BREAKING: Federal Judge Meddles In Florida Voter Registration Deadline…

Once again it is prudent to remind everyone to ignore media polls.  Instead, focus on what the desperate Clinton campaign is doing, not what the media are trying to portray.

apple-trump-5Clinton’s legal team appealed to a federal court to extend the Florida voter registration deadline – which is tomorrow, Tuesday, at 5:00pm.  Currently, it appears the judge has granted a 24 hour extension through Wednesday…

A federal court has extended Florida’s voter registration deadline from Tuesday to 5 p.m. ET Wednesday due to Hurricane Matthew’s interruption of last-minute sign-ups.

The US District Court ruling comes after the Florida Democratic Party sued, seeking an additional week due to the “strong likelihood” many of the state’s voters would be “severely burdened” by the hurricane’s fallout in the upcoming election.

Florida Republican Gov. Rick Scott had opposed the extension, saying last week that “people have had time to register.”

In court papers, Marc Elias, who serves at the general counsel for Hillary Clinton’s campaign, argued that Scott “unambiguously ordered” Florida citizens to evacuate, and now some voters have been prevented from being able to register which might decrease “the overall likelihood” that the party will be successful in helping to elect Democrats. As noted earlier, Florida is a key battleground state and despite all the nonsense polls to the contrary, Team Trump is positioned to sweep the state.

They mess with Florida every time because it is one of the first big states to report results on election night, and a red state.
A ‘win’ for Hitlary here could possibly depress turnout for Trump in other states where voting is still going on after the Florida results are announced (which is why we have to stress to other Trump supporters- no matter what the ‘news’ says, go vote!)
Guaranteed that the Dims have some dirty trick planned for Florida. Florida has been solid Trump territory from day one. The only way the Dims ‘win’ here is if they cheat- and they will try.
We need to stress to other Trump supporters that no matter what the ‘news’ reports about Florida on the 8th are, they have to go out and vote! Not to allow themselves to be tricked into not voting!
Do not worry about Florida. When the Dims try their tricks here, Trump will rain lawyers and computer forensics experts on them. Unlike the GOP-e, he will fight- and he will prevail!

Illinois was extended to same day registration:
Same-day voter registration will be available in Illinois for the Nov. 8 election after a federal appeals court Friday denied an attempt to expedite a case challenging the law.

Earlier this week, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stayed a lower court ruling from September that found the same-day registration option benefited Democratic strongholds such as Chicago while diluting the vote in rural regions that may favor Republican candidates. The lower court ruling had blocked implementation of the same-day registration option for the upcoming election.

The appeals court Tuesday stayed the lower court order after Attorney General Lisa Madigan’s office appealed, clearing the way for election officials to implement the same-day registration law again. The lawyers who were challenging the law then asked the appeals court to expedite its review of the case, but the appeals court Friday declined to do so, instead setting a Nov. 10 deadline for the first round of briefs.

That means same-day voter registration will be in effect on Election Day.

People can organize and rotate a watch for bathroom breaks.
Luckily for me, for bathroom breaks, there is a gas station less than 30 seconds away from my polling place. I can make the round trip in about 4 minutes (already practiced several times).
Any buses or vans full of people show up, they are going to get videotaped, then followed.
If they go to another polling place and the same people get out to go vote again, they will get videotaped doing so, then I will call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office to come and arrest their butts.

If the Democrats are pushing for this, you can bet your last dollar that they are up to something. They must have hatched a plot to sneak in batches of last minute fradulent registrations in key precincts and counties. The answer of course should be, not just no, but HELL NO. Hurricane or no hurricane, anyone who wanted to vote has had plenty of time to register. And as MaryMac has astutely pointed out, everyone if Florida knew for over a week that the hurricane was coming, so there was ample opportunity to register to vote before it got there.

My greatest fear is that the electronic voting machines manufactured by Soros owned companies will use their embedded algorithms to flip just enough votes in key counties in the battleground states to give it to Hillary in a squeaker. They did this in 2012 and got away with it. Make no mistake, they will attempt it again this time. I pray to God every day for so much of an overwhelming Monster Vote that the election cannot be flipped in this way. I also pray that Team Trump is aware of this, and is taking steps to thwart it.

It is absolutely certain that the bogus polls being pushed by literally ALL of the mainstream enemedia outlets that show Clinton leading by 5-10 points are for the express purpose of making a Hillary win appear to be plausible when they attempt to STEAL IT on November 8th.

“If the Democrats are able to make the voting public believe that the Republican candidate for President trailed the Democrat from the Conventions to Election Day, the public will easily be suckered into believing that the Democrat—in this case, the most despised and mistrusted liar in America, Hillary Clinton—somehow pulled 35 to 40 million more votes than her opponent, Donald Trump in the Nov. 8, 2015 general election. That, after all, is how the American people were conned into thinking that first term US Senator and civil rights huckster Barack Obama [D-IL] won in 2008 when 96,822,000 lawfully registered voters theoretically cast the 132,618,580 ballots which were stored in the voting machines across the nation, and counted as valid votes even though there were 35,626,580 more votes than voters. (This data was taken from the FEC election return which the Obama Administration arrogantly posted,,,,By the way, thanks to Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, the political shyster who masterminded the art of datamining both Democrat and Republican voters when he was Chairman of he Democrat National Committee during thewe Clinton years, used datamining in 2012 to early vote Republicans, casting those ballots for Obama. While I don’t think datamining the Republican voting history is illegal, I know that posing as someone else and early voting their name is a felony. Now, thanks to a Washington State grandmother and Democrat voting advocate, we now know for a fact that the voting machines triggered massive electronic vote fraud in 2008 and 2012….”

I’m tired of the sense of victimhood coming from republicans. If there’s allegations of voter fraud post-election I won’t feel bad for Trump and his team. Would be just another weak excuse for losing an election. Republicans can see the cheating a mile away and they do nothing to reciprocate? We’re talking about antiquated methods of voter fraud when we discuss busing in illegals and using dead people to vote. The modern methods of warfare involve computer science. Trump should have ample access to computer scientists to be able to offset any cheating. If he doesn’t, then he wasn’t prepared to be president. It’s as simple as that. Quit the whining and get even…get smarter…do what it takes to win.

We should be happy that more students are registering to vote and yet we’re not. This is what I’m getting at with the sense of victimhood. How did the republicans end up in the piss-poor position that we’re in? We really have to re-evaluate who we’re reaching out to and how we’re reaching out to them and what we’re doing to win elections. And computer science is a big part of it.

Having read the article and accompanying law briefs it is clear the Dems are trying to make it easier for illegals to vote. The Chicago precincts can register and allow same day voting, but outside Cook County a voter has to go to the Secretary of State’s office (Jesse White) or other government place that accepts voter registration, then go back to their polling place to vote. It’s a burden the downstate voters (Read: Republican) have that Chicago voters (Read Democrat) do not have.

Perhaps in order to mask their extremely low self esteem, the only way to elevate it is to destroy everyone else in order to feel powerful.

It’s not just the Supreme Court that matters. It’s all Federal judgeships. Even without the 4-4 tie, which brings the issue into focus, the SC often lets lower court rulings stand–the SC doesn’t have time to hear everything.

The GOPe rubber stamped a whole bunch of radical Obama judges, which will come back to haunt us, unless those judgeships–indeed, entire circuits–are abolished and re-formed, with new appointments.

Finally, the Founders never intended for courts to be the arbiters of America’s future. That was supposed to be the exclusive province of the people through their local, state, and federal legislators and executives.

I read an article on Yahoo news about a Dem voter initiative that focused on Latinos. When you add it to the Democrats needing more time to register voters, it’s another piece of evidence that the real polling data coming in from the swing states isn’t good for Clinton.

“In Virginia, Iowa, Florida, Nevada and North Carolina, Clinton campaign organizers will descend upon Latino churches and encourage parishioners to register to vote during “Domingos de Acción” — Sundays of action. They will also encourage the faithful to vote early, organizing carpools to in-person voting sites in the coming weeks. The campaign plans to deploy its surrogates to fan out to Latino churches as well.
The program seeks to replicate the success of “Souls to the Polls” — a program among African-American churches that organizes buses to take parishioners to the polls after church services in states that allow early voting. A greater share of black voters cast their ballots via early in-person voting than any other ethnic group.”

“. . . . If you can take their hand as you’re walking out of the pew and walk them right over to the voting location, that is perhaps the most powerful way to mobilize people to vote,” said Chris Mann, a political science professor at Skidmore College.”

This judge may have the law book but he lacks guns to enforce….so no big deal!
