John Dickerson’s voice was warbling — he seemed a bit afraid of The Donald. Or was I imagining things?

So far ,so good on the foreign policy discussion. I think as time goes, the people will trust him,if he doesn’t flip flop to get votes. Putin understands a man like Trump. Russia understood Kennedy. He’s right to say let Russia bomb ISIS. I also think he understands the damn United Nations..Lord help them if Trump wins. No more kissing arab butt. This is a hard ass with a sense of humor too.

Hate the reporter’s condescending attitude- I wish Sundance would break down poll he’s referring to as whether or not that reporters facts are “honest and trustworthy”. Also if you goolge Trump news today, every story s 100% negative. I have posted previously that believe TPTB are going to try and assassinate Trump and blame it on El Chapo the crappo! I believe he’s either going to be their hitman or their scapegoat.

I’m sure Trump has excellent security. Watch them in the videos sometime. They look like they are well trained in executive protection. Trump only hires the best.

A good Interview Trump does well will honest questions and even a few border line which he deflects well.

  6. snaggletooths says:

Trump always does well with one on one interviews people need to focus on these interviews versus seeing how he does in a debate. Debate attacks do not show where he stands on important Policies.

  7. justfactsplz says:

Trump should have said he carries all of the time not some of the time. You can’t be too safe. It was good to see an interview where policy questions were more important than stupid personal attack questions. Trump needs more coverage on policy since his detractors say he is weak on policy. No other candidate has put their policy positions down on paper like Trump has. He is way ahead of the pack and the rest of them are totally out of their league when compared to Trump. The others will not make our country great again. If they win it will just be more of the same ol same ol.

UK’s Daily Mail ran two Trump stories on this interview. One about him having a CCW. The more important one noting he called out Merkel for opening the floodgates. Even the Brits (who often have their nose in the air about anything American,) were 90%+ supportive. A third DM article about Ghaddafi’s cousin, who has been warning about the meddling, predicting late last year .5M migrants would flood into Europe in 2015, was flawed only in the total being two low. That article quoted Trump saying the ME would be more stable had not Saddam & Ghadaffi been removed and repeating his warnings about trying to dislodge Assad. The Ghadaffi cousin said the same thing as Trump.

The last article is especially interesting to me. Most people thought Ghadaffi was a loon. I sat and watched his last UN appearance. What I saw was a man cramming a lot of information in his time to speak. Much of it has been proven true.

    • good point: “The more important one noting he called out Merkel for opening the floodgates. Even the Brits (who often have their nose in the air about anything American,) were 90%+ supportive.”

So simultaneously Trump is campaigning for US voters and people in the rest of the world are liking him more and more too. they probably cannot believe that Trump is also voicing what they themselves are feeling. JUST LIKE WE DID WHEN WE FIRST HEARD TRUMP SPEAK!!

The more Trump speaks the more Europe is listening and liking TRUMP! i am quite sure the German people under the tyranny of Angela Merkel were very happy to hear Trump speak out. From what I understand, Merkel is keeping her countrymen from being able to speak out and has a heavy censorship on what they can say in regards to migrants in place. they have laws that would make it a crime punishable by jail under the guise of “promoting racism and hate, stirring up riots, etc.”

What a GREAT THING TRUMP DID BY SPEAKING OUT LIKE THAT. i don’t think he really meant to for the sake of speaking out, it is just normal for Trump to speak truth just for truth sake.

      TRUMP 2016!

This sentiment was expressed VERY frequently by Brits in the 100+ comments I read. One even wished Trump could be their PM!

It was a good interview, with only one loaded question

  11. Garrison Hall says:

“Had somebody had a gun . . .” This statement alone tells me all I need to know from Trump about his support of 2nd amendment rights. This is the lynch-pin statement that completely undercuts Obama’s gotta-have-more-gun-control-even-if-it’s-just-symbolism cheap-shot attempts at politicization—literally over the dead bodies of those college students. The thing about gun control is that it mainly seeks to disarm middle-class law-abiding citizens. Wealthy people, members of the political elites all have access to guns or well-armed protection while members of the underclass, criminals who want to use guns rob and steal, have no trouble finding and using weapons of choice. It’s only people like us that the state wants to disempower.

That simple statement from Trump says he gets it. If there had been just one armed and trained person in that classroom things might have be been different, lives might have been saved. The libtard gun-controllers have no way of countering that argument because there is no counter to what Trump said. Being armed, having someone else who is armed is no guarantee of anything but being given a fighting chance. But that’s better than no chance at which is what spree killers count on and is all those students so shamelessly exploited by Obama had. That’s what Trump was talking about. “Had somebody had a gun . . .” GO TRUMP!!

“Being armed, having someone else who is armed is no guarantee of anything but being given a fighting chance.”

We were taught in the police academy that you can survive a gunfight, but not an execution. We were told to never give up your gun and if they have the drop on you, go far it as you have nothing to lose at that point.

      Take Care

      • Garrison Hall says:

And yet libtards constantly tell us that when confronted with a robber, armed or otherwise, that we should just give them what they want and everything will be OK. That’s like encouraging naive people to believe that calling 911 will cause the police to come and save you if you’re being attacked.

re: texasgypsy’s “…hard ass with a sense of humor…” Yes, and I Love it!
Again, can’t get enough of Trump. It will be a joy, imho, to have him as president!

  13. Ellie says:

Donald scores low on the trust factor….well, Americans (myself included) feel very betrayed by our leaders. Whether it was George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, W, or Obama. All terrible leaders who betrayed the voters who elected them. My vote for Trump is my way of registering the middle finger salute to the establishment. As an aside though, I happen to believe Mr. Trump when he says we can “make America great again”. If he accomplishes 10% of what he wants, I’ll consider that change of course an improvement. So, yes, he has my support.

  14. kallibella says:

Great interview! I think that on the issue of “trust” Trump’s numbers will get better in that regard. Speaking only for myself, I didn’t think much of him and his chances when he first announced his bid for the nomination, mainly because I knew very little about him. But when the polls started showing him catching people’s attention, I started to pay attention. I particularly liked his non PC approach. I have grown to cheer for him and I think that he is trustworthy, by far better than what we’ve had in the last several years!

    Thanks for posting this interview.

The last question and Mr. Trumps answer was pure gold. I believe his answer!

Sundance, if you don’t mind, THIS is the full interview – the one you posted is an abbreviated version.

    Thank you.
