Does anyone think this has anything to do with Donald Trump’s promise to spend 2 million a week on ad buys? After hearing Mr. Trump planned on retaliation ad I wondered just how many Jeb “donors’ would be willing to risk it. Do you think Mr. Trump will give those “dark movers’ who put money into super pacs more quarter then he is willing to give Bill Clinton?

“Jeb cancels ad buys in two states, will concentrate on ground game:
Jeb Bush is canceling big ad buys in Iowa and South Carolina to devote more resources to the campaign’s ground game.”

    • Toronto Tonto says:

We’ve only seen a taste of what Trump would do to the Clintons, and Jeb got spooked and withdrew his ad buys. Do not taunt Happy Fun Ball!

    • PatriotKate says:

I suppose it’s possible, particularly if the ads they were planning to run were negative targets of Trump. When Trump announced the coming ad blitz, he did mention they were ready to return fire with ads if necessary. It’s either that, or Jeb is running low on money. It doesn’t necessarily mean that his Super Pacs aren’t going to be running ads though.

    • yy4u says:

I wish Jebbush would cancel ads in VA — I’m sick of his mewling attack ad on Trump with him declaring HE (Jebbush) is an accomplished experienced “leader”. Governor Sarah Palin was declared NOT to have foreign policy experience when HER state (AK) borders Canada and Russia. Last time I looked at a map, FL is attacked to the USA. If Jebbush is going to tout his family’s foreign policy experience, I’ll pass on that one. Two invasions of Iraq and an open border with Mexico are quite enough, thank you.

Instead of a picture, I suggest including the “Make America Great Again” video/song by Toots Sweet. It’s great, it’ll get stuck in their head, and maybe they’ll learn a thing or two!

I really starting to hate Ted Cruz. He’s copying almost exact Trump’s position and took no heat for it. He got everything to gain and nothing to lose and put no work into the fight. If he lose he probably doesn’t care cause he’s still young and have built a name for himself.

I am a Christian and I am most angry at Cruz for playing on other Christians naive, trusting nature. Praying that the “evangelicals” wake up soon before it is too late. He can not win the national election. The Dems will destoy him in a couple weeks. We haven’t vetted him properly because the talk shows are pushing him. It’s disgusting.

Life has been a bit hectic, so I have ignored the e-mails over the last 2 – 3 weeks, but went to clean it out today.

Stunning — I mean STUNNING!!! — number from the Cruz campaign. Five to 8 per day over the last 14 days with each screeching for money! And whine, whine, whine about how he’s being treated. I have no idea how he got my address except for purchasing it as I don’t believe him eligible from the get-go.

Also have had regular e-mails from The Donald’s campaign summarizing new points made at his various rallies, plus thank-you notes for the postcards and purchase of buttons, and then a Christmas card. No drama, very professional.

Two very different approaches. Guess which one engenders trust and more interest in his next step, new ideas?

I have had the same experience. I got two Ted emails today, one from Heidi poor Tedding by way of “The Daily Caller”. What’s that about? Same experience with Trump. Big contrast between the two campaigns. I agree with Rashamon — I don’t think Ted Cruz is eligible and I think the GOPee understands that and are trying to use him to herd the evangelicals away from Trump. If that’s successful, they’ll declare Ted ineligible and in will waltz THEIR candidate Jebbus or Marco Romeo.

what i like about trump is that he doesn’t appear to be the type to quit at something he starts. if he goes down by the hands of the GOPe, the republican party is d.o.a. the majority of trumpsters are now all in and would never vote for anyone but trump. it’s got to be either piaps or trump from this point forward. the GOPe can’t be so stupid as to not see this. truly, they want hillary before trump. that’s a sad state of affairs.

Just read this on Drudge and I am really out of patience with Iowa voters. What is the deal with them? I do not like the coy routine some of these people are pulling as I do not believe for one second that they are still considering who to caucus for. If they are still “struggling”, after being wooed and courted for months, then what is the problem?

Like the girl who is so popular she has multiple guys asking her to the prom, and spends her time telling all her friends she just can’t decide which one to go with. Iowans know that once that caucus vote total is in, the spotlight and headlines will move on. Ugh! I’m bored with Iowa!
    Make a decision already.

    • yy4u says:

I have a different take on it. Were I an Iowan (is that the word? Or is it Iowegan?). Anyway, were I an Iowan, and I was for Trump, I’d say I was undecided to keep the media-crities (sic) and the Vichy Republicans upended. The caucuses are a month away, plenty of time for the mecuacrities and GOPees to focus in and make life miserable for anyone who is obviously for Trump.

    • jello333 says:

Our whole election system is pretty messed up… with the Iowa caucuses, and all the other states fighting over who gets the most attention, being a prime example. The fact that it’s usually pretty much over before the two biggest states even get to vote… yeah, that’s just bizarre.

A chilling thought just ran through my mind as I pondered what the Demos could do to salvage Hillary’s campaign once The Donald starts firing full broadsides into the SS Clintonian and it starts taking on water…..what if they panic and approach BHO to save them by taking the VICE-PRESIDENT slot???????? A Clinton-Obama ticket. Think about it, it allows Oblow to stay influential for 4 to 8 more years and he will energize his voters to come out and vote…that is the blacks, latinos, asians and millennials. I know the Clintonistas and Obomanites would fight like cats and dogs once they get in, but they could band together just long enough to get in and beat Trump. What do you think Sundance?

A new poll shows the Silver State (NV) easily giving Donald Trump the gold medal in his fight for the Republican presidential nomination.

A Gravis Marketing poll of likely Nevada voters released Wednesday found Trump, the Republican front-runner since August, winning over his rivals by capturing 33 percent. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz was second at 20 percent, followed by Florida Sen. Marco Rubio at 11 percent.

The survey was conducted Dec. 23-27 with 909 registered, likely voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percentage points for both parties.

he good news for Trump comes just three days after Clout Research, a national opinion research firm in Columbus, Ohio, said the billionaire’s anti-establishment, anti-politically correct attitude resonates with many minorities.

The WND/Clout survey, taken Dec. 18-27, except for the holiday, found 40 percent of blacks, 45 percent of Hispanics, and nearly 19 percent of Asians view Trump favorably, WND reported. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.35 percentage points.

Trump’s prolonged dominance in the polls has created what Fox News deemed a “brawl” between candidates “below the Trump tier.”

    Snippet from below article

SHOCK: Professors claim Trump could be 1st to win all 50 states
In a shocking turn of events, professors and political science analysts are declaring that Donald J Trump could become the first person in American history to claim all 50 states in an election.

    by Barry Farber, WND
Admit it. Donald Trump is a volcano in a forest of Ronson lighters.
You’re not going to stop him. He may carry all 50 states.

The awareness of Trump’s invincibility is dawning slowly for several reasons. Nobody wants to be revealed as a fool if Trump flames out. Also, such a breathtaking prediction hates to be borne all alone. “Out on a limb” is a lonely place for a pundit to be. Then, too, a lot of heretofore wise observers are obeying the instinct to adopt a “business as usual” stance. We put subconscious pressure on ourselves so that yesterday’s “clown-by-consensus” isn’t too abruptly hailed as the winner this absurdly long before the first vote is cast. The dreamers in the GOP are still reassuring one another that Trump’s domination is a “summertime thing,” and that come fall the public anger will be gone and the people will ask themselves, “Is this the kind of person we want in the Oval Office?” Dream on, Dear Establishment. People are already asking that question, and the answer is not just “Yes”; it’s “Hell, Yes!”
