The Weaponized Government Continues – U.S. Dept. Of Labor Target Peter Thiel…

A message from the Rebel Alliance follows article.

The Weaponization of the U.S. government against non-compliant citizens continues today with the U.S. Department of Labor now targeting Peter Thiel:

(Via CNN Money) The U.S. Department of Labor filed a lawsuit Monday against Palantir, a data software startup said to be valued at more than $20 billion, for allegedly being biased against hiring Asian candidates.

The secretive startup was cofounded by Peter Thiel, an investor and Facebook board member who has emerged as perhaps the most prominent Donald Trump supporter in the tech industry. Thiel is also known for backing lawsuits against Gawker Media, which forced the company to sell itself.

According to the Labor Department lawsuit, Asian job candidates “were routinely eliminated in the resume screen and telephone interview phases despite being as qualified as white applicants.”

[…] In a statement, Palantir called it a “flawed statistical analysis” and pledged to “vigorously defend” itself.  (read more)

~ A Message From The Rebel Alliance ~

Do you think it is coincidental that Peter Thiel is suddenly sued by the DoL a few months after publicly putting his influence on the line politically?   If so, that’s a very naive position.

The President Obama Treasury Department already admitted to the targeting of political opposition, Tea Party Groups, through the IRS.  President Obama claimed “not a smidgen of corruption“, the IRS commissioner was fired, IRS division head Louis Lerner plead the fifth, and replacement IRS head John Koskinen apologized for what he initially called a “rogue operation based entirely in Cincinnati“.

However, it was later proved this wasn’t just a rogue operation.

Catherine Engelbrecht (True The Vote) was one of the IRS targets, and recent admissions by Washington DC politicians showed that Congressman Elijah Cummings did, in fact, conspire to use the IRS to target her.    Remind yourself:

Elijah Cummings is still in office.  The issue seemingly ignored.

Those who support the DC UniParty do not necessarily view the weaponization of government as a negative issue.  The weaponization itself helps those in positions of power to keep control of the electorate through the apparatus of government.   But the issues therein begin to amplify exponentially when you consider the ramifications of this path.

It was only yesterday when a popular radio host was taken off the air for discussing the possibility of Hillary Clinton’s declining health condition.  In essence, speaking uncomfortable truth, and/or challenging government is now punishable by censorship or worse.

Lest we too soon forget Nakoula Basseley Nakoula; the YouTube film maker who was necessarily blamed by Hillary Clinton for anxiety leading up to the Benghazi protests violent attack.

Nakoula Basseley Nakoula was actually arrested and imprisoned – and even Politico admits he was nothing but a pawn needed to retain a lie presented by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.   But the actual truth doesn’t give him that year of his life back, does it?

To our brothers and sisters who might generally disagree with our politics, we ask you to think carefully about this rapidly dangerous political construct so many have ignored too long.

This vote on November 8th isn’t just about selecting a president, you are making a critical decision about your own freedom.

Everything may seem like competitive snark and Brangelina quibble until there’s a knock on your business, your livelihood, or worse yet – the door to your home….

When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when you see that in order to invoke your sixth amendment right to due process, you need to obtain permission from representatives who rebuke the constitution; when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and your representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you; when you see corruption holding influence and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified – you may well know that your freedom too is soon to perish.

Borrowing from Mike Vanderboegh – This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can’t be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won’t be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.

But I tell you this: We will not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we will make with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from that day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.

And when we are gone, the scattered, free survivors hiding in the ruins of our once-great republic will sing of our deeds in forbidden songs, tending the flickering flame of individual liberty until it bursts forth again, as it must, generations later. We will live forever, like the Spartans at Thermopylae, in sacred memory.

With profound appreciation for your time and attention, and the warmest of personal regards.

This is very much in keeping with the way fascism works. Progressivism not only was allied with fascist principles, it was and is fascist at its core. We should dispense with distractions like “crony capitalism” and define progressive politics for what it is: we’re dealing with fascism.

Please. If it’s wrong when you’re defending yourself from them, it’s also wrong when it’s your guy being attacked. Becoming what you despise fixes nothing. The perception that the Right will not is mostly correct. ‘Fire with fire’ just means more fire, and likely was not coined by someone who fights it for a living.

Theil needs to address it on the merits.

      • Fire versus fire is not used when fighting massive fires, ones that are under massive relentless onslaught. Sit back let it burn it self out, or do you have a suggestion for eliminating an ongoing very old process that is just getting stronger as its size overwhelms the ability of nature to resist. Starting a “backfire” is not a common procedure?

Thiel is being attacked because he is a Trump supporter. Obama doesn’t approve of it.
What is bizarre is that Palantir was reportedly created with the full support of the CIA and has a huge federal contract, funded by we the people. It was greatly upsetting to the burghers of Palo Alto to find such a company in their midst, and being so secretive. As for Asian discrimination, give me a break. We have so many Asians here that someone who came from the moon would think he arrived on the Asian continent. If there are not enough of them at Palantir there is a legitimate reason for it.

Great and informative post. We erroneously think that government intrusion in the life of American citizens is always someone else who lives in a community remote from ours. Government intrusion is getting closer and closer to our own door step no matter where we live. It’s time we wake up and be a good neighbor and come to the defense of those who are the object of a government run amuck with power. We must stand up and say “no more”. I hope this issue comes to the attention of Donald Trump. There needs to be a giant enema given to government agencies and Labor is certainly one of them after the State Dept. and the DOJ. Trump’s plate is so full, we need two of him.

The feds and Hillugula is failing with blacks now so they want to round up the Asians to the plantation. Apparently, they’re broadcasting that Asians approved Hillary more than Trump at the debates yesterday. Don’t let this lie start to fester! Nip in the bud quickly! Example,

KEY* It is the Democrats justice department which has FAILED blacks A.K.A explicit White Country Club Boy Bill Clinton and explicit racist Hillugula “Superpredators” Clinton. With these two has been crones, it’s a lose-lose proposition for Blacks on the plantation. First they lock ’em up for being homeless then they stir up black hate for lockin’ em up. When will blacks stop letting them be jerked around by the remnants of the KKK posing as leaders who care about the 99%? Apologies by Byrd and Hillugula should be accepted but they should never be allowed to run as political powers. It’s really nervy to be a KKK leader knowing full well the KKK tortured blacks and birthed Jim Crow laws. Who is the racist dictator? Ghaddafi for trying to provide full health and medical care for his black Libyan constituents or Hillugula for activating Islamic terrorists who then massacred blacks??

Ghaddafi had substantially changed his “trajectory” a few years before he was murdered by HELLary-sponsored terrrorists. He was an evil, anti-American scumbag, but in the end, he was made to realize the USA was a better friend or at least employer than enemy. Unfortunately, he, like us, didn’t count on such highly placed and so thoroughly ensconced traitors in our government. I strongly suspect he was murdered to send a message to all other dictators that they’d better pay and play ball according to the Clintoons’ calls or they’d meet the same fate. Ghaddafi thought the USA should be paying him for services rendered as a sort of double agent against pisslamic terrorists; Clintoons’ thinking was and is, no one gets paid, unless Clintoons get paid.

A lot of people place the blame for this on the overall business community and its desire for profits at all costs. They’re part of the problem, but a larger problem are the busines schools themselves. For them, ethics is basically a joke course you’re required to take and then immediately forget about. I heard a business ethics professor give a presentation on this topic, and what he had to say concerns me. It’s as though ethics is now considered a hindrance in business, not a guide.

When a corrupt political and legal system does not follow or enforce current statutes then why arguing with a social construct from a university designed to allow this be any good.

We have plenty of laws on the books, its the law is not being enforced, except selectively, as the above article points out.

Hospitals and drug industry are out of control and raping the citizens of this country, all because monopoly procedure is not being enforced one nickles worth. 400 epi pen, 2000.00 bucks for a antidote that cost them 250.00 from the provider in Mexico that sent it to a US hospital. Seriously, you have no idea how bad it really is. We are at the end of a long battle with state Department of Natural Resources. The courts are worthless as they will tie themselves in knots to do the states bidding. Good people in local government are crushed by the weight of the state. I’ve seen the FOIA file on my husband and it’s just appalling how one bureaucrat can wield so much power. State law says we can have a private recreational dock, but DNR says no. DNR can force removal of the dock which has been here since the 70s and charge us for everything they can think of in the process. Can you imagine owning river front property and having the state tell you to find moorage somewhere else for your boat? If you try to fight, as we have, you get crushed in legal fees. Only the wealthy can have true use of their property.

Less than 12 months ago my brother and I saw one brave man stand alone to fight against the establishment, the corruption and the whole world, Donald Trump. During that time, our hearts broke as this man stood alone, no man stood with him. They all ignored him and laughed at him. During that time we prayed that God would strengthen him and bring people to support him. A few days later Dr. Ben Carson endorsed him, and the next few weeks the Lord brought many more to his side.

Donald Trump has succeeded in doing something historic, he has awakened a sleeping giant, the monster vote, the deplorables. We will never go back to the chains they had reserved for us, we will fight. I thank God for you Sundance. I had so hoped during the Baltimore farce that someone, maybe Geraldo (since he walked down the street with him on camera,) would ask him what exactly had he done for his district. Elijah always keeps a nasty face so he is not approached or ask, ” Exactly what have you done for your district you self righteous pos.” I can not wait for the day that the locals wake up and see how he has played them and got rich doing so.

  44. I read about this earlier today and of course I knew this was Obama going after a Trump supporter. I keep wondering if the IRS will go after Trump through this audit.

I do not believe it is ever too late….and I believe, and know through experience, that the Light is stronger than the dark and the Light always wins…it might take awhile, but the Light always wins.

Why stop there. I’d ban everyone from India with an H1B visa. Sick of seeing my wages stagnate for the last 10 years.

H1Bs from India are mostly scientists, engineers, medical personnel. From what I know anecdotally they don’t impact wages very much. They have the same cost of living as the rest of us, in fact frequently higher due to being recent immigrants vs. those of us who lived here for a long time. In Silicon Valley that is.

I have, as an employer, only dealt with the Calif. dept of labor:
    Subpoenas issued without legal sufficiency
penalties demanded without even a cursory investigation
the “aggrieved” party assisted in preparing the complaint and provided with free legal counsel.
Employer must post bond for amount of penalty to be heard by a judge
    Etc etc

And please remember Catherine Engelbrecht and True The Vote worked to expose election fraud. Both parties wanted her gone. And Hillary made it a point to ridicule our concerns about election fraud.

So volunteer to be a poll watcher or organize an exit poll for your precinct.

The people who have that new app that gets people to vote about things from their phones said that once you get to 400 there is not much change in the outcome after that and they have gotten thousands of responses to a question. So if they say 400 is a good prediction of what is happening I believe them. Getting 400 answers can’t be that tough

All I can say is there is not a Second Amendment practicing American in this country that should be forgetting that our right is not for recreation or hunting but primarily to defend ourselves against tyranny. It’s always a slow boil. Corruption that goes unchecked, censorship, kangaroo courts, agitation of racial/religious/class warfare, wealth redistribution and finally disarmament before the mass cleansing of “irredeemables” unfit for the new Communist order. We must never let it get that far. Speak to friends, family, don’t let people wake up one day confused and unprepared for the ever encroaching malice of the globalists.
