Why Was Hillary Clinton Transferring Secret Historical State Department Documents To Her Private Server?…

An interesting, and perhaps bigger, story within a Daily Mail article which outlines previously unknown communication between Secretary of State Colin Powell and the White House regarding British support for specific action in Iraq.

The essence of the Daily Mail article is to query whether or not Prime Minister Tony Blair had agreed to Iraqi intervention a full year prior to the operation to overthrow Saddam Hussein (read the entire article here – including the emails).

While it is certainly a controversy within the U.K. if Prime Minister Blair was willing to provide blanket support for the U.S. engagement therein; the buried lead -for current political contexts- surrounds this paragraph:

obama and hillary

[…] The documents, obtained by The Mail on Sunday, are part of a batch of secret emails held on the private server of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton which U.S. courts have forced her to reveal.

[…] Why have these memos come out now?

The U.S. courts have ruled that 30,000 emails received by Hillary Clinton when she was U.S. Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013 should be released.  (link)

Why was Hillary Clinton transferring/extracting data from secure, and monitored, classified State Department data bases, into her non-secure private email server?

What else was data-mined and extracted from government accounts, that could/would be discovered with a thorough forensics investigation into the private server?

She wasn’t just reading them, she was extracting them.  Why would she be doing this, if not to build a shadow file for use at a later date?

Was it to destroy the Republican Party in the run-up to her election?

Was it to take down her competition in the pay-off world of big bogus philanthropic pay-offs for access? The Blair Foundation is big competition to the Clinton Foundation.

Obama’s supporter Colin Powell must have pointed her to the cache. Powell is another despicable turd.

I think this is very close to proof that Hillary was carrying out part 1 of a handoff operation, where somebody else is allowed to read her mail. I am now betting that the intended recipient was the DNC. The Russians and Chinese were likely the accidental beneficiaries of Democrat corruption.

I’m thinking this may be the biggest Clinton Scandal of them all. This rises to Watergate levels.

OBAMA is connected to those who were communist spies–the Silvermaster Spy Ring of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.

OBAMA and Jarrett are connected to these same Soviet spies. HILLARY was a card carrying CPUSA member. Bill gave the Chinese Communists Loral Intel.

The Russians and the Chinese may have been the intended beneficiaries of the info.

Frank Marshall Davis was a communist and a Soviet agent.

ValJar, with the release of her FBI file that Judicial Watch finally received via a FOIA request, is a member of a Communist family with strong ties to Soviet Spy and Agent Alfred Stern. He fled the USa a for the USSR and was charged with espionage.

Valerie’s father and father-in-law were Soviet Agents. Vernon Jarrett was a Soviet paid propagandist. Her grandfather Robert Taylor was the Partner of Alfred Stern in their low-income housing scheme the Robert Taylor Homes and more.
I believe you will find many communists are the recipients of Federal low income housing monies that build the rot holes and keep them in touch with poor blacks.

I found this of great interest. It showed the linkage in great detail to communists. Leon Panetta was also connected to the SILVERMASTER spies. If we would only wake up we would understand the same scheme continues. The complacency continues.

And let’s not forget that Hillary, as a young attorney, was FIRED from the Watergate committee by her boss, a life-long democrat. Why?

“Because”, said Jerry Zeifman, “she was a liar. She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer; she conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee, and the rules of confidentiality.”

That about sums up Hillary Clinton’s entire “career”, from Watergate through to Emailgate, and all the “low-lights” along the way.

            Interesting angle, PreNanny.

It reminds me of a scene in the remake of the Bond film, “Casino Royale” (the one with Daniel Craig). I’m going to paraphrase from memory here, but the gist of it is that an African warlord wants his money invested on the sly. He contacts a mysterious “Mr. White” to introduce him to the nefarious investor, Le Chiffre, who will manage the illicit portfolio.

The warlord, speaking to Mr. “White”, says, “Can I trust him?”

“My organization will only guarantee the introduction,” replies Mr. “White”.

Methinks these are the sorts of people you are alluding to–unscrupulous underworld types who REALLY play “hard-ball”, for keeps. The type of person who wants a return on an investment.

            Again, an interesting angle.

Bear in mind The Mail on Sunday is the name of the publication. It does not mean the e-mail was obtained on Sunday. I suspect they had this all along, probably from Colin Powell, but could not use it until it was made public by the court.

“The documents, obtained by The Mail on Sunday, are part of a batch of secret emails held on the private server of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton which U.S. courts have forced her to reveal.”

      And from the article:

“The memo was included in a batch of 30,000 emails which were received by Mrs Clinton on her private server when she was US Secretary of State between 2009 and 2013.”

No where does it say where they got the information. They just imply it was from the court records.

This has Colin Powell written all over it. Probably for use against ¡Jeb! but now that he is toast, it gets tossed out there for distraction purposes only.

    • R-C says:

That’s the security marking you’re looking at, “SECRET/NOFORN”. It means the most sensitive information appearing in this particular document is classified at the “SECRET” level. That doesn’t mean that every bit of the document presented is classified at this level.

(There are basically three levels possible–“Confidential”, “Secret”, and “Top Secret”. Some agencies also have “SBU, or “Sensitive, But Unclassified”, and other such controls.)

The second term, “NOFORN”, means, literally, “No Foreign” release was authorized. That is to say that the information contained in that document was not supposed to be released to foreign governments at all, even to allies.

At the bottom, you see who classified the document: Colin Powell; as well as why he classified it: [pursuant to] “Executive Order 12958, paragraph 1.5 (b) & (d)”. This is the legal basis that the document was not releasable until declassified.

*These markings are at the crux of Hillary’s email mess. They are what SOMEBODY on Team Hillary didn’t want to appear on any documents sent by her email. They either scrubbed the terms from the documents, or they drafted new documents while leaving off the classifications. One or the other. And every single one of these improperly marked messages represents federal charges to anyone who sent, received, or handled the messages without reporting the breach.

Team Hillary wanted to say, “nothing was marked as classified.” The nuanced point here is that they apparently “think” that the markings are the “be all, end all”–that without them, they can send whatever they want, however they want, to whoever they want. WRONG.

This is the rub: they are NOT so authorized. The markings themselves are not classified; it’s the information that makes the markings a required component of the message.

And there is ZERO wiggle room on this point. “Gross Negligence” is RIGHT!

      Hope this helps.

I make no inferences on the date of the document.

Classification does NOT diminish over time; the document remains classified at the level dictated by the AUTHOR until such time as it is formally declassified. There is a formal process that must be followed to declassify information. (Here, this document as we see it shows it has been properly declassified–the redacted snippets were removed to prevent disclosure of that information.)

And again, that process does NOT include “removing the classification tags at your whim, or for personal convenience”. Hillary and her cabal are in deep soup.

          Like

      • JeremyR says:

There are other classifications. Some years back a Field Grade at the NATO HQ in Belgium committed suicide in his office. They had to locate an MP with the clearance to go in and secure the scene. They flew the guy up from Munich, and he had to go in, cover every thing, and stand by while the medics removed the body. He then had to hold the office until a replacement was flown in from Washington. Even the Supreme commander was not allowed in. What made it crazier was that the first guy Washington sent did not have the required clearance, and was barred entry. Some things go beyond “Need To Know” as obviously the Army commander for NATO clearly had need to know.
Data under those qualifications will never see the light of day unless some one like Hitlery causes a breach. Its existence is even denied.

There are certainly “rider” codes placed upon the three basic levels. It’s called “compartmentalization” and it prevents HONEST people from “cross-talking” information that would lead inevitably to compromise. Dishonest people don’t care–and they are the ones that are supposed to be weeded out by background checks and polygraphs, etc.

But there are only THREE basic levels of classification.

          • JeremyR says:

Need to know is the name for your compartmentalization. All I can say is there are more levels. I have encountered three because I had soldiers under me who held them. I am told there may be as many as seven, so ten total.
Need to know would never explain why an MP Patrol Supervisor from Bavaria would be hauled to Belgium to secure a crime scene that was in a section of the military that had nothing to do with him. If compartmentalization was the key, they would have pulled a supervisor from Ramstein AB to handle and secure it, or some one on staff at ESAREUR and AND they would not have barred the boss, a three star from the scene.
Suffice it to say, you don’t know, and I can’t tell you.

I am so disappointed in W, and also Tony Blair, both of whom I grew quite fond of during those ghastly days after the towers came down. It didn’t need to be a big secret and we don’t need a conspiracy theory to explain any of it: Bill Clinton signed he Iraqi Liberation Act in 1998 and also bombed Iraq in Operation Desert Fox.

      Little snippet from the DC:
“Former president Bill Clinton told interviewer Larry King in 2003 that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.

“The man needs to get rid of his chemical and biological weapons stocks,” Clinton said on February 6, 2003 as President Bush contemplated attacking Iraq.

Clinton listed a number of weapons that Saddam might have including anthrax, volunteering, “They may even have a little smallpox.” Clinton said that he was “pretty sure” that Saddam had the chemical agents VX and ricin.

“Sure,” Clinton said when King asked him point blank if he ever saw information as president that led him to believe that Saddam was making weapons.”

I laugh at people who are NOW against Iraq because I remember you same people on September 12, 2001. You didn’t have these questions then. You knew why we went. You were good the first couple years, then you turned all VietNamish about it. Not that anybody really cares now, but it’s so fashionable to question it now when some of you were turning purple defending it at the time. The lines have been blurred and the flags put away.

IMO, it has less to do with the justification for invading (for which you make a good point) than the wisdom of invading. Plenty of people who thought we had ample justification (and UN resolutions) were concerned about how it would turn out. I was neither strongly for nor against invading. I considered it a flip of a coin, the results of which wouldn’t be known for 10-25 years. Either it would usher democracy into the region, as Bush expected, or usher in chaos. It seems to have done the latter, while costing us thousands of lives and trillions of dollars. Anyone who opposed it at the time has a right to crow about it.

I’m sure that her server was slap full of files that could be used to ensure / coerce political and financial support from powerful people around the world, That’s how she and Bill roll. But I’m also sure that, buried deep in the whole sorted tale of Hillary’s private email server, is the fact that they knew her system was hacked prior to 9/11/2012. The jihadi’s in Libya thus knew exactly when Ambassador Stevens would be in Benghazi, and used that information to coordinate their “spontaneous” attack. This is the root of all of the “a video made them do it” nonsense that emerged immediately after the attack, and why none of the survivors have been allowed to give public interviews about that day. They know that they were set up.
BO and company were certainly anxious to hide their Syrian gun-running scheme, but Hillary knew that her private server was actually the source of the information that got a US Ambassador killed. No way that story could be allowed to come to light.

They’re go-along/get-along guys anyway, and full-on establishment players – I don’t think they needed any threatening.

This explains so very much. I have always believed that John Roberts and many others are being blackmailed into following along and green lighting this admins policies. I think this is why we have not seen hide nor hair of GW Bush throughout the last 6-7 years. He has kept an absolute low profile while Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter have been seen nonstop. I am a 9/11 truther, (please don’t attack me for it), and have always believed that we went to war on an elaborate hoax, perpetrated by our own government for many reasons, it had been planned for years, those towers contained so many things the government wanted to hide and destroy, (same with the Oklahoma City bombing) Daddy Bush spelled out the why of it in one of his speeches. It would take hours to explain all the evidence I’ve studied on how our government rules over us with fear and misdirection.
If you can believe in a “splitter strategy” and “operation Hummingbird”, (which I do), then you should give all the past action of the Bushes (starting with Standard oil and JFK’s assinanation) a through STUDY. And I’m sure that the people who control law enforcement have quickly learned that letting some things just happen can give them far more “results” than stopping them from happening.

The Boston Marathon bombing is a beautiful example. Based on the fact that they were going to have the “Sandy Hook survivors” in the review stand, this was clearly going to be some kind of politically manipulated/manipulating event. This adversary is one of the world’s last bastions of central planning. It governs by dictating five-year plans. From a single capital, it attempts to impose its demands across time zones, continents, oceans and beyond. With brutal consistency, it stifles free thought and crushes new ideas. It disrupts the defense of the United States and places the lives of men and women in uniform at risk . . . It’s the Pentagon bureaucracy.”

Carter has dishonored his former high office by constantly coming out for one dictatorship after another in the ME in an obvious effort to wound Israel.
