medialogos♦  In 2012 when Trayvon Martin was killed in self defense by George Zimmerman the media didn’t write about the troubled history of a 17-year-old who was kicked out of a Miami Dade high school for anti-social behavior.

Nor did they write about a burglary, or Trayvon being found with the stolen merchandise from the burglary, or the Miami-Dade school district decision to hide the evidence of the criminal conduct.

The media didn’t write about the School Resource Officer who was given instructions not to arrest young black males, and how the Miami-Dade School Police were pressured to lie on official police reports and keep the public in the dark on what was actually going on. They certainly didn’t tell the story of how Miami-Dade schools were forcing school administrators to use school discipline as an alternative for criminal prosecution.

Nor did the media write about the stolen merchandise which was mislabeled as “found property” and hidden on a back-room shelf in the evidence room.  They never wrote about the detective who was told where the stolen property was located, who it belonged to, and how it got there.  The media skipped the story of how the stolen jewelry was reunited with the victim.

The media had to remain willfully blind because they sold a different narrative for almost two years.  They had no way to do an about face and still retain credibility – it would be too uncomfortable, too politically incorrect to correct the record.

But that doesn’t mean the truth of those facts, the truth of that story, did not take place.  We know, because we exposed it all.

♦  In 2014 the media needed to skip the story of how Mike Brown’s shooting meme “hands up don’t shoot” was a complete fabrication, created out of thin-air in the moments shortly after the shooting in Ferguson Missouri.

The same media didn’t want to recognize how a bullet hole under an apartment window exactly matched the story of the shot fired by officer Darren Wilson from inside his SUV as Mike Brown attacked then struggled for the weapon.

Nor did the media want to look at their own pictures of the gold bracelet on the ground next to Wilson’s SUV and notice it exactly matched the bracelet worn by Dorian Johnson, Brown’s cohort, as witnessed in the CCTV video at the Ferguson Liquor Mart moments earlier.

Acceptance of that simple truth would have destroyed the story being told by Dorian Johnson, and the ‘hands-up’ meme was dependent on Johnson. The media had to remain willfully blind because they sold a different narrative. They had no way to allow such an admission and still retain credibility – it would be too uncomfortable, too politically incorrect to discuss.

But that doesn’t mean the truth of those facts, the truth of that story, did not take place.  We know because we exposed it all.

pool party - Dime girls 1♦  In 2015 the media needed to skip the story of how the McKinney Pool Party fiasco actually originated.  The media never reported on how 20-year-old Tatiana Rhodes and her mom Lashana Burkes were using the Craig Ranch sub-division to promote a party under the name Dime Piece Cookout.

Nor did the media ever look into how Tatiana and Lashana lost control of a crowd who showed up for their event, and how they promoted the party as a pool party but the residents of the entire community had no idea – until hundreds of out of control teen descended on the community.

A responding police officer lost his job trying to control a mob scene, that part interested the media.  But the two women who created the entire fiasco and their behavior to create such chaos, as well as their recruiting of teenage girls to be sexually exploited and serve as bait for young men in the community, well, not-so-much.

♦  Along a parallel path – simultaneously to those stories being researched, exposed and shared with the CTH community, the same level of discernment, interest and research was also taking place amid the larger body of American Politics.

patriotFor many years we have noted and drawn attention to individual moments, insignificant moments at the time of display, that build upon each other to form a much larger and more significant impact.

Much like a gathering process where you are collecting individual pixels for a screen image, the first several hundred pixels collected don’t do much to clarify the image.  It takes collecting thousand of pixels before the image being displayed begins to form.  It takes many thousand more, before the clarity allows the observer to see what the image actually is.

It is a long, very long, and painstaking process.   It takes discipline and resolve to scour hour after hour, day after day, obscure data and seemingly innocuous events.  Week after week, month after month, and year after year, until you find enough data to explain what the image is creating afore you.

We hold no vested interest in the outcome of the image as presented.  It simply is what it is.  We neither benefit from, nor find aversion to, whatever is discovered.  Whether we like the outcome or not is inconsequential to the existence of what is. Regardless of discomfort created by the assembled impression, the truth contained within the picture simply doesn’t care – nor do we.

There is no entity who can purchase the truth, any more than there is a capability of any entity to value the effort it takes to assemble the data.   Similarly, we do not hold any proprietary interest in the finished product.  Nor do we wish any credit or citation for the assembly.

The truth behind any and all events refutes ownership, and only affords discussion.  We accept that. We embrace that very basic principle.

It is beyond ridiculous for any entity, professional or otherwise, to put forth a proposition that presidential candidate Donald J Trump has any influence on the political content of this website.  As discussed we have tracked, traced, researched and assembled political data on these pages for more than half a decade.

We made clear in all statements, prior to June 2015, that the entire 2016 Presidential Race was a ridiculous ruse constructed in such a manner as to deliver the same outcome as the 2012 Presidential race.

The same 2012 script is played out in 2016, the only difference is the cast of predictable characters.  Ted Cruz replaced Newt Gingrich; Ben Carson replaced Herman Cain; the singular large outcome remained the same Jeb Bush via Marco Rubio replaced Mitt Romney.

Transparently predictable results when you stand back and simply accept what is afore you.   However, to really see the image we also need to admit our own co-dependent behavior is the canvas upon which the image is drawn.

We also made clear, in the ongoing discussion – as in all ongoing discussions, what empirical research, gathered during 2013, 2014 and 2015, lead us to this conclusion.

We then set about explaining each of the historic pixels as they were collected so anyone could research on their own.  An assembly of political pixels that no-one finds of interest until suddenly the exact same picture we have assembled is broadcast on TV screens to a larger audience.

And we laugh.

So no, the answer to the over the top silly proclamation, recently presented to reconcile the accuracy of the predictable picture we have shared, that some political candidate is in contact with CTH is no.

Other than a severely freaked out national rep from the Ted Cruz campaign last year, we have never had any contact with any political party, entity, representative, campaign or any affiliate therein about the content of this website.

This place was called The Last Refuge in 2011, because it is, well, exactly that.
