The date on the calendar might say December 2016, but the activity by the U.S. State Department, and the propaganda broadcast on CNN, is identical to February 2011.
The current propaganda geography is Aleppo Syria.  Consider this:
bana-tweetBecause all 7-year-olds in Aleppo Syria have verified twitter accounts useful for broadcasting on CNN right?   Think about it.
In February 2011 the State Department tenet called “Responsibility to Protect”, or R2P was formed.  Specifically, Susan Rice, Samantha Power and Hillary Clinton were the salespeople.

The subject geography for the 2011 propaganda was Benghazi, Libya.  The propaganda message was: if the U.S., and Allies, ultimately NATO, didn’t take action the leader of Libya, Muammar Gaddafi, was going to kill everyone in Benghazi.
The entire construct of the claim was demonstrably false.  But thanks to the ideology of the sales force, the global community took action.  Ultimately, the benefactor(s) were the “Libyan rebels”, later identified as “The Brotherhood”, aka al-Qaeda in Libya, now known as Libyan Dawn.
Today, the same R2P propaganda message is being dispatched surrounding the tragic events in/around Aleppo Syria.  However, the participants and the benefactors are the same.

The State Department hosted a delegation of Muslim Brotherhood-aligned leaders this week for a meeting about their ongoing efforts to oppose the current government of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, who rose to power following the overthrow of Mohamed Morsi, an ally of the Brotherhood, in 2013. One member of the delegation, a Brotherhood-aligned judge in Egypt, posed for a picture while at Foggy Bottom in which he held up the Islamic group’s notorious four-finger Rabia symbol, according to his Facebook page.

Semi-related – We can expect/anticipate the strongest ideological opposition broadcast via Western Media, against nominee Rex Tillerson will stem from CNN.  The U.S. State Department currently funds much of CNN and CNNi’s activity.
If President Trump and Secretary Tillerson cut off funding that activity, the business model of CNN will suffer.  As they say: “stay tuned”…
