A recent article in the Washington Post about “raids to deport illegal alien families” seeks to create a political narrative, perhaps even a Trump-effect as the story line. However, it’s not a matter of Trump – or even federal judge Andrew Hannen – the affect is rule of law.

[…]  The ICE operation would target only adults and children who have already been ordered removed from the United States by an immigration judge, according to officials familiar with the undertaking, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because planning is ongoing and the operation has not been given final approval by DHS. The adults and children would be detained wherever they can be found and immediately deported. The number targeted is expected to be in the hundreds and possibly greater. (link)

Almost everything following that paragraph above -in the severely slanted Washington Post outline- is factually false, presented entirely with left-wing ideological underpinnings.

Despite the ineptitude and abject stupidity of the current congress, led by amnesty-aligned Republicans, there is a pesky problem for DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson regarding border enforcement and deportation – that pesky problem is actual law needing to be enforced.

Yes, there are political ramifications when the executive office turns a blind-eye to unlawful entry; and yes, there are political ramifications when the Department of Homeland Security refuses to comply with immigration law enforcement; but the real problem for the Obama administration is their ideology running counter to the law.

This was abundantly evidenced when Texas Judge Andrew Hanen blocked President Obama’s unconstitutional overreach within the DAPA (Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program).

Twice the Obama Dept. of Justice appealed the Hanen injunction/ruling, twice they failed. Their desperate third attempt via the Supreme Court has little chance of succeeding.  However, like good little ideological leftists, they try to buy time and hope no-one pays attention to the full story.  They already know they can count on congress to allow them full latitude to continue their usurpation – hence, the electorate despise congress.

Again, the issue is enforcement of current law, where President Obama and Secretary Johnson attempt to skirt their enforcement responsibilities; and again, they encounter that pesky thing – law.

When anyone fully understands what is taking place, and contrasts that reality against the backdrop of what ‘has-taken-place‘, you reach a point where Glenn Beck and Ted Cruz’s soccer ball and teddy bear campaign in 2014 becomes exponentially more insufferable.

It is ironic that one part of the aforementioned dynamic duo actually thinks his current position on immigration can be reconciled against his past behavior.  Perhaps it can, but only so long as his past behavior remains forgotten or hidden from the electorate.

~ “The Idiots Who Fell For It ~

President Obama and Secretary Jeh Johnson allowed millions of illegal aliens to flow into the U.S. from central and south America.  They are here illegally.  Glenn Beck, Dana Loesch and Ted Cruz greeted them with gifts and open arms.  But the problem for all of the facilitators and co-dependents remains the fact they are here illegally.

They are illegal.

As a direct consequence of the laws being broken Judge Hanen has blocked Obama and Johnson from legalizing five million of them, giving them eligible work status and allowing them to stay indefinitely.   So now what?

The rule of law has been applied – now comes, or at least is supposed to come, the enforcement mechanism, DEPORTATION.  Hence, the Washington Post rushes quick to the typeset to both pontificate, and simultaneously illicit sympathy.

Why not?  The media sympathy approach worked in the summer of 2014 when the unlawful border crossings where labeled “a humanitarian crisis” and Glenn, Dana and Senator Ted rushed to the border to “help”.

It is ironic that law, both the application thereof and the enforcement therein, allows only one legal option, deportation.  And yet only one candidate one presidential candidate is clearly on record saying he is willing to follow that law-and-order approach.

Guess who?

No parseltongue.

No obfuscation.

No dodging.

No doubt.

Clarity:

…”and I will build a wall, and it will be a great wall, and we will secure our borders, and we will deport those who are here illegally.  Because…

…either we have a country, or we don’t” !

This is exactly why he will win.
