Trump might look into the payoffs of Congress to get the bill passed that gave Murdoch his citizenship so he could control many TV and radio outlets and publishing outlets simultaneously. It was illegal back then. Congress wrote a special bill for him with his citizenship gift wrapped.

MSNBC will go back to dying after Today! Morning Joe was so gross this morning about the “Trump refuses to distance himself from David Duke” meme I turned it off. Riddick, my guess is that the vast majority of Bernie fanatics will just drift away .. if they liked Hillary at all, they would not have swarmed to him in the first place. Oh that and all the free stuff he promised them.
I would not look for most to reconsider anybody on the GOP side as many are young and may not have established habit of voting yet. It’s fine with me if they stay home though.

I’m making myself listen to Savage, because I want to hear how he balances his Trump support with his Jewish supremacist tendencies over the David Duke issue So far, no defense of Trump, he hasn’t mentioned David Duke at all. He did say that Trump might be able to beat Hillary in the general; what a rousing endorsement.

I listened to Savage back in the day, mid ’90s while living in SF Bay Area. Took just a few days to figure out he’s way too unhinged and way too self centered, stopped listening. Then gave him a try 2+ years ago. Nope. Same old Savage, no change.

We had that discussion a couple of nights ago when I pointed out that Drudge was THE single greatest ANTI Newt voice in 2012 and then more than ably assisted by Lubio to alter the course of primaries that year starting with FL. So, Drudge in support of Trump now in no way excuses his past misdeed, FOR ME, which probably more than altered ALL of our lives for the past 4 years.
I simply never forget and never forgive. Probably my worst trait, but seemingly its one I share with Trump.

the oscars , which I never watch, preempted all my usual programs last night. I spent the evening on line and it dawned on me that actors are liars.
The better they are at prevarication, the better we like them. They are more believable. A poor hammy actor, is a clumsy liar.
Hannity is an actor. We really know nothing about him. All we have ever seen is his ACT on TV or on Radio. He must be a rather good liar, because he took us all in for years.
Once you know it is a lie, you realize that they are responding to the applause. Hannity is completey aware of the exact number that watch and listen daily.

No I do not agree that anyone can beat Hillary. I am a former Democrat. The only person who can beat Hillary is Trump because Trump will get a huge number of Democrats.
Furthermore, I think that some die hard Bernie supporters who like Bernie’s trade policies will also vote Trump.
The only reason MSM and the collective establishments are making such a big deal about something that Trump DID NOT SAY is to link him to KKK and take away his support among Dems and also among blacks. They are already running general election campaign against Trump.

Calling Trump a racist the last 8 months wasn’t working. Why? Because blacks don’t want illegals any more than whites do. Blacks don’t want to be shot by a muslim anymore than whites do. So blacks haven’t viewed the “racist” narrative as anti-black.

Your statement implies that of all women in the US, 60% will vote for Hillary. But it is not true, nor is it going to be true even in the much smaller set of actual voters, of which half might be women. For instance, none of the Republican women will vote for her. No Trump supporting woman will vote for her. And I think you are grossly underestimating how much the bloom is off the rose for Hillary.

Ok so far, so anecdotal. Let’s look at some actual figures. In the Iowa caucus last week, 84% of women under the age of 30 voted for the 74-year-old Bernie Sanders; just 14% for Hillary.
The projection for New Hampshire is even more striking. 92% of that age group say they will back Sanders. Among women aged 30-39 it is not a whole lot better. Just 11% say they are going to back Hillary.

I chose the latest nationwide poll off of Real Clear Politics’ web site. Of the male Dem voters, 47% are choosing Hillary and 45% are choosing Sanders (and the rest fall into other categories). So JJ, there appear to be enough brain dead MEN as well as women who are supporting Hillary, not sure why you chose to focus only on the women.

Wasn’t it reported a little while back that rabid liberals only comprise about 24% of registered voters, and that was way before Killary’s latest email scandal and all. 2014 maybe? In General, many of them will not be motivated, especially when you hear highly visible Hollyweird types coming out and openly stating they do not vote with their vagina (Sarnadon, jus a week ago). When Hollyweird turns on a liberal it only points out this General will be really interesting and may be a blowout with Trump taking all states.

I’m so glad Trump is bringing up the depredations of the EPA. It’s not just puddles, it is spotted frogs, too! Really. But the real thing that is happening is that the EPA has been taken over by the enviros, who care NOT A WHIT about the environment. All they care about is lawsuits. This is their prime, maybe only source of income. Lawsuits follow a template – a bunch of mostly bogus environmental groups sue the EPA for a huge number of violations – also bogus. If the enviros win on ONE violation, they get ALL their lawyers fees paid by … the EPA!
This exact same tactic was used to destroy the US Forest Service. Now the USFS caves EVERY time an enviro walks into a meeting room.
Most of the “violations” take place in some remote, unpopulated area of the country and no one is able to fight back. So small towns – the natural resource producers as well as most of the supporting businesses – just dry up and move away. This is why there are so many ghost towns out here in the desolate part of the West. Mines have been shut down, national forests, farms, farm communities, and more. It. Must. Stop.

OK I just saw the so called choke-slam the news seems to be all up in arms about. It looks to me like a double (I forget the exact term for it now) but a nerve that runs just inside the clavicle, thumb press take down. Sheesh I wish I could remember the exact term, but we used to practice it every year in our defensive tactics class in the Florida Department of Corrections.. It really does look like you are choking someone from a distance, which is why those that had to film it had to be very close or everyone would scream that we were purposely choking someone. They warned us that some would claim we choked them and to be very reluctant to use that particular move.
