Tom Ridge, former Homeland Security Sec. said on Cavuto he couldn’t vote for Trump if he is the nominee – or Hillary – might not vote at all. Really anti-Trump. Also said what Cruz, Bush always say – he doesn’t think Trump will be the nominee……….

Here’s that tweet by the Saudi prince – Alwaleed re Trump — surprising – NOT

    @Alwaleed_Talal 1h1 hour ago
You are a disgrace not only to the GOP but to all America.
Withdraw from the U.S presidential race as you will never win.

Prince Alwaleed is a major stockholder in News Corp. and Apple, he owns the George V hotel in Paris, and owns part of New York’s Plaza hotel.

With a President Trump, I hope he kicks asses and takes names from the top down in Congress and our monopolistic crony-capitalistic economy.

I just got notified my Health Insurance premiums are up 27% in 2016.

This is insane. There is no oversight, no auditing no competition of health insurance companies in Illinois.

I can’t wait for a President Trump to start turning our government in to some thing that actually produces for the people rather then something that sucks the life out of us!

I think you used the correct word in your entry and that is “Hope” since absolutely no one knows anything about what Trump will do. He has the potential to do good for the US but has the potential to be a disaster too. If you look at his many positions in the past on any issue you will get sick. But as long as you push the vote machine button for Trump keep telling yourself over and over hope…hope….I gotta have hope..

        What’s your point.

You admit Trump can be good for the country or bad.

The only thing we can do with any of these people is hope the follow thru with what they say they will do, hold them accountable and get them the hell out of positions of influence if they don’t.

To anyone paying attention, there is a Uniparty in control of the levers of power in our government who have made us less safe, allowed our economy to atrophy and put us Trillions in debt.

So tell us, what exactly is your point and please give us your insights in to Trumps bad characteristics and actions.

I’ll be waiting with baited breath to see it in the next open thread.

inspector Rudy, why aren’t you posting links to all this “bad stuff” Trump did in his past? Oh, that’s right, you heard something somewhere and now you just “know” the truth. Post links with your insinuations or hobnob with people who like to hear suppositions and inferences. We like to look at truth here. Prove it or don’t bother.

      • Apparently you have not followed Trump at all and don’t have a clue. You haven’t even followed Sundance. Trump has put out everything he is for and what he would do at each and every townhall meeting and each and every rally. You have any questions.. I can answer them..he is as specific as he can be without giving out secrets.. You just have another dog in the race and I feel sorry for you because it is probably another DC crook.

Okay, fellow warriors–time to put on your tin-foil hats for a minute. Here’s the wild theory that just entered my head.

    First, some ‘givens’:

The GOPe has seen all these astronomical poll numbers, today’s GA poll included. Their internals are undoubtedly worse.
We know they’ve been engaged in attempts to “push” this candidate or that in their futile attempts to derail Trump.

Here’s the theory (tin foil hats cinched tight, now): “The GOPe has enticed Carson to split with the party and go ‘third party’. His ‘threat’ is theater. The GOPe has pledged to back him (for now; they’ll never stay in his camp). The hope is that Carson goes 3rd party and somehow steals Trump’s thunder, knocking him out of the race.”

(Okay, joke’s over.) The thing is, you could easily imagine the GOPE-DOPES doing something just like this, couldn’t you?

if there’s a Christmas attack by jihadis, which the intelligence agencies are worried will happen, the emperor Obama will have no clothes. Neither will the GOPe or Hillary. Our greatest asset is Obama and the uniparty who, when the next Muslim caused mass killing happens, will be shown to be hapless in defending the country. The RINOs that run the Senate and the House will try and run for cover but the message will be clear that they refuse to protect us. Trump knows that the American people are fed up with the deniers and the procrastinators. At that point every House and Senate member who is up for re-election will magically become Trump, supporters. We need to root them out and vote in conservative Patriots and make November 2016 a landslide win for our Republic!

In this article is mention of the plotting of a brokered convention:

  8. RINOKiller says:

I never thought about this but, don’t both parties realize they run the risk of senators and congresspeople dropping their affiliation to follow Trump? There are silent endorsements for him, and, if the unthinkable happens then both parties will lose party members. Names that come to mind are Brat,Meadows and Gohmert.

This is easy to see if Trump, Carson and Cruz bail out of the GOP. Carson already said he would, but Cruz would have to do the same because once Trump and Carson are out, the GOPe will go after him.

Cruz will Not Bail out of the GOP, read about his history & see why! They will use Cruz~~~He is PART of the Big Problem at the GOPe! He is a Globalist & is the Great Deceiver, in this Election Game. I guess you have not read the recent Posts here on Cruz!

Carson did say he would leave, it the Convention is Not set up in a fair manner.

        • Yep spot on about Cruz.. I really wish the people who are falling at his feet could see this. If you do any research at all you can find out who this guy really is..people get fooled by the smooth Harvard speak. I have studied Cruz for two years and so glad to see Sundance address him..I already knew a lot of what Sundance put out, but he made it much more detailed..the whole TPA tricky Cruz was.. wow..he is the devil’s advocate for sure.

          • peachteachr says:

I just don’t get the Cruz hate. I, too, have been following him closely. At one time he would have been my first choice for president. I don’t think he has the long reach that Trump has so I was converted. I just don’t see the need to destroy him to advance Donald. At the appropriate time, the 2 bull elephants will have a heck of a fight and I expect Trump to be the only man standing at the end. I also expect President Trump will either tap Sen. Cruz for AG or some other position or ask him to stay in the senate to help Trump there. All these things said about Cruz will then be thrown in our faces. I’m just adamantly opposed to a circular firing squad in politics and religion, too.
BTW, if you drive through rural south Georgia, you wouldn’t know there was an all important presidential race coming up. Yet wherever people gather, there is support for the Donald. Cold hard anger up and driving us all down here! You would have a very hard time finding a single person to answer a survey of any kind. I’m saying this to let you know that pollsters have little way of knowing how we will vote b/c most of us are not joiners, js.

            • singtune says:

I hope Trump DOES NOT Choose Cruz for any Position! 1)- He is Not Constitutionally Eligible to be President or V.P. 2) He is a Globalist NWO Shill 3)–He is a GOPe Politician of the 1st order~~ But ~~says that he is Not~! That is even worse, to me, than being an OBVIOUS GOPe~. { At least, I then KNOW “who” I am dealing with, when he votes against “We the People” & “who” I will Not vote for in an Election. All of us have had to do a Lot of Research on Cruz, just to find out who he really is, & now “Know” the Deceit..

              NOTE: {Cruz works in SECRET to Go against “We the People”. eg. The TPA situtation where he and Ryan set up the TPA to go Fast Track, and not be changed when the TPP Comes through.}

A few weeks ago Carson was closing in on Trump’s lead here in Ga. Then there were a couple of weeks where he made a series of fuzzy headed statements while Trump continued to distinquish himself by controlling the narrative. Fastforward to now, and I suspect these poll numbers represent Trump’s biggest lead in any state. While Trump isnt my first choice, I was preparing to vote for him to counter Carson if he had continued with his rise with what I considered the strong evangelical base here in Ga.

When Trump wins, I hope to see something similar to when Saddam got power where he sat in a room with nervous sweating government people and one by one sentenced them to death. Of course we don’t want people to die here but I want to see Trump clean up and throw out the scum that have illegitimately been put in power. TRUMP 2016

The piling on that we are seeing by the GOPe, Dem’s, Media and a certian Saudi Prince, is evidence of the onset of lots of flopsweat on these people, given their realization that exact thing may come to pass, in the sense they lose their gravy train, not that anyone is taken from an assembly and never seen again.

    • TwoLaine says:

Strip them of everything, including everything they own, pensions, etc. It all goes back to the American People. Then put ’em in jail for TREASON.

      • peachteachr says:

Who are you saying should be stripped of everything, TwoLaine? Who should go to jail for treason? That statement sounds a little overzealous to me. If we can’t get Obama, Jarrett, Susan Rice, Hillary, and Dirty Harry, and I don’t think we can legally, then who should be jailed?

I wish we did not have to wait another year to be able to say ‘President Trump’, (think I’ll vote twice, just to make sure – ha ha). I just hope this magnificent country can survive. We are in such danger. I’ve always felt safe here in the middle of the country, even with the OKC bombing, but not anymore.

Remember rule 40(b): Each candidate for nomination for President of the United States and Vice President of the United States shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more states, severally, prior to the presentation of the name of that candidate for nomination.

Sooner or later the GOP is going to come to the realization that at this rate, under the rules they have established, Donald Trump may well be the only candidate who even qualifies to have his name placed in nomination at the convention. It would be hard to have a brokered convention when only one candidate even qualifies for nomination!

Meanwhile, over at the Reuters rolling poll, I was trying to change the length of the polling interval and got this:
There aren’t enough responses to give sufficiently accurate results. Try this suggested filter instead:
Between Dec 4ᵗʰ and Dec 10ᵗʰ, Tex. Sen. Ted Cruz was up sharply among those aged 50-65, compared to other age groups.
