Lou Dobbs Interviews Representative Jim Jordan – FBI and DOJ Leadership Conspiring Against Donald Trump…

After the House Judiciary hearing today, Lou Dobbs debriefs Jim Jordan on the current status of recent revelations.  The current Office of Inspector General is providing daily information surrounding their years-long investigation into politicization of the FBI and DOJ by senior levels of Obama leadership withing the organization.

The bigger issue now surfacing is how Obama Administration officials within the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Dept of Justice have been caught using their investigative and legal authority to target the political campaign of Donald Trump.   Essentially the government was weaponized against a political opponent.

What is being brought to the surface is treasonous in its unlawfulness.

Because the larger ramifications are so consequential, it is now increasingly obvious the OIG is carefully providing sequenced information to the larger public, in small portions, enabling the public to digest the severity and scope.

.

Over the past two weeks we have seen releases from the IG that are building toward a much more consequential outcome.  The corruption is jaw-dropping. The very heart of the U.S. system of Law (DOJ) and Order (FBI) is now at risk.  The IG obviously understands the need for caution within these discoveries.

Just think how screwed Schiff and Swalwell are! They can never ever say that they were setup as part of a sting. They can’t say that Don Jr.’s attorneys gave them a fake email with a fake date. None of that can be used as a defense in their trials because they would be admitting guilt. These two men must be having sleepless nights.

It reminds me of the Sanctuary Cities that can’t speak about the ICE raids that are taking place. It would shine a light on how they don’t care about Americans that live in those cities. This is allowing ICE free reign to pick up criminals and more importantly non criminals that they call “Collateral Damage”.

I never thought I would live to see the day when the Federal government would become so corrupt, that institutions like the DOJ, FBI, and the IRS would be used to advance the agenda of a political party. That the party in question is Leftist/Marxist, a failed idealogy, may help to understand the origin of the evil, but it rubs salt in the wounds of conservatives like me who value freedom and understand the danger to liberty this abuse poses irregardless of the party committing these atrocities. Shame on DOJ/FBI management for allowing this to happen.

Unfortunately, Obama’s name does not come up that often unless it is Dobbs, Hannity, or Judge Jeannine. I sure hope that when the IG report comes out, it specifically ties it to the Obama Administration so the media and Dems don’t try to tie it to Trump, again.

He is up to his eyeballs in this.

Worse, Hussein isn’t even through committing treason, he’s doing it right now, and sedition, actively trying to undermine the lawful government of the United States on a daily basis.

Those are the ones I want to see brought to justice in front of the American people who they tried to cheat. It shows just how amazing Donald Trump’s election really was. Nothing happened without Hussein’s oversight and approval. This isn’t some isolated instance where plausible deniability could be trotted out, his fingerprints are all over the corruption in every single department of government.

Obama worked hard to create a new Nazi Germany fascist society.

      1) Obama weaponized many departments of the government to target and take out opponents.
      2) Intelligence agencies were weaponized to take out opposition.
      3) Law enforcement agencies including parts of the the military were weaponized to take out the opponents.
      4) Media was weaponized to take out opponents.

      5) Obama had meetings with Muslim Brotherhood and other extreme groups much more often than he talked to Congress.
      6) Obama talked to rich heavy left wing financial people.
      7) Obama funneled billions of dollars from the US government into his “projects”.
That was easy to do because the government has never been audited recently.

This is the total package that was used to create Nazi Germany.

From Obama on down are all guilty of high crimes against the US. They want to destroy Democracy and create a new Fascist society controlled by their people.

PS. To this day Obama is still trying to work this game. He is fully committed to Nazi Germany fascist type countries running the world their way.

They have been trying to acheive two purposes with that line of attack; 1) project their own flaws onto their opposition (Alinsky) as a political weapon and 2) dilute the description of their own flaws (Fascism, totalitarianism, Nazism, racism, treason, corruption, etc.) and what it really means, by using the labels in every possible, non-applicable situation.

They are trying to desensitize the rest of us to their own misdeeds. Ain’t gonna work though, sunlight is comin’! #MoreWinning 😀

I went looking for the actual laws Lois Lerner broke and came up with NOTHING!!! All I found was an indication there was a law holding Corporate officers accountable*** BUT even in the case of corporate officers it has to be proved that the officer was aware of the actions and ORDERED those actions.

Individual Accountability for Corporate Wrongdoing — memo 2-1 pdf”>
“[…]One of the most effective ways to combat corporate misconduct is by seeking accountability from the individuals who perpetrated the wrongdoing. Such accountability is important for several reasons: it deters future illegal activity, it incentivizes changes in corporate behavior, it ensures that the proper parties are held responsible for their actions, and it promotes the public’s confidence in our justice system.

There are, however, many substantial challenges unique to pursuing individuals for corporate misdeeds. In large corporations, where responsibility can be diffuse and decisions are made at various levels, it can be difficult to determine if someone possessed the knowledge and criminal intent necessary to establish their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This is particularly true when determining the culpability of high-level executives, who may be insulated from the day-to-day activity in which the misconduct occurs. As a result, investigators often must reconstruct what happened based on a painstaking review of corporate documents, which can number in the millions, and which may be difficult to collect due to legal restrictions.[…]”
          ……
*** I never did find the actual law covering corporate officials, much less a law that was applicable to government officials.

If there is such a law the stumbling block in the Lois Lerner case is going to be the same:
“[…] where responsibility can be diffuse and decisions are made at various levels, it can be difficult to determine if someone possessed the knowledge and criminal intent necessary to establish their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.[…]”

This is especially true since Lerner’s laptop was destroyed and records of who had access to her office at the time of the destruction were also destroyed. 😡

I plead guilty to using imprecise language because what Sessions actually said is that he would not investigate IRS suppression of conservative Tea Group organizations.

I still believe that is one of the largest scandals in the history of the US, and that crimes are contained within. They won’t be found without an investigation, of course.

Please take a moment and consider the roll these hearings have. It is not to prosecute it is merely to enlighten. Many of the do nothing hearings took place during Obama’s term. We hoped justice and decency would prevail once the spotlight was on the corruption.

It couldn’t happen then things were ignored minimized and swept under the rug by Obama’s justice department. It will happen now when enough is reveal to make it clear how deep and consistent this goes. That is the appropriate use of commitees and publoc hearings. President Donald Trump justice department will sweep it clean. If leadership does not act he will fire them. He will keep firing them until all that is left is a psycho floor sweep with a bad attitude and he will show them what a broom handle.is really for.

    • Hmmm. One thing that QAnon mentioned is military tribunals.
The Swamp is a global one, and everything from its trade to its healthcare policy is enforced with the United States Military. The POTUS is currently the TOP DOG of a LOYAL United States Military focused on bringing justice to the people who carelessly abuse it as an institution.
What SC decision opened the door for a sitting President to activate – what must be showed? Hamdan v. Rumsfeld: While Congress did not authorize military commissions, they left open the possibility of executive (presidential) formation of such.
Why is POTUS surrounded by generals? Military is the only uncorrupted branch of government, and have taken an oath to defend “the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC.”
Again, there are a lot more good people than bad so have faith. This was a hostile takeover from an evil corrupt network of players (not just Democrats). Do not be discouraged that the Swamp still exists, or think it cannot possibly be drained. Measures have been taken to remove leverage and options of bad actors in our government and worldwide.
Under what article can the President impose MI take over investigations for the 3 letter agencies? What conditions must present itself? Why is this so VERY important? Who surrounds POTUS? They lost this very important power _ the one area of the govt not corrupt and directly serves POTUS. “The Insurrection ACT allows POTUS to use military (& National Guard) as police force in the event of terrorist act, natural disasters and disorder that state police cannot contain
      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insurrection_Act
ALL OF WHICH HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST 8 MONTHS OF TRUMP’S PRESIDENCY. Specifically, the Las Vegas massacre was a great opportunity to impose these powers — 911 style, esp. since the cover story crumbled so quickly. The fact they didn’t intervene suggests there is something going on behind the scenes.” “Under provisions of both the Homeland Security Act, Military Commissions Act(s), and The PATRIOT Act, the POTUS, either via his sec, or by sending armed troops to halt the attempts to resist launched by pseudo state operative Elaine Duke, current Secretary of Homeland Security, may engage in any number of activities to halt treason by forces hostile to the United States within the Armed Forces, or cease an entire Dept of US Gov from its compromised authority. These were checks and balances to the usurption and abuse of US internal policy which, as in the case of some Sept 11 Attackers whose visas were not thoroughly vetted, where these bureacratic practices could amount to “holes” in the US statuatory armor. Also, the Pat Act gives Potus the authority to declare any group hostile to US “terrorists”.
      https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.crf-usa.org/america-responds-to-terrorism/the-patriot-act.html&ved=0ahUKEwi5lZrC57vXAhUm6oMKHQ_9DtUQFggsMAE&usg=AOvVaw3ZZbNiz5OhLr-k9nNy8Yt3

At that point, under PATRIOT Act detention is legal, and under the Military Commissions Act of 2008, the tribunals are now engageable.”

There is an ongoing coup attempt, a plot to overthrow the lawful government of the United States, and every department of government has been corrupted and pressed into service of that objective by Hussein Obama and his handlers.

There is a war going on, inside the government, right now.

They have the best information gathering tools, They also have more power in general and are devoted to the constitution. MI can take over the investigations for the other three in cases of high treason. The State Secrets Act was upheld in the Supreme Court United States v. Reynolds, 345 U.S. 1 (1953) acknowledging the right of the government to exclude evidence in a trial that may harm National Security. The President is the Commander in Chief of the Military and the Chief of Staff is Gen. John Kelly, a Marine. The President can use military (& National Guard) as police force in the event of terrorist act, natural disasters and disorder that state police cannot contain.

Someone please tell me how the FBI/DOJ can be both totally corrupt and at the same time the IG is some great hero riding in on the white horse. And the corrupt FBI/DOJ is going to allow the IG to expose them. Exactly who in the FBI/DOJ is corrupt. All of them or a few. And who is the few?
How many times have we been down this road? IRS, Fast and Furious, Benghazi. The repubs get all indignant and posture and throw fits in congressional hearings. Then nothing. They get laughed at as nutty conspiracy mongers and making a huge stink over nothing. Who exactly has been feeding certain Fox people and Sarah and John Soloman all this good info? We scream about leaks all the time. So who is leaking this stuff (not the texts, that was organized by the DOJ)? All that info about Manafort and Podesta? Right before the actual indictments were unsealed. How about a few weeks ago, the rumor of these text messages. Ok we go think this is awesome because they are favorable to our side. But they are leaks and in my book leaks rarely are used for good. Usuallly for bad and to manipulate the narrative.
These people lie and lie and lie and they dont care. They throw us a few crumbs and get us thinking that finally some justice is going to prevail and then we get sucker punched and told to go sit in the dunce corner.
You know who needs to be hung by their testicles. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell. For leaking obvious false info from a closed secure intelligence committee meeting. Few days later? Nothing. Totally ignored by the press. Move along.
You know who else can smell WalMart Trump voters? Robert Mueller and his whole damn “dream team”. You know who shops at Walmart? Black and hispanic minorities. But of course, for the media suddenly all Walmart shoppers are white trash Trump voters. So no outrage is necessary.

State Department Lacked Top Watchdog During Hillary Clinton Tenure
The agency had no permanent inspector general during her time as secretary

The State Department had no permanent inspector general—the lead watchdog charged with uncovering misconduct and waste—during Hillary Clinton’s entire tenure as secretary, leaving in place an acting inspector who had close ties to State Department leadership.

President Barack Obama didn’t put forward a nominee to lead the inspector general’s office while Mrs. Clinton led the State Department, making it the only agency with a presidentially appointed inspector general that had neither a confirmed nor nominated head watchdog during that full time period.

Five months after Mrs. Clinton left office, Mr. Obama nominated a permanent inspector general, who was confirmed by the Senate three months later.

But watching Jim Jordan’s face and listening to his voice towards the end when he was talking about and thinking about what it really means for America that our FBI has done such a wicked, evil thing his voice faltered a bit and the passion slowed and I am sure he was choosing his words with greater care but I bet he was grappling with the same stuff the rest of us are–how the heck did we wake up one morning and discover we are now a Banana Republic????

I think it is more than just the general public that is needing to come to grips with these ideas. We here have been talking about this stuff for months, and even so to come face to face with where we are and actually look at the precipice we are standing right in front of is pretty scary stuff. Not just for us, but for any of the sane and moral lawmakers and officials we may have left.

      https://www.nationalaffairs.com/publications/detail/the-auto-bailout-and-the-rule-of-law

“Secured debt takes first priority in payment; it is also typically preserved during bankruptcy under what is referred to as the “absolute priority” rule — since the lender of secured debt offers a loan to a troubled borrower only because he is guaranteed first repayment when the loan is up. In the Chrysler case, however, creditors who held the company’s secured bonds were steamrolled into accepting 29 cents on the dollar for their loans. Meanwhile, the underfunded pension plans of the United Auto Workers — unsecured creditors, but possessed of better political connections — received more than 40 cents on the dollar.

Moreover, in a typical bankruptcy case in which a secured creditor is not paid in full, he is entitled to a “deficiency claim” — the terms of which keep the bankrupt company liable for a portion of the unpaid debt. In both the Chrysler and GM bankruptcies, however, no deficiency claims were awarded to the wronged creditors. Were bankruptcy experts to comb through American history, they would be hard-pressed to identify any bankruptcy case with similar terms.

To make matters worse, both bankruptcies were orchestrated as so-called “section 363” sales. This meant that essentially all the assets of “old Chrysler” were sold to “new Chrysler” (and “old GM” to “new GM”), and were pushed through in a rush. These sales violated the longstanding bankruptcy principle that an asset sale should not be functionally equivalent to a plan of re-organization for an entire company — what bankruptcy lawyers call a “sub rosa plan.” The reason is that the re-organization process offers all creditors the right to vote on the proposed plan as well as a chance to offer competing re-organization plans, while an asset sale can be carried out without such a vote….”

First National Bank of Montgomery vs. Daly (1969)
“[…]The courtroom proceedings were recorded by Associate Justice Bill Drexler, whose chief role, he said, was to keep order in a highly charged courtroom where the attorneys were threatening a fist fight. Drexler hadn’t given much credence to the theory of the defense, until Mr. Morgan, the bank’s president, took the stand. To everyone’s surprise, Morgan admitted that the bank routinely created money “out of thin air” for its loans, and that this was standard banking practice. “It sounds like fraud to me,” intoned Presiding Justice Martin Mahoney amid nods from the jurors. In his court memorandum, Justice Mahoney stated:

Plaintiff admitted that it, in combination with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, . . . did create the entire $14,000.00 in money and credit upon its own books by bookkeeping entry. That this was the consideration used to support the Note dated May 8, 1964 and the Mortgage of the same date. The money and credit first came into existence when they created it. Mr. Morgan admitted that no United States Law or Statute existed which gave him the right to do this. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the Note.

The court rejected the bank’s claim for foreclosure, and the defendant kept his house….

[Daly]wrote in a local news article:

This decision, which is legally sound, has the effect of declaring all private mortgages on real and personal property, and all U.S. and State bonds held by the Federal Reserve, National and State banks to be null and void. This amounts to an emancipation of this Nation from personal, national and state debt purportedly owed to this banking system. Every American owes it to himself . . . to study this decision very carefully . . . for upon it hangs the question of freedom or slavery.

…Since that time, a number of defendants have attempted to avoid loan defaults using the defense Daly raised; but they have met with only limited success. As one judge said off the record:

If I let you do that – you and everyone else – it would bring the whole system down. . . . I cannot let you go behind the bar of the bank. . . . We are not going behind that curtain!

From time to time, however, the curtain has been lifted long enough for us to see behind it.[…]”

Backup: March 29, 2009 US Banks Operating Without Reserve Requirements
“Banks typically have 3% of their assets in cash in order to meet customer needs. Since 1960, banks have been allowed to use this “vault cash” to satisfy their reserve requirements. Today, bank reserve requirements have fallen to the point where they are now exceeded by vault cash, which means lowering reserve requirements to zero would have virtually no impact on the banking system. US banks are already operating free of any reserve constraints. The graph below shows reserve requirements falling to zero over the last fifty years…..”

A perfectly understandable reaction, under the circumstances. But God works out His will in His own good time, exactly on time.

And in spite of this, the bible observes that Abraham believed God, and that was reckoned to him as righteousness.

George Washington’s favorite mount was the mule. The King of Spain sent him two Jacks.

Only one survived the journey, and the jack became known as Royal Gift. Royal Gift was a mammoth jack, standing at approximately 15 hands, and as best as they can tell was likely an Andalusian ass in breeding.

According to documents salvaged at Mount Vernon and from other letters written by Washington to others, Royal Gift was a bit of a royal snob, and for the first year showed absolutely no interest in covering Washington’s prized mares carefully selected for the hybridization. They instead were bred that first year to a lovely Arabian stallion, while Washington and his livery sorted out how to solve Royal’s selective tastes. In the end, they went with the good ole bait and switch by bringing in a naggy old jenny and switching her out at the last minute with the mares. Worked like a charm….” http://www.horsenation.com/2012/09/10/horses-in-history-george-washingtons-mule-fetish/
