tomb of the unknown - memorial dayOur Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.

For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen โ€

Hope your Halloween was fun ! I’m just enjoying the emergent probability that the elites calling me a “dumb red-neck ” are now being tripped up by their ( increasingly apparent ) lack of computer expertise ! So much for their universal, ” I’m entitled to lead because I’m smarter than you. ” meme. As I remarked to a friend tonite, “events of this past week are like watching an explosion in super-slow motion video. ”

OTOH, as an American, I’m truly ashamed our government and political environment has degraded to its current state !

I, too feel the same…BUT I think we need to be honest about our own culpability in the current state of affairs…and once The Donald wins the Presidency, we need to end our complacency and be very vigilant in following all of the evil in Congress, and bury them in protest when they plan on derailing the TRUMP train!!! Primary out the folk who think they can prevent TRUMP from working for us.
TRUMP has worked his butt off for us, and when he wins, it will be our turn to work our butt off for him!

I posted this in the Pres Open Thread but it is important enough to share there too. We all need to stay vigilant and stay safe.

I saw this and at first it sounded like a fun way to watch the election results with likeminded people in a movie theater and immediately thought no = thatโ€™s a sitting duck target. Anyone who wanted to attack conservatives (or Dems or a fall flag on either) would have a turkey shoot. So Treepers, I would encourage all of us to stay far, far away from these events on election night.

Gas line explosion rocks Helena, Alabama

Last Updated Nov 1, 2016 12:48 AM EDT

HELENA, Ala. โ€” One person was killed and several workers injured Monday when an explosion occurred along the Colonial Pipeline in rural Alabama, not far where it burst last month, authorities said.

Georgia-based Colonial Pipeline said in a statement Monday night that one person died at the scene and five others were transported to Birmingham-area hospitals.

The company said it shut down its two mainlines, which traverse Shelby County, after the blast and the lines were still shut Monday night.

She was only too glad to get the prep for the townhall and debates. The entire group has no ethics. But then we knew that. Fowler is just more of the same.

This is not a transient day long passing anomaly for WP being “triggered” inadvertently. In the past four years I have encountered that temporary WP anomaly two or three times. This is a sticky active block and filter that persists. It is making blogging here impossible for the delay from the filter, the numerous dumped posts, and not being able to register any like or to interact in real time with others. I am about at my wits end on this sticky penalty box that began by my triggering some TrigglyPuff who “demanded” an “offending” graphic removed…a graphic I didn’t really “interpret” in the same way as being “anti-semitic” but was anti globalist / (globalist communist zionist) ….an easy clear distinction in my mind that some others don’t seem to grasp. I tried to explain but got nowhere it seems.

The Pipeline Leak Is A Potential False Flag, Here’s Why:

    • Neil Barron says:

Bottom line what is your point ?
I’m familiar with natural gas pipe lines and the same occurs here, over flights and the
pilots can see where there are leaks as it kills the vegetation, let alone the smell which I
      have that experience.
Gasoline is liquid therefore a little more contentious.
250,000 gallons is not that much when you consider what flows through the line.
I can see them doing risk assessment on the whole response.
Yes expensive but not the end of the world so let’s go out and create a straw man
      left wing idiots.

Amen. Pipeline companies are not in the business of leaking anything!!! That’s $$$$ lost, no matter what they’re running in their pipes.

      • usnveteran says:

        Neil Barron ~

I do not advocate that it is, as you put it: “the end of the world”, and/or any such melodramatic retort: “so let’s go out and create a straw man left wing idiots.”

I did not and would not suggest to “go out and create a straw man” and I am certainly not left-wing, an idiot or a “left wing idiot”.

The articles posted are merely ‘information’ which you apparently failed miserably to understand. Additionally, it is not about just one spill in one location – every year there are hundreds of spills in several locations across this country.

The following link to drilling sites may increase your comprehension of this very important issue. If not, actually, especially after your condescending disparagements of me, I really don’t care what you think:

  29. I’m suddenly getting a lot of likes on my website, etc. I suspect it’s curious people from here because I am still pretty much a newbie and don’t post that much. I haven’t updated my website or my Facebook page in like four years, so I apologize for its antiquity. It’s on my list to do…

  30. While I’m being loquacious, there’s something else that’s totally unrelated to the prevalent issue on all our minds. I think that the Lord has told me that something is going to happen with my dad in November. I could be totally wrong, but He’s been gracious to tell me things before. My father is 93, a WWII veteran who flew B-24s, and retired as a USAF full bull after giving his country 30 years.

I called him this morning, and he is ill, which he attributes to a flu shot about 10 days ago. I have been planning to go see him, but getting from Portland, OR, to Kingsport, TN, is not as easy as it was even a few years ago. In fact, it’s so expensive and time-consuming that it is near impossible. I am very frustrated.

On top of that, the old curmudgeon won’t want to see me. I was there in early September (the end point of a trip my 18yo and I took around the country) for his birthday, so he will think it’s too soon. But I am the only family member left, and I’m afraid he’s going to die without me there. I can’t move there because my 18yo is finishing up school (high school and community college at the same time) and needs me, and Dad would be adamantly against me leaving her to fend for herself. Though there are a few family members here, none of them are in a position to help her.

Well… I didn’t mean to vent like this, but I guess I needed to say it.

MB. There is something to be said for those stick-in-the-muds who get born, live, and get buried in the same small area. Such a life offers a continuity that makes so much sense.
Gypsy living is a part of American life though. It can have a few pluses, but you got to live with the down side. My Mom born in ’22 is all alone in Rome, New York. Saw her last four years ago and knew it would likely be the last. She never got to be with her parents as they passed in California in the 50s and 60s.
Not trying to be insensitive in any way in saying you can live with regrets. They are not a bad thing.
I believe, and my folks did too, that we owe our respect to the aged but our energies to the young.

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil. Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and Mike Pence as they seek to lead America back to You.

Grant us patience, Lord, as the evil ones try to anger us and cause us to fall.
