FBI Statement on Murder of Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez…

The initial report from the U.S. Border Patrol on the murder of Agent Rogelio Martiez was posted Sunday November 19th, and stated: “Agent Rogelio Martinez and his Big Bend Sector partner were responding to activity while on patrol near Interstate 10, in the Van Horn Station area. Agent Martinez’s partner reported that they were both injured and in need of assistance. Responding agents provided immediate medical care, and transported both agents to a local hospital.”

Yesterday the FBI took over the investigation and released their expanded statement:

First and foremost, the thoughts and prayers of all the federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies involved are with the family, friends and U.S. Border Patrol work force during this tragic time.

On November 18, 2017, at approximately 11:20 p.m. CST, U.S. Border Patrol Agents from the Van Horn Station in the Big Bend Sector, located two injured Border Patrol agents in a culvert area adjacent to Interstate 10, about 12 miles east of Van Horn. They provided the injured Agents with immediate medical care and transported them to a local Van Horn hospital.

Both agents sustained traumatic head injuries, along with other miscellaneous physical injuries such as broken bones. At a local hospital in Van Horn, it was determined both of the agents’ injuries were severe and required advanced medical care. The injured agents were airlifted separately to a local hospital in El Paso, Texas.

Sadly, Border Patrol Agent Rogelio Martinez succumbed to his injuries and died in the early morning hours of Sunday, November 19, 2017. The results of an autopsy are pending. The second injured Border Patrol Agent is currently in a local El Paso hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU) in stable condition.

The FBI, as the lead agency for investigating any potential assault on a federal officer, became the lead on this investigation yesterday, November 19, 2017. Whenever the FBI suspects a member of the federal law enforcement community has been the victim of a violent assault, the FBI is responsible for investigating the matter.

The FBI is working closely with U.S. Border Patrol, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (including CBP Air and Marine), Texas Department of Public Safety, and United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas. Additionally, the FBI has received assistance from the HSI, DEA, CBP Office of Professional Responsibility, Department of Homeland Security’s-Office of Inspector General, El Paso Police Department, and Culberson County Sheriff’s Department.

The FBI is asking anyone with information about this tragic incident to contact the FBI 24 hours a day at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or online at tips.fbi.gov. The FBI is aggressively investigating all leads coming in from the public and through investigative activities.  (link)

One of the two men is beyond prayer, but their families are in need of prayer as well as the one man who survived this assault. The child in the picture above will miss his dad as will his mom. Hopefully their needs will be met. I don’t know what happens when an agent dies in regard to his salary and/or pension. I have to believe the government has some plan in place since these men are in danger every day.

As a father of seven children I know what my presence means to my sons and daughters. It will be a heartbreaking time that none of us can feel as they will. Prayer for those left behind is vitally important at this time.

Many former drug smugglers have taken to human trafficking because it is lower risk and higher return than drugs. Fact. I know because I worked in the law enforcement field (legal side, non-sworn) in a trafficking hot spot state.

Once again, facts on the ground make it abundantly clear that 0bunghole and his admins’ actual purpose was to murder our best and brightest patriots through suicidal rules of engagement and refusals to provide proper equipment and infrastructure (if not a wall, at least some reasonably effective fencing!). None dare call it treason, but treason it plainly was (and still is, if any 0bamacRAT is continuing these disgusting, anti-American, patriot-murdering policies).

On June 29, 1956, President Dwight Eisenhower signed the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1956. The bill created a *41,000-mile * “National System of Interstate and Defense Highways.”
The 1956 law declared that the construction of an elaborate expressway system was “essential to the national interest.”

If PDJT ordered all non-deployed active duty, training, and reserve SeaBee and Corps of Engineers units (and any other engineering units from other services) to the border, with about a battalion of infantry troops, with several sniper and drone surveillance units for over-watch, how long do you think it would take to build the wall and how much would it cost over the existing expense to support these troops? My guess, is 1 year to complete construction and personnel costs over existing around $2M. Additional equipment and materials would be the big costs, but still probably less than a couple of F35s. Gin up some more F16 parts, belay 2 F35s, and use monies PDJT’s admin is saving in its various departments (e.g., DOS) and it’s done at no extra cost to tax-payers. Collect the difference by imposing sizeable fees on money transfers from the USA to Messyco as well as any other sources PDJT thinks are good and that don’t involve increased USA taxes.

Should confront EVERY member of Congress on this issue.

Question: do YOU support building a WALL along the southern border to combat illegal aliens? That’s a “Yes” or “No” question, not an invitation to filibuster.

If the member of Congress says ANYTHING besides “Yes” in response to the question, here is the follow-up:

So you support the murder of American border patrol agent Agent Rogelio Martiez, what would you like to say to his widow and his orphaned son?

If you won’t support a WALL to protect our CITIZENS and the brave men and women of the Border Patrol, will YOU take your turn guarding the border at night, Congressmen or Senator?

    No?

So you support the murder of Border Patrol agent Agent Rogelio Martiez and other American citizens by illegal alien invaders, and you will do NOTHING to stop it?

How long have you been a traitor, Congressperson?

    What’s wrong with you, Congressperson?

Are you sick in the head?

Why do you support the murder of American citizens?

Why won’t you uphold your oath of office and the Constitution?

How much would it cost to hire 20 reporters and cameramen to do confrontation 5 times a day, getting through the entire Congress each week?

The animals of the drug cartels are as vicious and violent as ISIS. The border should be declared a ‘war zone’ and patrolled accordingly.

ANYBODY moving from south to north, at night, away from a designated border crossing, should be treated as an enemy combatant. Shoot first, ask questions after sun up.

La Raza is a racist organization that makes the KKK look like a church picnic. The La Raza goal is based on getting back the territory that Mexico lost & the US paid for after the Mexican-American War. Therefore it should be considered a Terrorist organization since it openly advocates the violent overthrow of US rule of law and occupation of United States territory with the ultimate intent of sedition.

That is the real La Raza, which receives federal funds 30 million in CA alone.

“Chicano is our identity; it defines who we are as people. It rejects the notion that we…should assimilate into the Anglo-American melting pot…Aztlan was the legendary homeland of the Aztecas … It became synonymous with the vast territories of the Southwest, brutally stolen from a Mexican people marginalized and betrayed by the hostile custodians of the Manifest Destiny.” (Statement on University of Oregon MEChA Website, Jan. 3, 2006)
We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan. For La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.”

Jose Vasconcelos who died in 1982, is the Nazi Propagandist behind La Raza Mexican nationalism. Like Soros, Jose was on the Nazi German payroll during WWII. La Raza, Spanish Mexicans, with a dash of Indian is the Mexican equivalent of the Nazi “Aryan” Race. La Raza Cosmica is the Mexican equivalent of Hitlers Mein Kemp written during the same time period.

So perhaps we should be asking, when is it our turn? When do we get to take a sock full of rocks and cold cock a politician and then beat the crap out of them? After all if the USA no longer has the rule of law and is operating under Mob Rule, then politicians should also be fair game just as long as they are white. Rather interesting this:

Aztlan was the legendary homeland of the Aztecas … It became synonymous with the vast territories of the Southwest

Almost the stuff of Unicorns (why are they so popular now?) and pixie dust. Something being “legendary” and becoming “synonymous” (in the words of U of O) sound like scope-creep in an imaginary land.

And “The Race”. One race. One PURE race. Where have we heard that before (indeed, many times before)? Yet no one yells “RACISSSSS”. Seems those in LaRaza need to review their history, and perhaps do a little ‘splainin’ about the (unmentionable) caste system in South America, where the degree of whiteness determines one’s status. Yet they are equally obsessed with race. Something along the lines of “if you’re not brown, don’t be around”.

They might also have a look at the VERY short period that Mexico was in control. Seems that Spain had the upper hand for a long time. And without their influence, albeit brutal at times, much of South America would be at the same level as the Barbarian areas of Moslem Africa and the Middle East. I think Chiefio has done a deep dive on that.

LaRaza are nothing short of another terrorist organization, and should be listed as such. They cooperate (again, on the sly) with groups like ISIS to foment dissent, insurrection, and indeed, sedition. And I fear that Kalifornistan is all but lost. LaRaza (in the form of various “el Centro Chicano”) have been operating there since the late 60s, at least…

        ________________

That ‘ambush’ never happens with a basic thermal night vision optic. Even a generation 1 or generation 2 monocular for a few hundred bucks would have revealed any and all sources of heat in the form of human bodies at least 100 yards away. Small enough to fit in your pocket.

If I was working border patrol, this is the LEAST I would have, should be able to get it on sale for around $400
        https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01APT3LF6/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I2H225SPBRFG0D&colid=MPAPPHOBBTZE

I’d pay for it myself, if my employer (the U.S. government) was too cheap or valued my life too little to provide it to me, while they buy each other $500 hammers and $1,000 toilet seats.

There are similar night vision devices in binoculars, monoculars, rifle-mounted, helmet-mounted stereo ‘goggles’, you name it. From a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands.

In a sparsely populated area (like the border), even a cheap thermal vision night optic would easily reveal an individual RABBIT, much less a human being (or group of human beings).

There is no excuse for an ‘ambush’ in wide open spaces when a simple device can reveal the heat signature of human beings at least 100 yards away.

We don’t know what they did to defend themselves or how many assailants with what equipment there were. My bet is they were blind-sided by people who appeared to be civilians, maybe with women or children as intentional or just practical decoys. Then mutiple “coyotes” attacked with clubs or other weapons. If the coyotes had body armor (maybe black market from Messyco army), the officers could’ve emptied their sidearms center-mass and not stopped the attack.

        _____________

It would take what, Level IIIA body armor to stop a 10mm +P round? How many Mexican border rats are wearing Level IIIA body armor?

I would be carrying a Glock 40 Gen 4 MOS with 15 rounds of 10mm + one in the chamber, and a red-dot optic on top with a Sure-Fire light on the lower rail.
        https://us.glock.com/products/model/g40gen4mos

        And at least a .357 S&W revolver for back-up.

But if it is becoming standard operating procedure for the invaders to wear body armor, then carry a back-up sidearm with armor-piercing capability:

        …………………..
“There’s no real secret to body armor penetration. It’s basically a recipe of high velocity and a slippery projectile that isn’t apt to deform. From a handgun, this typically means small calibers pushed really fast, like 5.7×28. Calibers that break 2,000 fps and are skinny and pointy, making a path through the kevlar weave instead of smashing into it.”
        http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2016/08/jeremy-s/10mm-vs-iiia-body-armor/
        …………………..

Even so, a sidearm is a last resort.

The border patrol should be carrying M4 or M16 rifles with a Remington 870 Police shotgun strapped to their ATV or in the squad car or whatever vehicle they’re using.

        And NIGHT VISION optics.

In addition to the original WALL concept, a really good idea would be about a mile buffer zone (into Messyco), cleared by and under surveillance by US military–not just National Guard, but full, active duty military units. Messyco has gotten away with this slow-roll invasion for way too long–it was and remains an act of war and should be treated as such. Messyco can either control its northern border in concert with us controlling our southern border or they can have it imposed on them. I see no likelihood of the former, so it’ll have to be the latter.

The gruesome ambush appears to be a targeted attack on one or both of these Border Agents.

Check the arrest detention records of the agents. Look for connections with human trafficking and drug cartel busts.

This could be the controlling cartel making an example and sending a “message” to prospective Border Patrol agents.

The use of rocks to beat the men is unusual for the cartel. It could be human traffickers (which is probably the Cartel); but there is also another possibility of the alleged ISIS training camp located outside of Ciudad Juarez making a foray into the U.S.

FBI (yes, I know, good luck with them doing anything without shooting their toes off); FBI should check into the person that notified these agents of “activity”. There may be some connection there as well.

Having worked on the Texas border for many years, there are way too many people who are willing to do illegal things if the money is right. There are also many fine American citizens of Hispanic descent who are horrified by these murders.

A physical wall in many places on the border is almost impossible from a construction standpoint; yet mobilizing another 5,000 agents should help immensely as long as they are supported with training and equipment.

That is the official gubmint statement? It is a statement written for snowflakes.. We all know by the elementary and vague level of tone that the investigation will go nowhere.. This is what happens when you throw teddy bears instead of bullets at the enemy. Those two agents were ordered by their superior officers to go on a suicide mission.. unarmed..

The border agents were overwhelmed by a number of illegal invaders who tortured and killed them. They then crushed their skulls and mutilated their bodies to send a defiant message of “F.U.” to the United States.. They rule the border area – not the U.S.

Why were these border agents not armed with automatic weapons.. Is our gubmint tying one arm behind our border agents backs via “engagement” rules? Somebody’s head within the upper echelon of the Border Patrol needs to roll.. Something is very very wrong at the Adminstration level of the Border Patrol.

This is a war.. The U.S. government is covering up a serious and threatening situation along our southern border. Somebody in the Trump Adminstration needs to cut through the bullshit. Many border areas have been taken over by guerilla foreign fighting forces. It’s like the A Shau Valley in some areas – the Border Patrol doesn’t dare go into enemy held territory on the U. S. side..

If an unrelated crisis situation happens to occur, natural disaster or other, an armed “invasion of opportunity” could occur and many American civilians will perish.. rape and murder across the land. Then the Trump Adminstration will have a much bigger problem.. They will be blamed for it.. and rightly so..

The conditions are beyond the scope of the Border Patrol.. What is needed are the United States Marine Corp, Recon Teams and Apache gunships..

Yep.. send two Border Patrol Agents into this “A Shau” canyon.. alone.. without proper training and with no weapons.. no wonder they are quitting in droves.. Nothing has really changed down here in this Southern Province theater since Sir Trump took over.. The enemy still rules it..

How’s that wall working out that Paul Ryan built around his house to “protect his children”? Rhetoricaly asking.

A friend shared this link with me: http://oklater.com/cards-against-humanity-buys-piece-of-the-u-s-border-so-trump-cant-build-his-wall/?utm_source=VM&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=influencer&utm_campaign=VMPub146

I sure hope that when it comes to national security on our border the courts will rule for imminent domain with no delay.

I’m hoping it will be self correcting. Build the wall where people will sell easements to the government.
Then the holdouts will be funnel points for illegals and be over-run by them. They’ll soon want their portion of the wall built.

One of the things that troubled me about this attack was I read it happened in one of those remote, mountainous areas where we supposedly don’t need a wall because of the natural barriers and only about one percent of illegal border crossings happens there so it is okay to just have it covered with sensors, which in this case tripped to alert the BP.

BUT the article further went on to say that this area is known for drugs coming across and it happens enough the agents knew right where to look.

I don’t know, peeps. I’d still like to see the wall “from sea to shining sea….” But maybe if we ever had most of the border effectively walled off and the rest covered well with sensors and drones and what not AND we had the BP staffed up to the level PDJT authorized (I’m reading it is currently way understaffed with lots of vacancies) it might be secure. Maybe.

Yes, I’m sure there are places where a wall doesn’t make sense, but I’ll bet that rationale will be greatly over utilized by those desiring open borders.

And sensor and drones will be ineffective if we catch and release, or even worse meet them like we were a welcoming committee like we are doing now. We actually pick them up, and drive them inland to be with family.

Hopefully, that policy is being changed, but it shows that with a change of administrations, our border would become porous again without a wall.

Arm the border patrol and give ‘Shoot to kill’ authorization, at least for the armed drug mules.

      Very simple.
Build the wall with the Cards Against Humanity land on the MEXICAN side of the wall as a ‘no-mans land. Place one way doors in the wall (well guarded) Shove illegal immigrants and their anchor babies through the doors.

Since they are ‘technically free’ AND ‘technically still on US land’ there is ZERO need to go through the immigration courts and waste time and money.

I have been advocating this method for a couple of years. Cards Against Humanity just made it easier buy buying up the land for us.

Incidents such as this underscore the need for thousands more U.S. Border Agents. It’s foolish and risky to send only two agents out to such a desolate area when an alarm is tripped.

PDJT authorized several thousand more positions. They haven’t been filled yet and the BP is already understaffed by about a thousand people. It is one of the most dangerous policing jobs. Must be difficult to attract applicants.
