    Should Manchin resign for what ever reason, the new Republican governor of West Virginia gets to appoint a republican successor.

    Can someone please explain this to me? Although the title says one thing, the contents seem to be quite a bit different. LibertyVibe is the one that made me aware of it. It’s also on her word press site.
