Donald Trump 32% Crushes GOP Field In Latest New Hampshire Gravis Polling…

The latest New Hampshire poll shows a far more engaged electorate continuing to be a thorn in the side of the 2015/16 GOPe scheme to anoint Jeb Bush. In addition, the ruse candidates, Fiorina and Rubio have exhausted their media-fueled surge and remain static alongside Jeb Bush at 8%.

John Kasich’s ground game and almost exclusive attention to New Hampshire has garnered him a position just above Jeb, Carly and Marco. However, the vulgarians are determined to Make America Great Again!

Gravis Marketing, a nonpartisan research firm, conducted a random survey of 1,035 registered voters in New Hampshire regarding the presidential election and other areas. The poll was conducted October 5-6, 2015. The sample includes 662 Republicans, 373 Democrats, and the remainder not planning on participating in the primary, but are planning to vote in the regular elections. The poll has a margin of error of ± 3.1% [3.8% for Republican Caucus/5.1% for Democratic Caucus]. (link)

Predictions:

GOP candidates 2 mashup

There really is a smarter, and far more engaged electorate, behind all the poll numbers this year when compared to previous election cycles.  This is profoundly evidenced within the failure of Carly Fiorina and Marco Rubio, despite a massive media, Wall Street, K-Street, Madison Avenue and Park Row push to assist them in attaining higher poll numbers.

Real issues matter, and candidates who are carrying deceptions in their portfolio are being exposed far earlier than any former election.  This reality makes it far more difficult for the RNC/GOPe teams to advance their preferred candidate, Jeb Bush.   It’s a remarkable change in electoral understanding over the past two years.

As it currently stands, despite all of the RNC scripted rule changes, which were specifically intended to assist Jeb Bush, their current scheme is being eliminated by the continued support for Donald Trump and even Ben Carson.

In order for the RNC/GOPe road map to work, Jeb Bush has to place in the top 3 of each congressional district in the March 1 through March 14 states.   He doesn’t need to win, he was never planned to win, but he needs at least a 3rd place finish. The polling which reflects Jeb below the #3 position has been consistent now for several months – this is severe trouble for the GOPe plan.

The GOPe launched Carly toward Trump, she failed.  The GOPe then launched Marco Rubio toward Trump, he too failed.  The next launch can be seen amid the activity on the media periphery, Super-PAC alignments, and on the Rovian horizon.

If the plan continues along the same predictable series of events, albeit much sooner than the GOPe initially designed, we shall next see the launch of:

chris-christieWatch for it !

…..It begins soon, perhaps this weekend.

My son-in-law had to go to his insurance office the other day and one of the women who work there asked him who he was voting for in the Presidential election. He told her Trump in the primaries and general if he was on the ballot as long as something doesn’t happen before now and then. No, that has nothing to do with me, my kids all were for Trump before I was. She told him he was smart and that her son who was 2 years older than him was an idiot and said he was voting for Bernie Sanders and because he was an idiot he couldn’t comprehend that somebody had to pay for all the freebies he wants to hand out.
She then went on to tell him she keeps asking every person under the age of 35 who comes in who they’re voting for and almost all of them say Trump with a few saying another Republican, but yet her son that she raised is an idiot and she blames it on his college education because her other son and her two daughters aren’t idiots and her other son chose not to go to college as well as one of her daughters and her other daughter went to a community college. She said she told him she wanted all of her money back that assisted him getting a college education.lol

This is just another example of the many I’m aware of that says a large number of the younger generation are Trump supporters. I know the younger generation are not reliable at the polls but as an older man is drawing their attention says to me that a lot of these pundits either are doing a lot of wishful thinking or they’re doing their best to aid the GOPe.

Question: Given the disruption in the force, do you see accelerated drop outs of the splitters? Given the polling data, and I have studied how delegate distributions happen per your sources, are you seeing where Trump is getting his support. YUGE in the SEC and the NE. He could literally run the table on those states.

Also, in a brokered convention, what happens if Jeb! can’t win 8 states outright. Is that rule bar any such candidate from getting the nom. Only Trump looks like he can hit that goal right now.

Thanks much and have a great weekend.

Regardless of the rules that have ben laid out, I just can’t see the GOPe bending over and letting Trump own the Convention, basically humiliating them. If Trump continues to dominate, foiling the roadmap, the GOPe power brokers are going to attempt to derail him somehow, and it’s going to be ugly. My prediction is that they will do whatever they have to do, ethics and legality be damned. It will be breathtaking in its audacity.

Unfortunately, I suspect they’ll break their own rules, play dirty, file lawsuits, whatever it takes. They will dig very deep into their bag of tricks. While having Trump deliver his acceptance speech to the convention would be a proud moment for me to witness, put yourself in the shoes of the huge number of GOPe hacks sitting there in person having to listen to Trump. They will feel mocked, even if Trump takes the high road in his speech (which I think he would). I can’t envision a scenario where the GOPe would accept Trump, given how desperately they cling to the status quo. However it plays out, it will be interesting!

Interesting times… if they don’t see movement soon they will need their splitters to drop out early to try and bump up Jeb’s numbers, For now, the longer they all say in the better for Trump. Watch them have iCarly drop out (with higher numbers than Jeb), hoping that her voters go for Jeb. She’s been pushing the “outsider” them so much herself though, that it would seem to be a hard sell for her to throw support to Jeb when she exits.

    • well, as i’ve said before, i believe the curtain backdrop falling on ol’ Snarly Purina was a sign from God, call it an omen if you prefer, that it’s curtains for carly. see, one week prior to that incidence i had just by “coincidence” watched a spoof video from 2006 in which Carly’s backdrop fell on her, several times, each time her running and screaming just like she did in the real event. And in the spoof video from 2006 finally at the end a big wrecking ball came through and smashed her backdrop to smithereens. I remember thinking how that would be wonderful if that happened (no, not for her being hurt, I would never wish that on anybody, she didn’t get hurt, just humiliated). Subsequent prayers afterwards were to that end.

so you can imagine my thoughts when i saw a week later that a real life similar event happened you can imagine my surprise!

for me it was a direct sign from God. and i think that even Carlyle herself knew that because in the real life event she screamed something about it “being Trump’s fault.” this also another confirmation. and what she’s blaming on Trump is really God’s favor of Trump. CURTAINS FOR CARLY!

WoW she’s really SURRRRRRRGING or should we say PLUNGING @8% (24 points under Trump). Same with Robo and Jebbers.

The Rove inc. crowd may be getting misdirected here with the Cruz propaganda.
It’s likely Carson’s polling would weaken from a Ted Cruz “surge”, Trumps support (speaking for myself) will never vote for TC. I don’t believe for a second any of DT’s support would peel off for Cruz. Hence, a buffer for Trump w /o him having to do much. For all TC’s faults, taking McConnell on in the Senate, trying to defund Obamacare, PP and working with the Freedom Caucus in the HOR etc. is popular with the very Conservative wing of the Party. A group which Carson shows surprising strength, some positive media for Cruz should help.
Carson who did poorly at the last debate will have strong pressure to shine at the CNBC economics contest later this month. A very bad showing would be deleterious to his 2nd place ranking.
This may be the strategy all along between DT/TC . A defenseman protecting the goalie keeping all the threats at a distance. Why?…Attorney General?…eventually Supreme Court Justice?

TRUMP IS A VERY SMART MAN.

I now have the same idea about the presidential race and the pending election of a new Speaker; the Republic is in need of someone un-buyable. That factor is very important in Trumps popularity and is sorely needed in the House leadership. Does Darrell Issa fit the bill?

Hell no Darrell Issa doesn’t fit the bill. He’s an imbecile. He ran the Benghazi hearings for months and didn’t even begin to uncover Operation Zero Footprint. If he had, we wouldn’t have spent two years pretending that there were moderate Sunni rebels fighting against Assad.

Issa also worked with a pack of dems (I forget how far back) to try and have a law passed giving non-native born/adopted from foreign countries/and naturalized immigrants the right to run for President. He did point out though, that even were such a law passed, it COULD BE CHALLENGED in court, and so it would be best to work to amend the Constitution to remove the natural-born Citizen requirement. That little known fact is important in my eyes.

Without having done too much deep thinking, I’d say Trump has a 50/50 chance of wining the Republican presidential nomination. I’d like to say the probability is higher given the polling, but the GOPe controls the nomination and primary process.

Question: If Trump is the Republican Party nominee, will the GOPe run a third party candidate?

The GOPe exists to assure that a Ruling Class candidate is elected. If Trump is the Republican nominee, he is likely to be elected president by getting the votes of 1) conservatives, 2) Reagan Democrats, and 3) blacks.

The Ruling Class cannot allow this, so they will instruct the GOPe to run a third party candidate, perhaps Romney. I would expect this will be enough to cause the Democrat to be elected, given the huge number of tax-eaters that will vote Dem regardless of the candidates. Ruling Class wins.

Sorry to be pessimistic, but there is precedent for this sort of thing. See the third party run of left wing Republican John Anderson when the last non-Ruling Class Republican was nominated, Ronald Reagan, against a repellent Democrat, Jimmy Carter.

This is my concern. I don’t expect the GOPe to accept defeat lying down. I honestly expect that they’ll contort the process beyond recognition to prevent Trump from getting nominated. They’ll pull s**t that will make ballot box fraud seem like kindergarten.

If by some series of miracles, Trump can prevail against the GOPe, they’ll offer him perfunctory support, but will really hope for a democrat win. The question then will be whether Trump can win the support of more democrats, independents, disaffected and unaffiliated than the number of country club republicans who vote for the democrat. I say “yes, he can”.

In 2010 McConnell endorsed the RINO running for the senate in Washington State against incumbent Patty Murray. He even sent one of his top assistants to manage the campaign. The candidate, Dino Rossi, assidulously avoided all Tea Party events; but participated as a model in charity fashion shows, etc. Naturally he lost, fulfilling McConnell’s wish to keep Patty Murray in the senate.

Yes, I believe that is the plan. The GOPe will pull out all the stops, including blatant cheating, to stop Trump from winning the nomination.

If they fail, Romney will run third-party and they’ll all jump ship to support him.

If they succeed, Romney will probably be Jeb’s running mate.

      • Prothonotary Warbler says:

Seriously, why is Romney injecting himself into the debate when he isn’t even running?

He’s waiting in the wings, that’s why. Many states have “sore loser” laws that would prohibit Jeb from running third-party, so the GOPe needs somebody like Romney as a potential third-party champion in case Trump manages to defeat all their schemes to deny him the nomination.

If Trump is truly called and this falling country is to be saved, there is nothing GOP nor the media can do about it. Trump will win. We are already seeing their plan blowing up in their faces to no control of their own. They are NOT in control.

I don’t think the GOPe will run a third party candidate. Just think what that would do to their down-ticket candidates who are already going to suffer serious hurt. And doing that would absolutely ensure the end of the Republican party. I expect they will offer verbal support to Trump but not much more. If you’re in Greensboro, NC, go to the polls and vote against your senator Burr who is as GOPe as you can get.

Beck straight-up told us last year that he wasn’t going to be any sort of conservative firebrand anymore. “Oh, I’m so sorry now for how I’ve been a divider in the past, and I swear I’ll try to be more of a uniter from now on”, was basically what he said.

So, yeah; for whatever reason, he switched sides from Team Us to Team Them. Maybe Team Them offered to cover his personal losses in gold speculation?

Whatever the case, I have no more use for him.

I liked beck and did watch his radio/tv show, but he has really gone off the deep end, constant trump bashing to a point that he is losing all credibility. Although I have not been following what he is doing recently, I understand he has been giving a pass to people like Fiorina and Rubio. With the records they have… What the heck ?

Apparently Trump has refused to go on his show, which might explain some of Beck’s unprofessional behaviour.

I am delighted that Trump has said no. Why on earth should he go on a show with a host that has done nothing but attack him constantly. I understand subscribers are leaving and ratings are falling, not surprised, I am one of them!

Trump is a ratings machine! So best punishment for Beck is not to appear. Now that is sweet justice.

The losers continue to believe that there are other issues than deporting the illegals and sealing the border. There aren’t. To rank and file Republicans, and for most all Americans really, all the other issues are insignificant and trifling, like arguing about what color to paint the den when the house is on fire. All the other candidates besides Cruz and Carson have shot themselves, not in the foot, but in the head over this issue and they will never recover. Trump takes it in a walkaway, the general election too.

The frustration of the GOPe has been incredibly to watch over this last week! They figured it was in the bag for McCarthy, in the House vote for Speaker! The shock and fury is very apparent as the GOPe rails (along with their buddies the progressives) against the conservatives refusing to go along, as they usually do, with their phony, so called, changing of the guard with just another GOPe figure as Speaker! When the opposition stopped them cold they were stunned, after all they have held total control for a long time now! So they are in total disarray. Their anointed presidential candidate is not doing well, and now they are being blocked in the House! If they think Christie will “catch on” as the Republican Presidential candidate they are completely out of their minds! If Trump stands down (which I think will happen) then Cruz is our man!
