Wishing for a do over sounds like progressive whining.

And I wish I was 6 feet tall and handsome.

We elected PDJT for results, not good wishes.

Our President could do much more to get the DOJ and FBI in gear.

The RULE OF LAW must be restored in this great country or nothing else matters. Executive orders can be overturned with the stroke of a pen and legislation can be rewritten.

The swamp has to face real consequences or nothing will change. An indictment or two, or even a second Special Counsel, would do wonders to break the legislative log jam.

Are they? Why would you say that? If we overlook Sessions recusing himself from much Russia, very little (at least from a public perspective) being done, now the IRS being let off the hook, nada on the Clintons even with overwhelming evidence of wrong doing, combined with POTUS cancelling DACA while rooting on for Congress to (at least it seems from his tweets and statements) to legalize the DACA RECIPEINTS SO THEY DON’t have to be deported, I must say it doesn’t look good for the Law and Order gang. Basically, I’m starting to see a loud and clear message of “business as usual in DC, taxpayers and citizens who follow the law, screw you”.

              Very sad.

With all due respect Bert, we do know what AG Sessions is not doing. We do know he is not bringing charges against Lois Lerner. We do know that there have been charges filed only on one or two leakers. We do see a number of swamp creatures seemingly getting off the hook for things mere mortals would go to jail for. I’m actually not a member of the anti-sessions crowd. I am, however, a member of theone set of laws and rules for all crowd.

                Let’s play a game:

                – Either someone significant is indicted or not

                – Either a second Special Prosecutor is appointed or not (Comey, Clinton Foundation, you pick it)

Pretty simple. Let the results decide. Tic tic, tic toc.

I see it like this. From the first time Drain the Swamp was chanted at a rally, I knew that would be a monumental task that would take perhaps more than one term…if not more than two terms. Yet, we have people here that seem to believe it should be already completed or at least people being indicted in increments.

I happen to believe that you collect as much evidence as possible to build a bulletproof case…and take as many of the Swamp Creatures down in one giant swoop. That will take time…likely years.

I mean he just has the WORST judgement in Handpicking his Personal Team, EVER !!

I really do not think they realize that even an unfriendly corporate media poll just released by WSJ/NBC showed that 98% of those that voted for Trump still support him. And I would bet that the vast majority of respondents support Sessions too. I know I do. I reckon that “swamp creature” is now defined by many as anyone that I do not understand. Or something. Most of us supporters figure that Trump will hire and fire as he sees fit.

Back to the topic of N.H. and out-of-state people voting for Hellery and also not for Ayotte . . .

As mentioned before, N.H. allows registration on the day of the election. N.H. will accept out-of-state or student I.D.s as identification. A student merely has to consider N.H. as home (being, for example, in a dorm or off-campus housing for approx 9 months out of the year), and that student can legally vote in N.H. . . . an intent to live in N.H. after graduation or getting a N.H. license or registering your car in N.H. is not required.

So, a whole bunch of those 5,000+ votes for Dems may very well have legally come from students attending colleges in N.H. That puts a bit of a different light on “bussing thousands of people into N.H. just to vote Dem’Rat.”

The important question is: how many of those 5,000+ votes came from students who also voted in the state they came from?

The Clinton campaign may or may not have been directly involved in this. But I’d guess there’s a tradition of importing voters on the part of the local D people in lots of states. It’s why they squeal and moan when anyone suggests making voting as secure as, say, cashing a check.

All they have to do is yell about “voter suppression” and the Rs lose interest in tightening things up.

EXCERPT from a review of a bio of Khrushchev (“Khrushchev: The Man and His Era”) which perhaps has some relevance to the US today:

“Even in defeat Khrushchev proved dangerous to them [the bureaucrats] — perhaps, in the end, more dangerous than ever. For his demise demonstrated to a young and up-and-coming Mikhail Gorbachev . . . a key lesson of Soviet (and Russian) history: liberalizations from above are subverted by the resistance of functionaries (and the liberalizer-in-chief is inevitably overthrown in a palace coup) unless a project of liberty is protected by an alliance with the Russian people, who, like any other people, thirst for truth, justice, dignity and trust.”

There was a 21 year old female in the article that was very upset.

She had just returned from Gudalahara, where she had gone to meet her grandparents, cousins, extended family and learn about HER culture.

If I understand the article right she was hoping to return to the US. enroll in Cal Poly Pomona and set up some kind of program so Dreamers like her could do the same thing with their families and she was going to make it work through her college thesis or something.

On the taxpayers dime I am sure.

      This woman is an ILLEGAL.

She is planning to go to college on the taxpayers money.

She is not hiding in the shadows.

She is coming and going back and forth across our southern border as she pleases.

      Will someone please arrest her!

Our enemies work together, put aside differences, and persist to resist.

We, suffering the self agrandizing egotistical self righteous hypocrisy of fools, turn against one another and destroy ourselves.

In this assessment, I am addressing “true conservatives”, Republicans, and even Christians and Jews. So many–ostensibly on our side–hold others up the standards of “conscience ” when this is really a self righteous cop out that justifies selling out to the other side.

When we empower the left, as opposed to the MAGA agenda of our president, what are we doing?

Well, we further enable the abandonment of the rule of law. And, because the left is in bed with and embedded with Islam, we march toward Sharia. Please investigate what this means for the future existence of Christians and Jews.

The Left, with false news, false depictions of our president and of us–the despised rightful citizens of the country we live in–false morals, false idols, and false leaders with false votes and credentials, will exert its avaricious desire to rule and establish a stronghold on power that will be impossible to overcome without God.

So they will do all they can to separate us from Him, or send us to our final destiny so we meet Him sooner than we ought.

We are not dealing with just a difference of opinion, but with something more malignant and evil than most of us could imagine. This will demand our best, wise, God directed love and greatest courage,

We can do it, We must.

I do not know where Sessions is on all of this, but I believe that he is more with us than against us. He supported our president when it was not safe to do so, is he perfect? No. However, he is better and accomplishing more good than someone like Eric Holder or Janet Reno would. And, until we change things, President Trump is unlikely to gain approval for a replacement AG.

Is President Trump perfect? No. Did I know that when I voted for him? Yes. Was he duplicitous like Ted Cruz or the GOPe? No. Did he speak the truth and take positions that were unpopular but right? Yes.

I will celebrate the good that has been and is being accomplished. I will continue to try to speak truth and counter lies. And I will seek the Lord’s wisdom to direct my love walk so that I do not empower vicious enemies who would devour my children,

I am definitely open to suggestions from beloved deplorable Treepers as to how to further MAGA.

Lm, Please provide some evidence or specific examples of paragraphs 2-5. If you are just speaking to differences in points of view, please understand the “right” will never march in lock step. Their brains are wired for critical thinking, debate and at times dissent. That is not synonomous with “destroying ourselves”.

When we want law and order, we actually mean it. There is no halfway, no compromise. I am not satisfied with sessions enforcing more laws than holder did. That is not nearly what Trump said on the campaign trail and if that categorizes me as “self righteous” or having a “conscience” then perhaps Hillary did not divide us up enough and now we can divide deplorables into more categories.

We are a diverse group and need to work together. Our opinions and expectations vary and it can get frustrating, but dividing people who voted for Trump into even more divisive categories like trolls, cruzbots, tea partiers, CONservatives, etc. serves no purpose at all. We are acting too much like the left.

Allowing the left to rise means the rise of Islam. The religon has been welcomed into the Democrat pary and embedded in our government by Clinton, Obama, and even Bush.

If still allowed by search engines, look into the Muslim Brotherhood and how many of these people were part of past administrations. Look into their tolerance for Christians and Jews, stealth Jihad, and why they must support Sharia supplanting the constitution.

Also look into voter fraud and who it benefits. Look into the deceitfull media and who that benefits. Let me tell you this much, it is not us.

I have learned that the uncompromising views of many conservatives only serve to enable the rise of our enemies. I agree that we–who are truly not part of the left–must work together. That was part of my point.

Unfortunately, compromise is part of getting things done in an imperfect world. The Lord said that He did not mean that we are to come out of the world, (1Corr 5:10) and that in the world we would have trouble, but also not to worry because He has overcome the world. (John 16:33)

I want law and order, too. In supporting President Trump I know that I have done my best to bring that about. He is not God, and we have to remember that we have elected a bunch of liars and backstabbers who said one thing and did another. These are the people that he has to work with.

In every instance that he can, President Trump is standing with LE. AG Sessions is making progress and establishing lawful governance in many areas. I’m going to celebrate that and work to make it better.

People I know who “love” illegal immigration love it because it allows them to employ cheap labor which is possible because those employees’ health care, housing, food, and transportation are largely funded by taxpayers,

There are those also who love illegal immigration because it justifies and provides their own work. because of the number of illegals who need education, medical care, etc.

There are those whose pews and coffers are filled by illegals who firmly stand by the right of any and all to enter the country by illegal means.

And of course, other high minded individuals love illegal immigration because it provides the votes that allow them to hold office.

Our justice department is at last trying to counter all of this and provide some justice. I can support that.

We know PDJT is receiving a lot of pressure to amnesty the dreamers in some form, and I agree with you on messaging him that we are holding him to his campaign promises.

Stopping illegal immigration is what elected him IMHO. And those thinking he’s doing some grand strategy on DACA are in my opinion ignoring his open tweets about his love for the dreamers. If he doesn’t hear from us, he’s going to assume the country is all for amnesty for the dreamers like the media keeps telling us we are.

‘Weak on illegals?’ First of all he gave Congress 6 months to kick them out which he knows they will not do. You have no idea what he will do when Congress again refuses to act.

Secondly, the number of illegals coming across the southern border has decreased immensely in just 8 months since he has been President. MS – 13 butchers are being rounded up.

President Trump has the media, the Dems, the Left, the radical commies, the RINOS everyone fighting him every inch of the way. All he has is we the people.

And what the evil ones have wrought over the last three decades you want him to fix in record time. Well the wreckage of the past will not so easily be swept away. Reagan granted amnesty in 1986 and, over 30 years ago, putting into motion the destruction of our economy and our Republic.

Even if PT had the media on his side, some of the Dems and all of the stupid Republicans it would still be like pushing a boulder up hill.

I understand you want to hold his feet to the fire. That’s your right. But in times of war where our very existence as a sovereign nation is at stake, we cannot be fair weather friends or sunshine patriots.

PT loves this country and the taxpayers who have been gouged by the Left and the RINOS. His businesses are being targeted around the world, his family is under constant attack, there are calls for his death every day by very well known people, and he gave up a cushy lifestyle for one reason–to stop the Left from putting the final nail in our coffin.

With immigration, no one in public has dared to go where Trump has gone. He is the most fearless person in leadership in my lifetime.

His record on immigration in 8 months is incredible.

Why sending DACA to Congress makes sense… especially for long-term…

    Liked by 5 people

    • mimbler says:

I still don’t see it making sense. He (the youtube guy) said that there had to be legislation to do it right. No, actually we have existing laws and removing DACA which was illegal takes the issue back to existing legislated law.

Even under Obama, there was not a successful law passed to legitimize these illegals because the public didn’t want it, and Trump ran on eliminating DACA on day one and stopping illegal immigration.

IMHO, his asking congress to take action on DACA, while repeatedly expressing his love publicly for the dreamers is asking them to somehow amnesty the dreamers. And with his support, I think they will.

And if we don’t raise a ruckus, he is going to assume that is ok with all the people that voted for him and proceed. It isn’t disloyal to remind him of his promises to us when he was running because he is surrounded by people who don’t want all those promises kept.

For what it’s worth (since I don’t trust Durbin), Dick Durbin is stating publicly he worked on Ivanka to get PDJT to do something for the dreamers and he was successful. Maybe, maybe not, but PDJT is not talking about DACA like he campaigned on it.

Would Mr. Sessions be out of order if he used the investigative powers he has available to him and started looking closely into all their lives, everything. If for instance some action of theirs has left them open to leverage, that boil needs to be lanced. He may find nothing actionable they may be just common or garden globalist implants, still no harm in digging. Maybe a small leak about the investigations, nothing specific just a nebula’s whisper that it’s happening.

I’m sick and tired of everyone who doesn’t follow the law, doesn’t pay taxes, or spends their time gaming the system getting rewarded while those of us that follow the law, pay our taxes and work hard to contribute to society are screwed over and over. Part of Art of The Deal is knowing when you walk away. If this “compromise” were ever to occur, it would be a walk away line crossed for me.

DACA is a place where I think there is a little wiggle room for a small percentage of individuals who were brought to the country as young children and grown up to know America as their home and are now adults…I simply don’t see them as criminals. I think as a society that Americans carry some responsibility in that this problem has gone on for decades without a solution.

DACA was also an area where I saw candidate Trump show some uncertainty during the campaign. I get it.

Btw, what other candidate would have even made a DACA compromise a “walk away line” to be crossed in the first place? I believe the only reason we are even here even discussing DACA being killed is because of Trump.

So you have no problem with deporting individuals out of the country who have been in America for possibly decades and know nothing about Mexico? Is that what MAGA means to you?

Btw, I am not talking about criminals and those waving Mexican flags…I am talking about a small percentage that truly live like Americans.

              I believe you’re right. Deportations of ms-13

              After weeding out the “bad”
ones, President Trump now has a bargaining chip for other MAGA initiatives like RAISE Act, Kate’s Law, funding for border wall, Obamacare repeal, tax reform, etc..

The Art of the Deal means start at two extremes and then find a point of agreement. If any “good” DACA are permitted to stay, there will be restrictions. I could live with a compassionate compromise. Not great, but it’s a workable middle ground to bring home the above MAGA legislation.

You, who are on the road must have a code that you can live by.
And so become yourself because the past is just a good bye.
Teach your children well, their father’s hell did slowly go by,
And feed them on your dreams, the one they pick’s the one you’ll know by.
Don’t you ever ask them why, if they told you, you would cry,
So just look at them and sigh and know they love you.

And you, of tender years can’t know the fears that your elders grew by,
And so please help them with your youth, they seek the truth before they can die.
Teach your parents well, their children’s hell will slowly go by,
And feed them on your dreams, the one they pick’s the one you’ll know by.
