data-sets that were “delivered” to them?
-Just as Steele was used to launder tbe semi-final
documents, creating also a fictitious “arms-length” for
the FBI from a document they were instrumental in
crafting, was F-SCUM hired “as analysts” simply to create
distance for tbe FBI in the initial stages?
–If so, were FBI Agents such as Strzok posdibly actually
on hand during this process as the deniability was
    already cooked into the cake?
-Can you get CTH front row seats for the hangings?

      -Who trained them?
      -Who supervised them?

FTA: “What I mean by that is… our research indicates the “dossier” information is likely a fabricated story woven from loosely connected factual evidence derived from DOJ/FBI unlawful FISA-702 query use, and not vice-versa.”

I find it incredibly hard to believe that the “golden shower” component of the dossier has any basis in reality whatsoever. 1) That’s a pretty craven act; DJT is not craven; 2) Russia is a surveillance state, for heaven’s sake!

The racist angle of the “golden shower” story (i.e., the Obamas) suggest to me that the source of the story — made up out of whole cloth — was either Obama or one of his loyal fabulists, Ben Rhodes coming to mind.

A fact is over looked when discussion the financial media’s reticence to report on this unfolding scandal. I stopped watching and reading “News” outlets over 2 years ago to focus on reading business news. Wall Street overwhelmingly back Hillary in 2016, believing she was going to win. As many know the economy, through the eyes of the “markets” and financial media, is divided into sectors that have varying degrees of impact on the actual US voter, worker and consumer. Prior to Trump’s election, the actual businessmen, who are part of the financial media across the political spectrum, reported an interesting paradox between the election of Clinton vs Trump.

Clinton elected: The business side reported a Clinton election would mean continuation of Obamanomics and no major changes or disruptions favored by the money lenders and industries exploiting the trade deals. “Bankers hate change”, hence most of the business media flocked to the banner of the “winner” Hillary. They also acknowledged this also meant NO growth in US based industries, continued GDP declie and NO growth in the skilled work force prospects. The only business media outlet that consistently backed Trump was FBN and to some extent Forbes.

Trump elected: They also reported that a Trump win would mean more US based growth and would actually mean more US skilled being jobs available with growth potential. Yet, this was also disruptive to the “banker” and investor types, who again dislike conditions requiring major changes to their business models. Given the sure think was supposed to be a corrupt Clinton administration, they saw it a safe bet to back Hillary. Yet as a hedge, if Trump pulled off the upset, they still win because Trump needs them to pull off his agenda of US based growth.

For a short time after the election, the business sides of democrat media machine (especially CNN, NBC, CBS, BBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, AP etc.) continued reporting favorably about Trump actually spurring US based growth. They actually contradicted the anti-Trump messaging being spewed by their “News” related colleagues. That lasted until about March-April 2017, when the Trump rally started to hit its stride and business side of the Democrat spin machine have been brought to heel and align with their anti-Trump “News” colleagues.
