This is the second email which outlines Hillary Clinton being given advanced notification of specific debate questions which will be posed to her – Previous Outline Here.
However, the more revealing aspect to this email is the nature of the scripted narrative by CNN being used.  Not only did Brazile give Clinton a head’s up to the question, but Brazile also knew in advance the specific audience member who was going to ask the question.

[…] One of the questions directed to HRC tomorrow is from a woman with a rash…

This highlights something previously outlined about CNN carefully creating a script to the benefit of their preferred ideological candidate(s), and in opposition to the candidate(s) that CNN opposes.
In the republican presidential primary we called attention to how CNN carefully and intentionally was scripting an outcome.  The scripted ambushes happened in New Hampshire (October 2015), and it happened in South Carolina (February 2016):

As a result of the WikiLeaks revelations CNN has presumably “fired” Donna Brazile.

[…]  In a statement, CNN spokeswoman Lauren Pratapas said that on Oct. 14, the network accepted Brazile’s resignation.
“On October 14th, CNN accepted Donna Brazile’s resignation as a CNN contributor. (Her deal had previously been suspended in July when she became the interim head of the DNC.) CNN never gave Brazile access to any questions, prep material, attendee list, background information or meetings in advance of a town hall or debate. We are completely uncomfortable with what we have learned about her interactions with the Clinton campaign while she was a CNN contributor,” Pratapas said. (more)

However, that tepid response doesn’t address the underlying issues of: A) the Clinton campaign willingly accepting the advanced notifications, and B) CNN now clearly evidenced to be working to benefit some candidates to the detriment of others.
