The entire ‘never Trump’ cabal, the MSM, and the democrat party have no idea what’s coming into the White House in 50 days.

Mr. Trump is a juggernaut. He will not rest until our nation is back on its feet, and going in the right direction.

Why is a tax cut for an employer a “downside?” Uh, for example, lowering Business tax from the highest in the world, 35%, to 15%… yeah, this “backroom deal” was announced AT EVERY SINGLE RALLY.

The media has NO IDEA what, if anything, Carrier got as a quid pro quo. I just read 5 or 6 separate articles about this deal and ALL of them speculate that Trump gave up something big to Carrier, but NONE of them no whether he actually did or, if he did, what is was. The surprising part to me is that they even admit that they’re speculating somewhere in each article. #Winning #MAGA

Let them speculate til the cows come home. It’s a “winning” deal, and hopefully down the road they can grasp the concept of America and American jobs First.

The State of IN probably gave Carrier incentives to stay plus the coming Federal tax reductions and full write off of new factory equipment and repeal of Obamacare. When it was all explained to Carrier why would they chance dealing with the Mexican Cartel violence and kidnapping. It’s going to be safer and cheaper to stay in USA.

        Liked by 6 people

    • He offered “tax incentives”. The fact that 1000 jobs are staying here means that part of the taxes on those wages helps to offset the tax incentives. And, it’s not just the taxes on those wages, it’s the taxes on all the money that is spent and supports other local businesses that those employees frequent. Keeping people employed helps everyone in the community.

Remember when the media beat the hell out of ‘Dubya’ and basically the world ended up hating him?

This is why it will not happen with Trump. Not that they won’t and haven’t been trying. Trump laid out a very bold plan, he’s going to achieve them, and he’s going to make his successes very visible. The truth becomes the narrative.

That, and unlike Bush’s, Trump will punch a bully back. 😉

Hey media and never-Trumpers…How do you like Trump’s “tone” now?!? Trump is making it hard for other companies to leave—all while being the PE!!! Has ANY OTHER PE done this? I agree with the man in the video—this is called STRENGTH. And the American people have been CRAVING it for years!!!!

      • Ah, yes, the man in the video. Wasn’t that The Young Turk? He’s so right about the dumb Dems. They didn’t used to be like that. Example: about 25 years ago I was helping a friend run for county commissioner. She was complaining about the # of deaths on a local highway.
I got her a spot on the local community TV station (about 20 viewers/day?) to talk about how she had called local road construction people and gotten informal quotes about the cost of putting “rumble strips” down the middle of the road. Commissioners had already considered that possiblity and dismissed it as “too expensive.”
My friend’s quotes were in the tens of thousands of $$$.
I swear – the next day, her Dem opponent got the three-person commission to get those rumble strips built stat! The strips were installed before election day. Dem commissioner won his sixth term!
Those were the days when Dems paid attention, actually cared about people (when they were busy doing cough other things.
Oh, BTW, Oregonians elected an honest, respected, Republican Secy of State for the state. I see honest elections up ahead!!!

God bless Trump and Pence and the gracious Carrier employee! As for the “Moonbat” talking…Trump saved more than 1,000 jobs in Carrier. Carrier can now hire more people on when they are ready to, and it will assist other support type businesses right around this Carrier plant to attract more revenue and potentially grow from having Carrier stay put! This also caused the radar screen to light up nationwide for many other businesses to stay!!! It CAN BE DONE! Bravo PE Trump!!!

watch United Technology, the parent company of Carrier, get all excited about getting more Govt Contracts by playing ball with the PE and the US Economy….and then they will discover….THOSE contracts will ALSO require United to USE US WORKERS to produce the the UPSIDE is missed by Moonbat…he is SO clever that he focuses short range on Carrier jobs in Indianapolis….they are the BAIT and the START of a multi billion dollar corporation beginning to get the message….bring jobs home if you want big contracts for your other divisions….and folks that LEAVE the USA….forget govt contracts…and if we rebuild the US INFRASTRUCTURE with only US workers, those US contracts are HUGE leveraged economic accelerators to our economy.

  13. The Barking Moonbat proclaims a “downside” of state provided incentives. What a shock, seems almost nothing productive happens (around IN anyway) w/out some big tax or financial incentive being provided by the state at some or all levels. Unfortunately, it seems when the incentives run out, so do the induced companies so many never actually perform business as a regular tax paying unit. And no, IN has a positive business climate, just companies play states and municipalities off against each other strictly for their benefit.

No political games & no political considerations involved. The maestro deal maker walks in…

These idiots have absolutely no idea what they’re doing, & every single action they take is politically motivated & based on personal gain. I just called Kellogg Co. representative and asked them to share with the powers that be that our family will no longer buy anything Kellogg, nor will two friends I have shared this with.

I own a small manufacturing company. It’s brings money from all over the world into the State I have the company. The employees, shareholders, restaurants, doctors, car companies, landlords, garbage men, repairman, lawn service guys, gas stations, electricians, plumbers and bartenders etc all wind up with the majority of that money every year. The State gets it money through sales and property taxes from the employees and I imagine every dollar we bring into the State changes hands many times before it leaves the State. Service businesses can’t do the same thing. Tax credits aren’t a bad thing for manufacturers.

    • Ron says:

If they can put together programs that incentivize running farms, alternative energy production, etc. then they sure as hell can cut some deals with the manufacturers. It comes down to what is your priority? If the priority is to make manufacturing big in America again, lets get about doing it.
