Vanity Fair does a scathing HIT piece on Trumps Grill in Manhattan.

“Save the employees, no element of Trump Grill was spared, from the food to the decor to the inconsistent spelling of the restaurant’s name (at different times referred to as “Trump Grill” and “Trump Grille”).

“Nguyen wrote that the food tasted “like an M.S.G.-flavored kitchen sponge lodged between two other sponges.” The bathroom, she said, mimics “the experience of desperately searching for toilet paper at a Venezuelan grocery store.”

“The review said the cocktails “seemed to be concocted by a college freshman experimenting in their dorm room,” while the steak was “overcooked and mealy, with an ugly strain of pure fat,” and “slumped to the side over the potatoes like a dead body inside a T-boned minivan.”

Can’t read the article. They block me because I use AdBlocker Plus. If they are they thin skinned they don’t need me to read their articles.

If this is an example of the “judge” upbringing and standards for inspection, then I’d sure hate to see their mother’s kitchen.

I read about half before the “You are using an adblocker” message came up. Looks like the chief complaint was that the food was “ordinary,” like cheeseburgers. No purple sauces. Makes me want to go there. The menu at Jean Georges was a turnoff. (btw when I was on vacation in Oregon, every time I started to look for restaurants on Google Maps Jean Georges was the default. Was this some kind of divine message?)

Yep. A whole new world awaits us.

    High Noon – 20 Jan 2017

Today is a rebirth of our nation,
    On this inauguration day;
A day of joy and great elation,
Under sunny skies that were so gray.

A brand new world is awaiting
Our land of the free and home of the brave.
We return to building and creating,
In having pride in who were are,
And seeing our flag float and wave.

We turn again to our land of beauty,
With leaders bred of strength and duty.
But that clock moves too slowly along,
    Nearing high noon.

We long to hear that Presidential oath,
Leading our land to strength and growth.
With a President who lives to serve,
A wise man with a vision and nerve.

We welcome our leaders who’ll set us free,
Bringing truth and light to our country,
Restoring our pride in what we can be,
Mending our borders to regain security,
And leading us back to justice and liberty.

We stand here on this momentous day,
Watching the scene as time ticks away,
Our hopes and dreams fulfilled very soon,
On this day at high noon.

The state legislatures have , according to Article 2 section 1 of the constitution selected a manner in which the electors shall vote. Each party votes on a slate of electors electors to cast their vote for the candidate who wins the popular vote in that state. All of this treachery by leftist democrats is subversive and should be treated that way. Round them up.

The recent birth certificate conference was quite convincing and raises an interesting question. The investigator said they only had nine Hawaii birth certificates as their sample. How is it that one of those nine happened to be the source document that was the key to unraveling the forgery?

Was it because it was issued close to the date Obama claimed as his date of birth. It’s been so long since I followed the details on this story that I forget why they had these selected for comparison. There were also twins born preceding the number assigned to his birth certificate that indicated false documentation.

As I have said before, Hawai’i was a loosey-goosey territory until 1959 and a haven for Asians trying to gain a foothold for American citizenship. Many were brought in to work the growing sugar and pineapple fields with every intention of returning home…then didn’t due to conflicts in their native lands. But while they were not slaves per se, they were treated very poorly and lived in tenements without much support. Lots of home births on multiple islands with registration of birth an after-thought. Newspaper coverage and baptismal records often sufficed for proof of birth, thus leading to citizenship.

Regarding Obama place of birth: It’s not the loosey-goosey that bothers me; it’s the lies and manipulation. Obama has done both through every position he’s ever held. He’s slick, he’s sly and he’s not to be trusted. If Barack Sr. IS his father, our president is NOT a natural-born citizen, but under the jurisdiction of the British monarchy. A dual citizenship no matter which way one looks at it.

Fun Fact: Maui is getting rid of ALL their sugar fields. 36,000 acres, I think. It’s cheaper to import, apparently.

If they were proceeding as people did in 2008, assuming that he was born on Aug.6, 1961, there were only a very few people born within a few days of then. For a long time there was another one of interest. There wouldn’t be too many much later or earlier that would work because of style changes. However, it is a good question, and another one is: is there really an Obama BC at all, or is this one a pastiche of two?

No, bad idea. And we don’t want Secret Service shooting attempted assassins either. They must be taken alive and waterboarded , or whatever it takes to make them finger all their associates, inspiration and especially their controlling handlers.

The Secret Service has never fired a shot yet that I can recall ( well maybe the Truman thing ) and that is the way it should be. These guards should have non-lethal taser weapons, but they have our okay to hold the trigger longer than necessary to cause some extra discomfort to the perps. 🙂

These people are massively perfidious and infantile idiots. They talk about “respect for the Constitution.” Donald Trump hasn’t served a day in public office so on what basis can they possibly say he doesn’t “respect the Constitution.” Moreover we’re just winding up two terms of the most Constitution-desecrating president in American history. So we know without a shred of doubt that none of them cares about the Constitution. In fact, what they really fear is that Trump will follow the path of grotesque executive overreach that Obama pioneered. It was great when Obama acted like a tyrant (so much for the Constitution) but horrible if Trump simply undoes what Obama did! In any case, I doubt any of them have even read the Constitution. Disgusting idiots.

Any state can decide to award all of its electors to the winner of the national popular vote, anytime they want to do it. This is a simple fact of the constitution. They could award them to the winner of The Boston Marathon or the Manager of the winning World Series team if they choose to do it. This is not a joke.

But I don’t think they know who they are dealing with, and they likely UNDERESTIMATE Trump. Weren’t the GOP elites up to their eyeballs in Operation Zero Footprint (Benghazi) Don’t many of them have ties to the Clinton Foundation? Trump also knows how to use leverage.

IMHO Trump and Melania should get a tutor for Barron and get to the WH and be THE FIRST FAMILY with no one else taking center stage…just saying. The American people want to see them up close and personal for they are pure class.

Psadie, the Trumps need to do what is best for Barron in this instance.

Besides with all the possibilities for cameras, microphones and other items likely to be in the Whitehouse so the puppeteers could keep tabs in the past, I am sure the first President with no strings in decades, will want to be certain that the place is thoroughly cleaned in that sense, as well as any other sense, before he has his youngest there.

And I do not blame them one bit for the consideration of keeping Barron in his school ipuntil the end of the school year. Good grief, has the kid Barron, and indeed the whole family not sacrificed enough yet?

    Sean Spicer… Yikes!
Did anyone else see him on Judge Janine tonight?
If that was his audition for Press Secretary…. FAIL!

We have only seen images of him, but have never seen him in “action”.
    The man cannot talk!!

Spicer was cold, stiff, showed only a tiny half smile once or twice…
Oh… actually he did flash that “Paul Ryam SMIRK” several times.
And his words were politically correct mush,
    just a bunch of “wordspeak”!

We all looked at each other and were dumbfounded….
to think that Sean Spicer is being considered for Press Secretary???
Maybe Spicer was intimidated by Judge Janine?
….or maybe was he afraid to reveal his true self on national TV?
…or maybe he just had a bad night or was tired?
…but is that even allowed for a Press Secretary who ought to virtually always be at the top of his/her game?

Maybe others know more about Sean Spicer.
If this Sean Spicer-Reince Priebus “deal” is true…
Seem like someone may be getting the short stick…?
