Hmm, looking again now there’s some quiet–at about 4:20 he talks about how he will challenge Cruz’ citizenship if he doesn’t get an apology before the election. He takes a question, apparently about how soon he would do it, and says “Oh, it will be pretty quick. I do quick.” He pauses a second, maybe for another question, and says “There will be another coming along…” big smile. I think Cruz has until Wednesday or Thursday, and then Rubio is next.

If apology is super duper Cruz might dodge the lawsuit, otherwise I expect Wednesday. Cruz stands to lose his Senate seat too if he doesn’t do it quick.

I disagree with these mini threats. If Cruz does not have
natural birthright standing, then Trump should file the
lawsuit regardless. What should an apology for lies
      have to do with it?

It leaves Cruz in a no win situation. Either he admits to lying and apologizes (which damages him with voters), or he is sued for eligibility (which also damages him to voters).

If it is one or the other, it is not as effective.

I’m sure Trump has been in contact with 4-5 well-known immigration/constitution lawyers and has been doing the research. What is the unknown is that Cruz’s records are sealed. I wonder if he applied to college as a Canadian, Cuban, or Foreign student? Are those records sealed too? if he applied as Canadian, then his lie about not knowing he was Canadian will be a lie. The only positive for Cruz is if those sealed records show that the Consular record of his birth is valid and filed in the appropriate time AND his mom was still a US citizen. Interesting times, and as already stated, Trump has shown he will do what he says.

Two things, Cruz supposedly got a passport in high school to go to the UK. At sixteen in most states, a birth certificate is required to get a drivers license. If all he had was the Canadian BC, he had to have known way back then he was Canadian citizen, n whose passport did he get, US or UK?? Curiouser n curiouser.

I suspect that Trump has the paperwork ready to go and has for a long time. I saw an article where Trump was interviewed in March of last year right after Cruz announced he was running. At that time, Trump said his natural born status was in question. When Cruz started ‘trolling’ Trump late last summer, I’m sure he just went along with it so he could size up what he’d have to do. He may have even told Cruz then that he needed to settle his eligibility.

In January when Trump was interviewed and asked about it, I think that was his shot across the bow at Cruz to do something about it. I think Trump was surprised it did not take him down sooner and had to start hitting harder. Hitting harder made Ted and company start to panic. He’s a formidable foe because he has the psychological operation behind him. There’s a lot of sheeple out there.

I have mixed feelings about whether Trump should move forward on the Eligibility issue, but he may have no choice rather than let Cruz rack up delegates that later go to Jeb.

        Trump should pursue Cruz eligibility

We could have stopped the re-election of Obama in 2012, but GOP Talk Radio supported Obama and attacked Eligibility Folks (Mark Levin was a major one). Though, one the things their attack on Obama Eligibility did was make them less credible when Cruz Eligibility is mentioned

Cruz can stop all this talk by releasing all records he has sealed. His refusal to do is indicative HE KNOWS he is not eligible

Yes, we’ve been discussing that here for awhile. Must be some reason he wants those sealed. Another thing I keep posting that I think is great but no one is reporting — don’t know if Trump knows or not. When Cruz was running for Senate in TX he said in an interview with GOP that natural born meant from “2 citizen parents on US soil” & Fox reported (twice I think) that he was ineligible to run for Pres.
Then when he’s running for Pres. it changed to “US citizen” period and refuses to comment further on it.

“In a campaign interview during his freshman senate race, a GOP Texas State Committee member sat down with the young candidate to ask a few poignant vetting questions, and here are the questions and answers from that interview… (Redacted information is to protect the witness at this moment, but the witness is willing to offer sworn testimony)

Interviewer: “What is your understanding of how one becomes a natural born Citizen?”

Cruz: “Two citizen parents and born on the soil.”

Interviewer: “.. based on your understanding, would you agree that Barack Obama is ineligible to be POTUS?”
      Cruz: “I would agree.”
Interviewer: “So when we get you elected, will you expose him for the usurping fraud he is?”
Cruz: “No, my main focus will be on repealing Obamacare.”
Interviewer: “But Mr. Cruz, if he is exposed as the usurping fraud he is, everything he has done will become null and void. Everything!”
Interviewer: “At that point, Cruz reiterated his main concern, so it was obvious the conversation was over as far as Cruz was concerned. I thanked him for his time and wished him success in the runoff.”

      Canada and Dual Citizenship

      <

blockquote>Prior to 1947 and the introduction of the first Citizenship Act, there was legally no such thing as Canadian citizenship. Both native-born and naturalized citizens were British subjects. In 1977, the current Citizenship Act came into force, making extensive changes to the law. The effect was to make citizenship more widely available (for example, by reducing the period of residency required from five to three years), and to remove the special treatment for British nationals and the remaining discrimination between men and women.(1) The Act also provided that Canadians could hold dual citizenship, reversing the previous situation in which citizenship was lost upon the acquisition of the citizenship of another country.

Interesting election season for sure, one that is getting people very involved and should be one humdinger come November.

I heard a rumor elsewhere that there was more proof of Cruz’ mother actually voting. So far that list of eligible voters could be dismissed as a bureaucratic mistake. But, if she was eligible and it could be shown that she did use citizenship status to vote, there is no defense left. I believe it might be something like that, which gives a reliable source document showing that Cruz’ mother was in fact a Canadian citizen when he was born (or English, she was there ten years after all).

Mr Trump is being very nice to Bush.

Student to Jeb Bush: “Your Brother Created ISIS”

We can certainly lay a lot of blame at the Bush door. (Do not forget that Iraq and Iran are the enemies of Saudi Arabia.)

George W. Bush met with fifteen Islamic supremacists at the White House on September 26, 2001 just after 9/11 Attack

“….Just six weeks after 9/11, The New Republic ran an expose explaining how Norquist arranged for George W. Bush to meet with fifteen Islamic supremacists at the White House on September 26, 2001 — to show how Muslims rejected terrorism. Wrote TNR author Franklin Foer:
Unfortunately, many of the leaders present hadn’t unambiguously rejected it. To the president’s left sat Dr. Yahya Basha, president of the American Muslim Council, an organization whose leaders have repeatedly called Hamas “freedom fighters.” Also in attendance was Salam Al-Marayati, executive director of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, who on the afternoon of September 11 told a Los Angeles public radio audience that “we should put the State of Israel on the suspect list.” And sitting right next to President Bush was Muzammil Siddiqi, president of the Islamic Society of North America, who last fall told a Washington crowd chanting pro-Hezbollah slogans, “America has to learn if you remain on the side of injustice, the wrath of God will come.”
It was Norquist who ushered these silver-tongued jihadists into the Oval Office after the worst attack ever on American soil. Don’t you think that the likes of Ibn Warraq, Bat Ye’or, and Wafa Sultan should have been advising the President instead of Hamas, Hizballah and the Muslim Brotherhood? But that wasn’t to be. So at that September 26 meeting Bush declared that “the teachings of Islam are teachings of peace and good.” It was a critically important, historic moment. What should have been the most important teaching moment of the long war became a propaganda tool for Islam. A singular historic opportunity was squandered, and the harm that has resulted is incalculable….”

In 2011 on the House Floor Rep Frank Wolf (R –Va) had this to say about Grover Norquist:
“…I want to be clear: I raise these issues not just because Mr. Norquist’s associates may be unsavory people,” Wolf said. “There are many lobbyists in Washington who represent clients of all stripes and backgrounds. But my concern arises when the appearances of impropriety are raised over and over again with a person who has such influence over public policy. That, I believe, should give any fair-minded person pause….

What has been the result of 9/11? We Americans get the Patriot Act, Homeland security, unsecured borders, destruction of the Posse Comitatus Act, TSA Grope-N-Fly and Americans labeled extremists and ‘homegrown terrorists.

For muslims not only has the US government and the MSM swept under the rug the problems with islam, since 9/11 the US government has granted DOUBLE the number of visa granted annually to muslims prior to 9/11. Between 2001 to 2013 there were 1,628,854 visas issued.

These immigrants are from from volatile countries such as Iraq [116,076], Iran [166,531], Bangladesh [150,251], and Pakistan [200,493] andSomalia [77,569], the source of much of our recent troubles with homegrown terror, particularly in the Minneapolis area

1.6 Million Immigrants from Predominantly Muslim Countries Since 9/11

“…The overall numbers track closely with Pew’s estimates of 100,000 new Muslim immigrants per year, almost twice the level of the previous decade.  It is also 10% of our annual immigrant population.  At that rate, the Muslim population in the U.S. is expected to double by 2030 and triple by 2050….

This explosion of Muslim immigration has also led to the rapid growth of extremist mosques in this country, many of which are funded by terror-supporting countries or organizations. The latest painful example was the discovery of the Phoenix mosque where the two Garland terrorists prayed.   This mosque, which is led by an ethnic Palestinian and tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, seems to have engaged in many activities that would terrify ordinary Americans. This explains why our nation is witnessing the radicalization of so many new Muslim converts….”

There have been 72 deadly attacks on American soil where 3110 people have been killed. List of muslim attacks in the USA. These have only been the ones that show up in the news.
By February 2016 there have been more than 27816 deadly attacks by Muslim terrorists since 9/11.

I guess I better get my hearing checked. I heard Trump’s press conference almost in it’s entirety. I never heard him even mention a third party run. Yet, on Fox News, Newsmax & others the narrative is “Trump threatens third party run”.

Brilliant analogy by Trump when it was pointed out the GWB kept us safe after 9/11. 9/11 was the worst disaster on American soil. Trump said that’s like saying our team allowed 19 runs in the first inning and we did good afterwards.

    Trump is simply brilliant.

You guys really need to read this article or better yet watch the showtime documentary “Spymasters ” from November 2015 George Tenet is pretty honest – A real eye opener

I never knew until I watched this documentary how much President Bush was briefed on the coming event – The CIA was adamant that a 9-11 type event was coming several months in advance and briefed the administration it seems daily from May.2002.

Looking at how much George Tenet expressed great concern over Bin Laden and the amount of Briefings given to the Bush administration – It doesn’t seem that Trump is that far off from his assessment of Bush’s responsibility on the welfare of the nation at the time.

My Hope is Sundance maybe makes it a subject line for one of his articles – As a long term veteran that has served under Carter, Reagan, Bush41, Clinton, Bush43, It was almost surreal to put in terms how much the CIA had read it correctly and Leadership just refused to put any weight to it.
    From the article:
” That morning of July 10, the head of the agency’s Al Qaeda unit, Richard Blee, burst into Black’s office. “And he says, ‘Chief, this is it. Roof’s fallen in,’” recounts Black. “The information that we had compiled was absolutely compelling. It was multiple-sourced. And it was sort of the last straw.” Black and his deputy rushed to the director’s office to brief Tenet. All agreed an urgent meeting at the White House was needed. Tenet picked up the white phone to Bush’s National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. “I said, ‘Condi, I have to come see you,’” Tenet remembers. “It was one of the rare times in my seven years as director where I said, ‘I have to come see you. We’re comin’ right now. We have to get there.’”

Tenet vividly recalls the White House meeting with Rice and her team. (George W. Bush was on a trip to Boston.) “Rich [Blee] started by saying, ‘There will be significant terrorist attacks against the United States in the coming weeks or months. The attacks will be spectacular. They may be multiple. Al Qaeda’s intention is the destruction of the United States.’” [Condi said:] ‘What do you think we need to do?’ Black responded by slamming his fist on the table, and saying, ‘We need to go on a wartime footing now!’”

“What happened?” I ask Cofer Black. “Yeah. What did happen?” he replies. “To me it remains incomprehensible still. I mean, how is it that you could warn senior people so many times and nothing actually happened? It’s kind of like The Twilight Zone.” Remarkably, in her memoir, Condi Rice writes of the July 10 warnings: “My recollection of the meeting is not very crisp because we were discussing the threat every day.” Having raised threat levels for U.S. personnel overseas, she adds: “I thought we were doing what needed to be done.” (When I asked whether she had any further response to the comments that Tenet, Black and others made to me, her chief of staff said she stands by the account in her memoir.) Inexplicably, although Tenet brought up this meeting in his closed-door testimony before the 9/11 Commission, it was never mentioned in the committee’s final report.”

If anyone has any doubts about Mr. Trumps willingness to go to the mat for the country they need look no further than this press conference. Why? The GOPe is heavily invested in the migrant kingdoms being set up under the various first generation immigrant politicians they bought.

Sort of makes you wonder if the GOPe will make Ted step out of the race to prevent a ruling on who can run for President. If a ruling were made, it could mess up all sorts of plans, including the validity of any appointments Obama may have made.

I would expect a humble apology coming forthwith. The powers that be have much to lose.

    • Trump doesn’t do anything without a plan. Sheriff Arpaio and Trump have been known to collaborate regarding Obama’s eligibility. Remember the Sheriff had a big announcement regarding Obama then he spoke with Trump and we haven’t heard anything. I think that there is a means to an end here and you made the point that if a ruling were made it would affect more than just Pastor Ted. Everything all in good time. Trump has to be President for so many things depend on that which is why the GOPe are fighting so hard against him. They are complicit in the collusion to defraud the American people.

I’m assuming Trump has seen this article. It would better to show it publicly he’s correct in his statement about George W Bush not protecting us and literally knowing what was coming.. His rivals can’t play it off as “rant” . It would show the voters he’s still being truthful about everything he’s said so far.

That is why I posted it…In hopes that someone with more visibility can get this to the Trump Camp. I believe that most of the Republican community does not know how intensely the CIA pursued the issue to GWB before 9-11.

are we assuming Eleanor Wilson became a canadian citizen rather than becoming a UK citizen while living in england and married to Alan Wilson? is that the most likely scenario?

There has been comments that Trump never criticized the Iraq war before the August 2004 Esquire piece. This is from 2003, March 25th.

Donald Trump, with Amazonian beauty Melania Knauss at his side, pronounces on the war and the stock market: “If they keep fighting it the way they did today, they’re going to have a real problem.”

Looking as pensive as a “Nightline” talking head, the Donald concludes, “The war’s a mess,” before sweeping off into the crowd.

And the news that day on Iraq.

    Not a good day.

The American people don’t want to be nice any longer . we shouldn’t have to settle for any kind of unbalance in our politicians.

I remember Regan as a kid growing up, the administration had its issues, but Regan did work honestly to do right by the American people. It’s why he had a landslide victory his 2nd term. Government works best when the people can see its for them not against them like Obama has.

Cruz isn’t the only one with a problem, their all getting called out, people are fed up with it.

But if Cruz is going to attack a pro American candidate like Trump , who left everything to make the country better again. Then he will be told to sit down and shut up. And we’ll do that with our voice and vote.

” And as a neighbor to Elanor I know more that I am sure Cruz does not want told but the Consulate in Calgary Alberta has no problem in stating she could not and did not record his birth with them as she was not American at the time of his birth. She could not have been for as many years as she lived in Canada with out visas being issued, All records previously stated are public records you however must send in a written request to obtain copies, Unlike the Us this is all public record for a fee.

I lived next door to Elanor Elizabeth Wilson for many years I was present when she went to Canada Immigration in 1968 and denounced her US Citizenship and surrendered her US Passport. she at that time was given Canadian Citizenship she went directly from there to the Canada Manpower Office and obtained a Canadian Social Insurance number, she then went to Alberta Health and obtained Alberta Health care, she also registered to Vote in the Canadian elections and did so as a Canadian citizen no Americans can vote in Canadian elections, nor can they hold Alberta Health coverage nor reside in Canada that long with out being deported for over staying her visa, she was American at the time of his birth I know I was there, I know too she went to the American Consulate in Calgary she was told she had given up her citizenship and her children had no status in the United States.

She used her birth certificate to reenter the US under false pretenses as a US citizen in 1974 and did not let on she had denounced her citizenship I expect. But I can prove by consulate records, voters records, Alberta health care records, Immigration of Canada records, Social Insurance records{basically the same as social security in the states} that she was no longer American at the time of his birth but Canadian and had not reapplied to get her citizenship back either.

Cruz whole claim to American Citizenship is false he is not American, and even by the American Immigration Laws he gave up being American when he turned 22 and had not denounced his Canadian status before then. by the Laws of immigration you must choose by the 21st birthday there is no holding duel citizenship in the US beyond 21 years of age. notarized copies of all these records are now filed with the Court of Queens bench in safe keeping so that no one can make them disappear as well as having been turned over to American Authorities whom we did not trust to investigate this matter as well, so we also sent to England copies of these notarized documents so they can not be destroyed or gotten rid of…”

Elisa Sluijs does seem to be real. She has a face book page. Says she studied at L. H. Bates-Technical-college Tacoma, Washington and is supporting Easton Hay in some sort of stunt. Eastin is also connected to Calgory.
