    This is big! This is the ” right jab” to Cruz’s jaw. He’ll never see the “left hook” that’s headed for his nose. I’m really speculating now, but I think there will be another endorsement coming from an important figure from the Left that wil come out for Trump. It’s what’s known as “the old one, two”! DT is a pugilist who knows when to throw the “hay maker” to KO his opponent.

        Yeah, but the Iowa Gov. trashed Cruz because Cruz wants to stop ethanol subsidies. I guess The Iowa Gov is “looking Out” for Iowa but at the expense of the rest of Americans.

          I caught the last half hour of Rush today and he equated the IA governors trashing of Cruz as proof positive! that Cruz is anti establishment. Really Rush? That was a yuge reach there. Anyone, establishment or not, who announced their opposition to subsidies, would they not get the same response?

          People don’t know the backstory on why the government saved General Motors. Do you know who was lobbying the Oval Office the hardest over the GM bailout? The Defense Department. Some University of Michigan professor that was in the White House at the time and involved in the discussions was on a car show and said they were worried about losing American-owned manufacturing capacity.

          I look at ethanol the same way. In the whole scheme of things, it’s not that big of a deal and it’s an insurance policy in case something happens to our oil supply.

      An endorsement from the left isn’t going to help Trump during the primaries. That would be campaign suicide right before the Iowa caucus.

      Trump is a strategic thinker, and he will roll out the right endorsements at the right time.

      For example, John Wayne’s family is a big deal, and not anything that a small, linear thinker like Cruz who sees everything through the prism of Washington DC.

      John Wayne is a BIG DEAL in Iowa. But Ted Cruz and his supporters wouldn’t know that. Donald Trump does. I saw the vile Cruz Crusaders on FreeRepublic making fun of the endorsement (when they thought it was THE big announcement because they have trouble with reading and comprehension, and telling time.) They just didn’t even understand the significance in Iowa.

      Expect to see Trump get endorsed by Rick Scott in Florida, Rudy Giuliani in New York, Arnold Schwarzenegger in California.

        Branstad’s would be a good endorsement because of Trump’s speak among moderates and independents. Getting endorsements across the full spectrum of the Republican electorate is a plus. I wish Franklin Graham would endorse in the primaries.

        I thini the only way it will help Trump is if a Democrat comes out and says that of all the caniddpates from both parties, Trump,is the only one who can make America great again. That person would have to say that his/her party has messed up the country big time. Then that Dem better switch parties before his/her next election because he/she is done as a Democrat.

        I am very weary of hearing that Trump isn’t conservative or conservative enough .. what does that even mean anymore? Not much, and in my book is a gold star for Trump. What we want is someone who can actually DO something, and that, of course, is only Donald Trump. America needs a leader!

        In some minds there is a slight risk that Trump will not follow through on what he’s telling the people, but I have never bought that for an instant. So the first order of business is to reduce the influence of the corrupt establishment in both parties. They have tainted and ruined everything Americans hold dear and their demise can’t happen fast enough for me. Get em out of here!

          Yep… And as shabbily treated as Palin was by the MSM, talk show pundits, and more, the SECOND any start up that crap….and don’t pull the same crap on HillHag, they will be SKEWERED on their hypocrisy, bigotry, misogyny, etc. Worse, had the election been 2 weeks later, she might have dragged McCain’s hide over the finish line. After his ditching campaign 4 DC, she was working it… and their numbers started to climb. She didn’t earn the abuse.

          For the longest time, I thought Palin’s political career was over for good. It would have been. However, with Trump at the helm, she’ll be rehabilitated, at a minimum…w/ plenty of time for the MSM to get over their antipathy toward Palin. A trial balloon. Whether cabinet position or Agency head or on the ticket, who knows?

          It’s delicious, no matter which way it shakes out in November. Palin more than earned a rehab in the public eye. She and her family were treated in the most disgusting, vile manner… even Hillary noted it. Which puts Sarah off limits for Hillary, in all but the narrowest modes of attack, should Palin be on the ticket. Gotta stick to business.

          PS- Can you all see Paln sticking up for Bill’s victims? Even just stumping for Trump? So can I. OUCH.

        And you are not alone. Now Sarah is endorsing him, all good. Spotlight back on Donald with this move. This wipes out a lot of crap from Cruz, Beck, GOPe, McCain and Tea party back stabbers. Bravo. Going to solidify our base. Obviously DT and SP have a close, solid relationship and this bodes well for the future. New Dem supporters coming to Donald need not fear, this is an endorsement, albeit a huuuge one. Her position if any in a future Trump administration is undetermined. Donald knows the history of the Dems vs Sarah and will make wise use of her in a way that continues to be a POSITIVE, not alienating. That’s in the future not now. You think Donald doesn’t know how to build a winning team? Stick around and relax. Man is building the coalition that will transform this crippled country into some great again.

      NO. While this endorsement will help Trump with Republicans, it won’t hurt much with his Democrat supporters. HOWEVER, the same can’t be said if he was to pick her for VP. I personally would still support Trump, but I think I’m a much stronger supporter than the average “cross-over” Democrat. I think a lot of his Dem support would weaken were he to pick Palin. I think it’s pretty obvious Donald needs more than just Repubs to win in the fall… that’s important to keep in mind.

        “For the record, she also endorsed Romney and McCain.”
        “Still, the Palin endorsement will send shock waves through the political season. Just how important her endorsement is remains to be seen. Is it the kiss of death, with results like we saw from Romney and McCain, or will it add fuel to the Trump steamroller?
        How important are endorsements anyway?

        “Did Lindsey Graham’s endorsement of Bush change anything? Probably not, unless in a negative direction. The power of Palin, however, does have the potential to influence voters. In any event, there is an abundance of talent in the field of Republican candidates. None (certainty including Trump) are perfect.”

    http://blog.dilbert.com/post/137375194651/the-biggest-trump-story-that-you-missed-master

    Let me summarize it for you. The realization will start small, and build in the coming days.

    If you are wondering why Donald Trump is more of a bad-ass on immigration than you feel is either right or necessary, here’s the difference:

    You heard about 9/11. Trump smelled it.

    I’m calling this the immigration surprise that I predicted. I thought it would involve a VP selection, but he took the opportunity when it arose.

    Now that Trump has an acceptable motive – a story you will see emerge in the media – the election is essentially over.

    Trump’s dog whistle is blowing and the howls of the Jacksonian Wolf Pack are at hand.

      How can you choose a username out of hero worship then call someone else a “Cruzbot” in the same breath?

      I think it’s dangerous when people get too fanatical about political candidates.

      If
      Rudyard Kipling

      If you can keep your head when all about you
      Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
      If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
      But make allowance for their doubting too;
      If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
      Or, being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
      Or, being hated, don’t give way to hating,
      And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise;

      If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
      If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
      If you can meet with triumph and disaster
      And treat those two impostors just the same;
      If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
      Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
      Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
      And stoop and build ‘em up with wornout tools;

      If you can make one heap of all your winnings
      And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
      And lose, and start again at your beginnings
      And never breathe a word about your loss;
      If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
      To serve your turn long after they are gone,
      And so hold on when there is nothing in you
      Except the Will which says to them: “Hold on”;

      If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
      Or walk with kings—nor lose the common touch;
      If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
      If all men count with you, but none too much;
      If you can fill the unforgiving minute
      With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run—
      Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
      And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

      Had to memorize that in high school. Can’t quote it verbatim now, but I still remember the lesson.

      Anybody tearing down ANY other conservative is to blame for the libs having so much control over our society. We can’t seem to be civil, even to each other. We ALL have to be right, ALL have to agree in lock-step. We try to kill individuality in our own kind and we ignore our own hypocrisy and weakness. We seem to have forgotten that freedom is the goal, not being part of the herd.

      Even though I’m voting for Trump, I won’t hate Cruz or be ashamed of Cruz’s positive record because some fanatical nut can’t stand a little honest competition. We all vote alone. We will all vote our own conscience. What is wrong with people who insist on shoving their views down other folks’ throats? Why call names? Why not add a sensible and reasonable voice to the din instead of the fandom? Trump is the new Beatles.

      I had to stop reading daily, too much mania. I don’t think it’s healthy. How many “Go Trump!!!”s do people need to utter each day? Don’t folks get bored with it?

      I don’t understand. Maybe because I work and I have a family and friends? Maybe I’m not much of an extremist?

      Too much of a good thing is taking the fun out of Trump for me. I don’t want to be confused with people who say ugly things about everybody else in support of Trump. I want to be one of the people who think he will win fairly and squarely, a clean vote by good people. I don’t want to be like the Obama supporters. I don’t think turnabout is fair play. I just want things to be good again and now I’m afraid we are going to be just as bad as they are after. I surely hope not.

      I just picked this post at random, it could have a few thousand others posted this week. They are all about the same. It’s hard to hate Cruz from my home in Texas. It won’t happen. I manage to easily dislike Jeb, but he’s Florida’s son. Cruz is okay in my book. I know he probably won’t get the nod, but I don’t feel the need to be a complete @$$hole about it…

      Just sayin’.

    I am so happy that that the “pitbull in lipstick” endorsed Trump. I was hoping she knew about the Dominism and Cruz. I was disappointed that Phil Robertson endorsed Cruz yesterday. I bet he doesn’t know about Cruz’s religious beliefs. Christians, don’t be fooled by Cruz.

  48. Sarah Palin Endorses Donald Trump For President – FOX The Five 1-19-2016 (Length 15:20 min)
    Kimberly Guilfoyle, Eric Bolling, Dana Perino, Juan Williams, Greg Gutfeld discuss the Sarah Palin endorsement and the devastation of Iowa’s Governor Terry Branstad’s admonishment to NOT vote for Ted Cruz and that Cruz is bad for Iowa

    • Other than Eric Bolling, the subject of the scathing admonishment NOT to vote for Cruz from Iowa’s Governor Terry Branstad, the subject was just too devastating for Gutfield and Perino to talk about, as obviously it WILL hurt their candidate Canadian Ted Cruz. They instead stuck to only the subject of the coveted Palin endorsement which stuck in their craws as well.

      Frankly, Gutfield’s demons, or hateful spirits of emotion if you prefer, were wanting to manifest themselves in a very vitriolic way which due to the fact he is on TV he mustered enough control to not let them out as seen when he begins to speak he is almost choking.

      The problem with being a middle-aged 51 yr old wanting to remain a perpetual boy, that is Gutfield, is he also handles stress and fights like a boy as well. And for him of all people to stand in judgment of Christians who choose to vote for Trump over the fake and dishonest religious Ted Cruz, even tossing up a bible scripture is sad and pathetic to watch. The problem with spending your formative years partying and doing dope is you end up skipping a large portion of adulthood, that is Greg Gutfield.

      TIME TO GROW UP GREG.

        “fake and dishonest religious Ted Cruz”

        That’s ridiculous to say. I’m not a church-goer and I even know that is a horrible claim to make and can only be judged if YOU are object of the praise and glory. If you aren’t He, then you maybe shouldn’t post stuff like that. Who are you to judge the heart of another?

        Stop and think, folks. Are you getting carried away? Is it time to invoke Godwin’s Law?

        Wow. Just wow. I hate it when churchy people are mean. It’s not right. Especially over politics, the work of man.
