Mitch McConnell’s Attorney PAC ‘Stand For Truth’, Sending Money To Ted Cruz PAC ‘Keep The Promise III’…

The amount of money Washington DC is spending to attack Donald Trump and support Senator Ted Cruz is astounding.

a17b2-hip-replacement-recall-briberyThey’re not even trying to hide the money flow much any more.

We previously shared how Mitch McConnell’s attorney, Eric Lycan was heading a PAC called “Stand For Truth”. That PAC was spending money attacking Donald Trump and Supporting Ted Cruz in Jan/Feb, in Iowa and on National Radio Shows – SEE HERE

The eye opener was the revelation that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was supporting Ted Cruz all along.  Which, against current information, solidifies the basic principle the entire Cruz -vs- McConnell dust-up was a staged event for public consumption in order to hoodwink conservatives.  (more on that later)

However, in the most recent filing, Lycan sent Ted Cruz Super-PAC (KtP III) $100,000 which was part of a massive pro-Cruz campaign expenditure on Facebook and Google.

KtP III March

(Starter Link – just enter Keep The Promise, or Stand For Truth in FEC search box)

The Cruz people spent:

  • $222,900+ on Facebook purchases; and
  • $432,200+ on Google Placement purchases in the month of February/March

It’s easier if we just put the entire month’s filings for both KtP and SfT into pdf form and you can review below:

Here’s the Keep The Promise III filing:

The “Stand for Truth” PAC is more mysterious.  It’s essentially a bunch of insiders in Washington DC contributing, and the attorney for Mitch McConnell overseeing the expenditures.  All expenditures are ANTI-TRUMP:

The “Our Principles PAC” is also exclusively an anti-Trump super-PAC with every expenditure exclusively targeted to purchase and distribute: on-line, digital, print, radio and broadcast attack ads against candidate Donald Trump.

Note, the amount of money the Ricketts family has spent on negative attack ads against Donald Trump is gobsmacking.  In two months of filings the Ricketts sent over $5,000,000.00 just to this one PAC.

Dropping a note for researchers, after two months I finally figures out who SRG Media is – SEE HERE –  And worthy to note SRG is the company that runs Erick Erickson’s website “Resurgent“.

So that explains why Mitch McConnell is indirectly paying Erick Erickson for the hashtag #NeverTrump campaign, and the non-stop anti-Trump campaign waged by all of Erick’s contributors and writers.  Previously outlined HERE

cruz McConnell

Ok, now to finish up with what does it all mean part.  The bigger picture.

Some, myself included, have now looked back upon the two year history of Ted Cruz when he arrived in the Senate in January of 2013 – up to the time he announced he was running for POTUS in March 2015.

When you take a good look at everything newly known about Cruz, there’s a darn good reason to believe “constitutional Cruz” was a fabricated construct.

♦ Worked for George W. Bush.  ♦ Was John Boehner’s attorney.  ♦ Married a Bush alum. ♦ Wife connected to Council of Foreign Relations and Goldman Sachs. ♦ Was Vice-Chair of NRSC when Thad Cochran re-elected ♦ Ran for Senate with sketchy financials.  ♦ Refuses to release his campaign loan information to FEC. ♦ Hired Neil Bush.  ♦ Hired entire Bush financial team.  ♦ Played strategic hide/cover with TPA/TPP.  ♦ Supported the unconstitutional Corker/Cardin amendment. ♦ Hired Phil Gramm as an advisor. ♦ and holds a political PAC of campaign donors that looks like this:

cruz donors 2

There’s a very reasonable case to be made that Ted Cruz’s opposition to ObamaCare was total phony bologna.  So too was the government shutdown etc.

He’s shouldn’t have read Green Eggs and Ham, he should have read…

…..Green Eggs and Scam

There’s a heck of a lot more evidence that Senator Ted Cruz was acting a part to build up a false appearance of being an “outsider”.

The reality is, it looks like the junior Senator Ted Cruz has hoodwinked everyone.  He was always an “insider“.

After all, if he’s willing to send out an email like this with such a brutal and obvious lie:

Cruz supporters are like the cheated spouse who refuses to believe their significant other has been unfaithful. Everyone is telling that person the same thing and the physical evidence is overwhelming, but still the cheated spouse refuses to see the obvious and stays with the cheater. This is bordering on cult worship on the part of some Lyin Ted supporters.

IMHO the GOPe objective has been to “crush” the TEA patriots. We had become a thorn in their side, they knew We were about to take over the GOP.
We were interfering in their territory- only they knew what we wanted and needed, not US. So their “sit down and shut up” proclamation met with defiance. They produced a kinda defiance show in Cruz that they nurtured and fed to US on a spoon. It was dog and pony show to give Lyin’ Ted his bona fides of grassroots anti establishment outsider.
All the rules for the RNC primaries 2015/16 and convention were set in stone to keep Sarah Palin or whomever runs with her support. The TEA party had to be dismantled or crushed.
Cruz has been a plant from the GOPe since day one (compliments of the Bush cartel) because he could capture Sarah Palin supporters and even her haters.
When Trump came on the scene, their show of shows had to continue with Cruz tied to Trump’s coattails and forever be the outsider.
We had to be stopped, ergo when a lot of US joined Trump, Trump had to be stopped, because he’s not going to hand US over to the GOPe. Cruz is Lyin’ Ted to keep his grassroots supporters in tow, he WILL hand them over to the GOPe, well he HAS handed them over. And they are loving’ it.
The GOPe will keep Cruz supporters in tow with the threat of someone else getting the nomination– his supporters hate Trump, will not vote for Trump, would rather see a D in the WH. Cruz supporters have become full fledged GOPe, just as planned.
Cruz will not quit the primaries when Trump reaches the magic number of delegates, he has to keep his grassroots supporters for the “crush.” A big part of the TEA movement will be lost forever.
We the People have been the real target, Trump has become Our hammer to knock out the GOPe for the takeover. We couldn’t have been luckier than his coming on the scene- he is the antidote to Cruz’ and the GOPe plans. Trump 2016

The problem with the TEA bag organization was their utter failure to understand that a natural born U.S. Citizen is an individual that is born on U.S. soil to U.S. citizen parent(S).

Without that understanding, another Cruz-type will show up and again dumb-down this organization.

In summary, Obama, Jindal, Rubio, and Cruz are not natural born U.S. Citizens.

Did any of the Tea Parties (NOT “Tea bag”!!) say that NBCs were anything other than what was thought traditionally–a person born on American soil of two citizen parents? I’ve received plenty of literature and emails from the various groups and they did not dispute the traditional stance. Can you give us a link?

Those supporting Cruz are simply turning a blind eye to the NBC question (though they didn’t re Obama) and are not interested in doing due diligence on their candidate. Cruz is very good at pulling the wool over people’s eyes. They believe his lies that he is a Conservative.

A bunch of near do wells who dropped their campaigns and Lyin Ted. More scandals come out daily and Cruz continues as if nothing is wrong. Trump told Savage that he will have the 1237 delegates to win on the first ballot so what do the Republicans do then? We voters have made up our minds NO TRUMP — NO VOTE. FWIW, I’d be very pleased with either man. Trump needs to quit whining, quit threatening delegates (!!!?), and put together the 1,237 he needs to win on the first ballot. Because if it goes to a 2nd ballot, he’s toast.

They’ve know too many TV preachers who turned out to be other than what gained them popularity and $.

I read or heard a commentator who was disgusted with the level that Trump speaks to as 2nd or 3rd grade level. Well, they can diss that all they want, but most turn off any depth because it’s been grilled into them that they can’t understand. His understanding is so incredibly vast and to be able to bring that out to a level where the average person not too engaged in all of this can understand is Yuuuuggggeeee!

I have been telling people this since early in 2015, I use the term that the “constitutional Cruz” was delivered up straight out of Central Casting. I noticed a lot of the tidbits that you patiently researched to more completely flesh out. But all along, my gut feel told me this guy was nothing but a fraud and a poser. On top of it all, a naturalized citizen (via collective naturalization statute, i.e., the 1952 version of the INA) is by definition NOT a natural born Citizen, and is hence ineligible for the office that he seeks.

You know, I’ve had this weird theory about Cruz and frankly this whole campaign proved it true.

What is the one dream of the GOPe. The extract the Conservative base and eliminate the influence of Talk Radio.

So how do you do that? Easy, you create a candidate that check marks everything Conservatives want and you have him run so far to the right that at times…he becomes a Parody of a Conservative. Ultimate Purists, Condescending, very intolerant to differing opinions…But none of this is noticed because Talk Radio would be 100% behind him. He can do no wrong.

So now you managed to give Talk Radio their candidate you design the primary where it looks like it’s stacked against you but then…you never know. (We don’t know how Cruz would have done without Trump, but I’d think he would at least sweep the south.) So for the sake of argument here…lets say Cruz sweeps all the evangelical states Trump won including the wins Cruz currently has.

Cruz win the nomination…and then loses to Hillary Clinton. GOPe can finally go “See we did it your way…you blew it.” Talk Radio would be blamed; and the conservative movement would have did with Cruz’s defeat.

But Trump ran and exposed how GOP base is more Common Sense, then Radical Conservative. Basically Trump showed the GOP base just wants America first, that’s all.

So we look at what is happening today. Cruz’s conservative facade died the day Neil Bush joined his campaign. Cruz is now the Establishment, however his ultimate reason for running, to weaken the influence of talk radio, hasn’t been completed yet.

Because of Trump, support in Talk Radio has been split. 2/3rds are OnlyCruz and 1/3rd are both Trump/Cruz

So now we’re seeing stories of Cruz stealing delegates. Fact is, Cruz is basically stealing delegates for the 2nd, or 3nd Ballots which is usually done on the floor at the Convention. Fact this is being made public is to piss Trump supporters off to become NeverCruz people.

And with the case with Laura Ingraham today, it seems Talk Radio applauds Cruz’s theft of delegates so… Talk Radio is officially dead to Trump supporters.

This is why you have Karl Rove saying “we need a fresh face.” Because that’s the ultimate plan. Prevent Trump from reaching 1237 on 1st Ballot then nominate a New Face. When that happens, it’ll be obvious that Cruz was in on it. That betrayal will ripple across the Conservative base.

The Party won’t die, but the Conservative Base will. It’ll finally be ostracized out of the party, and if the GOPe manage to do an upset win over Clinton… the GOPe will be at it’s strongest since GHWB won.

My main point is, Ted Cruz was meant to destroy the Conservative movement once and for all, and the fact Conservatives are so blinded by Talk Radio that they can’t see it, is very disheartening.

So message to Cruz supporters, don’t be April’s fool. Vote Trump.

He wants to bring industry back to this country and the American Dream back to the American voters. With more workers more money will be put toward Social Security and Medicare for those who have worked a lifetime to receive it. What other candidate stands for this country and its people? Oh yeah, one more thing Donald Trump will not take a salary as President. By law he has to take $1.00 a year so he will do that but with nothing in it for him it would seem that Trump wants to be President because this country has been so good to him and he wants to give back what he has received to the American People.

Excellent analysis, Joenigma. As a reformed Cruzer, I will admit I really liked what he had to say, but always struggled to reconcile his record of failure. If he was truly in on it the whole time, Mr. Cruz’s failures are more easily understood. I look at the CRomnibus budgets of the past two years, the Corker Amendment to the Iran deal, the failure to repeal any provisions of Obamacare, refunding the Ex/Im bank, and the TPP/TPA. It all makes sense, the theatre, and the failure of the Republican party to unite. Cruz was recruited to take inflexible contrasting positions make guys like Jeb!, Mitt, and Speaker Ryan look good in the media’s eyes. The Tea Party was to be marginalized by following a leader who did not have their interests at heart. And it worked, until Mr. Trump entered the race.

By the way, has anyone noted how much Ted Cruz has the same mannerisms as John McCain when he speaks? It is very odd, almost like he was told to hold his arms as McCain does. It could be unconscious, I don’t know.

Cruz is a ticking time bomb. When, not if is the question.
If he has to get Cruz as VP, Canadian issue will take care of it. Then choose Laura Ingraham as VP. Win, win!

If the courts worked, one would have taken a decent look at the Resident in Chief.

All the filings have resulted in no fair airing, but in one of about three outcomes:
1 filer does not have standing,
2 court does not have jurisdiction
3 procedural weaknesses: either the issue/chanrge filed was not fitting enough, or there was some problem with something filed (or not filed) per recognized procedures.

–For us liberals, our conclusion was to take all of these failures to vet or test the legitimacy of the Resident in Chief as all having been genuine court / legal tests / vetting of him, and so affirmatively supporting his eligibility.

I would like to be proven wrong. If I am wrong, state the court where a judge or jury ruled affirmatively that the Resident in Chief has legitimate claim to be natural born citizen.

Now that we all see the great coordinated effort to oppose Trunk, including super-PACs sharing money, and campaign staff readily shifting from one campaign to another, media handling candidates differently depending upon whether you are or are not Trunk, it begins to be a bit more acceptable to entertain the idea that The Resident in Chief has had a lot of help in navigating the natural born citizen threat.

I will vote for Trump…no matter the onslaught from what appears to be 95% of the GOPe, the MSM, pseudo-intellectuals, ivory tower elites, radio-talk show hosts, etc trying to take him down.. His campaign has literally been the most significant event for 100 years- for exposing the agenda of the RNC – that is, to pick and choose who they think we should have. Cruz is being exposed as scallawag from Canada, Kasich is a corporate puppet from the Evil Empire.

If Mr Trump goes 3rd party , so be it. The entire RNC, from Priebus down to the silly, convoluted GOP Convention is a dog-n-pony show. Perhaps in 2016 we will finally see the death of the GOP. If splitting the GOP takes it down in flames…then we will finally be rid of these ‘men’ who will not come out into the light of day. These control-freaks who achieve great wealth in our country then betray the very essence of the American Democratic process. Under these ‘gollums’ who believe they are somehow superior to everyone else we have become a true banana republic.

Tell them you are offended at being lectured and ostracized, and you want it to stop. Until it does, you are turning off the radio/TV/internet feed and you are also contacting their advertisers and telling them you’re boycotting. That’s what I did on Sunday!

Trump surely is the unConstitutional Obama antidote.
Cruz, if elected, surely is the continuation of the usurpation by Obama of the office of the POTUS.

    B. HUSSEIN Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the citizens of the U.S.A. by all 535+ Cowards in the Congress, by all nine Traitors in the U.S. Supreme Court, by all of the Brain-dead democratic and White-guilt republican voters, and by all of the Communists in the Lame-stream Media.

Obama is a putative usurping POtuS and undocumented alien occupying the White House of Sodomy.

Every time Obama opens his mouth, taqiyya-dribble rolls off of his tongue.

    http://www.islam-watch.org/Warner/Taqiyya-Islamic-Principle-Lying-for-Allah.htm
From a poster that is right-on-target.
    To wit:
The reason the meaning of natural born citizen has been tortured into meaning virtually anyone is because this discussion is taking place after the commission of a crime, “too big to prosecute”, by a lot of rich, powerful, and influential people.

Once Congress allowed and assisted the ineligible, identity fraud con-artist Barack Hussein Obama to usurp the presidency there was no one complicit in Obama’s successful takeover of America’s highest office, and her military, who was not going to fight, with everything in them to insure Barry remains officially a legitimate president. Anything else subjects the complicit to charges of treason, many at the highest possible level, for literally giving America’s government and her military to the enemy. No amount of history, common sense or anything else will ever get an admission from the media, Congress or the others involved that they were complicit in, as a minimum, misprision of felony/treason for their part in the biggest hoax in history.

Obama must be protected from the truth about him being fully revealed and acted on. When the regime owns the courts, Congress, and the media, that job becomes doable, no matter how compelling or plentiful evidence to the contrary may be.

Supporting and defending as many ineligible presidential candidates (such as Jindal, Rubio, and Cruz) as possible is a way of protecting Obama’s false eligibility, as ineligible candidates are molded into natural born citizens by those who want the Obama fraud to just fade away, and their paid assistants. Every ineligible candidate accepted as, “eligible”, no matter what it takes for that to happen, helps them reach their goal.

Those complicit believe their personal freedom could depend on continuing the charade of legitimacy they have surrounded Obama with, both by their actions, and inaction.

Mr. Donald Trump, the first and most important thing about him is he is not a politician, he is not loved nor liked by the GOP establishment, the media, or the Democratic Party. Trump is not just disliked by these people, he is feared. If there was no other reason than that to vote for him, he would get my vote. But there is more, much more.

1.Trump has made many enemies over the years because of his ability to outmaneuver his adversaries. He has been described by those competitors as aggressive and brutal. Not one of them however has said that they had ever been lied to or cheated by him.

2.Some have said Donald’s word was better than a written contract with anyone else.

3.He saw the sorry pathetic group of people who declared they were entering the primary and he realized that America could not survive more of the same.

4.He decided to run for President at a great loss of personal wealth and enormous danger to both him and his family. He did this not for any reason except he feared where our country was being taken.

There may be, in some people’s mind, many reasons to not support Trump. Some might say he’s arrogant, some might think he can’t do what he promises, some might not like his bluster or his tone. If those issues are deemed valid and if in fact they are the only reasons for not supporting him and enough voters feel that way, America is destined to the cycle of perpetual cronyism as there will never be accepted, a man with the abilities needed to end it.

Then there will be those who, whether they care to admit it to themselves or not, are simply jealous of what Trump has done. Jealous of his financial success, jealous of his social success and jealous of his rise in the political arena in such a very small time. Those people know who they are. Those attitudes mostly dominate the Democratic Party where envy and jealousy are mandatory traits. Thankfully, a very small number of people who call themselves conservatives, harbor such thoughts.

The reason he is hated and feared is really quite simple. He has promised his supporters during his rallies to end corruption, find those who are doing it and put them in jail, he has promised to find and stamp out waste. Trump looks into the camera and thereby the eyes of his followers and swears he will do this. Some of you reading this may not be sure, but the establishment is made up of true believers. That my friends, is why all of them have aligned against him. He must be stopped. Trump understands the danger he is placing himself in. Trump has nothing to gain financially and much to lose running for President. His losses will be America’s gain. All we need to do is help him, help us.

Others who do not like Trump, will find themselves putting labels on him, believing what his enemies suggest he is or will do, all without any proof or reason except that it fits with their dislike of him. That of course is how politics works. And for sure it will always be so.

Some of the things I hear is that Trump is not conservative. There is no real description of just exactly what that means. But what I do know is that every politician I have supported over the years, who had called himself a conservative, has gone to Washington and left his political dictionary home.

It is my belief that none, not one of the people running for the Presidency will change anything, will confront or the villains and battle the crooks. None that is except Trump. He may not be able to do what he has promised but three things are certain. He believes he can, he will try and not one of the others will.

TPATH is supporting Donald Trump and I believe he is the only answer to the mess this country is in because of both parties. God help and protect Donald Trump. If we lose him, it’s doubtful our country will survive long enough for another to arrive.

Ted Cruz strikes a creepy facial resemblance to Valerie Jarrett. All kidding out of the way, it’s time to use the nuclear option on this triple Canadian, Cuban, and maybe U.S. citizen.

Emphatically, make Cruz prove that he is a natural born U.S. citizen. The only way that can be accomplished is by having him produce a valid U.S. birth certificate. Once that is done, then have him prove that his parents were U.S. citizens when he was born on U.S. soil.

Oh, you say he was born up there in Canada? O.K., then insist that he produce his required Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), Form FS-240.

Here’s what the US STATE DEPT website says about CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad):

US STATE DEPT: “A child born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent or parents may acquire U.S. citizenship at birth if certain statutory requirements are met. The child’s parents should contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to apply for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America (CRBA) to document that the child is a U.S. citizen. If the U.S. embassy or consulate determines that the child acquired U.S. citizenship at birth, a consular officer will approve the CRBA application and the Department of State will issue a CRBA, also called a Form FS-240, in the child’s name.”

“Parents of a child born abroad to a U.S. citizen or citizens should apply for a CRBA and/or a U.S. passport for the child as soon as possible. Failure to promptly document a child who meets the statutory requirements for acquiring U.S. citizenship at birth may cause problems for the parents and the child when attempting to establish the child’s U.S. citizenship and eligibility for the rights and benefits of U.S. citizenship, including entry into the United States.”

“If you are a U.S. citizen and have a child overseas, you should report his or her birth as soon as possible so that a Consular Report of Birth Abroad can be issued as an official record of the child’s claim to U.S. citizenship. Report the birth of your child abroad at the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. Check the American Citizens Services portion of the webpage for the nearest Embassy or Consulate in the country where your child was born for further instructions about how to apply for a CRBA.”

“Please note: A Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. citizen is only issued to a child who acquired U.S. citizenship at birth and who is generally under the age of 18 at the time of the application.”

If Cruz cannot produce this CRBA, then he should have had a passport. If neither are produced, Cruz is an undocumented alien and an illegal U.S. Senator. If he has either form, Cruz is a statute citizen, whose U.S. citizenship falls under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). Therefore, Cruz is a naturalized U.S. citizen, not a natural born U.S. citizen and ineligible for the office of the POTUS under Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
