The Kindergarten rules are not overly complex.  Don’t interrupt. Wait your turn. Put things back where you found them.  Clean up after yourself. Keep elbows off the table. Say please and thank you.  Be considerate. Don’t talk with your mouth full. Keep your shoes off the furniture, mostly if is luxury furniture like the best recliners or sofas.
Here’s a representative sample of Donald Trump’s press pool.  This is how they appear to the majority of the electorate who do, actually, teach manners.  This is also how the rest of the world sees modern American journalists; as they represented themselves yesterday:

After reviewing the over-the-top entitled nonsense from the press pool covering presidential candidate Donald Trump, I then saw this video:

Yes, that’s CNN complaining about how they don’t have any credibility with the public, while simultaneously bemoaning a candidate who won’t delay a speech to thousands of members of waiting audience, until the elitist few arrive at the venue; which immediately creates within themselves a comparison to reporters in Iraq covering Saddam Hussein.
Seriously?
Seriously.
Then, I thought about the opposing candidate.
And quickly reminded myself that not a single member of Hillary Clinton’s press pool, consisting of more than 20 journalists, reported on Secretary Clinton speaking to the National Baptist Convention with 75% empty seats

…And then the phrase hit me.
U.S. Journalists are suffering from contagious “ideological affluenza”.
Not only do the media project an air of pontificating superiority and elitist entitlement, but it goes much further.  These dolts are professionally conditioned to actually believe it.
